I ate lunch at this location about one week ago. The place is not very large, but it does have a rustic, comfortable feel. My guest and I were promptly seated. I ordered a glass of Suntory Japanese whiskey, which I was surprised to find on the menu.
For appetizers, I ordered the butternut squash and the buffalo meatballs. The squash was cooked well but lacked flavor. On the contrary, the buffalo meatballs were delicious. They were grilled and lightly coated in buffalo sauce.
For entrees, I ordered a basic hero consisting of four chicken meatballs in a whole wheat roll. I selected mozzarella cheese and basil pesto to be added to my sandwich. My guest ordered the Crab meatball Po'Boy, which consisted of five, fried crabmeat balls on a brioche bun with aioli. My sandwich was simple and delicious, but filling. My guest enjoyed their sandwich, but remarked that the crabmeat balls were too fried
Ultimately, my dining experience at this location was enjoyable. The decor and warm, relaxed atmosphere makes this a great spot for a casual dining or date night experience.
