Astra Review - Wynwood - Miami - The Infatuation

"Astra is a Mediterranean rooftop restaurant in Wynwood, but you should treat this as a place to drink. The food is pretty average and it can feel a little like a Mykonos rave on the weekends - but it’s a big space with a lot of seating and has the nicest view you’ll find in Wynwood." - Ryan Pfeffer

I got the Branzino and my friend got the short ribs. The food was grrat, and I enjoyed it was perfectly cooked. The show was great but short. Maybe because there wasn’t that many of us that night it was about 10 to 12 of us.

I had a great experience at The Moon! I ordered the salmon with spinach and mashed potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The highlight of the night was Georgia, our waitress—she was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

Anouchka Abellard

Google
Georgia is hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and perfect timing made the whole dining experience exceptional. She was friendly without being overbearing, and somehow anticipated what we needed before we even asked. If you get the chance to be served by Georgia, you’re in for a treat!

Google
Terrible Galentine Day experience! The people that were checking people in that night were RUDE!!!!!! We felt like they skipped over us and gave our table away. The check in staff were just prejudice and judgy and was making everything about money as if we can’t afford the restaurant but we clearly had a reservation and were all well dressed! She kept saying “ we dont have space for THEM” but were sitting other people in the mist of trying to be checked in lol. However the manager was super nice and very accommodating. Nice aesthetic , good show but we didn’t get to eat dinner but I did order a drink at the bar which was good.

Veronica made our night unforgettable. From the surprise invite to The Moon show to her warm, professional touch — everything was perfect. Amazing vibe, great food, and world-class hospitality. Thank you, Veronica! We’ll be back.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate an anniversary saw the reviews and pictures and thought I'd give it a try! Food: 7/10 The food took almost an hour to come out, understandable it was a Saturday night and our reservations were for 9pm, it was a packed out but wish I didn't take so long for our food to come. Drinks: 9/10 Drinks were great! Our server kept them coming, very nice selection of drinks and nice presentation. Service: 9/10 There was a gentleman constantly coming around cleaning our table & filling our cups with water which was nice. Our server apologize for the wait and continuously checked on us through the night. Ambiance: 10000/10 GORGEOUS. 10s across the board, loved the decor, down to the centerpieces on the table. Very unique and pink great for a girls night out! Overall I would give my experience and 8/10. I would definitely come back but this time I would stay at the bar!

Yelp
I went to The Moon Miami on a Saturday, and the dinner show was a lot of fun! The show starts at 10 PM, so I recommend making dinner reservations for 9:30 PM to get your meal ordered before the show begins. The food quality is mediocre, and the drinks, once you add tax and a 21% tip (automatically added to the bill), are around $30-$35 each. There's also a $25 fee per person for the show added to the bill. It was a fun cabaret-style show with dancing, singing, and interaction with the guests. I recommend it to go once, I would not go back.

Yelp
They took LITERALLY 2 hours to bring our food out. I don't blame the waiter he was nice but the wait time was horrible. The ambiance is nice, and they have live performances BUT I think they need to work on hiring more people to avoid such delay. The food wasn't terrible but given we waited so long we expected something better.

Yelp
The restaurant itself is beautiful, very girly and floral. Many different tables came to celebrate their birthdays, so it was definitely fun and vibrant. The show started at 10pm with 3 different performers and our MC performing atleast 2 times each over the span of 1 hour. In regard to the performance.... I was amazed! Nothing but spectacular feedback to those talented singers and dancers. They truly save the restaurant from a 0 star review because the food on the other hand was lacking. We waited 30 minutes for our cocktails, and 1 hour for our meal. No exaggeration it was definitely slow service. I enjoyed my cocktail the "burlesque blush" priced at $18 and I ordered the short rib $48.... Which I left half on my plate due to it being all fat and chewy. I was amazed by the performers so I stayed to enjoy the show and waited another 30 minutes to finally get my servers attention for the check..... I would probably recommend just coming to this place as an after dinner entertainment. Order drinks and try some appetizers. The performances is worth it.... Nothing else.

Yelp
If I could rate this 10000000/5 I would! This is the second time I attend the Saturday night dinner & show they have. It was amazing 3 years ago and it's even better now! Love that the restaurants theme is pink, flowers, butterflies, it's very feminine. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, a GNO, etc. Not to mention they have the best drinks hands down! Strong but not repulsive like drinking straight alcohol. They're mixed to perfection and come in the cutest presentation. I had the Sky Dancer that comes in a beautiful rose shaped glass. For food we ordered the Moon Spread which comes with your pick of 3 spreads and pita bread. The pita bread was warm, toasty, and buttery. Delicious! My favorite spread was the Tzatziki, very fresh. Definitely recommend trying. Wish it came with more pita bread. Next for entree, I had the Rib Eye Steak with fries. I get it well done but I don't like it burnt. I feel like you can really tell if the chef is experience if he can cook well done steak and it still cuts like butter! Seasoned perfectly too. Show starts around 10pm, so I recommend the latest you make the reservation for us 9:30 so you can settle in and order a drink before it starts! They also have a DJ before and after the show to get your warmed up and keep the party going! He was great! $25 entertainment fee per person. Totally worth it! Like I said, it's a great experience from start to finish! Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
We had a great time celebrating our 4 birthdays together at The Moon! It was the perfect place for girls whose favorite color is any shade of pink! The ambiance is very Instagram worthy with lots of photo opportunities! Their menu was filled with so many tempting foods. We ordered a variety of meals such as Grilled Lobster, Tuna Tartare, Truffle fries, Filet Mignon, Carpaccio, salads, drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc. I can't find all the pictures I took of the food but I did find our bill which lists everything we ordered. Everything was scrumptious! When you plan a dinner show here, be sure to order your meal at least 40 minutes before the show starts. They won't serve while the show goes on. Our server was Eugenia, and she took good care of us. The dinner show was so much fun! They celebrate birthdays and call you up on stage. There are great burlesque acts, too. Very entertaining! They have interactive acts also. We had one of the belly dancers show us how to belly dance. We had a great time and will be back again in the future. There is free street parking.

Yelp
I was invited to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday at this stunning restaurant with captivating aesthetics. The wall art and chandeliers added to the allure, embracing a burlesque theme. The entertainment was top-notch, engaging everyone with interactive performances and a diverse selection of music. While the restaurant leans towards the pricey side $$$, the food (rack of lamb) was average , except for my delightful Burlesque Blush drink. Our server, Georgia, was exceptional, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere with her attentive service and great vibes all night long.

Yelp
Even though we are sure we were double charged for something (they didn't give receipt, so if you want one , sternly ask for one) that being said, the ambience was fun, and the show was great. If you buy tickets to the show, you must also call and make table reservations, but they accommodated us thankfully. Food was amazing, can't really go wrong.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The ambiance was super cute and girly, all pink inside. It's very instagrammable if you care about that sort of thing. I was not that hungry and couldn't stay long so I only had the calamari. I really enjoyed it! The portion was small, however, but I did not mind much since again I wasn't that hungry. The calamari was tender and the breading wasn't heavy. I would recommend it. Service was great, we never had to ask for refills and anything we requested from our server, he promptly brought.

Yelp
I had such a great time here for my birthday. Everything was so cute and pink. The service was on point. The food was amazing! The flavors of the food were mouthwatering. No exaggeration but this was one of the best restaurant food I've ever had and my husband said the same. The show that follows was so entertaining. Definitely recommend.

Yelp
The decor was spot on with the burlesque theme with an overkill of pink but it worked. The paintings and butterfly wall art blended well with the floral decor, which also complimented the color theme. Our server Georgia was very attentive and friendly, met expectation. The food was okay, nothing to write home about but the performances and entertainment was excellent. Great spot for a birthday celebration but just be prepared to pay $$$+

Yelp
Came here for a birthday brunch with a few friends. Only four tables were filled, ours included, all of service. Shockingly, bottomless mimosas were $30 (for $20 more, you could get bottomless mimosas, a meal, and a full drag show at Palace...) Ordered the crab Benedict, which was tasty, but for $25, lacked a side of potatoes and left me unsatisfied. Did find some enjoyment in a very tasty, spicy cocktail-- all the drinks look nice. In all, it's a very instagrammable interior, but should be skipped. We weren't given the option to get tap water and ended up spending $40 on water by error. Service was great, but not worth the 21% gratuity that we needed to have the manager remove so we could tip how we wanted to (yes, even our table of 5, in a room with 10 other diners, were expected for fork over a 21% fee.) Plenty of other spots costing a fraction of the price with just as much charm.

Yelp
The show is probably one of the best dinner shows in Miami- the performers are all very talented. If the food and service were as good as the performances, the line would be out the door. Unfortunately that's not the case. The food ranges from average to just plain bad. The AC was not working when we went but I won't hold that against them (it was a particularly hot week in Miami). There was a pretty strong fishy smell as soon as we walked in which is never a good sign. Our server was great and attentive but was absolutely overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had to deal with. The nail in the coffin are the prices which are equal to or higher than some of Miami's most expensive clubstaurants. They could charge those prices if the food and drinks were amazing. But everything besides the show left a bad taste in my mouth and my wallet.

Yelp
The decor is just beautiful and the staff very welcoming. Music was amazing and the dj really had the place in a great vibe. Wasn't to happy about my first drink that was recommended by my waiter (passion rum) too sweet for my taste. Then I wanted a bottle of champagne and it wasn't available ( slight disappointment). The food came out super fast so I was a little suspicious because there is no way you can grill octopus so quickly and serve 9 people in 15 minutes but it turned out to be very good. The show was interactive and a lot of fun, entertainers were very friendly. The manager came several times to check on the table and ask if we were ok. That was a nice touch. Great place for a party or a group of friends, it's a little pricey and be aware that they can only split the check in 4 so come with cash or have your calculator in hand.

Yelp
The show starts at 9:30-10 but was not disclosed in the email when we made the reservation. It would have been nice to know what time the show starts because the bride was promised dinner and a show and only got dinner. Our reservation was at 7pm. When we brought it up to management we were cut off and told we couldn't stay in the restaurant for more than 2 hours. So yeah that really sucks. If you're planning a nice get together and want to see the show please keep this in mind. The photographer is it's own separate thing but she was not good at all. Then the bride bought two glass frames from her (pics included) and they don't have bags or boxes to hold the frames. Tourists have to make up a good percentage of the guests here so some suitable wrapping options should be offered instead of plastic thank you bags that will do nothing for glass frames. So also keep this in mind The alcohol displayed on the shelves were not real. they had a bottle of disaronno but it was fake. The bride asked for disaronno and they said they didn't have it, she saw the bottle and they told her it was fake. So there's that. Now let's get onto the food and service! The food was delicious. Pretty pricey for what it is, but you're paying for the experience and the ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated and the pictures we took ourselves came out great. The sashimi was good as well as the salmon. But I wish the salmon came with some sort of carb. It just comes with salmon and spinach for $36 The service was good too especially the food runner they were so sweet and nice and kind Clean restrooms

Yelp
I don't know where to start with this place. It was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival there were maybe 3 other tables of people which was odd for a Sunday brunch anywhere. Especially with such a cute aesthetic. A very content worthy restaurant. Once seated, our server greeted us and took our orders. He was very friendly and personable. I had the lamb chops and shared the Greek salad with my sister. Both were delicious. And the accompanying fingerling potatoes were perfectly seasoned and melted in my mouth. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse which was also very good. We enjoyed the live show that we ended up being the last table there to participate in. However each act performed as if it was a full house. I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The only downside was the additional $20 entertainment fee pp. added to the check. Could be a deterrent for some patrons. But I would still return. This will absolutely be one of my new weekend brunch spots. Can't wait to catch the burlesque show on a Friday or Saturday night next!

Yelp
I went on a Saturday night for girls night. The ambience is beautiful. Immediate cons: the tables are really close together, almost uncomfortably close. The young lady taking our order definitely needed help. Pros: The show was great and entertaining. The host really engages the guest. For food we ordered ceviche and grilled octopus. The ceviche was pretty basic, good but average. The octopus was pretty good. For meals the table ordered the lamb shank which was good and lobster. The lobster situation was interesting, it comes split in half but the claws aren't cracked. It was weird trying to crack open lobster claws in such a beautiful setting. I think the restaurant should definitely crack them for you. We were getting lobster all over us and the table next to us trying to get to the claw meat lol. I actually just gave up on mind to save myself the embarrassment. We had three different sides; the roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts and asparagus; they all taste like they were seasoned the exact same.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant and great staff. However did not care about the food. I ordered the Chilean sea bass which came with a side of potatoes and was underwhelmed. When it came out thought it was a piece of lasagna with all the tomato sauce.

Yelp
Amazing food, WONDERFUL SERVICE and OVER THE MOON ENTERTAINMENT!!!! Thanks to Zoe and Carlos and the whole staff for the amazing experience! The performers put on a mesmerizing show!!! 1000% recommend coming for dinner and staying for the show! It's so WORTH IT!

Yelp
We came to the moon to celebrate one of our friends birthdays, and we had a great time. They have a show at night, and the inside is very Instagram worthy. Lots of cool, neon signs and Decour throughout the whole restaurant. They even have a back room or you can order drinks to wait for your party to arrive. They will not see you until every member of your party is there. To drink I start it off with a passion, rum, light honest I didn't really like it. I didn't taste much passion fruit in it. My wife got the mule, and it was OK. The big drink winner for the whole table was the moon. Everyone liked that drink. To eat, I had the filet mignon and my wife had the short rib. We also had a side of truffle fries. The filet mignon was not bad, but the short rib was so much better. I will definitely recommend ordering the short rib over the filet mignon if you are considering between the two. The truffle fries are one of the best that I've ever had because the fries were crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside and had a good amount of cheese and truffle oil on them. The interactive show created a different dining experience, and all of the ask are good. They did a good job of working the room and going to all the tables and interacting with a crowd. The host was funny and also danced with the crowd throughout the show. The only piece of advice I would give would be to make sure your order your food about 20 to 30 minutes before the show starts because we ordered our about 5 to 10 minutes before and it took about an hour to come out. We were all starving. We got our food as the last act was starving but the food was delicious. If you're looking for something different to do and want a cool unique Instagram experience, I recommend you give the moon a shot. It will make for a fun night out.

Yelp
We arrived at 6 to an empty restaurant. The server appeared to be annoyed that I wanted to drink regular water. Food was pretty good but overpriced for the portions. There was an odd damp mop smell in the background. Ambiance was nice, dim lighting but the chairs were oddly uncomfortable. I asked my server about the happy hour posted on the website from 6-9 and she said her manager said "that's not for this season" although the website didn't note any exclusions . Not a huge deal but would the season have to do with anything - I found that rather strange. Although my group were the only patrons for 2 hours and spent over $1000 - we were rushed out to the point that the busser reached over me and others to take our cups. By the time we left there where only 2 other tables seated. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing this business in the future due to the service ...which was rude and bordered disrespectful ... I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Yelp
Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday the moon! From the door the host was very nice. Even recommended me to take photos in a nice area before someone sat at the table. She checked back on us throughout the night. Our server was very patient with our group which was needed because we were indecisive. And kept forgetting to order because we were talking to each other. The show was stellar! The dancer Amber was funny and keep the crowd going . She was very interactive and one thing that really surprised me is that she remembered my name! She was calling me out the whole entire night and and really made a super fun and exciting night. I had so much fun i highly recommend this place for anyone celebrating any special occasion. The food was decent. I recommend the lamb chops for something flavorful and filling. I had the filet migon. Decent. The octopus was good. Wasn't a big fan of the salmon tarte. My entire group was satisfied and left feeling on a high or should I say on the moon! I honestly had the best time. Do not hesitate and book your reservation today.

Yelp
I visited the Moon this weekend for my birthday and It was an amazing experience!!! The food was really good. Honestly, living in Miami, not many places have both good food and entertainment but The Moon delivered both. I ordered the truffle fries and octopus as a starter. DELICIOUS! And I had the lamb chops for my entrée. LOVED it. The fingerling potatoes were a little hard for my liking so next time I'll probably sub it out for mashed potatoes or something. The drinks were great. I had the passion rum and after two of those, I was feeling it lol. And the best part was the entertainment. They have dancers, acrobats, singers. The host was gorgeous and very entertaining. All this to say, I will definitely be back.

Sade J.

Yelp
I went to the moon this passed weekend and I have to say sometimes when restaurants are that nice and fun the food is mid but the food was actually great. The drinks were also a 10/10. but what struck a nerve was the that we had to pay for entertainment.. isn't that the theme of the restaurant? Why am I paying $25 each person for entertainment and the performers were STILL asking for tips as a part of the act. I can understand $25 per table but each person is kind of absurd. Also the hookah was $100. So If you are going to this restaurant and you have a large party beware of the $25 entertainment fee.

Yelp
This place is perfect for a girls night out. We didn't stay for the show, but it was lovely for a quiet drink, a treat, and coffee. The ambiance is cozy. They have a private space for events. Their service is welcoming and balances being just the right amount of available with letting you enjoy your company.

Yelp
I went for a family birthday party and it was so much fun! It has a vibrant and all around pink decor inside from the chairs to the menu. The show was awesome with the hosts singing and dancing. They even brought up a few people on stage to dance. The food and drinks were good too. It can be quite pricey though. But the experience is worth it!! :D

Yelp
Went to celebrate a friend's birthday but ended up being a disaster. With a RESERVATION, it took 40 mins to be seated since they had no seating available. Throughout the entire time, the hostess kept recommending us to sit at the bar because of their error. When they finally sat us down, The waiter was not organized, always rushing, and rude. My friend did not like her mojito.. asked if they could remake it. The waiter responded "No that's what you asked." Food wasn't too bad. Enjoyed the ceviche and the skewers. There's also a waitress, that kept coming around with a tray of drinks that we didn't ask for. Every time we said no, she would make eye contact with the waiter. At the end of the night the waiter came to tell us the total verbally WITHOUT bringing the receipt. You can tell he was upset to bring it. Once we saw it, he charged twice for tap water...YES..they charge for tap water. We only had one big bottle of tap water to share; he finally removed it after arguing about it (still charged for drink that he refused to remake). Also tip is automatically included in the bill BUT the waiter told us he has to split it with everyone and was recommending us to to add more. Overall, wouldn't recommend because of poor, poor, poorrrr customer service and trying to rip people off. Ambiance was pretty but not worth the hassle. Save yourself a headache!

Yelp
What a show!!! I was very surprised that this restaurant had such low reviews. Everything about this restaurant was amazing!! The service - 100% The food - 100% The entertainment - 100% *Amber you and your crew are FANTASTIC! I would come back here again and again. Our server Cristo was a doll and treated our table like VIP's. We were celebrating my friend's daughters 21st bday and they brought out fun sparklers and a delicious dessert. I highly encourage to celebrate here, the show starts around 9:30-10pm. So make your reservation closer to then.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of dining at The Moon in Miami, and I must say it was an out-of-this-world experience! This exquisite restaurant offers a unique combination of celestial aesthetics, captivating ambiance, and, most importantly, a stellar menu that left me craving for more. As soon as I entered The Moon, I was mesmerized by the celestial theme that permeates every corner of the establishment. The interior design mimics the lunar landscape, with moon-shaped lighting fixtures and a color scheme reminiscent of a starry night. The attention to detail is impeccable, transporting guests to a whimsical lunar world. Now, let's talk about the cuisine. The Moon boasts a diverse menu inspired by flavors from around the globe, all expertly crafted by their talented culinary team. I started my meal with their signature Luna Salad, a delightful mix of fresh greens, tangy citrus dressing, and crispy moon-shaped croutons that added a playful touch. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was simply stunning. For the main course, I opted for the Nebula Sea Bass, and it exceeded my expectations. The fish was flawlessly cooked, moist and tender, with a heavenly blend of spices that elevated the dish to celestial heights. The accompanying side of Milky Way Mash, a creamy potato creation infused with roasted garlic, was the perfect complement to the flavors of the sea bass. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I indulged in the Lunar Eclipse Chocolate Mousse. It was a symphony of velvety smooth chocolate, skillfully layered with a light raspberry coulis. The combination of richness and fruity tartness was sheer perfection, leaving me craving another spoonful. The Moon's attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall excellence of the dining experience. From the moment I arrived, they guided me through the menu with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of my visit was exceptional. One aspect that should be noted is the prices at The Moon. While it is true that dining here might be considered a splurge, the quality of the food, the unique atmosphere, and the impeccable service make it worth every penny. It's an ideal destination for a special occasion or a memorable night out. In conclusion, The Moon in Miami is an extraordinary dining destination that combines celestial charm, impeccable flavors, and stellar service. Whether you're a food enthusiast, a lover of whimsical ambiance, or simply seeking a one-of-a-kind experience, The Moon will leave you starstruck. Make a reservation and prepare to be transported to gastronomic bliss in a lunar setting that is truly out of this world!

Yelp
This is Barbie's torture palace... the ambiance is a 20 out of 10 but the servers all look MISERABLE. They all had visible frowns on their faces and were not very friendly. Our waiter only checked in on our table once and we had to ask another waiter for our check. As for the food, the quality is there but be prepared to pay steak house prices. In addition to the steep prices, don't be shocked to see the 21% gratuity charge on the bill for two people. This a four dollar sign restaurant which is very steep since this place is open for brunch. The lunch menu is moderately priced hovering around $22 per person. If you are looking for a restaurant for a birthday or bridal shower, this is the place for you.

Yelp
Never have I ever read negative yelp reviews and experienced every single negative comment shared by the yelpers. Personally, I don't like writing negative reviews, however, my experience at this restaurant was surreal and must be shared. I dined at The Moon on a Sunday night for a birthday party of 11 guests. The service was absolutely horrible - Chik-Fil-A has 10x better service than this restaurant. We had to ask for water several times and the staff appeared bothered each time we asked. The server mixed up so many of the orders. The service was absolutely slow and the waiter was often no where to be found. The food was ordered in 2 separate orders because the waiter had to stop taking orders during the performance. Half the table got their food while the other half waited about 30 minutes to get their orders. Our dinner plates were never picked up and remained at the table even after we left- it was disgusting. We literally piled on the plates to one section of the table. The food was okay. For the prices, we expected better quality of food. The worst part of this night... we brought a birthday cake to the restaurant and they took the cake out to an employee's birthday table completely forgetting that it was our cake. They literally sang happy birthday to the employee with our cake. I was mortified for them. They ruined the cake by adding sparklers to it. The negligence at this restuarant was unreal. The staff including the manager had no remorse about the horrible service they dispalyed. If the owner cares about their establishment they will get a new staff that knows how to run a restaurant and provide decent service that brings customers back.

Yelp
The food was great and so was the service during dinner. However, when the bill was brought to the table at the end of the night, we were made aware of an "entertainment fee". To bad clear, our fill for ten people was almost $1,300. To be told to add $250 after not being aware of the fee was problematic. I made several attempts to call the restaurant to confirm the reservation made through OT and though I tried three different numbers, they all went to voicemail. So, I arrived early and ahead of my party to make sure all was well and to confirm the cake cutting fee and reservation. Even then I was told about the entertainment fee. When I mentioned my attempts to call and that the fee was not listed on OT, the manager (or host) said "well everyone knows that comes" - indicating that she didn't feel the need to share. I noted that it was our first time and that of the ten folks, we live in six different states. She said "How was I supposed to know". They charged us for only seven of the ten for the $25 per person entertainment fee and said we were getting a deal. Further, they gave us a hard time about asking for a hard copy of the receipt. The service was less than decent or satisfactory. This was a team dinner paid for by our organization; it should never have been this difficult.

Yelp
The food was delicious. My ordered fish and my daily ordered the lamb-chops. The service is wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I thought ok my daughter her for her 18th birthday and she loved it because the entire place is decorated is PINK & that is her favorite color. They came out with sparklers and sand Happy Birthday to her. She even did a mini photo shoot. They have an in house photographer that will take pictures of you in different areas of the restaurant. They bring the photos to you before you leave in photo frames. They made my daughter feel like a princess. They have a $75 minimum. Everyone must spend at least $75 and gratuity is included in the bill. They even put on a show if you come after 9pm. The show has a different theme for each day of the week. You can see the different themes on their Instagram page.

Yelp
AMAZING!!! I am still in shock at what a great time we had at this place. It was beautiful with a giant pink disco ball and pink glass chandeliers around the intimate restaurant. There was a stage that allowed the entertainers to perform high enough that everyone could see the show while dining. The singers and dancers were very entertaining, quirky and fun! The bellydance danced with fire, swords and she was really a good dancer too. There were trapeze artists, burlesque dancers, I mean it was stunning how elaborate the show was. Loved every minute!

Yelp
Where do I start. I made a reservation for 6pm for 11. For my partners 35th birthday. We get there at 6pm not open. That's ok, we wait about 15mins. Finally I ask when they will open... and she was confused why I was asking and had no idea about my reservation. ALSO I get it people are late things happen blah blah. I let her know it's a birthday. We were the ONLY people there and it just seemed like it was a challenge for her to take our orders. But we all were chill about it. Maybe she wasn't even a server ? And than they asked us if we were ok with being filmed and most of said no because.... We are eating. But they filmed an interview with the owner anyways ? Also. Seems like a better idea to do an interview before the restaurant opens ? Cause they had to turn music off made for awkward silence. AND than I go to pay the bill because we haven't seen our server in awhile. I tip on top of gratuity because I work in the service industry and maybe they had an off day. BUT than I go to the bathroom and get locked in. That ruined my time for sure. Go to table they came out with the smallest chocolate cake with 11 spoons (I started laughing) and than they start filming US. After this they said they wanted to buy us shots. Only two people got cocktails... and everyone else got mocktails so that was weird. And than they begged us to stay for the show... most likely to make it seem more "full" in the restaurant for the filming purposes that we didn't want to be part of. Anyways. Weird vibes for sure. The place has SO much potential to be awesome. I definitely felt like I was catfished with the cool look of the place. But the staff and just the awkwardness of the filming made for a strange time. I don't think I'll be back but I'm sure some people from my group will be for the shows. Hope this helps.

Yelp
We came here for brunch and I just really can't give a good rec in good conscience. The prices are high for seemingly no good reason. The decor is cute, but if you pay attention to the details things are a little bit crusty. It was $80 for two of us for truffle fries, French toast, one beer, and one lemonade. We did come as part of a larger party for a birthday and the staff was willing to help us with pics etc.

Yelp
The food, drinks, and ambiance was amazing. A wonderful experience to indulge if it's your birthday or just a night out in Miami. I went on a Wednesday night and the performance took place at about 9:40pm. If it's your birthday you get a free drink called the moon

Yelp
What an awesome dining experience and show! I wanted to try everything on the menu so we ordered a few appetizers and then i got the Moussaka as my main dish , which is like the Mediterranean version of a lasagna and it was absolutely delicious !! However i could not finish it because i was extremely full from all the apps we ordered so i asked for a to go box so i can enjoy the Moussaka the following day , as i am paying for it I did not want to leave practically the entire dish. The waiter tells me they do not have any to go boxes. I was like how is that possible a restaurant does not have any to go boxes? Mind you i had just seen another table pack a box and store it in a brown paper bag so i found it very hard to believe they did not have any. So i went ahead and ask a different waiter for a to go box without saying someone else told me they didnt have any, and sure enough he brings me one right away. So that was a little frustrating but i wont take away from the fact the food and place was spectacular, the service could have been better but the vibes and ambiance made up for it.

Yelp
Went here to celebrate a friends birthday party for brunch. It is pretty inside and very Instagram friendly. The food was OK. I'm not too sure if they just started doing brunch, but there weren't too many people inside. I've heard a lot of good things about that dinners and the shows that they have during the dinner. Would love to see brunch shows in the future.

Yelp
Last minute dinner plans for a friends birthday, and I remembered some recommendations for " The Moon" with the reviews on here it had me a little worried because dining in Miami can always be a hit or miss, but honestly it was one of the best dining experiences that I've ever had, and I've been in Miami for ten years. I always feel that dining on a weekday plays a huge factor. We arrived on a Thursday night, reservations for three at 9pm the show started at 9:30 so we relaxed first with cocktails and then dinner everything was absolutely delicious!!!!! My favorite cocktail was "The Moon" I ordered two lol then we ordered the salmon and octopus, just the thought of reordering is mouthwatering!! We also ordered two bottles of their red wine... photo below, all while enjoying a beautiful burlesque show featuring the stunning Matilda. The show was filled with such elegance honestly perfect for any celebration, I also wanna think our server Javier. His service was amazing, always attentive to us and not once did we feel rushed or neglected. Our dining experience was truly spectacular one of a kind and I'm so happy I could find a place like this here in the heart of Miami. I highly recommend "The Moon" for any special occasion!!! You can thank me later. Thanks again for making my friends birthday something memorable, and truly special!!
