July 30th, ordered large cheese pizza, was ready on time but absolutely awful, way too much cheese, slices barely cut. Will not order pizza here ever again!

Went in today for some lunch after a long day at the lake and was blown away! BEST CHICKEN FINGER SUB EVER!!!!! For the price, what I had got was a huge sandwich, anywhere else would charge upmost $12 for what I ordered! The staff is phenomenal and friendly! I’ve been in for a few times just for drinks and smokes, but I remembered they had a kitchen as well! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend the milk room for awesome food and friendly service! Thank you guys so much and I can’t wait to go back ✨❤️

Great service however the pizza was there for a LONG time and the hamburger 🍔 I got was terrible and waited 30 minutes which would have been ok if it was good.. Next time I'll go to Waterboro House Of Pizza 🍕

Love this place! Food is always amazing and done in a timely manner. Make sure you have Logan cook for you he is amazing and all the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended 💕

I called in and placed an order. They said 25-30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and they said 7 more minutes. I waited 10 minutes and they said they never answered any call from me for that order. I got my money back and left. I had to go next door to Waterboro house of pizza, leaving my friend waiting in my driveway for 20+ minutes. I will not be attempting to give them my business again.

I ordered a ham and provolone Italian. What I got was a ham and American cheese. No big deal, but there was not even a whole slice of cheese. There was only two small squares amounting to half a slice of American cheese which I ordered Provolone. the bun fell apart when I looked (for those of you who know). Stick with the pizza. I took a pic, but it wouldn't matter. Terrible and never again.

**Edit. The manager called me right away after I posted this. There is some growing pains happening. When my husband got home with the food it was EXCELLENT (per usual.) We had a great conversation and we will continue to be loyal customers. It's just a sub, not life or death.** What's happening over there guys? Super disappointed. The last three times we've ordered, you haven't had what I called in to order over the phone. No call back, nothing. We get there only to be told you're out of something then. So more waiting. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager. Never did. We order there weekly if not sometimes more than that... seriously reconsidering ordering from you guys, at this point. Let's work on the customer service. It's as simple as taking down the caller's phone number and calling them back to ask them what they want instead. You can do better, I know it.

The clerk is rude. I Forgot my ID and instead of giving me the courtesy of going to get it from the car or saying “i can’t sell cuz you forgot it” she rudely told me” I can’t sell to you because you’re a minor.” I didn’t want your over priced pods anyways it was just out of convenience of location but nothing was convenient about that. Would’ve been right back in less then five minutes happily with ID in hand if she hadn’t said that but I drove my happy butt straight to my favorite shop where they’d never treat me like that.

Food sucked and the service sucks. Food was a million times better 7 years ago. From what I hear the employees that work in the deli are paid $12.50, which is below minimum wage and illegal in the state of Maine.

Nice neighborhood stop, everything I've ordered has been really good! I always grab lunch here when I'm working in the area.

They have good steak and cheese. I usually get the same things on mine every time I go and their pizza is out of one to 10 probably a seven the service is good and it's a very clean place and I do recommend going there.

Stopped in while traveling through town on our way to a softball game. Thought we would grab some snacks and cold drinks...we probably should have hit the pizza joint across the street. My first thought was - not a single employee or patron is wearing a mask (per State order Covid regulations for reopening). Ordered a 6 inch veggie sub, LOADED with mayo, salt & pepper. Also picked up bag of chips and 2 iced teas. We left and headed to the ball field. I opened my sandwich and it was iceberg lettuce, 3 tomato slices and 1 green pepper fragment. Nothing else...no other veggies. No mayo. No cheese. Just 99% iceberg lettuce. $4.99 of sheer disappointment. Quite pathetic. This was my 1st and last time ever stopping here.

Absolutely loved the breakfast sandwich that I had! David made me a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit with a hash-brown! Soooo good! Biscuit was soft and fluffy, bacon was crisp and cheese was oozing over the sides. Would for sure recommend and I'm looking forward to having him make me another!

Holy damn this place is underrated. Get their meat lovers pizza and drink their tea on the porch bro it's so good! The food is great. Not too pricy and man their stuff is super good The service and ambiance are both great. The people here have the biggest balls, that's no shit it's so real. The other day me and another customer were like hitting it up like crazy bro we were talking about that nuts milk. They get milk from Harris farm and it's pretty freaking good, you can actually bring the bottles back for your deposit here too. Don't joke around to give them lovers, pizza slurp, and then write them a five star review it's worth your time I promise

It is a local spot. Not great, but not terrible. Good if you are hungry for a sub. It is Waterboro, it's not going to best the best slice you get in NYC, or a cheesesteak from north Philly, but it's certainly better than some other local spots. If you are from away, don't comment on hospitality.

young gentleman in back hard at work along with another younger cash out person. i went in to grab couple of breakfas sandwiches and attempted to grab coffee (which was all ouT). Thus I placed empty coffee containers on side of counter. I asked the younger cashier if they had coffee and she kindly directed me to their Kerrigan. Sat down and was drinking my coffee awaiting my breakfast sandwiches when an older woman came out and stated out loud "why, why do people do this"? Referring to the placement of coffee containers. The 2 containers I just placed on side-I fessed up and told her it was my faul. Rather than just dropping it leaving it there she persisted to berate me in front of other customers!! Completely rude older lady that obv has some internal issues that she needs to address. They will cont to lose customers if this type of mentality is accepte!

Great food, wasn't a fan of the cheese that was on the pizza, had a strong smell but it was still good. I also order a burger which I very rarely do because I hate even slightly pink burgers but this was cooked all the way through. I got a couple of other things in the gas station part and I appreciate that this was a one stop shop for everything I wanted. However if I just wanted pizza I would probably just go across the street.

This is a local store where several locals shop. You would think the cashier would be --somewhat-- friendly. This cashier did not smile, say thank you, have a good day, absolutely nothing to myself or the customers in line. I am the type of person who does not return if I do not get average service. I will not return when this lady is working. Hopefully the owners see this and address the situation. I went August 7th at 2:30 in the afternoon. Maybe I am wrong for thinking you should have a personality if working with the public.

Everyone local knows the place with the cow. Pay at the pump gas. Best pizza around Lyman and waterboro area! Best sandwiches around too! Large soda, tea, and beverage selection. Chips, beer, wine, ice cream, and some other dry groceries. Lots of teens here because high school is near by. Love their pizza! Only other local place that's close to good is Paras pizza in Sanford. Want wings? Go across to waterboro house of pizza.

Former biz owner down the road, but also local prior to that - great pizza, great steak and cheese "my" way but more if ya need to pick up some xtras - including TP. Also has gas pumps and when I lived there, was always cheaper than anywhere else... Fun employees, remember you whether you are local, seasonal or passing thru - very friendly... in fact being here in VA, just recently saw my steak and cheese man on TV - heard the voice and thought "jeeeeeez that sounds like...from the Milk Room" but news in VA said it was Hollis, turned around and indeed - it was my stk and chs man! Kinda made me teary eyed for Maine, but not quite - :) Seriously, really friendly service and all kinds of stuff besides gas and food!

Nice people, terrible pizza and cheese steak. I grew up in the area and it was a great place to have near school but the food had gone tragically downhill.

Food is soo bad now, used to be good a few years ago but it has taken a turn for the worse! It is great as a convenience store but that's about it. If you need to grab some soda or chips real quick that's great but food and gas suck!
