"In what is now becoming an annual tradition, Los Angeles was once again largely shut out from the winner’s circle at the James Beard Foundation Awards in Chicago last night. The lone local bright spot for the evening was Caroline Styne, who rightfully took home the vaunted Outstanding Restaurateur award for her years-long run at places like Lucques, a.o.c., The Larder, and Tavern." - Farley Elliott

I didnt experience the slowness as I picked a sandwich that was ready, the chicken and avocado with pesto, and I have to say it’s been a long time since I had such a good sandwich. After I bought it I was thinking maybe I could have gotten something different because it was $11 but after I tried it defintely made my purchase worth. Thanks!

Slow, incompetent service with ridiculously high prices. If all you want is a cup of coffee, they won't let you order it at the coffee bar that has a cash register. They make you wait 30 minutes in line to order it at the food line. A bagel breakfast sandwich rang up to almost $20. The ham wasn't even real ham- it was some nasty deli sliced garbage. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place is located at Bradley International airport. I almost missed my flight because I waited so long to get my sandwich. A food vendor at the airport should keep this in mind when establishing good business.

Poor customer service, 30 minute wait time for food - when inquired about order status at 25 min mark, was simply informed that all the orders were taking long... ok, would've been nice to know upfront when I face a flight to catch...

Is a bit slow to order, but the food is worth it if you can wait. Great breakfast before a flight.
