10/10 We had an amazing evening. The oysters were incredibly fresh — absolutely exquisite. We also tried the tacos, which were fantastic, and the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente with a wonderful, delicate sauce. The salad was crisp and light — truly an exceptional kitchen all around. The service is outstanding, attentive without being intrusive, and the crowd is pleasant and elegant. I went with a friend, and it turned out to be a perfect spot for a catch-up, a dinner with friends, or even a cozy date. The space already feels festive with a warm, almost holiday-like atmosphere, an open bar, and mesmerizing chandeliers that make the whole place feel special. We’re definitely coming back again — highly recommend.

The place was absolutely beautiful. We loved the cocktails. Each one was delicious and well-crafted. The food was also incredibly tasty. The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. The Turkish waiter was especially attentive and made our experience even better. Overall, it was a fantastic evening and I would definitely recommend this place.

The Maine is the main place to be if you want an elevated, elegant evening. The white tablecloths, the beautifully dressed staff in white jackets, and the genuinely happy atmosphere create such a warm and refined experience. Everyone is in a great mood, and it really adds to the overall vibe. The food is a solid 10/10 - Thank you Clifford for the menu recommendation, food was delicious & Liwasa for holding it down. Best cocktails in town -Thanks Marlon & Ahmed. The live band on a Friday night is always vibes. A perfect spot for a classy night out.

Stunning decor and atmosphere. The Maine is a modern brasserie with a variety of great dishes. I highly recommend it for a friends lunch and family dinner. The dishes are full of flavours and the staff is very attentive. The portions are generous and they have delicious artichoke! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Walking into The MAINE Land Brasserie in Business Bay feels like entering a grand New York style brasserie with its high ceilings and moody lighting. Inside The Opus by Omniyat, the space mixes vintage charm with modern elegance. The menu is focused on steak and seafood, both done with great care and flavor. In the evening there is live music which makes the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The service is attentive and the place stays lively even during the week. Waiters asking for tips, this is the only thing that I didn’t like it. Tips need to come from the client, not asked. We took photos and videos to show the vibe and the details. Another review from our recent trip to Dubai in November 2025. The front door and entrance to The Maine Land Brasserie belies the restaurant inside, you enter by a very bland and almost office like entrance, a plain glass door, leading into a wooden clad reception that opens into a New York style restaurant, with wood panelling, booths and parallel seating. We were met at reception & shown to our booth, a good sized table, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our waiter was excellent, throughout our evening. He was attentive, polite and very pleasant, smartly dressed in his white dinner jacket, whilst the receptionists' were dressed in long gold dresses. We ordered a bottle of red & a bottle of white, South African Wild House; both excellent wines, complimenting our meals very well. In our party we had the 600g of ribeye steak for two, accompanied by broccoli stems, triple-cooked fries & my personal favourite, charred sprouts, which were excellent; a mix of chargrilled and cream with lemon, honey & parmesan cheese. Excellent. If I was being critical I'd say that the broccoli stems were quite bland, certainly compared to the sprouts. The steak, cooked medium rare, was lovely and a real deep red, a little fatty, but not overly so, with excellent flavour. Another had the lamb chops, again very good, plus another had the pasta with shrimps; really lovely. The atmosphere, with dimly lit lights, was improved when the latin-style singer & band started, around 8.30pm. Our waiter asked if we were happy with the music level, making sure that it wasn't too loud & comfortable; nice touch. A little observation that I'd make is that the air conditioning vents above our table dripped water, only a drip or two every five minutes or so, but noticeable. We should have pointed it out, but didn't, though it is worth noting. So yes, a good mix of food and service, which to be fair you'd expect when the bill, including service, came to close on £400. But a very good evening, which we enjoyed and found to be very relaxing. As for that all important social media or lasting family photo memory, they've got that covered too, our waiter offered to take our photo for us, simply removed the top of the light from our table light, turning it upside down, converting in one swift movement into a bright social media light, perfect for our photo; again another nice touch. As for the toilets, best ask, unless you want to do an impression of Spiderman along the wood panelling of the reception area, funny unless you're rushing for that all important comfort break. The toilets are hidden behind the wood panelling; again, a really nice touch. We would definitely eat at The Maine Land Brasserie again. My experience at The Maine was quite disappointing. At first, I was impressed by the ambiance, decoration, and the number of awards the restaurant has received, it gave a great first impression. However, the service and overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. The staff’s attention and acknowledgment were lacking, except the Egyptian guy and at one point, my waiter leaned uncomfortably close while speaking to me about my order. As for the food, it was far from the fine dining quality I expected, tasting more casual than refined.

I had a very joyful dine out with my ladies at Maine Business Bay Dubai. The restaurant’s urban chic interiors and vibrant energy create an inviting ambiance that’s both please and make feels comfortable. The quality of the food impressed me: flavorful, with an harmonious blend of textures and tastes, especially the oysters and the tartares, so delicious. I adored the music selection, super engaging, it makes people sing and dance, very entertaining! Cherry on top, the professionalism and friendly attitude of the staff, everyone have been amazing, especially Hernan who took care of us with caring and fun.
