Between three and four stars, depending on the room. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times. Quality of water pressure depends on the floor.
Heating system depends on the room. Generally, the heating/cooling systems in each room do not work properly. You may or may not get a good night sleep depending on the time of year.
I bring my own pillow because the pillows are awful. The bed itself is fine.
Access is easy, neighborhood has nothing going on for nightlife for the first half of the week. Second half, it is sparse.
In terms of nightlife, it is one of the most uninteresting spots in the entire city.
There are great dinner spots sprinkled around though. However, lots of lower rated ones as well.
Lots of great coffee shops nearby.
Park over on Amber by the Whole Foods if you want to avoid the parking fee.
Lots of transients around because of the buses, but nobody much bothering. I walked at all hours and had no one bother me. Nobody yelling, no ill ones going ape.
Last time there was these stains on the furniture. Luckily I didn’t need to sit on that.
Driving to nearby neighborhoods is very easy.
I am happy to pay $80 or $90 a night at most, under no circumstances should anyone pay more than $120 a night at this place. If you do, you have zero conception of value.
Elevator is slow, foyer is cavernous.
I see it’s called four star, according to some. Not at all.
No daily housekeeping.
