The Biggest New Las Vegas Restaurant Openings, June 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Chef Angel Lopez’s first solo project is a sleek, French bistro–style restaurant that blends fine-dining polish with neighborhood energy just west of Resorts World. The menu emphasizes rich sauces and balanced plating, with highlights such as a 32-ounce picanha steak, seared duck breast with potatoes au gratin and pepper aioli, and a slow-braised lamb shank in red wine; baked escargot and lemon beurre blanc crab cakes set an elevated tone up front, while desserts like a whole poached apple in mulled wine with pie-spiced ice cream provide classic-with-a-twist finishes." - Janna Karel

The Naughty Angel was a great find! Don’t let the odd strip mall location and bland outside appearance near Resorts World throw you off. The inside is beautiful, and the prices were excellent. Our server Aaron was attentive and helpful. We had two of their specialty cocktails, escargot, deviled apples, lobster bisque (don’t know what little add-in spice he used but it was so yummy!), the duck breast, the pork dish and their family recipe rum cake dessert (heavy on the rum!). Also had a talented violinist, which added a nice (but not intrusive) live music touch. Strongly recommend you check them out if you love French food with a few twists, at a great price.

Food 5/5 they aim to please. Presentation is what you expect from Vegas. This time (a rarity), the plating matched the flavors. Both are beautiful. Steak was overdone. Ordered medium received a well done steak they made it right, and we didn't even want to say anything because the vibes were so good. But our amazing server advocated for us to get what we ordered. Service 10/5 excellent. They deserve all their flowers Atmosphere: Okay, this is going to be brutally honest. The surrounding area is a seedy part of town. Strip clubs and CBD stores The exterior is giving...cheap stripper vibes. I almost canceled my reservation because I was so turned off by the outside. Do not judge a book by its cover, guys. Inside was refreshing. A huge upgrade from the exterior. A strong blue and white motif. I was happy we kept the reservation. The violinist KILLED it. I wish we knew how to tag him on social media so he gets recognition. Great experience. Would definitely come again. One of the better Steaks in Vegas. I've done Edge, Mortons, Chris Ruth's, Del Friscos, capital grill ..you get the idea. This place beat them all and the price/value was extremely fair.

Aaron was our server, and he was phenomenal! He knew the menu inside and out, had amazing recommendations, didn’t lead us astray on anything, and provided top-notch service. One of the best servers I’ve had in Vegas ever! The food and drinks were on point. This place is a hidden gem! The Executive Chef, Angel Lopez, was excellent! I will definitely be back! Try it out! Go hungry!

A Heavenly Experience at Chef Angel & Sarah’s French-Inspired Steakhouse. From the moment we stepped into this enchanting French-themed steakhouse, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah, and later her husband Chef Angel—two of the most gracious and passionate hosts I’ve ever met. Their hospitality alone set the tone for an unforgettable evening, but what followed was nothing short of extraordinary. Every plate that arrived at our table was a work of art—visually stunning and bursting with creativity. The “deviled apples” were unlike anything I’ve experienced, served over a fog of mysterious vapor that added a sense of magic to the dish. The flavors were layered and unexpected, playful and elegant all at once. The lobster bisque was silky, luxurious, and rich without being overpowering—a perfect balance of creaminess and ocean essence that melted on the tongue. The fresh vegetables, clearly picked with care, brought brightness and life to the table. And the **dessert—an apple-inspired masterpiece—**was the grand finale this dreamlike meal deserved. Balanced, beautiful, and blooming with flavor, it was sweet enough to savor slowly, yet so delicious I couldn’t help but finish every bite, despite being incredibly full from the amazing dinner. Angel and Sarah have created something truly special: a restaurant where creativity, elegance, and warmth come together seamlessly. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Whether you’re a food lover, a romantic, or simply in search of something extraordinary—this place is it.

From the moment we walked in the experience began. The live music was amazing and not overly loud. The restaurant itself is beautiful, open but also intimate. Aaron was our server and he delivered the best service we have had in Las Vegas in many years. He offered plenty of assistance in deciding on items whether it was wine or the main course. The Brimstone cocktail was fantastic. We had the Seared Duck and the Chicken Fricassee both were fantastic and had us cleaning the plates. The Stuffed Pasilla Pepper and the Herb Risotto are must haves. We finished with the Grand Mariner Creme Brulee and the Lemon Tart. Aaron, once again thank you for the memorable experience.

Amazing service, delicious food and great vibe. From the moment we came in, everyone was friendly attentive and informative. Chef came out and interacted with us talked about the venue and the food and it was just great all around. Spicy sausages with the bread- DELICIOUS lobster bisque-OMG Loved it!! Dessert was a bit too sweet for me but my friend has a sweet tooth more than I do and they loved it! We had somewhere else to go so we didn’t have a chance to try more items but I do want to go back again and try other items on the menu.

Google
I pass by here everyday and thought it was a strip club and so I looked it up. To my surprise it was a restaurant so I decided to give them a try. Excellent new dinner date spot close to the Strip and downtown but far enough away from the traffic and high prices of the Strip. Aaron and Julian took very good care of us. The dishes were all beautifully presented and tasted just as good as they looked. Definitely try the dry aged steak, pineapple cake, and the spiced apple dessert. There was also live harp music which was a nice little surprise. This is not a place to go if you’re in a rush. Take your time here to soak up all the flavors and sounds.

Was there on the 30th Day Anniversary. Easy to drive by... Don't! Stop in and meet owner Angel and bartender Raine. Eat amazingly unique food and drink libations. I could get a steak most places... I chose the duck. It was done to perfection. Dining alone they brought me amazing bread and apple/butter as I was limiting what I could eat since I couldn't take anything back for the evening and refrained from an appetizer. After the duck it peaked my curiosity on their other "specialities" so I couldn't help but order a cocktail and dessert. Both... Heavenly. Tea selection is unique. The interior is beautiful. Great place to bring groups and parties.

Yelp
There's a new contender in town for the best French food and steakhouse. The Naughty Angel was incredible! The service was great and attentive. Aaron took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. Chef Angel's food was fantastic. The escargot, lamb shank, and dry aged cowboy steak were all delicious. This a great place for any event. Birthday, anniversary, or even a fancy weeknight dinner, you name it.

Yelp
An Unforgettable Experience! From start to finish, everything about our visit was amazing--from the welcoming staff to the incredible food. We received outstanding, friendly service from our waitress, and Chef Angel personally came by to greet us and help us choose our meal. The steak was heavenly, and the dessert was absolutely out of this world. We will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Restaurant was quiet and looked really nice. The food was amazing and full of flavor, our server Raine was great! I would highly recommend the prime new york steak and the lemon butter asparagus!! End the meal with the creme brûlée

Yelp
We have been wanting to get french food with the family for awhile now and after a little bit of research we narrowed it down to 2 places. We were very happy with this experience. Our server was super friendly and there was also a harp player playing beautiful angelic music up front. I personally love live performances so it was such a treat for us all while dining. Food was beautifully presented. Happy hour was from 6-7. So we got to try a fee appetizers like the Ratatouille and Deviled apples. I especially loved the Delmonico steak, cooked medium rare, the deviled apples, my yummy drink Angel fish cocktail in this adorable glass fishbowl that I must buy from Amazon. We also got to meet Chef Angel Lopez who presented our dessert by torching it with fire. Amazing!

Yelp
We arrived a little early for our dinner reservation so we started the evening at the bar and were lucky enough to be taken care of by Sarah, the bartender. She was fantastic and gave us excellent recommendations on their whiskey selection and introduced us to some of the curated cocktails The clever play on cocktail names adds a dash of fun to the restaurant's immersive theme. Once we were seated, the experience only got better. Shortly after sitting down, we were served a basket of fresh sweet bread accompanied by a whipped butter and what I believe was an apple butter. The bread was unbelievably light and airy. It just melted in your mouth. We were served by Aaron, who was absolutely phenomenal. His timing, attention to detail, and thoughtful menu recommendations truly elevated the experience. He was attentive without ever being intrusive. The service made a great meal even better. We started with a special, off-menu appetizer: shrimp ceviche. It was outstanding. Honestly, probably the best ceviche I've ever had. I really hope they consider adding it to the permanent menu. We also had the escargot, which was rich, velvety, and absolutely indulgent. For our main course, we shared the 45-day dry-aged bone-in New York strip steak.....and wow. The char on the outside was spot-on, giving it a crisp edge that complemented the juicy, tender interior. It was layered with flavor and the demi-glace that accompanied it added even more depth and richness. And just when we thought the evening couldn't get better, Chef Angel Lopez personally came out to check on our table. That personal touch really stood out. The Naughty Angel was exceptional and we will absolutely be back.

Yelp
I had previously lived in Las Vegas and regularly stalk Yelp for new up and coming restaurants outside of The Strip to support and The Naughty Angel did not fall short. I made and confirmed a reservation, which I ended up changing several times, regardless the restaurant was more than accommodating. When entering, we were welcomed by Aaron, who immediately led us to our table not too far from the live music. We enjoyed house made brioche with whipped butter and apple jam. From the herbaceous escargot to the saucisse, everything was prefect! The most memorable part was the creamy french onion soup, which I thought my boyfriend was exaggerating how silky the first bite was, but hands down this is such a unique take on a classic soup and it is the only way I want to enjoy it now. At first glance, Yelp reviews made the decor look tacky, but I promise you, the ambiance, music, the quick and attention service will prove Chef Angel has made such a tremendous effort in bringing a new wave of French cuisine to LV! Merci à mille, À bientôt :-)

Yelp
My fiancé surprised me with dinner for our engagement anniversary and chose this rather new establishment to celebrate at. Parking with a cinch as most businesses in the plaza were already closed for the day. When stepping inside, you are quickly reminded of the restaurant's elegance and poise. As my fiancé says "I don't feel like I'm in Vegas anymore". We were quickly seated with bread and water coming out shortly after. We ordered the Porc Et Haricots, Coq Au Vin, Angels Deviled Eggs and Crème Brûlée to finish off. The meat on both dishes were tender and easily pulled apart from bones. The sauces complimented well with the dishes. We were huge fans of the Brûlée. I'm not a sweets' person but a brûlée done right is always welcomed. Our server Aaron was lovely and was incredibly attentive to our table and our needs. It was rare we waited for our waters to be filled and table to be re-set for a new dish. Will definitely recommend to others.

Yelp
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The steak itself was delicious, with the added sauces wow... The Garlic mashed potatoes melt in your mouth. Very large portions, shareable if you would like, but trust me.you wont want to share. Enjoy.. Kailyn was so attentive great service and Angel the Chef and owner is so humble and attentive, makes sure his customers are satisfied. The decor and ambiance was perfect they had a harpe player on a Sunday night. Thank you so much... for the experience.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in, The Naughty Angel delivered an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance: a low-lit ambiance with thoughtful design touches, tasteful music, and an energy that felt both intimate and electric. It set the tone for what would become one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Every bite melted in my mouth and was layered with bold, distinct flavors. You could tell that everything- from the pasta to the fruit, bread, and even the mashed potatoes- was made fresh in-house. The chef personally came out and created a custom dish to meet my dietary needs, and I genuinely felt not just accommodated, but cared for. That kind of hospitality is rare. With that said, Chef Angel's presence on the floor- personally checking in, presenting dishes, and engaging with guests- shows just how deeply he cares about the experience he's creating. Aaron didn't just take our order--he elevated the entire evening. From the very start, Aaron made us feel genuinely welcomed and seen. His deep knowledge of the menu, passionate recommendations, and warm, personable approach made the experience feel personal and connected. He wasn't just doing his job--he was sharing what he clearly believes in: good food, good atmosphere, and making sure guests feel like they belong. Aaron's attention to detail and care tied everything together and turned a great night into an unforgettable one! Sarah, the bartender, was super sweet and crafted some of the most creative and delicious cocktails I've had in a long time. Every drink was beautifully presented and balanced in flavor--refreshing, and fun! We tried a variety of items, including Alfredo creamy fresh pasta, Filet Mignon, buttery garlic mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, and standout desserts like the Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée topped with strawberries and cream. Every plate was a work of art, and each dish tasted better than the last. Chef Angel truly has a gift! I'm genuinely at a loss for words in the best way possible. The Naughty Angel has set the bar impossibly high- not just with their food, but with their service, energy, and passion. This place isn't just a restaurant--it's a whole experience, and I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Amazing food and ambiance. Service needs to be greatly improved to make it a 5 star experience for their customers. They only have two inexperienced people working the front of the house on the night we came. It's ok to keep a lean staff, but that staff needs to be more experienced to give the diner a better experience. Chef Angel is in-house, so the food was amazing. We came from another restaurant and just wanted to stop by to try a few dishes. Deviled apples- such a creative but simple dish that was really good. French onion soup- another creative take on a classic dish. We'll be back to try other items on the menu. Really hoping they work out the service kinks.

Yelp
You would not know this place is so beautifully decorated inside, from outside! The moment you walk in the door, you relax & take in the beauty of this restaurant. We were greeted immediately. We went to try their happy hour, and it did not disappoint. You must try their shot of the day for fun, it was tasty. We tried about 4 different dishes & the Crème Brûlée came with an awesome presentation. May I suggest if you order the Pallassons de Courgettes it comes with 2 on a plate, you get 1 order per person. It is that good you will wish you had it all to yourself! All the food was beautifully plated. It is a romantic place, think I will return with my hubby!

Yelp
AMAZING!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! AWESOME DECOR! !!! We came to celebrate our 13 Year Anniversary, and let me tell you we were extremely surprised. Chef Angel came to our table and held a meaningful conversation with my wife and I for about 5-10 minutes. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING that was brought to our table was off the charts, on another world delicious. From the perfectly portioned and flavorful crab cakes to the perfectly cooked steak and awesome tasting Parmesan Clam linguine and to top it off the Devils Red Apple was something thought up by a genius chef. The hospitality shown by all the employees was top class and the server Aaron was as attentive and detailed as you could be to our needs. I will spread the word to everyone local and travelers about this place. I have no idea how anyone could give this place a negative review. Till next time Aaron and Chef Angel. Thank you guys.

Yelp
We came here after watching Hamilton at The Smith Center due to proximity, it was open late and I've had this place bookmarked for some time. I drive past by on my way to work and the place intrigued me. The decor is very cute and cozy. I like all the blue and the chandeliers that accent it all. Service was great too. Our server was very attentive and even the chef came out to check on us. Now for the food. We received brioche with whipped butter and a fruit jam-my guess apricot. For starters we chose the longaniza. It had a really good kick to it and came with these mini wraps/tortillas. For entreé I ordered the coq au vin. Every single thing I ate tasted so good!!! I was very impressed by the taste and quality of it all. The mashed potatoes that came with the entree were soooooo yummy. Everything was all amazing! Definitely am doing a return visit this time getting dessert too!

Yelp
I really like thos new restaurant. We each started with lobster Bisque. Presentation is very cute. The cup is kind of small, but the flavor was good in my opinion. My dinner companion thought there was too much pepper. Both of us loved the brioche with apple or butter. It was melt in your mouth delicious.

Yelp
After the controversial "Porcelain Pillow" post this week , we had to check it out, and for us, The Naughty Angel was a huge win! Don't let the odd strip mall location and bland outside appearance near Resorts World throw you off. Our server Aaron was attentive and helpful. The inside is beautiful, and the prices were excellent. We had two of their specialty cocktails, escargot, deviled apples, lobster bisque (don't know what little add-in spice he used but it was so yummy!), the duck breast, the pork dish and their family recipe rum cake dessert (heavy on the rum!). Also had a talented violinist, which added a nice (but not intrusive) live music touch. Strongly recommend you check them out if you love French food with a few twists, at a great price.

Yelp
First off this place is only a block off the strip (and yes, Vegas blocks are like 2 manhattan avenue blocks!!! The place is new but it seems to be well running and we didn't notice anything that wasn't close to perfect. The experience started with a warm greeting by the hostess and a very friendly server who was knowledgeable and seemed very passionate about the food and service. It was a quieter mid-week day. And the server offered to have the chef come out to curate a beautiful meal to us. 4ths service was very attentive but never intrusive nor rushed. Chef is Argentinian and has a play on French, American, and seemed to have an Argentinian "je ne sais pas" quality to his food and passion there of.. The place is new, it's off-strip but close, and the food and experience was Devine. I highly recommend The Naughty Angel for an up-scale dining experience.

Yelp
What can I say about Naughty Angel? Well, words can't even describe how amazed your taste buds will be once you try anything here. It is a French restaurant with a modern take on its classics, like escargot, crab cakes, French onion soup, seared duck breast, coq au vin, chicken fricassee, and steaks. But, stop right there. Leave your preconceived notions of traditional French food and how it is usually prepared at the door, as Naughty Angel takes all things French and puts a modern spin on it like no other. Executive Chef Angel Lopez, originally from Guatemala, who has worked alongside renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Mario Carbone, and Enrique Olivera, takes you on a culinary journey with an explosion of flavors. EVERY dish we had that night was out of this world, mouthwateringly delicious! The flavor profiles and seasonings/ingredients from South America heavily influence all his creations, along with more modern cooking techniques that allow one to cook the classics, which generally take hours to marinade, down to thirty minutes or less. We were there to celebrate my sister's birthday, and we ordered a whole smattering of dishes to share, from appetizers to soups, main courses, and dessert. We all kept asking each other what our favorite dish was, and no one could pick. We all loved each one equally and, honestly, could not single out any one over the others. Very few places in Vegas can I say that about all the dishes you will eat. Most of the time, there are a handful of favorites, or maybe just one dish you have, with the rest being just okay. And while the food was AMAZING, what made it even that much better was the warmth, hospitality, and kindness of everyone who works there, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. My father is a Vietnam Vet and suffers from tinnitus, which showed up later in life from his being in the war around gunfire with no hearing protection. Before we even dined there on the weekend, both my mom and sister called the restaurant to explain that my father's hearing aids, which help mitigate sound frequencies (such as music and loud, high-pitched voices) that aggravate his tinnitus, had broken the week before and would take three weeks to get new ones, so would be dining with no hearing protection. They bent over backwards when my family spoke to them on the phone, saying they would be more than happy to dim the music to a low murmur and relocate us to a quieter area in the restaurant. We met Chef Angel as soon as we walked in the door, and he immediately recognized who we were, as my dad always wears his Vietnam Vet hat. He asked, first thing, if the music was at a reasonable level, which it was. They had already prepared the restaurant for us before we even arrived for our reservation! I mean, come on, now that is top-notch service and care for your customers down to the finest details. Chef Angel came out to our table to introduce himself and made sure to stop by throughout the night to check in on us, as well as at the end of our meal to say goodbye. Our waiter, Aaron, was terrific, attentive, and caring, always popping over to our table at the right time to ask if we were doing well or needed anything else, or to fill up our waters. On top of all that, when picking out our second appetizer, we were struggling between choosing the special of the week, a summer salad (melon, Serrano ham, strawberries, with a delicious vinaigrette dressing), or the deviled apples (Granny Smith apple slices topped with Manchego cheese, Serrano ham & spicy apple butter jam). We ended up picking the summer salad, but to our delightful surprise, shortly after we received the appetizers, Aaron came out with the deviled apples, saying it was on the house, as he knew we had both wanted it. I eat at many places around Vegas, and it takes a lot for me to take the time to write up a review on Yelp. While the food is fantastic at many places, I can't say the same for their service all the time, like you get at Naughty Angel. Run, don't walk, there the next time you go out to eat. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Chef Angel, Aaron, and the rest of the staff (Raine at the bar) for making my sister's birthday a memorable night we will not forget for a long time!

Yelp
Hidden GEM! I probably would have driven right past it and not realized what I was missing. The restaurant is so beautiful inside. There is beautiful artwork to enjoy, beautiful decor, elegant bar, and nice background music. Perfect place for a date night or a celebration! Our server Aaron was a dream and he brought us the most delicious food prepared by the Chef/owner along with the best Espresso martini I've ever had prepared by the owner's beautiful wife. We tried the Lobster, Porterhouse, and Chicken Fricassee, Asparagus and it was ALL very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back

Yelp
A well- earned 5-star review! Where to start........ The ambiance of this place is unexpected. It is a delightful play of classical and contemporary. It is visually appealing and well-planned. The service, perfection!! The cocktails are 100% amazing. The bartender is creative and daring in his approach, and it pays off with a magical experience. Then the food. Steak cooked to perfection. Flavors and textures carefully prepared to bring balance and joy to the senses. We will dine here whenever we are in town!

Yelp
I'm here for a trade show with a few of my employees. We're a small business and I was looking for somewhere where I could treat my team to something nice and came across this place. Better reviews than everywhere else, much more reasonable prices, and only a five minute walk from resorts world. We had dinner there tonight and it was delicious. A very relaxed vibe while still feeling fancy. I had the salmon and Sangria and it was Yum

Yelp
The staff is great, everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. I thought the food was good. We enjoyed steaks, chicken, twice baked potatoes, asparagus, sweet potato, risotto, and a couple of the desserts. We also had the angelfish cocktail. I'm glad I got to check this place out.

Yelp
We just had an unforgettable dining experience at The Naughty Angel--not just dinner, but a true culinary journey. From the bold exterior to the sultry interior, every inch of this place speaks to vision and intention. But it's the people that make it exceptional. Everyone is fully bought in, and the execution is flawless. Aaron guided us through the evening with care and confidence. The pacing was perfect. We were never rushed--just allowed to relax, savor, and enjoy. Every course had its moment. Chef Angel is doing extraordinary work. The food isn't just delicious--it's thoughtful, elevated, and full of flavor surprises. * Cocktails: The Poison Red Apple Martini with dry ice--equal parts drama and drinkability. * Appetizers: * Escargot--classic, rich, and indulgent * Homemade sausage with salsa--earthy and bright * Crab cake--moist, no filler, pure flavor * Entrées: * Picanha with the fat cap--perfect medium rare, juicy and bold * Twice-baked potato--creamy, cheesy perfection * Prime NY steak--crusted, tender, and well-seasoned * Pork chop with white beans--hearty and comforting * Coq au vin--layered, complex, and deeply satisfying * Kohlrabi--unexpected and incredible And then--dessert. * The Devil's Red Apple soaked in mulled wine--unique, aromatic, and unforgettable * Lemon tart--bright and tart, anchored by a dense, authentic shortbread crust * Strawberry crème brûlée--the showstopper: creamy, floral, with a perfect sugar crack This wasn't a meal--it was a moment. A rare find. Every detail, every bite, every sip felt crafted and cared for. We'll be back, and we'll be bringing people with us. This restaurant deserves to be known, talked about, and full.

Yelp
We were a party of four and our meal began with Brioche Bread for the table. It was served with whipped butter and a lovely spiced apple jam. We all ate a bit more of it than we should have, but what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, etc. Two of us (myself included) ordered the creamy French Onion soup. I've never had a better soup. There was so much flavor and the consistency was indeed creamy, and the toasted baguette topping was a nice tasty touch. Three of us went with the Picahna Steak as our entree and loved it. Each steak was cooked exactly as we had requested and as with the soup, they were delicious. The meat was tender and juicy and beautifully seasoned. The fourth diner at our table had the Dry Aged Cowboy Steak. It too was prepared exactly as ordered. It was a huge cut of perfectly-aged meat and was very flavorful. All four of us ordered sides of Twice-Baked Potatoes. The potatoes were among the largest I've ever seen and they were topped with lots of cheese and bacon. We were quite sure we didn't have room for dessert, but somehow we talked ourselves into ordering Baked Alaska and Grand Marnier Crème Brulee (again, what happens in Vegas, yada yada yada). Both dishes were finished tableside by the Chef himself and we were like giddy children watching the show. For people who were "full" after eating dinner, we managed to finish all of our dessert. The service was phenomenal. The waitress was attentive without hovering over us and the Chef visited our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal, in addition to preparing our desserts tableside as mentioned above. All four of us came away with to-go containers and as I write this at 2:00 am, I'm enjoying bites of that delicious Picahna Steak (shhh--don't judge) Two of our party are Las Vegas locals and I'm quite sure they will be visiting the restaurant again soon. My husband and I live in Northern Nevada but you can bet we will be coming back here the next time we are in town. Or possibly again during our current visit as we'll be here for a few more days.

Yelp
We went to The Naughty Angel based on the Google reviews, and we were so glad we did! We were in Las Vegas to celebrate a 60th birthday with a group of five people. All of the dishes we ordered were delicious! I had the Angel's Kiss Martini and shared the lobster pasta and filet mignon with my sister. We shared the generous chocolate fondue and crème brûlée between the five of us for dessert. All of the dishes were beautifully presented, several of them with dry ice for effect. Our server, Cindy, was great, and the chef/part-owner, Angel, was very friendly. They just opened in March, and I highly recommend giving them a try! The Naughty Angel is just down the street from Resorts World, so it's convenient for dinner before or after a show. Google Maps incorrectly shows the walking distance as 2.1 miles (46 minutes), going all the way around the block. I've reported this to Google, but, in the meantime, know that you can walk right through the Hilton to Resorts World Avenue, turn left, and continue less than 1000 feet to the restaurant. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Resorts World Theatre.

Yelp
From the moment we walked into Naughty Angel Steakhouse, we knew we were in for something special. The ambience strikes that perfect balance between upscale and inviting--dim lighting, elegant decor, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Our server Rain was absolutely incredible--attentive, warm, and made us feel like VIPs the entire evening. The kitchen magic was all thanks to Angel, who clearly knows their craft. We started with the steak tartare--perfectly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection, and the salmon was silky, flavorful, and fresh. To top it off, the chocolate mousse was rich, airy, and the perfect sweet ending. If you're looking for a place that delivers both flawless food and standout service in a beautiful setting, Naughty Angel is it. Ask for Rain and give your compliments to Angel--you won't regret it.

Yelp
The food here is amazing! So delicious! Everything we had, starting with the brioche bread was phenomenal. we had bacon wrapped prawns and the devil apples to start. Great tasting and great presentation. Also had the lobster bisque, filets, bone in NY and asparagus, twice baked potato and risotto (there were 4 of us) and everything was so good. Everyone raved about every single thing that we ate. The atmosphere is very cool and do not let the location fool you!

Yelp
The experience was well beyond expectations. Aaron provided phenomenal service from the moment we entered. He described food options in detail and provided excellent recommendations. The food did not disappoint. If you're looking for fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere, don't miss out. Aaron is one of a kind. Be sure to ask for him.

Yelp
This place is beautiful on the inside and has excellent food. The service was excellent as well as very friendly. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and there were even some interesting plating options like the plate that looks like a pillow. They may have the best escargot in the city. But my wife's coq au vin was the star of the night. I got the duck breast which was delicious, but I did have a little bit of order envy. Can't wait to go back to try other dishes! I really wish they had a tasting menu Because everything was so good!

Yelp
First Class Restaurant. Beautiful decor and staffed by warm friendly individuals. All the dishes and not only delicious but served with style. Just off the main strip area but the prices don't break the bank. Take advantage of this fabulous restaurant as much as you can.

Yelp
Excellent service. Beautiful decor. Our servers Julian and Aaron were very knowledgeable, conscientious, professional--not intrusive. The lamb shank, duck, dry aged NY strip, rib eye, white clam linguini, humming bird cake and mulled deviled apple...beautifully presented and so so delicious! Easy parking. A true jewel in Vegas. Naughty but so nice!

Yelp
It's off the strip in a part of town I doubt many tourists would go to, but they should. The food was fantastic! The deviled Apples were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't let the bland exterior of the building deter you from eating here.

Yelp
Enjoyed dinning here last Sunday evening with my husband. We had an amazing evening hearing beautiful harmony music played live. The appetizer we ordered were really good! Especially our main dishes definitely soooo good! Our waitress Karen was very friendly and polite. She recommended the dessert and it was extremely delicious. Definitely would recommend!

Yelp
Came here for a birthday. Place was pretty empty for a Monday night. The food was amazing. The dry aged cowboy steak was amazingly seasoned and the best steak I've ever had. Lamb shank was tender, fell off the bone, flavorful along with the smooth mashed potatoes. The server Aaron was helpful and attentive. Chef Angel came out to say Hi as he was cooking this night. Would definitely come back. The ambiance was chill and romantic.

Yelp
Good French food. Service was great. Up and coming chef. Hope to see more from him. Restaurant is in a strip mall and furniture felt a little cheap. The Saucisse Longaniza was delicious and the Coeurs En Chocolat Blanc was amazing.

Yelp
Such a great experience with my wife here!!! We had the branzino, the escargot, and the pink rhone salad- all were amazing! The dining room was gorgeous and we really enjoyed the live music- much talent coming from this chef and his team. Chef Angel is beyond passionate and knows how to do great food. Our issue was with the parking- the sign says "now leasing" so I can only assume people might think it's not open. Regardless, we highly recommend

Yelp
What a great find!! My husband surprised me with dinner at this beautiful French steakhouse. We were completely blown out of the water with the rich flavorful dishes. The cocktails were absolutely on point. Aaron guided us through our dinner and provided excellent service. Chef Angel Lopez himself made sure to stop at our table and ensure we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
The Naughty Angel had been on my Go list before it had even opened, but it was not until the place had been running for nearly two months before I made it over there for dinner. Atmosphere: Let me begin with the exterior setting, as the location does not exactly vibe with an upscale steakhouse, being in a small plaza sandwiched between a strip club and an adult emporium and populated with bail bonds, a tattoo parlor, and hookah lounges. It's at the rear of both Circus Circus and Resorts World, which kind of punctuates the weird dichotomy. Inside, it was a plush garden-like atmosphere. Blue velvet, gold damask, peacocks, classical paintings, ceramics, trees, and chandeliers. Plus the angel wing feather motif. Miscellaneous: Wonder what was in this space before. Large but divvied up in sections so it didn't feel cavernous, but there was a quirky lack of flow. E.g. corridor to restrooms was strangely narrow; freezer case put in an odd, very visible angle behind the bar (they use Breyer's ice cream if you're curious). Was greeted at the door by the chef himself, Angel Lopez, and escorted to the bar (my choice). Poison Red Apple Martini ($16): Nice presentation with a dry ice-filled bowl cupping the stemless glass. Leaned sweet over any whiskey. Came with a sidecar so drink volume was pretty good. Creamy French Onion Soup ($7 Happy Hour): OK-sized bowl; upon asking, bar man Chris said the serving was the same as for the soup on the regular menu ($14). Good enough for Happy Hour but might be considered small at full price. Thin creamy consistency, subtle cheese flavor. Bread loaf: Complimentary, a thing of increasing rarity nowadays. Compact Parker House roll style. Preferred the butter over the sweet apple jelly. Braised Lamb Shanks ($65): Huge. Fall-off-the-bone doneness; meat tasted even better when mixed with the smooth mashed potatoes and jus. Plenty of takeaway; leftovers were passable. Devil's Red Apple ($14): Arrived on a porcelain pillow. Juicy, apple retained some firmness, interesting to eat. Value: Above average. Service: Attentive, frequent check-ins from Chris and Chef Angel.

Yelp
My spouse and I had a wonderful experience at the Naughty Angel restaurant last evening. The food was excellent, as was the service and atmosphere. We really enjoyed talking with Sarah and Angel. The Delmonaco's were delicious. The salads and bread was soooo good. We can't wait to return.

Yelp
Went here with a friend when we came to town for a conference. We enjoyed spectacular food and service. Everything from the oysters fresh that morning, the best ever deviled eggs, luscious lobster over house made pasta, and incredibly flavorful clams and house made linguine. Aaron, the General Manager, provided spectacular service and helped make the evening memorable. Their escargot is said to be the best in town, and I can definitely say it was the best I have had. And be sure to leave room for the most amazing grand mariner crème brûlée! This is by far my favorite new restaurant.

Yelp
We have passed this place many times and wondered what it was. My sister looked it up and the food looked amazing so we had to try it! Woooow so impressed we are Vegas locals and eat out a lot this place blew the on strip restaurants out of the water! Every dish had beautiful presentation and the different flavors and textures had you wanting more. Our server Aaron was very attentive and had an extensive knowledge of the menu and suggested items for us to try. He also brought us a guava mocktail that made you feel like you were on a tropical island. I can't say enough good things about this place def a must try if you're in Vegas!
