Went to a Caribbean event on the patio and had a great time! It’s an indoor and outdoor space I didn’t try the food, but it looked and smelled amazing. Parking was decent, they have a paid lot for about $20. The music, atmosphere, and Caribbean crowd really made the night fun. The only downside was that the patio felt a bit tight for the size of the crowd. Overall, a lively spot with great vibes!

Food and drinks are very good especially their happy hours on weekdays . my favorite place to watch football and weekends it’s a party with best dj from NJ/NY. Staff is amazing Jessy, Manuela and many others are friendly and polite, management staff and ownership are just as amazing with their customers why for years I have called it my home for events to watch or just have a great time.

The food is exquisite, the drinks are delicious, but the atmosphere was muffled, the music was very repetitive, you can see that the place has changed. But there is still a good place to go out for fun.

I just have to say JAIME is amazing and I will return everytime thanks to her. She’s a huge asset to your company, she’s a sweatheart accommodating and understanding and friendly. She really cares about your brand your blessed to have someone like her. If it wasn’t for her my rate would of been different.

The Lobby has more of a nightlife vibe than a cozy spot for a date—definitely not the place for a romantic evening. It’s a club/sports bar hybrid with okay vibes, but the service was pretty subpar, especially considering how pricey the food is. That said, the appetizer sampler was actually really good—the sauces had a sweet but peppery flavor that stood out. If you’re looking for a casual hangout or pregame spot, it might work, but don’t expect top-tier service or a quiet atmosphere!

Was here birthday dinner. Hookah is also available here. Parking is difficult, especially if there is some kind of event happening. Good luck..

The Lobby is a cool spot when you wanna get out. They play mostly Spanish music, a few Hip Hop and R&B songs as well as a few reggae songs.

The service by bartender Priscilla was over the top. She was very attentive and made my birthday special. The margaritas and burgers were tasty. Ambiance and staff (Priscilla) was amazing!

I came here on a Friday night around 7:30pm. There were a good amount of people inside and the space is really big. The music was BLASTING, which was a mix of hip hop, r&b (old and new) and reggaeton (or Latin trap). I enjoyed the vibes inside. We were seated immediately and the hostess and our waitress were extremely friendly and welcoming. I ordered a mango margarita, which was reallyyy good. For food, I had the blackened salmon pasta. It came with a really yummy garlic bread, which was soft, and veryyy garlicky. The pasta was a little overcooked and too soft for my liking. The salmon was also overcooked and a little dry inside, but still well seasoned. The dish overall was tasty, and I'd order it again, I'd just request al dente pasta and salmon over medium.

Restaurant by day/club by night. This location has a bar and grill type menu. Very cool ambiance with TV screens, pool table, bar, and outdoor venue. There are great hookah options, and staff are attractive and friendly. Welcoming but laid back environment. Great music but limited selection on repeat. Food was basic. In a seedy area. Good deals however if in the area.

We went for apps and drinks. They had a enticing happy hour. The guacamole came out and looked a little old. There was no flavor. Parking lot is huge but could also be tricky getting in and out. The drinks were good. The music killed our vibe. The hookah was also on the happy hour special but was a little weak. Our waitress took about 10-15 mins before she approached us. She included a tip for just 2 people as well. She was not very attentive. The only highlight of the night was the gentleman dancing and singing with his guitar. The main dancing area open on the weekends they will make you buy a bottle if you want a table. I don't know if I'll be back or not. At least not during the week. We also had a Yelp coupon that they refused maybe it was because we had happy hour specials but the waitress couldn't explain as to why.

The drinks were great and ambiance was very chill. Music was blah but I mean after a few drinks you tend to vibe to anything. The service was good, only had to call the waitress over once because the rest of the time she would check in on us. The food for happy hour was fine, nothing extraordinary but edible nonetheless. Hookah was decent too but keep in mind you have to pay separately for that and it is only cash. My lack of stars for this review goes to the fact that we ordered the kebab trio to go and when I got home excited to try it, I noticed it all the components were not cooked. I called the restaurant back right away and I should be getting a refund but it was my first time trying food so it did suck to have to experience this. I will definitely give it another try though!

The place is large. The tables are reserved for bottle service. The bar area is relatively small. They are upstairs which is quieter. The cover charge is $40 cash. Robbery. The dance floor is tiny compared the place. The DJ was great. The crowds keep coming in throughout the night

Horrible place. They blast music which can be heard outside of the venue disturbing all the neighborhood around. Their noise level Is out of control!

We stopped in for lunch yesterday, Friday. The music was very loud for about 1pm in the afternoon. We shared the Picada. Rather large portion, it was good. We couldn't finish it and took leftovers to go. Our waitress was very nice and somewhat attentive. I had water and husband had a martini. The bill was about $75, I thought a bit pricey. Pls be aware that tip is automatically added. Not sure that we would return. But looks like it would be a fun nightclub!

My friends and I stopped by here for the first time and had an ok experience. The bartender was very rude and dismissive. The ambiance was nice, and I would say the best thing about my experience was one of the hostess who was so sweet and fun. I think her name was Christina or christen can't quite remember.

Music was good. Love that they have Latin music dow stairs and a mix on the second floor. Service was super friendly and the overall vibe was great.

I am a long time customer I generally have no problems, but i did notice that they do not have any heat and have the security standing all night in front of the door in the cold. Doesnt matter if you're bundled up or not its freezing and i dont think thats a good way to treat the people who protect and watch over the establishment . As a customer waiting in long lines for events their should be heat generated

I'm not sure it's fair for me to "review " this place as it's not a place I'd go on purpose. However, the stars are low so I feel like my review won't hurt & might help someone like me manage their expectations. I was only in town for the night. Staying at the Hilton Newark Hotel & I wanted to see UFC 248 more importantly the Jon Jones fight. This was the closest option. In hindsight I should have gone to one of the further options. Not an ideal UFC watching venue at least not for me. This place is a full fledged club. Loud music, sirens, & horns gallore. There's a cover charge. If you are looking for a hit club-thiz might be it but I'm not sure how well oy world's as a UFC bar to watch the pay-per-view.

I always like me some sweet potato and yuca fries! The portions are pretty good and they filled me up! Great for midnight snacking hehe.

Have been here before. Great atmosphere. Was going last night with a group of 8 to have a dinner and party. Got there for a 40 dollar cover charge. Threw all of us off. I used to eat here alot. To pay 320 just to enter the establishment. We were going to consume bottles and food. I guess for Saturday night life not worth it. Too expensive.

The security guards look mighty uncomfortable standing by the entrance and exits due to the freezing winter temperatures ... they should really provide them with a heater or something .. its kinda sad watching them freeze

This place was super dope. This is a definitely a spot you want to come to for bruch especially if you have a nice size group. The food was good, so was the drinks. The music was definitely was on point and will definitely be back again. A

Where do I even began? Came for their "Friendsgiving" and all of my friends (6) and I bought the 20$!ticket that includes a free hookah for 6 and "unlimited" mimosas for 90 mins. Well none of the workers apparently were briefed on the fact that the mimosas come with out ticket and I was first told the area they were going to sit us in we had to spend 50$p/p and I said "no, we're not doing that bc we have our ticket. So we don't need to sit here, sit us where our ticket is acceptable" and she she had no idea what to do so she sat us in the supposed VIP section anyway, & we had to wait until they found the manager to be told YES, we DO get mimosas with our ticket.l after being told no 3 times. And they were "not allowed" to leave the pitchers, so we had to wait until our server came back to refill our glasses which, surprise surprise, she didn't come often. In those 90mins, I think she only came to us 4 times. That's it, we got 4 glasses of our "unlimited mimosas". Food took forever to come out and was not tasty at all. Oh yeah and 5$ for parking in their ridiculously small lot is a joke

The Lobby used to be better for me. Recently it's been more empty, the food hasn't been as good and the drinks are just ok. As always there's no parking and ppl just park on the grass. The service is what you expect at a sports bar.

Bottle service was fun! Friendly staff. Good music. Spacious venue. There is parking. Good prices. A hidden gem tbh.

We ordered a hookah during happy hour. Then after we paid CASH for the hookah they told us hookah was no longer aloud inside but it was raining outside and they took the hookah we already paid for.

Been coming here since they first opened and a lot has changed. Definitely changed from lounge to full on club. It's always packed and the music is usually okay. The food is not consistently good but once the drinks start flowing everything taste amazing! The service is great when you come to eat but once the party is going don't even think about service.

Amazing experience at The Lobby!! Like.. when I tell y'all my jaw hit the ground from shock at the level of customer service, I am not exaggerating. The customer service here from the security guard, manager and staff was incredible. I was born and raised in the south where people say southern people are nice... For one that's not true but I give credit where it's due and this establishment is top notch and deserves all the credit.. OKAY NEWARK!! Everyone here was beyond nice. Even right before "last call," the manager, security guard and staff talked to us respectfully and personably. Andrika, Brandon and John William all made our experience one to remember... at 3am! Andrika was so sweet to us and made us feel so comfortable. She had great tips and suggestions for the area and also introduced us to some of the staff. Brandon, one of the security guards, helped a lady exit safely after she had one too many.. (we've all been there) by assisting her and her friend down the stairs. He was also very kind to us during the final closing calls. John William was the manager on duty and had the most personable and professional demeanor. Even while he was multitasking with his closing duties, he kept conversation with us. I'm beyond impressed with this bar, had no idea it was going to be this good of an experience. I'll be back here anytime I am back in EWR!

This place is always packed, and is a definitely a nice hang out spot. Indoor and outdoor seating along with a dance floor on both ends. Food is good here also. The drinks are measured with some technologically advanced nozzle head, and they are not cheap drinks as well. Walking into the door you pay a hefty cover, but only guys do. The music can be good or bad depending on the DJ. So if the DJ happens to be Dominican then guess what kind of music will be played all night? Hmmm. They play mostly a heavy mix of Spanish music. My issue is the receipt I got billed for. They automatically add a tip on their, which I've seen before at other establishments. Look at the $5 "Balance Due". Who's pocket did that extra $5 go into??? On top of the added house tip. Be careful, SHADY BUSINESS!

I'm a bit shocked that the stars are so low for this place. I've been a couple of times in the last 2 months and every time, I've had a good experience. I haven't gone in the evening though--just for brunch and lunch to watch some games. Their salmon with the white wine tomato sauce is sooo good. So is their penne vodka with shrimp. I like that it's creamy and not thick and dry like some places make it. I also had their chaufa but I wasn't crazy about it. As far as drinks I like that they have bowls--the Jack Daniel's Punch is good. So is their Hennessy Passion cocktail but the portion for that one is sooo small. Lastly, the music and atmosphere was good. Great for a lit brunch. PS: I haven't tried it but they also offer hookah if you're into it.

First time coming by while on vacation in Jersey on a Tuesday night. It was a salsa/bachata night and the music was great! Lots of great dancers variety of music and overall a wholesome fun time for a Tuesday. (We were Inside) ordered a French soup which was a great on a cold night along with a steak quesadilla. I would definitely come back when in Jersey

I came here with my BLACK friends and they were so rude about me sitting down and they were empty after I bought 100 dollars worth of food and idk how much in drinks . Everyone on staff was Hispanic and rude to me and my black friends and was nice to the Hispanic customers, disgusting. Black people spend tour money else this place is RACIST I will never spend money here again. The girl Leslie was very rude and the bald manager was rude

I have been to this spot many times but this is my first review. This is a cool spot just for drinks and to watch the game. They have an outdoor and indoor seating area. The food isn't that great but it will do if you are there to hang out and watch the game. The waitress we had was ok, I did have to get her attention at times. The drinks we ordered was ok as well. I had a decent experience.

I came here a couple of weeks ago with a group of friends after an exam. We wanted to just have a relaxing time and destress. The food was alright, nothing really screaming "amazing" to me. I had the sliders with fries and it was good. I ordered a Moscow mule and it was nothing special about it. It tasted very watered down and when I asked the waitress if I can get it fixed, she gave me an attitude and told me I would get charged for another drink, even though I just wanted a little more ginger beer added to my drink. I was very disappointed. I usually had a good experience with lobby but everything's changed. If you want to come here for a quick bite and drink sure, but I wouldn't spend more time in this establishment. The attitude and ambiance of the waitresses need to be improved.

I great vibe and location. I stopped in for the week and was told i must visit the Lobby. It's super close to the airport with food that is both fresh and delicious. What you see pictured I is the lunch menu all for $12. I'd give this spot a perfect A+.

Lidia in the bathroom was an absolute delight and she for sure made my whole experience. The security guard who was covered in the tattoos and had the cap tonight was absolutely rude and nasty for absolutely no reason. I think he absolutely ruined the vibe for my group and others in the area, He approached me with bullshit several times because i told the manager that Lidia in the bathroom was a great addition to the team. Overall she was really great and I think that if anything, she should be the face that greets visitors upon entry because she is so friendly and wonderful. But that security guard was just looking for any reason to give me a problem for talking to the manager.

Lobby was amazing both days. I went for dinner on saturday and the valentines pre fixe menu was great. The service and the hookah lasted a long time. We went back for brunch the next day and we weren't told about the $5 mimosas but thats fine, I had my surf and turf; and my tropical drink with the bacardi is great. Lobby is A1

The whole experience felt like I was dealing with a mob. Just garbage service and ran by crooks probably. the experience is real ghetto. Beware: if you're ordering hookah, they want the cash on the spot. Also, they add the tip and do minimum charge even on regular weekdays.

Came here after a birthday celebration dinner for my friend just for some nice vibes. I honestly dislike coming here and always give them chances but I think this will be my last. We called to make sure they were serving hookah & drinks outdoors. The customer rep on the phone said yes they were. If there were any stipulations. TELL US ON THE PHONE! We arrived and were asked to be seated outdoors bc we would be ordering hookah just for them to tell us what we cannot receive hookah because this is a "VIP" thing & "VIP" is reserved and "booked." We should've been told that when we called and specifically asked for hookah. To add insult to injury. In a very Unpacked place. We had to ask 3 employees and waited for over 40 mins for anyone to come to our table. The waitress finally came and everything we ordered was her favorite -___- I'm soo over this place.

If you're looking for a lit brunch spot or just a lit night out, then Lobby is the place to be. I've been here so many times and I always have a good time. The empanadas are BOMB and the drinks are good. The "shots" are tiny so I wouldn't waste your money there. The vibe is incredible if you're looking for a reggaeton/hip-hop spot. My only complaint is that they didn't let me use my 10% coupon bc they claimed they didn't have a scanner

This place is actually pretty decent. I've been here before and always seemed like a clubby atmosphere to me but maybe that was just certain nights. We came on a Sunday to have drinks after dinner. The greeter lead us to a table and we ordered drinks Place was packed and the music was good! More of a lounge feel this time- maybe cuz it was Sunday evening . Lots of tvs for watching sports Drinks were better that I expected here. I didn't try the food here. I would come back to check it out again

The Lobby is an okay place it's big and the service was good. Got our orders mixed up, but nothing crazy. We went there for Taco Tuesday. The Tacos were okay and tiny. I had a mango margarita which was good. I think I'd have to go back to get the full experience aside from the taco night. I did notice they do play Hispanic music and ppl were dancing which is always a vibe.

Y'all I was so loving this place until my bill came. I ordered beef sliders for 12.95 and a lemonade for 3.00 and apparently that added up to 23.95. I was super inquisitive when ordering my sliders because Natasha the bartender was asking if I wanted the cheese lettuce tomato and onion. So I asked does that come with it and her answer was "yea if you want it." So I was like sure then I want whatever comes with it. Little did I know it's .75 up charge for each thing she asked me if I wanted and she did not relinquish that information until I asked her about my bill. Ooo bad business Natasha. I've been a bartender and a server for a long time and I know people appreciate the upfront honesty it makes your tip bigger. I was going to leave her really good tip because I was visiting the area for work and was there during the National Championship game I begged her to turn the sound on and after my second attempt she did! After I got the dang on bill and it said all of those extra add ons plus an auto generated 18% tip included. I was just ready to go. So do I recommend this place? Y'all I actually do but be AWARE because they will penny pinch the hell out of you! It's a dope super interactive bar and lounge I recommend. READ THE MENU and ASK QUESTIONS until you get a STRAIGHT answer. Also read the ENTIRE receipt so you don't over tip. 18% tip is included.

Love coming here! It is a very diverse crowd; the music is typically Hip-Hop, Latin & R&B. I've been here different days out the week - Saturday's primarily Spanish music and on Sunday's would be a mixture of both. There are 2 floors and an outside that is open air in the summer time and closed in within the cold winters. In terms of parking, there is a parking lot that the club has which is $10 on a Saturday night. To avoid this, most people will park on the grass right outside the club off of 1&9. Sunday's is mainly the football game in the fall- depending on whose playing will make for a pretty decent crowd. Overall, this is great place to come to from the drinks to the party atmosphere to the music- I would definitely recommend this club!

Long Lasting Happy Hour! It was my first time experiencing "The Lobby" few days ago and honestly I really enjoyed it. This place has pretty much everything you might be looking for. Great Happy hour on all different days. They have games, hookah, good music and excellent food options. I ordered the "Shrimp Trio", switched out the rice to mashed potatoes and it was incredible. The place is also very huge and has an out door for summer time, which is exactly what I'll be waiting to come back and experience. Cheers!

Such a cool place with an awesome staff. There's all the things an adult wants when looking for a party place bars, lounge, pool tables, party sections etc. I can only speak for the Lobby not the Penthouse. I love the outside where you can eat, smoke/hookah, drink and take fun pics and selfies feels very tropical. I would definitely go back.

This place is TRASH! There's always fights. Ladies, the bouncers check you out to get inside and feel you up while at it. $50 minimum per table if you want a table or else you'll be standing at the bar where the bartenders don't pay you any mind unless you're a guy buying them shots. Strict dress code if you're black or hispanic!

Went there today at 1p to catch the Knick game with some friends but left shortly after. I asked if the game could be on the speaker instead of playing some random, whack techno music and the short manager said "no, we can't". I was ok with that but then these stupid little front entrance girls started laughing? Fine. Then I went back and kindly asked if the Yankee game could be on another screen and they looked at me like I had 2 heads. The "bouncer" made a comment about me requesting it and I said fuck this place. Horrible service. Ordered food and a bucket of beer but left it behind. Never going back again. Mind you there were only 3 other customers there. Retrain your staff of find mature people to run your business. Y'all could make more of a killing if you treated your customer right.

In order to reserve a table there's a minimum fee of $50, they will take down your card and charge you. However, once you get your bill that $50 charge is deducted from your bill. For a party of 3 gratuity was included on the final bill- FYI. The food was good.. the steak quesadilla was bomb, the tortilla was weird tho. It looked fake, it was super orange. The Buffalo sliders were delicious per my husband, and so were the fries. The chimichuri steak however was disappointing.. it had no flavor, no salt and no chimichuri sauce .... how do you sell a chimichuri steak without its signature sauce ? The drinks were good, no complaints there. The hookah service... is a joke, it's now $31 and there's no more refills at half price. So everytime you want a new hookah you have to pay another $31. Before, it was $30 and for the refill it was $15. In addition to the up charge, the hookah guy took 45mins to deliver our second hookah we ordered .. and it wasn't that busy that night. Management needs to put at least 3 guys outside selling hookahs, to prevent such a long waiting time. The menu labels on the table need to be replaced. 1 out of the 6 tables I visited to scan the menu, was legible. The TV screen, behind where the DJ plays, needs to get replaced. If they're charging the door, $20 for guy and $10 for girls(which is a new)... they should revisit their budget & make these replacements. The interior decor(outside) is nice, they def stepped it up. Reminds me of the Garden.

The star is only for the waitress. They are beautiful. Don't go to this place. I made a reservations for Saturday night. *they give THEMSELF A 25% tip automatically to the bill* if I wanna give 25% I will give it. DONT TAKE MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. When I get there I'm automatically told that there's no parking in the back and I only can get the VIP valet parking that is $10 cash. FIRST OF valet means they park the car and give you a ticket. I PARKED MY OWN CAR while the dude just went to help other people. Second it's very unorganized outside. There was a regular line. And NO ONE DOES IT SAY WHERE TO GO FOR RESERVATIONS. I asked multiple people outside who worked there and said I don't know. Till finally the security said that there's a separate line. -_- which I already stood in the first line waiting Third of all the MUSIC IS EXTREMELY LOUD. I understand it's club/bar/lounge. But I lost my voice screaming and I felt deaf the next day. Fourth I was told there's hookah. But no one SAID ITS PAIF BY CASH. Even tho I spoke to someone on the phone when I made reservations. She never told me that it has to be paid with CASH ONLY. Fifth issue is I was told that each person has to spend $50 each. I already put down a deposit for one person when I was booking the reservation. And when my bill came. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL AMOUNT EVEN THO I WAS TOLD THE $50 deposit will be subtracted. In addition to all of this. They automatically give them SELF OVER 25% and still expect you to tip on the bill. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TOO GOOO.
