I live locally and have been a regular at this spot for years. Great food, excellent service and comfortable ambience. Super family friendly. Hands down, the *best* servers are Danielle and Evan- ask for them! They’re outstanding, attentive and kind. Our Favorite menu items are the mission croissant and lemon pancakes. I was so excited about my food that I legit started eating it before I remembered to take this photo, so apologies. Bon Appetite!

Usually a line to get a table but we lucked out. Service was great and food came out quick. Food was good but not wait in an insane line for a table good. Vanilla latte was my favorite part of the breakfast.

Cute and fun place for breakfast. Our server Stella was amazing and the food was yummy! I had the avocado toast and my husband had the mission rosemary. The Mexican mocha was also yum!

The Mission in San Diego offers a mixed bag when it comes to their breakfast options. Their breakfast sandwich is genuinely outstanding - perfectly toasted croissant with fresh ingredients and a flavor combination that makes it worth the visit alone. However, their French toast was very disappointing. It lacked the rich flavor and proper texture you'd expect, and was overcooked, coming across as rather bland and uninspired compared to their other offerings. The restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere with a nice vibe that makes for a relaxing dining experience. The service staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. My main issue was with the pricing. While I expected breakfast in this area to come at a premium, I was caught off guard by several hidden charges that weren't mentioned upfront - particularly the upcharge for almond milk in my coffee. These small surprise fees left a sour note on what would have otherwise been a more positive experience. Worth visiting for that breakfast sandwich, but be prepared to pay more than the menu suggests and skip the French toast.

I took my daughter to the summer camp nearby, the food is really good. The only hard part is the parking. Be careful the steet parking, we were watching police ticketed people park on the wrong side of the street. Love to go back if parking is easier. Good food and very nice services. Coffee is Great!

I don’t know what was better the food or the service. The Loco Moco was out of this world I will be dreaming about it. The pancakes some of the best I’ve had. Amazing cold brew. 10/10 would love to come back

Went twice this weekend, both times were great! Omid and Stella were our waiters and they were exceptional! Highly recommend the lemon curd pancakes and the chorizo and eggs! Will absolutely be coming back!

This place was so yummy! Even though it was crowded, we were seated and served relatively quickly. The Lemon Curd Pancakes are highly recommended! Also tried their Lavender Latte, which was yummy. The main breakfast ordered was the Portuguese Sausage with Eggs. My only recommendation for this dish would have been to ask them to replace the rosemary bread with black beans. The bread didn't have much flavor, and the beans would have gone great with the brown rice also served with the dish. Luckily, I ordered a side of Rosemary Potatoes, which were super yummy as well. The best thing was that nothing was overly oily or heavy, not even the pancakes. As a big foodie, I really enjoyed this place and highly recommend!
