The visit to Krug Room was truly a unique culinary journey. The room is beautifully appointed to re-create the intimate surroundings of a train carriage. For those who love champagne - it’s a must as the meal features various varieties. The summer tasting menu ( which changes every season) is composed of beautifully presented, well executed dishes that brings out the umami of fresh and sustainable ingredients. Our favorite dish is the Krug - lobster 🦞, uni, and caviar - so refreshing as a starter! Each dish is carefully designed and introduced by the Executive Chef Simon himself. Our waiter , Ryan, pampered us with the most attentive and warm service throughout the evening. It’s my second visit, but the impeccable experience will make me keep coming back! Bravo to Krug Room team!
