Industrial-style food hall with cafes & counter-serve eats, plus local & organic grocery items.
"This Nashville-style hot chicken pop-up from Iyasare alums Aaron Nam and Caleb Longacre deserves the long lines it generated at various Off the Grid locations over the past couple of years, before opening a permanent location in the Twitter food hall. They fry Mary’s chicken breasts, dip them in hot oil mixed with spices, finish them with dry spice powder, and serve them on buns with apple vinegar slaw, dill pickles, and sauce. Customers choose their spiciness level: mild, medium, hot, or burnin’ (with Carolina Reaper peppers). Yes, people do cry, and even medium is pretty hot." - Dianne de Guzman, Becky Duffett, Luke Tsai
"Just a few blocks away on Market Street, beneath the looming Twitter building, lies a much different type of food hall. The Market offers fancy cheeses and meats, Korean food and poke bowls to-go, and a few tables to work through your spoils. it’s an ideal place for grab-and-go lunch or hanging out in a casual atmosphere. There’s also a ramen destination, Jikasei Mensho, in the building in case you’re craving rich and creamy chicken-based noodle soup." - Paolo Bicchieri
