The Meurice - WAM Partners

Highly recommend the Meurice. We had a nice, roomy and very quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Friendly building with an interesting history and great location. The doormen, porters and staff were always helpful and the super was quick and very responsive to repair requests. Management also friendly and responsive. A really nice place to live

The staff always makes me smile when I come in. They’re so welcoming. Matthew is always very responsive whenever I need anything. Great building!

I walked into this building after hearing great reviews about it...and I was blown away. While relocating to New York City, after moving out for 15 years, I needed to live in one of these spacious open apartments. Timing was not on my side, and I missed out. I felt like I needed to write a review regarding the kindness of the staff in trying to make this 'great sized' apartment work for my time frame, It did not occur. However, for the future, I hope to move into this building especially for the size and quality....it can't be matched.

Old and dirty structure I had to ask for the change of sheets as there was someone else's hair. Old and dirty toilets. Old and dirty kitchen. Location absolutely to be avoided

My father and I live in this location and it's not safe at all run down neglected major problems with everything and no one answers you back

I just recently moved back to NYC and spent my first six months at The Meurice. The experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. Everyone from the leasing agents to the doormen to the neighbors are a pleasure. The building is clean and quiet, and it's an absolutely AWESOME location from which to explore the city - right by Central Park, Columbus Circle, and all major subways! Highly recommend it.

My husband and I moved from DTLA to NYC; we were fortunate, and just by chance, we came across Meurice WAM on a month to month tenancy. We were in a pickle and Matthew Goldberg was nice enough to help us expedite our application, approvals, and move in date. Since then, we've enjoyed the building so much would actually would prefer not to relo into our permanent apartment. The staff here is so caring over their tenants, you're next to House of Essex so its a great neighborhood. Everyone loves dogs, central park is your neighbor. The commute to anywhere in the city is astonishing; every train you could possibly need is within 1.5 blocks. The units are a little older but they've done a great job of enhancing the lighting so your space feels bright, they furniture is comfortable, our electricity, cable and internet was included which you can't beat the price. The internet was a little slow and difficult to connect too. Overall, I would stay if we had seen this place first; the only reason we even found this place was because our apartment is under construction. Our loss and someone else's gain. Enjoy!

Dear Matt, We stayed at The Meurice for the months of August and September in #5L. It was a very good experience for us. The apartment was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was superb. Best of all were the doormen, porters and staff. You have a marvelous team, and it shows. Age greeted us upon our arrival and every day he was most welcoming and concerned about our welfare. Thanks to him, we did not feel anonymous. He always called us by name and had something pleasant to say. Mark and Henry were also most efficient, professional and helpful. We felt in capable hands at all times. The porter did a marvelous job of keeping the rugs clean and trash/recycling areas in top notch order. All in all, a very satisfying stay in NYC. Regards, Jim M.

This building has a big roach and critter problem. I regularly find dead roaches and big bugs in my apartment, even though I am a very clean and tidy person. I think part of the problem is that there is always piles of trash bags on the street out front.
