"I was less than impressed with the pho at CO on Ponce de Leon Avenue: the beef was "cooked through" when it should be left rare to finish cooking in the hot broth, and the cilantro and Thai basil garnishes looked "dried out and sorry-looking." In the end I called the pho "pretty good, I guess," and I felt similarly unimpressed, if not confused, by the menu's other dishes during my visits." - Beth McKibben

Super cool building with amazing views of both Midtown & Ponce City Market, and great proximity to four grocery stores, including Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s. Plus all the bars & restaurants in the area & in PCM make this a truly walkable place to live. Oh, and it’s right by the Beltline. Pretty perfect location - I look forward to getting one!

This is an incredible building right next to Ponce City Market and the BeltLine. The condo is just steps from amazing restaurants, shopping, and a fantastic wine bar where you can even become a member. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the entire experience was top-notch. Megan and Jacqueline were absolutely amazing so professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They gave a great tour and truly made the experience stand out. Highly recommend!
