25 Manhattan Restaurants With Heated Outdoor Dining - Eater NY

"Pearl Street cocktail bar the Lovelace has created a comfortable outdoor dining setup with a covered heated seating area and four private dining pods. Cozy up with a gin flight or order a plate of Irish bangers and corned beef potato cakes. There’s live music on weekends, along with a 90-minute bottomless brunch of mimosas and bloody marys. The bar is also open for 35 percent indoor dining." - Tanay Warerkar, Eater Staff

Cozy enough spot for a date night but casual enough for any week night dinner. We started outside but were at a table without heating that got a bit chilly as the evening set in, so we moved inside for the rest of our dinner. They are enforcing Covid-19 safety measures and we felt pretty comfortable inside. The servers were responsive and attentive. Food, as is pictured, was excellent. The lobster Mac n cheese was a bit bland but came with a healthy serving of lobster. Highly recommend the truffle fries (you might want to guard them against your greedy dining mates) and give the NY/Manhattan sour a try.

Hands down top 3 dining experiences I’ve ever had in Manhattan. The ambiance was flawless, acoustics on point, and the service was amazing. Alice was great, she made it a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Wow. I came here after work for a quick simple meal, and I was blown away. I had no expectations so maybe that helped because a lot of neighboring restaurants are mediocre but this place is special. The service was efficient despite being almost at 35% capacity with indoor dining and outdoor dining with only a handful of staff. Ricky the bartender made me a fabulous gin martini, that was delicious and my server was great with suggestion in terms of portions and dietary restrictions. THE RISOTTO IS BEYOND MY IMAGINATION! Holy Moly! When I tell you that I thought it was just a bunch of mush, boy was I wrong. Every bite was absolutely delicious that I wanted to cry! Not even trying to be dramatic. The ambience and crowd was romantic but humble enough to go out with some friends and enjoy a good meal and a drink. I’m bringing everyone I know who appreciates food and a good atmosphere to this place.

We had a great time at the Lovelance. I ordered their only vegetarian entree option on the menu, the risotto. It was delicious and worth the price. I recommend trying it out. They have a variety of Gins that you can try from and interesting cocktail variations,. I'm sure you'll find a drink to enjoy. The service was all the time nice and fast.

7/31/21 First time here. We sat outside. I had the Oyster Stout w/3 Oysters deal (photo) and the grilled chicken BLT, that was good and a nice sized sandwich for those of you who love big sammies! The GF has the fish tacos, she was hoping for grilled fish but they were fried. (she didn't ask prior, so....) Service was meh... The waitress was blah, but never checked on us and never asked if we wanted a second round of drinks, had to ask for water refills as well. We would come back because it's a nice place to hang out and they had some live jazz.

Best French toast ever!! Came on a Sunday around 2pm, surprisingly a bit slow so no wait for a table. They had live music playing outside. The bagel sandwich was amazing too! Big portions!

The atmosphere is great and are connected to Fraunces Tavern with same ownership. Went for cocktails and to hear the jazz trio which were very good. Lovelace has many rooms and outside dining for your pleasure.
