"If you’re experiencing déjà vu right now, don’t be alarmed. The Jones just looks and sounds familiar because it’s in the same Noho space that used to house Great Jones Cafe. It still has the same bright red exterior and the same bust of Elvis in the window, but now the tiny place is run by the people behind Fedora and Jeffrey’s Grocery, and the menu is seafood-focused, with things like tuna carpaccio, poached prawns, and a big serving of clams in a cajun broth you’ll want to drink straight from the bowl. It’s currently only open for breakfast and lunch, and if we didn’t have jobs, we could see ourselves coming here several times a week for some morning eggs or toast with ricotta." - Bryan Kim

My Godmother has tried multiple times to contact management, get in touch with the office for help, and no one responds or answers. She has bugs in her apartment that are still not being taken care of and she’s been promised several times that pest control will come out. She loves her neighbors and the friends she has made here but she won’t stay much longer from lack of care for residents.

EDIT: Hailey is a part of the new management and has been spectacular. As soon as I wrote this review, she immediately contacted me so we could resolve issues I have been having with previous management. Although this building is older, and has its quirks, for the price that I am paying it is fantastic. nobody answers the phones. it just stays on repeat of the phone tree. I have had a maintenance req in since friday because my alarm panel went out. batteries went out two weeks ago and for some reason they didnt even give me new ones, because its already dead again. building is falling apart, my balcony isnt even screwed in fully. cant contact management even though a wire connector in my heater/ac unit caught fire in december. had to have fire department out here and everything. paying 35$ for trash valet and a million hidden fees. look somewhere else. counting down the days that i finally get to leave here. they also shut off water with 0 notifications. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. biggest regret ever was moving out here.

I’m giving 5 starts for HAILEY . I’ve been here going on 4 months. We are now under new management thankfully. Back to Hailey, she’s very nice & fast about fixing any problems you may have. She’s always available when in the office. She’s been on top of things that I see so I am thankful. This is a really nice complex to live in. It’s quiet & so peaceful. Clean as well.

Horrible staffing, they never get things done even after multiple request (such as for bug spraying which was supposed to be done before we moved in and obviously wasn’t, took 3 months to get done, as well as maintenance for the fridge that does not seal properly they still haven’t gotten us that part we use duck tape. They can’t seem to get the water fixed for over two months. They talk disrespectfully to people who rent and they’re so hard to get a hold of. 85% the time nobody answers the phone and most the time their gone for over an hour during lunch breaks. They’ve double charged me for trash utility 2 months in a row and then didn’t remove it the following month like promised. I’m not gonna keep having the same conversations with no results so at this point I just pay the bill. During this conversation over the phone with the lady in management she told me to calm down she couldn’t remove the trash from my bill that it wasn’t in her control. But then when I explain it’s been two months of double charge she says she can remove it? Then she doesn’t remove it and I have to go back for another manager to say yeah I can see that I don’t know why that happened “we won’t charge you for it next month” and then they did. So overall I don’t know what they do in that office. Also took us months to get the correct mail box key. We’ve been here since April nothing but problems.

This is by far the worst apartment complex we have ever dealt with. They are never organized, and never answer the phones. And now to be able to get anything done, we have to set up an appointment with the front office, yet they never answer the phone to be able to set up that appointment. We have had the same maintenance issue going on for 2 months now with basically no resolve as it keeps becoming an issue. The first 2 requests we placed for our electricity outlets not working were marked as “complete” without anyone ever stepping foot into our apartment to fix the issue. We are now faced with the same issue for a third time and cannot get a response on how this will be addressed. Don’t waste your time with this apartment, they obviously do not care about the residents or living conditions of their apartments. I am having to resort to getting the fire marshal involved as there is an issue with the wiring on our apartment, for our own health and safety concerns.

I did enjoy living here till they started to not help me out. My apartment has flooded 3 times and no help. They sent a plumber but my bath and toilet are still backing up. I have all my stuff on the high parts so my stuff can stop getting wet. Today was the 3rd day this has happened. No one answers the phone. Manager no available. I’m getting really tired of this. UPDATE 9/3/2023 ISSUE HAS BEEN REPORTED SINCE 2021 AND NOT FIXED. SAY ALOT ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT HERE. BANDAID BANDAID BANDAID… This Apartment Was still the Worst apartment ever. Do not live here at all cost never compensated for my damaged items.

I really don't know where to start I had put in multiple work orders when I was there but my main order was when my apartment flooded in January of this year my laundry room and other areas had started to mold really bad they never came and fixed it when it was stated that they will fix it. I called multiple times about it. They had maintenance come look at it and stated I needed a whole new laundry room because it was molded/mildew from the flood I had to throw a lot of my things away because of the flooding. I've also reported multiple times about my refrigerator dripping puddles of water inside the icebox I will have to but pads to try and keep it dry. I was suppose to get a new one but never did. Also when I took a bath my water comes down in the cabinets in the kitchen. They would send emails about changing cardon monoxide and filters and never came to do it. I got tired of putting in work orders. I was paying for a black valet trashcan and never received one but yet they charged us $25. My apartment had a pest infestation (roaches&gnats) it was out of control. I will put in work orders and they would say that they was complete but they lied they were never complete my kids have a disability we all have asthma my kids were literally getting sick because of the mold I have one child that is allergic to mold staying there was ridiculous. I would call and send emails and know one nevers answer or reach back out. All they going to do is patch that apartment up and rent it out within a week. I just moved out and they have the nerve to send a final bill almost $3000. I will definitely be reaching out to the health department, compliance, fair housing and my lawyer. Because me and my kids had to suffer in a apartment until I was able to find something else while thinking things will be fixed but NO!. This is the worse complex I've ever lived in. I never had to write a review like this. But when it comes to me and my kids health I'm not the one to play with!!!

I scheduled an appointment through their website. A couple hours before the appointment I received texts and emails confirming it. I showed up at the appropriate time but their office was closed. The office lady was still in the parking lot but refused to see me. They are disorganized and treat potential customers poorly. I'd hate to see how they treat their tenants.
