An absolutely banging night at the Larder House. The food was amazing, Jesse and team always deliver a top notch menu and the NYE banquet was superb. Poppy and the front of house team weee so warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for looking after us - see you again soon!

The Larderhouse focuses on locally sourced food and drink. The IPA, for example, came from a brewery near Salisbury. We had the beef, which was served with a variety of vegetables. Instead of a traditional Yorkshire pudding, they offered a bone marrow and parsley bread pudding. It wasn’t really to our taste, but that’s purely a personal preference. Everything else was excellent, and the chocolate tahini pudding was superb. The staff were all very helpful. We would definitely return.

Most incredible atmosphere, vibes and the friendliest of staff! Have come in here before for a wine or a cocktail (really delicious, the servers always give amazing recommendations) but we decided to come for a roast dinner and it did not disappoint! For three, we went with the 1/2 roast chicken, the roasted vegetables, runner beans and cauliflower cheese. Everything was super delicious and it all worked really well together. The waitress (whose name I’ve annoyingly forgotten) was really helpful with explain dish sizes and what she thought would work for our party size and also what goes well together. Would definitely recommend!

Had the Sunday roast at The Larder House and it was banging! Meat was cooked perfectly, roasties were crispy, and loads of proper gravy. Great vibes and really friendly staff

What a venue! I loved the relaxed European vibe right in the heart of the high street. The staff were so inviting and friendly, as we enjoyed exploring the fantastic wine list and great atmosphere. We had the Sunday roast after recommendations that its the best on the south-coast and it did not disappoint. The aged beef was perfectly cooked and plenty of well priced side dishes to choose from you will not leave hungry. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

An amazing venue to socialise eat and drink well. Wine choice and guidance is exceptional. The food is always amazing again excellent recommendations. Sunday roast to die for generous portions well presented. Open kitchen generates the most amazing smells. Will visit at any opportunity to get the warmest of welcome and the most amazingly prepared delicious food served by gorgeous people

Good food and great service! The bacon belly, which apparently was made of beef belly, was to die for! However, the starters were ok. Cheese was regular, but the wine soaked grapes were strong (we loved it). Risotto was a bit dry and uncooked inside. Also, staff need to do more research or training on wine pairing. 😛

Real food. Serving locally sourced produce from a wood fired oven. Which is at the heart of the restaurant. Sustainabilty is a key factor here. Even down to the menu's. There's no waste here. Instead you are presented with two chalk boards. One has various snacks and small plates. While the other has bigger plates and desserts. We chose a selection from both menus. Crispy potatoes £7 Smoked hispi £8 Hens eggs £8 Baked mushrooms £12 Chicken & pork pie £15 Cod,radicchio & parsnip £24 Once you place your order, don't expect everything to come out at once. The food is all cooked fresh. It's one of those places where the dishes come out as and when they are ready. The food was absolutely delicious and very filling. So much so we had to take some away with us. Which was packed sustainably of course.

The Larderhouse has a fantastic menu and great atmosphere. With a wood-fired oven, they offer the nicest pizzas around! They have an extensive cocktail bar and the barkeep is a genius! So passionate and knowledgeable! They also have a glorious courtyard out the back with a fire to keep you warm and pretty lots of pretty lights which is perfect for clear evenings.

Very good choice outside of the tourist area. Somewhat a Fine Dining establishment,great service. I had the Lamb which was very nice. You will need to make reservations as when i called, the inside dining area was fully booked. They have a patio setting with heaters that was fine, but the ambience inside is what you really will want.

Food is incredible. Quite pricey but it's certainly worth it. The cocktails as well are amazing. Highly recommended this place - especially for a special occasion!

Fantastic food and a great atmosphere. They have music nights and themed evenings as well.

Ten of us went for Sunday lunch, 5 had lamb 4 beef and 1 ham hock all of which were excellent . Beef was tender and plentiful as were the other dishes.The accompanying veg of carrots,swede and red cabbage were also delicious. Service was very good and as we were celebrating a birthday they allowed us to bring our own cake and served it to us for dessert.Highly recommended and will return on our next visit to Bournemouth.
