I ordered the brisket melt, and it was absolute perfection—tender, smoky brisket piled high with melted cheese, all on perfectly toasted bread. Every bite was packed with flavor! My wife had the Cuban melt, and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. The combination of juicy pork, ham, melty cheese, and that crisp, buttery bread was just chef’s kiss 👌. On top of the amazing food, the vibes were incredible. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and food so good you’ll be dreaming about it. If you see this truck, run—don’t walk!
