This is a very chic and modern hotel. From the moment you walk in you are greeted kindly by the front desk staff. The rooms are very modern and well appointed. They offer a complementary wine hour in the evening that is a nice touch. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites, and it was very spacious and decorated, very modern. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spotless. The toiletries provided are very good quality. We had room service once while we were there and we were service by Maria who was such a sweetheart and provided outstanding customer service. My only con about this hotel and this is nitpicking, is the valet is pretty pricey but then again it has become pricey in almost every major city. Expect to pay $50 plus tax per night. This hotel is located in a good area and is priced very well for the caliber of hotel. The on-site bar and restaurant are very nice as well and the mixologist that they have whip up some fabulous cocktails. We would definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure travelers.

Top tier establishment! Beautifully decorated. All the modern-day conveniences one could expect. Cool relatable down to earth staff. Valet parking is $50 overnight. The location is the heart of Deep Ellum. It can be a bit noisy in the area with the passing cars and trains. However, ear plugs are provided in the rooms. I slept so well I didn't hear anything. Elm and Good is a wonderful addition to the hotel. They have Happy hour from 5-7p. Daniel made attractive drinks. Everything that was offered was simply premium. I highly enjoyed my stay.

Google
This place is my top pick in Dallas. Service was so spot on. They were friendly like coming home. The lobby was inviting as if you were sitting in your living room. In fact, I played cards in the lobby for hours. They had complimentary wine hour. They also had complimentary yoga mats in the room which is a fantastic idea. I really felt at home this time. Loved it.

Google
Awesome experience. Very nice room with a great view. The wet bathroom was great. Mini bar in the room. Lot's of windows over looking the city. All kinds of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Trains just outside the hotel. Bar and restaurant down stairs in the hotel and the food was good. They have a outside pool with a bar. The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and attentive. It's a busy hip area especially on the weekends so it can be noisey but it was great. Highly recommend a stay here.

Google
My stay at the Kimpton - Pittman Hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their warmth and professionalism truly enhanced my experience. The room was perfect in every way - stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in every aspect!

Google
Blown away at the customer service. The attention to detail and offerings were amazing. Coffee and tea service in the morning and happy hours later in evening. Free umbrellas, bikes and scooters to see the town as the location is amazing and offers a lot from food to entertainment and cute little shops! All the staff is so accommodating and friendly and the food on site was scrumptious as well. 10/10 recommend!

Just WOW! We just celebrated our 10 years anniversary by staying at this hotel! We wanted to give 10 stars :) the Valet parking is awesome! Receptionist: Patrick with another colleague African American girl (did not get a chance to know the name) were super nice and funny! Communication was fast, whatever we needed it was done in a minute! The bartender a nice girl from Mexico was kind and friendly, gave us glasses of champagne when she heard about our anniversary :) The whole atmosphere was fancy, lobby's and restaurant's design is very trendy! Room was spacious, clean and with high ceilings! We definitely looking forward to stay again :)

Google
I love this hotel! It is so stylishly appointed, from the lobby to the rooms and the restaurant as well. The staff is really so professional and attentive. Connor and Patrick at the front desk are always ready to assist. Valet has got you covered and consistently open the door for me as I’m walking in or out. I love the social hour where complementary wine and beer are served. There are always plenty of people sitting in the lounge with their dogs and enjoying it. The bartender, Marco in Elm & Good is a real sweetheart. I have stayed at this Kimpton at least 5 times, and always have a great experience. It’s location is perfect for me. I can walk right out the door and have Deep Ellum right there, waiting to entertain and feed me. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I had a fantastic stay here. Amaya checked me in and she was so kind and warm. Feel like we were best friends immediately. Amaya checked on my room immediately as I got to my room. Next level service. Classy. The front door a person opened the door every time. Got me feelin rich! The room is spacious and nice. The chromecast wasn't working with Max. Odd. Good lighting but the lights oddly confused me a bit. Weird. Room gets nice and dark for optimal sleeping. warm shower. Plenty of toiletries. Chocolate placed on my bed after cleaning. Adorable. There's a gym. I wish I'd known about the bikes and ridden those around town. Cool feature!

Yelp
A lovely boutique hotel in downtown Dallas, this hotel is well appointed and well situated. The lobby offers a place to join friends for a casual game of backgammon or dominoes. There are loaner bikes and scooters for the guest's use and a nightly cocktail featuring free adult beverages. The studio suite we stayed in had an elegant industrial feeling that included cement floors and ceiling balanced by a beautiful soaker tub.

E H.

Yelp
We booked here because of the high reviews. Although this is a beautifully designed hotel, it is super dirty and nothing works. Our shower was broken. Our tub was broken. The sprayer on the tub was broken. The toilet floor area was so gross with clusters of gunk from who knows when. No one wanted to be barefooted here. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, lock, or even close completely for privacy. The a/c wouldn't cool lower than 70. The hotel charges 50 dollars to park you or 30 dollars to park yourself across the street which is impossible with bags. Doormen were tired of working. Just a really badly managed space. Please see the photos posted of the ice machine area. Rat droppings, black mold, and some sort of dog food there. Just so nasty. We only stayed one night.

Yelp
I. LOVE. THIS. HOTEL. I've always been a big fan of Kimptons, but this one might be one of my favorites, if not my favorite. I've stayed here multiple times, and each time has been superb. The staff is always friendly and welcoming; my status as a Diamond IHG member is always recognized and results in a significant upgrade; and I'm always offered breakfast and bar credit, which is always a solid addition. The prices might be a little steep, but it is well-worth it for this spot, which is pretty solid location-wise as well. The typical Kimpton experience is all there: bikes available, social/wine hour, unique hotel, and so forth. They also do random other things like hot chocolate, other beverages available, and so forth, but thankfully, the hotel is solid so these things don't need to "make up" for the not great hotel. The restaurant could use a lot of work, but the hotel itself is excellent and has become my go-to whenever I'm in Dallas.

Yelp
Comp Wine Hour!!!! I loveeeeed this place! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very nice bathrooms. One down side no windows or fans, but it was still a very pleasant stay! The shower, and soak tub were such a nice touch! The housekeeping was so on point it was surprising! The service from the hotel employees was also very friendly, fun and refreshing! Thank you for being awesome!!

Yelp
Ambiance: Kimpton hotels are one of my favs! This one is super nice, with great modern deco and large rooms. Cleanliness: The entire hotel and rooms are very clean. Service: I had superb service from the lobby greeting, wine hour hosting, and concierge needs. Everyone was super nice! The rooms here are outstanding (if you can get an upgrade) and there is plenty of food close by. Give this place a try!!

Yelp
We have stayed here 3x now for 4 nights at a time The hotel is very tranquil and relaxing~ the ambiance is very inviting to all your senses. It's very clean and well maintained The onsite restaurant is delicious with good food and tasty cocktails and has a very warm atmosphere which for me is hard at hotel restaurants ~ my only issue is I wish they didn't close so early on Sundays The staff are all very attentive and friendly ~ Amd that is much appreciated!! The rooms are esthetically pleasant ~ never a bad nights sleep ~ our stays have been when the hotel is very busy and yet it seems very mellow quiet and relaxing It's a definite place we will return too when in downtown dallas and just steps away from deep ellum

Yelp
Wow! Patrick, Sebastian and the other dark headed guy working front were amazing to my daughter and I. We had the best time ever. Clean hotel! Clean, Clean, Clean! I can't wait to go back. We loved every minute. It's worth every dollar and close to everything. We absolutely loved this place. Pool was clean and attentive staff.

Yelp
Beautiful, sparkling clean hotel. Very modern decor. It was perfectly located for my visit to Dallas (I was selected to be an extra in a Cody Jinks music video that was being recorded at Adair's Saloon nearby.) Every staff member I interacted with at the front desk went above and beyond. Connor checked me in. I had taken a much earlier flight due to weather issues and he kindly checked me in early. My room rate included breakfast the next morning but again, because of bad weather, I had rearranged my flight home to leave at 5 am. He offered to give me drink coupons for the bar instead. He was super friendly and helpful. I also made a couple of other stops at the desk for assistance. A young lady recommended a nearby restaurant (I think her name was Amy but not sure?) She was so great! And later that evening, the woman at the front deak - again I did not get her name - was helpful. Finally, JR helped me the next morning with making arrangements to get to the airport. This trip was really a treat for me and everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make it special. I've already told friends this is THE place to stay in Dallas. Thank you!

Yelp
I've traveled extensively around the globe, and stayed in both top quality and sketchy hotels. Yet every time I stay at The Pittman the stay is enjoyable and the staff very welcoming. It is impeccably cleaned, furniture and accouterments are always working and in excellent shape. The staff, starting at the Valet team through check in and room service deliver top notch customer service without fail. My vehicle was brought down very quickly after notifying valet, as an example. A fun thing to note is that I pre-ordered coffee and croissants for breakfast the next morning and they were delivered on time with the coffee piping hot and fresh. The showers are refreshing and in a huge stand up shower stall. What else can I say but that The Pittman delivers each and every time. It is my go to hotel in Dallas.

Yelp
Was looking for a hotel stay in Dallas that we could bring the dogs. Love that kimpton allows them without size restrictions or extra charges. The valet was totally worth it for us. Hate dealing with parking in a new city. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating with the dogs. We did a breakfast special that came with the all American breakfast. Worth the few extra bucks. The restaurant looked amazing, we just had other plans. We did get some drinks from their bar and were able to charge it to the room. The pool was really nice looking. Didn't have time to enjoy it. We also did a romance package which included some wine, dessert, and most importantly extended our checkout time to 2. So worth it not having to rush out. The actual room was a great size, we did the premium king room. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a large tub in the Walk in shower. Suuuuper helpful removable shower head, came in handy cleaning up the dogs. Only con is that it is loud. You can totally hear everything from outside and it's next to a commuter train. We had to keep the tv on to drown it out. Loved the stay, overall. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Stayed at the Kimpton-Pittman hotel and had a great experience from check-in to checkout. Patrick and Marquis provide great customer service. My room was clean. The soaker tub and fire pit were my favorites. The hotel provided dipped strawberries and anniversary cards for my husband and I. Thank you staff for a memorable stay. I look forward to future visits and connecting with the sales department for possible future events.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED my stay here at Kimpton Pittman Hotel. This boutique hotel is small but mighty. It is very clean and modernly decorated. There is a bar & restaurant connected to the hotel, which also has very good ratings on Yelp. The gym has the bare essentials but suffices for anyone looking for a good workout. There is an outdoor pool, with two separate fire pits on the exterior portion of the hotel. All amenities are accessible with your room card. The individual hotel rooms are cozy but have super high ceilings, which doesn't make the space seem crowded. The bathroom has a sliding barn door, rather than the typical hinged door. Front desk concierge is also super friendly! If you forgot to pack anything, they'll likely be able to get whatever item you need (complimentary). Bottled waters, free of charge, are also available if you ask the front desk. You can also check in your luggage/bags with them if your flight is later than check-out time (i.e. noon). I booked my 4-day/3-night reservation via Hotwire, so it was a luck-of-the-draw. But I'm SO glad that it ended up being this hotel!

M The G.

Yelp
Amazing all the way! Loved the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the surrounding area!

Samantha C.

Yelp
Amazing customer service and beautiful hotel. Shout out to Cole for taking good care of us. We loved our room and the cleanliness of the hotel. We ate breakfast there also -- good service and complimentary coffee and tea. Whenever we come back to Dallas, we will definitely stay here!

Madeline K.

Yelp
Wow. 10/10. Had an excellent stay here. Every transaction was smooth. Absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Went above and beyond. Same goes for the restaurant Good Elm. Treated like royalty. The kitchen even made our young girls two tiny pancakes as soon as we sat down. Will 100% stay again.

Sonoko R.

Yelp
This hotel is in a busy area but for the most part you don't hear what goes on outside. I loved the valet service though I wish it was cheaper (42/night is a little pricy). However the service was amazing. JR in the front desk handled everything perfectly and was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. This stay has made me want to book with other Kimpton hotels!

Eric J.

Yelp
If you're looking for good vibes, this is the place. Greeted with down to earth customer service. Modern yet casual atmosphere was quite appealing. Room was clean and functional. I would characterize the room as efficient and functional. The functional aspect paired with the overall atmosphere and cleanliness made for an exceptional experience. Breakfast was the only meal I can speak to in the restaurant, but the food and service was great at each visit.......Full disclosure; I attempt to stay places that aren't run of the mill side of the highway type hotels. This place is exactly that, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Wilson L.

Yelp
Great hotel. Location is amazing, right in Deep Ellum. Tons of bars and restaurants and cool things around. The staff is incredible here, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are super cozy, modern and nice. Definitely will be coming back here again if I'm in Dallas.

Denis S.

Yelp
I love a Kimpton and this one is no exception. Excellent location and amazing service. You're walking distance from tons of super interesting restaurants and night spots. The rooms are large and beautiful, if not a bit minimalist. No mini bar or snacks, but both are available at the front desk. They have the customary Happy Hour, but this location also has a pool and outdoor fireplace that's definitely worth checking out. Plus, the hotel restaurant (Elm&Good) is top notch. Can't go wrong.

Mary A.

Yelp
I could happily live at this hotel. The decoration throughout is on point to the tiny details. The staff all seemed very genuinely happy to help with anything I needed - they didn't even flinch when I asked for almond milk or deodorant (good job on forgetting this one, self) - I didn't have my pup with me but they also don't charge a fee for having pets and have dog treats stationed everywhere. The room was clean and comfy and the bathroom shower /tub combo was gorgeous. My only spoiled brat complaint here was I wish there was bubble bath supplies provided or for sale. Parking was expensive for self parking but not beyond typical for a nice hotel and I genuinely Felt my car was safe in the garage (even the entrance was gated). Lots to walk around to in the area but I was a full homebody for my stay and loved it.

Lisa W.

Yelp
I love Kimpton hotels & The Pittman in Dallas certainly did not disappoint. The room itself feels like an upscale, downtown apartment. They have bike rentals, wine happy hour and a fantastic restaurant on site. This hotel is very walkable to cool bars and restaurants in Dallas.

Kimberly P.

Yelp
Gorgeous hotel. Here for a brunch wedding! Love the art on the walls throughout the hotel. The restaurant was AMAZING!! Great atmosphere. Great service! Great food! Would definitely come back!

Julio I.

Yelp
Really nice place, great location, staff very helpful and nice. Restaurant food not so good, had higher expectations...

Joe D.

Yelp
The rating I gave this is 4 1/2 stars if it had not been for the guy that checked me in it would've been a 5, even though my experience with him was unpleasant (he was a bit condescending and referred to me as man! when I pay money to a business my expectation is to be called Mr or Sir not my first name and not man) it was not something to deter me from bringing my family here the next time I return to Dallas because this hotel was great! the pillows the mattress and the comforter was like sleeping on clouds they have a really big shower I mean room for like four people it's pretty cool and the room is very high-tech you turn the power on in the room by holstering your key card into a caddy which then turns on all the lights in the room, it was my first time staying here and I wish that the guy who checked me in would've walked me through the features of the room It had a smart speaker that I was unfamiliar with but I googled it, it's from Sweden? I can't remember the name of it, there's robes in the room and wonderful lotions shampoos conditioners and body washes I actually felt spoiled the only problem besides the guy that checked me in was that I was unable to hook my Xbox to the Internet which is very important to me but since I was able to play Internet enabled games I was cool.

Gvin M.

Yelp
Amazing experience! What makes this hotel special is its staff! From the surprise welcome cake and wine for our anniversary from Isaac at the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the valet, folks are genuinely interested in making your stay great. The hotel itself was comfortable, modern chic with a quirky edge, blending into the deep Ellum, the creative side of Dallas!

Kamoni A.

Yelp
This hotel was not on my radar, it is hidden in plain sight. I found it looking for daycation online. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this Marvelous hotel. The staff was very delightful and helpful. I made my way to the pool to relax and order a cocktail. I went during the week so I had the place to myself. The price point for drinks and food was reasonable. I cant tell you about the rooms beacause I was here on a day pass. But i am sure they will not disappoint you there either. I vaild at the hitel so Iam not sure about outside parking around the hotel. I ejoyed my experience at the hotel. So if you are in the area i would recommend you book your room here.

Kealani S.

Yelp
This hotel is a gem. The rooms are massive and modern, super cool bathrooms, great location comfy beds and pillows wonderful service... I could go on! The gym is amazing and has tons of heavy duty TRX equipment. There are tons of walkable restaurants nearby as well. Fantastic place to stay in Dallas!

Yelp
As a Kimpton nerd (or "Inner Circle," as they call it), I was thrilled to see a new Texas property - and right in time for my birthday. We went to Dallas for the weekend of my birthday (aka Christmas), and there were no disappointments. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Curtis, we had a wonderful experience. We were given a lovely upgrade to the One Bedroom Suite, which came with a separate living area and a bathroom with a deep soaking tub. We had a small issue with our TV, and they were so receptive to responding to the issue. As always, it was perfectly pet-friendly, and our little dog, Napoleon, was greeted by name. I always feel like a VIP when I stay at Kimptons, and Pittman was no different. All in all, this was a great property. It is sleek, clean, and well-appointed. The restaurant staff, especially the bar manager, were incredible. AND it's all in a beautiful, historical building (with a new addition). We will DEFINITELY be back!

Yelp
TMI, I was a total nightmare losing my mind during my friend's wedding weekend. Every. Single. Person. At this hotel... giggled along with my antics and helped me keep the bride happy and unaware of the hiccups. Thank you thank you thank you especially to the front desk crew, y'all all ROCK, and that incredibly sweet valet team. It meant more than y'all will ever know!

Brandon C.

Yelp
Its a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. They offered us free complimentary wine served at certain times of the day. We absolutely loved our room and pool was awesome ! Would definitely recommend. Also pets stay free and our Boston terrier loved the hotel as much as we did.

Yelp
I played a gig here recently, and ordered churros to-go. This was a mistake*, as they were THE BEST CHURROS OF MY LIFE!!! BONUS READING BELOW. I wasn't going to write this review, but i just left a 1-star and wanted to balance that out with this one. :in teenage TV sitcom girly voice: Ok, so, like, urm, I did this short "Churros tour" Nov 2020, looking for, like, the best ever Churros. I found a couple of places, and it was cool. But, D. A. N. G.!! These were PERFECT!!! First off, they were almost a foot-long. They, meaning (4) of them. I think they were, maybe, like, $10-$12. Super soft. I'm my books, anything that requires 2 hands to eat, is NEXT LEVEL! It was pillowy-gloriousness! I felt like each time i but down, i could hear a little air escape. Er-my-gurd, so awesome, like! Coated heavily in its wondrous sugary cinnamon-ness-sess, it was paired with both options of a chocolate or Carmel dipping sauce, and some sliced green apples. Caramel was my favorite!! *My doc has stated i need to lower my sugar in-take. I won't tell her about this. The first time i played here last year, another bandmate ordered food to-go; a simple chicken dish, and it took 25 minutes, and looked kinda, um, "un-inspiring". Another gig, a different bandmate ordered something different, and he liked it. So, there's that. All's i know, is, like, if you ever want a near-sugar euphoria experience, try these Churros!! Please subscribe to my Instagramcrackers, TikTokudontstop and Twitterbegone socials. j/k :end vernacular:

Yelp
Location is ok. Rooms and lobby are meh. Looking elsewhere for future stay.

Yelp
From beginning to end, worst hotel I've ever seen at this ridiculous price We went to room to find a cold sterile unwelcoming end of the hall room. We had requested a room w view and we got a window on 3rd floor facing a garage and construction. Poor lighting can't use phone which is located at door far from bed. Side lamps can't be reached easily to be posted on or off in bed. No life, plants, or warmth in any way. No individual soaps, tooth brushes or hair products. They had big bottles that every guest uses even though they consider Covid a high risk and so no water bottles are provided. Lol Curtains don't block out light. Hair dryer has no defuser so wifey had bad hair day! ( not good for me) No pen or note pad near phone. No lotion. We paid a bit extra for a tub but no bubble bath. If you share the tub w loved partner the stopper will be hit and water drains. Not a tub to share. Pointless. TV was basic channels w no extras or Netflix or premium of any kind. $368 a night worthy? Towels and trash in hallway all day snd night though cleaners had been right there. Covid concerns yet no one thinks dirty linen and garbage is sitting in common area all day and night. Shower was warm at best not hot. Forget the hot water guys it's not there. Pathetic water pressure. Did I mention no hot water and pathetic water pressure? Wifey gets dressed and can't use long mirror because knuckleheads mounted it too close to window wall. You have to squeeze yourself into the curtains and window to access. Dark dried brown (possibly blood) stains on bed sheets. Needed more water so had to dress to go back down to collect my bottles and yes had to wait in line. $ 368 a night gets you such service and benefits at the Pitman. No bar no food no snacks. You'll have to walk access the street through traffic and construction to reach the 7-11. Wow. Sad. Rooms are not sound proof by far. You can hear traffic and other guests as well as street music booming through the night. Cleaning staff wore no gloves and pulled down face masks in rooms while cleaning as observed from hallway. There is no communication between hotel snd restaurant. We were told we could order up food for breakfast but we were told by unimpressive over worked grumpy waiter that "we must come down and get it ourselves"! It's served in foam boxes. Average cost of breakfast $15 lol. I was happy to get a cinnamon roll on the side but it was seemingly under baked, cold, very cold and hard. See pics. The hot food was cooked well and the cooks were good though we woke up to go down for food at 7 am which Abby and Andy had told us opened at 7am but nope it opens at 8am and we were sent away w a cold shoulder. No manager available because he quit we were told. Don't blame him. Stopped back at the front desk to get hot tea which again was empty and I had to interact w desk staff Abby who was a very delightful young lady snd happily went to refill hot water while sitting waited. Get use to waiting snd being disappointed. Later I returned for food order and there was a table seated and a couple ahead of us. Waiter shouted from kitchen pass bar to seat yourselves. No greeting. No good morning. He was slammed w a 6 top and nothing else. Lol. I did get the attention of a guy who came in off the street in plain clothes who seemed to be trying to help the waiter and we had a nice chat. He (Nelson or Mark) was really understanding and explained the situation of being under staffed and no managers. Unfortunately that's not my problem and should never be something a guest has to deal w especially when you pay $368 a night. I waited for the food and requested they didn't put it in a styrofoam box. The waiter seemed put out but agreed. They forgot my side of bacon but I reminded them and it made its way onto the heavy tray that I was required to carry to the roof myself. $368 a night service at the Pittman! Andy was hesitant and obviously reluctant to deal w us when we came to the desk for any question or request. When I requested the email of corporate office she said she had no idea and didn't know how to get that info for me. We just googled it. I guess she doesn't google. Lol. We were never approached by management to resolve issues or the situation that permanently damaged my roof top rack. Only after emailing hotel w our full list of complaints did GM Rajeev Gopalak Rishnan call my wife and misread of apology he attacked her. He quested her motives he questioned her job title and career, he questioned her expectations. He acted rude and disrespectful manner. He told her she was unreasonable and didn't understand HIGH END hotel services. Rajeev acted in a misogynistic manner and you can't train that out of someone like that. He has serious issues dealing w women. I've lived and traveled around the world snd I've never seen such rubbish treatment and care ever. This is what $368 a night in a back alley hotel gets you.

Yelp
Modern boutique hotel in great location. My fiancé and I really liked this hotel. The style was modern and chic with the most comfortable bed we had ever slept in. The staff was very helpful and I really liked that they offer complimentary late check out. The hotel is located in Deep Ellum and walking distance to a lot of good food places and bars. Parking is $25/day and not attached to the hotel, but it is not a far walk at all.

Yelp
Really nice hotel. Beautiful views. Parking is pretty bad. The entrance is like an alleyway so it gets backed up pretty quick and the wait is longish. We got a room with a tub and it's so nice. Rooms are super modern!

Yelp
The room was okay (the bathroom is weird because it has this impractical barn door and the shower is not enclosed) and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The valet service ruined my whole stay though. I left my vehicle in their care and noticed that my whole front bumper grille was missing when I got my car back. I tried to handle the situation then and there by filling out a claim form and speaking to someone the staff claimed was a manager. This manager claimed that nothing could be done that day since it was Friday and to expect to hear back from them Monday. I never heard from anyone and I called back weeks later and was still met with delay. I finally got an email back from someone weeks later and they say "management looked at the footage and your car was in that condition when you drove it in". They just expected me to take their word for it and refuse to show me said video unless I have them subpoena'd. So I went out there for a vacation and came back with an extra problem and now I have to hire a lawyer and what not because of this. If they had informed me of this policy of needing a subpoena'd, I would just have called the authorities while I was at the hotel but the staff was friendly and assured me things would be handled. I wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
Very nice. They have everything you could want from a hotel, motel or holiday inn. If you're looking for a bed, they have those. Shower and or toilet? Yep, they're included in the price of the room. They have other niceties as well, they're accommodations are so accommodating they even posted pictures of said accommodations on their website to accommodate you. The posted pictures are pretty accurate. Good Job Pittman. Much appreciated.

Yelp
The hotel is very nice but they over charge you. I don't mean you don't get your money's worth, I mean they literally charged me for an extra night. I didn't realize until I saw that the stay cost me $300 more than what I thought it would. Luckily I was still in Dallas so I could go back to the hotel and demand my money back but for out of town travelers, this is a scam.

Yelp
A really well-appointed hotel walkable to the Deep Ellum scene. Overall a good stay for under $250. Pros: Every interaction we had with hotel staff was stellar--youngish, hip looking, and seemed to be really nice to everyone, not just select guests. The pool is really cool (it has a bottom that raises up to form a deck when the pool is closed) and the lounge areas are well-designed. They have bikes and scooters (not powered) you can borrow to get around in the area. Connected restaurant was convenient for a quick lunch, and the food was what you would expect for the price. We stayed on a Friday night and the vibe was really chill. Didn't seem like a party hotel, which was great for us. Cons: Like some of the other reviews here have stated, if you have a room that overlooks the bars across the street, it's loud. If you're looking for a quiet evening in your own getaway staycation sanctuary, this is probably not for you. We weren't bothered by it and it died down at an appropriate time. The room we had was clean enough, by pandemic standards, though there were definitely big smudges on the window that look distinctly like body parts that aren't usually on display in public (OK they looked like they were made by a pair of tig-o's! There, I said it...), and a few smudges on the nightstand. Otherwise, the room was pretty clean (no hair in the shower, no leftover dust/trash, etc.). The shower head sucked, and only some of the toiletries were restocked when we arrived (shampoo and hand soap yes, but no body wash, and we were too lazy to ask for some to be sent up).

Yelp
I've stayed during my trip to Dallas, the hotel is clean, very modern with industrial design. However, the shower was not pleasant at all, very low pressure, and did not have hot water it was barely warm, I let it run for while waiting to get hot, but it didn't, the next morning still the same issue. The staff was nice and helpful.

Yelp
Pros- The hotel room is gorgeous, the front desk clerks are helpful/friendly and they have free wine from 5-6p. The gym was a nice size and they had a peloton! Cons- The smell throughout the hotel is sooo strong that you can't enjoy the lobby And are running through the halls to get to your room. There was a hair in the bathroom in the shower gel that was not ours. The hot water worked for only the first person. The room was super hot. Lastly the room was super noisy, the train runs all night so if you are a light sleeper I'd make sure your room faces the elm and not the Main Street.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Deep Ellum. The staff are more than friendly and professional. I stayed in room 423 with a large soaking tub. The room overlooked the street below which was cool. I looked at tons of hotels before traveling due to covid and this place had great reviews.

Yelp
Love this hotel and if you meet Darius, he is the truth and will exceed your expectations!!

Yelp
The service is terrible. The area isn't safe. If you are coming to Deep Ellum to visit for the day stay downtown or farther out. I am convinced this hotel does NOT have an ice maker for their guest. I asked several concierge and each time I got a different answer. They would look down at their computer acting like they were trying to find it themselves...how are you confused??? Even floors, odd floors, this side, that side! I looked on every floor up and down the hallway. There are no doors marked for ice. Sure...room are nice. Hot water is a hit or miss. Housekeeping has the music blaring early morning with the door open...unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this hotel! Save your money!

Yelp
This hotel was very modern, clean, and beautiful. Unfortunately we had a pretty poopie view, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The rooms and small but well designed. You have to have your key inside the slot to have lights inside the room, that was inconvenient. The largest light in the room has no switch, so we had to unscrew the bulb to be able to have Bathroom lights without disturbing in the middle of the night. There's also no iron, just a puny little steamer. The front desk gave us the most wonderful recommendations for restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend! The valet was also very accommodating, quick, and friendly.

Yelp
I was very pleased with my stay here, it's in a great walkable location to Deep Ellum and was very clean and well taken care of. The pool is a bit small but was nice and cool compared to the heat in Texas. The staff is very kind.

Yelp
I always LOVE Kimpton Hotels. But this location has gone above and beyond! I knew I wasn't landing until late so I called to see if there was anything open to get dinner after arriving. The F&B Mgr, (I think his name was Marco) told me everything would be closed when i got in, but offered to READ me off their menu, make what I wanted, and had it placed in the fridge for me upon my arrival. Y'all! I was blown away. Then Patrick at the front desk was just amazing. It was SO nice to have a team go above and beyond for you after a long day of travel. Not to mention, the food, atmosphere, room etc is beautifully kept and clean. They gym is a bonus! Thank you Kimpton Pittman!! You've got a guest for life!
