"Did you fall in love with a Picasso or Pollock during your meander through MoMA? Stop by the MoMA Store for a print or postcard. The large shop also has art books, toys, home goods, and gifts, most of which reflect the pieces and themes in the museum’s own permanent collection. A decent portion of the items available are New York-themed, too. Looking for larger objects? The MoMA Design Store is directly across the street. If your purchase is too big to lug around city streets, have the staff package it for shipping."

"The MoMA gift shop—which is really more of a full-fledged design store—is incredibly well-done, making it one of those rare spots that's a one-stop resource for everyone on your list come the holidays. Here you can purchase everything from Issey Miyake's architectural Lucent tote, to an Eames chair, to a Yoshitomo Nara doggy radio, to obscure titles you’re unlikely to find anywhere else."

Very cool space filled with lots of cool stuff. It’s generally somewhat pricy but I would say most items are worth it if you like one of a kind statement pieces. They do have reasonable prices t shirts and hats as well in the $30 range. I would highly recommend shopping here. I bought several pieces and saw 10 more things I wanted.

The MoMA Design Store is a haven for design lovers. I was excited to find Morphits there—beautifully made, clever little figures that transform in the most satisfying way. Perfect blend of art and play.

MoMA, The Museum Store, is a paradise for design and art lovers🧸🪄💕 I stopped by after visiting the museum and was blown away by the variety of unique, creative products. From beautifully designed home goods to art books, stationery, and quirky gifts, everything is thoughtfully curated and high-quality. I ended up buying a lot of product designs that I couldn’t resist—each item felt like a little piece of art. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a unique souvenir, a gift, or something special for yourself, The Museum Store is a must-visit. It’s the perfect way to take a piece of MoMA’s creativity home with you!

Well, I didn't visit the Museum Store this time, but it's true, I've shopped there many a time in a pre- holiday mood and made successful purchases. They have good taste and with enough credit in your pocket I believe that you won't buy what you thought you would, you'll purchase something that you hadn't been thinking about. More fun. And in the meantime, enjoy the sightseeing and have a pleasant day at the Museum.

This place was well curated and cleanly organized. There are so many people. But everyone was well behaved with full manners. We enjoyed all the gifts items, particularly there were many art items which were collaborated with other brands or artists. There were many gifts of items which we could use daily lives. We wished the place was a bit bigger so they could carry more varieties. Definitely visit again soon.

Charming museum store, with well-curated stock. I was happy with the items I ended up purchasing. Unfortunately, many items are not priced, leaving customers guessing or standing in a line only to ask the cashier to scan the price. We chatted with other museum store customers who were also confused as to why some items had price tags while others didn't. Given that it's a popular and very busy shop, it would certainly help to have items labeled with their price, and it would make the check-out line up shorter and more efficient.

The museum store has more items than the Design store. So use the left door to enter the museum store by the main entrance if you only wants to go to the store.
