The Biggest New Las Vegas Restaurant Openings, June 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Chef Angel Lopez’s first solo project is a sleek, French bistro–style restaurant that blends fine-dining polish with neighborhood energy just west of Resorts World. The menu emphasizes rich sauces and balanced plating, with highlights such as a 32-ounce picanha steak, seared duck breast with potatoes au gratin and pepper aioli, and a slow-braised lamb shank in red wine; baked escargot and lemon beurre blanc crab cakes set an elevated tone up front, while desserts like a whole poached apple in mulled wine with pie-spiced ice cream provide classic-with-a-twist finishes." - Janna Karel

Google
The Naughty Angel absolutely nailed it. Our server, Aaron, delivered some of the best service I’ve ever had—professional, polite, and on point with every recommendation. The chicken fricassee came out insanely juicy, and the presentation on those high-end plates made it stand out even more. The lamb shank matched that energy too: tender, juicy, and worth ordering again. Between the food and Aaron’s top-tier service, this place is a winner. Highly recommend.

This is the best food I've eaten and it is a deal. You don't get food like this for the price! Absolutely delicious and e felt like we were eating art. Even our tastebuds were amused as the different flavors rolled through our palate. There was a new burst of flavor around each scoop and bite. We got the Creamy French Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque, 45 day aged New York Strip, Lobster Truffle, and Baked Alaska for dessert. This food and atmosphere made our night! We received great service from the moment we walked in and i the restaurant is beautiful throughout! The executive chef Angel even came out to check on us. What an amazing well thought experience provided by this group of people. We 10/10 recommend this to top off a special evening!

Google
There aren't words for how incredible the food was... From soups (not pictured because we were too excited, but the lobster bisque and creamy onion were both amazing), to entrees, to desserts... This is Michelin quality just off the strip. So lucky to have found this place while googling nearby options on our trip. The jazzy covers of 90s songs were also the perfect backdrop to our dining experience. The head chef was very personable, clearly passionate about his craft, and lovely to chat with. 10/10 will absolute return on our next trip to Vegas!

Google
Visited the Naughty Angel for my birthday dinner. Anthony was our server - friendly, knowledgeable, fast. I had the filet and husband had the strip. The flavor of both entrees was amazing. Perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. Hubs had the creamy French onion soup- it's a reinterpretation of traditional French onion soup and is a must-try. We split the asparagus with lemon and twice-baked potatoes. Also delicious. We opted for the deviled apple for dessert- its a perfect savory dessert for a nice finish on dinner without being too sweet. Chef came and spoke with us as well, and he truly enjoys his craft and connecting with his customers. Oh, and definitely get the bread- it's a tasty in-house brioche!

Celebrated my birthday with 15 of my closest friends at The Naughty Angel! This place was so unique…the food was amazing, the cocktails looked great and the staff was so great and dealt with our large group extremely professionally. All of our starters were amazing, the steaks were so well flavored and cooked to perfection! The location is a bit off the strip but well worth the visit! Highly recommend! Please go support this restaurant you won’t be disappointed!

Google
We had such an amazing time here, from start to end! The presentation, flavor, and playlist was on point. Everything we tried was delicious and our server Cindy deserves the highest praise. She helped explain the menu more and kept up with our playful vibe. This is a must visit if you’re in the area. Try the deviled apples, you won’t be disappointed 😋

Google
This is a must visit for a romantic dinner date or any type of dinner date if you want to impress your date. I found this restaurant by reading reviews as you may be right now. I will say that if they had a 10 star review to mark this would be one. This restaurant surpassed any one on the strip. The appetizers, salads, entrée and desert are all a 100 out of 10. The chefs passion can be found in the food. From the bread they placed on our table which immediately catches you attention to the ambiance inside. I only wished I would have come here on my first day of the trip instead of the last. I can tell you I would have returned another time. But to finish our Vegas trip here was a cherry on top of a wonderful vacation. But seriously you would be a fool not to come here, from the service with Cindy, to the food, OMG the food was incredible. Steak tartar, escargo, crab Louie salad, aged steak and baked Alaskan finished at the table by the chef himself. Seriously a must have. To sum it up, Naughty Angel is a hidden gem in a small strip mall, that transforms into a beautiful cozy restaurant with impeccable food. Trust me you won't go wrong. I'm jealous for those who live in Vegas and have this in their back yard. And I'm from Miami. Thank you all for making our 25th anniversary so special. We will be back for sure. Mr 305

Google
We had dinner here for my husband birthday. The service was top notch, the pacing of food delivery was spot on and our server was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and restaurant and chef history. The drinks and desserts were yummy. We enjoyed our evening here.

Hey W.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place to eat! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. And don't be fooled by the outside--the inside is absolutely gorgeous and super comfy!

Yelp
Can you just take a look at the free prenatal bread that they serve? Like it's so good that you know this restaurant care about their customer! It just says that much! I ordered a bunch of stuff, escargot, French onion creamy soup, scallop, duck breast, lobster... a good variation of what they offered and it's not bad at all for the price. The only complain I have would be that the duck is a bit chewy but then maybe that's what people like ~ Our bill was sound $200 and we were stuffed, like I couldn't even order dessert fullness even though I really want to! 10/10 excellence, you should try when you get a chance

Yelp
When I saw the 5 star reviews, I had to give it a try. The parking lot is on the smaller side in an industrial area not far from the strip. When you walk in the doors, it is really classy inside. We were seated close to the harp player and a cherry blossom tree which created a nice atmosphere. Now for the food: we started with the bread service which was really nice. Warm brioche bread served with an apple compote and whipped butter. It was hard not to want to eat the whole thing but I didn't want to fill up before the rest of the meal. We ordered the escargot for an appetizer and wow, this was the highlight of our meal. It was buttery, elegant, and the snails were so tender and not rubbery at all like I thought it might be. Then we ordered the NY steak with the asparagus on the side. The steak was not super tender but it was cooked perfectly. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the steak was a little tough. The asparagus was very tasty with the lemon sauce on top. Everything besides the steak was a 10/10, and the steak was an 8/10. Service was amazing and attentive which we were happy about. I would definitely go back and try the other items. It lives up to the hype.

Yelp
Visited in late November for dinner and left with mixed but hopeful feelings. The outside does not match the inside. A graffiti style angel wings mural begs for photos, but once you step inside, the room feels elegant and more French in style, which is a pleasant surprise. The menu is extremely ambitious and many dishes are very good. The Japanese scallops on a bed of apples were excellent. The deviled apples had a cool presentation but the flavors fell a little short. The Delmonico ribeye was cooked medium as requested, but felt a bit pricey for the quality. The twice baked potato held up well as leftovers, and the steak reheated nicely at home. For dessert we had the coeurs en chocolat blanc, which was plated in such a cute way and was delicious. They also have a robust selection of cocktails and wines. Service was fantastic. Rain was our bartender and was super personable, which made the night more enjoyable. We also got to interact with Chef Aaron who brought out a few dishes. My honest take is that the kitchen is almost there; a few tweaks would lift some dishes from good to great. The location near a strip club in an industrial area and the mismatched exterior hurt the first impression, but the interior, the cocktail program, and the staff give this place real potential. I want this restaurant to do well and I will be back to try more items and see how they refine the menu

Yelp
Food was good, service was average. I will come back for a 2nd chance. We sat near the bathroom and there was a foul a smell, like a musty bathroom yuk. Anyway, the bread is not great, the should change that for sure, brioche is good for burgers or hotdogs but not for pre dinner, it was bland and dry. we had the duck, it was average, not great. The beet sals was great! The snails were great! Three stars for that. The lobster vistas good but not hot enough and too salty.

Yelp
The Naughty Angel is truly a hidden gem. I was a little spherical but wow from the Harp player in the from the waiter/bartender, the food and wine was superb. Anthony our waiter was very nice and gave us the best service. We Had the escort to start and I had the filet mignon with foi gras and baked sweet potato, my honey had Lobster with truffle risotto all the food was amazing. Definitely a must when in Las Vegas

Yelp
We are a local group of 7 that frequent steak restaurants in the Las Vegas area once a month. This month was The Naughty Angel and what an experience! Despite the name, inside is FIRST CLASS. Of all the steakhouses we have visited recently, this is the newest. Aaron our server was very attentive and patient with our questions. He informed us they opened in March and he brought the chef out at the end of our meal for introductions. Some of the biggest perks to this location is the free parking, photo ops outside and the interior design. Very classy French meets modern design. The lighting is dim yet not so dark. The font size on the menu is easy to read. The service is great - Aaron is very professional. Some of our favorites: fresh bread, Escargot, Lobster Bisque, Duck, Twice Baked Potato and Rum Cake. The food is served on creative, delicate dinnerware. The food had some challenges: the salad had too much dressing, shrimp wrapped bacon was dry & overcooked, asparagus was tough on the ends, one Ribeye was too salty with bones not mentioned on the menu. Despite the challenges, considering how young this restaurant is, we're applauding this local chef for his entrepreneurialism and looking forward to coming back someday soon to see how it progresses. If you're looking for something close to the strip without all the crowds and want to support a chef on his culinary adventure, you'll definitely want to consider The Naughty Angel.

Yelp
Amazing food!! This is one of Vegas hidden gems. The food is delicious and unique. I highly recommend starting with the crab Louis salad. It's delicious and so well prepared. I love the heirloom tomatoes and the dressing was so delicious plus the crab was well cleaned I had zero shell. For my main course I had the duck breast and I have to say it's one of the best duck dishes I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly super tender and full of flavor. They have an excellent drink list and top shelf vodkas. My martini was perfectly made. Don't let the location fool you the interior ambiance is beautiful. I loved the blue velvet chairs and if you come on Friday or Saturday night you'd get an extra treat, a live harpist.

Yelp
A French surprise with a familiar touch. Tucked behind Resorts World, this charming spot offers a delightful blend of traditional French techniques and contemporary flair. The space is pretty gaudy and reminded me of Liberace which I dig. The location may not be glamorous, but with private parking and fair prices from the Strip's gouging, it's definitely worth seeking out. I've always loved rich French classics like coq au vin, and while this rendition leaned more modern than traditional, it still made me happy. The chef elevated humble ingredients through slow braising in wine, creating a dish that felt comforting and very luxurious. The fresh brioche was a lovely touch, and the creamy French onion soup was another pleasant surprise. And then there was a poached apple in mulled wine which I'm a sucker for. It was steeped in spice, and you could really taste the cinnamon, star anise, and citrus. Just wish it was steeped longer for more of a tender bite. We'll happily be back to try more of the menu as the slowly braised lamb shanks in red wine and herbs have our attention.

Yelp
We had an incredible experience at The Naughty Angel in Las Vegas. Our waiter, Aaron, was outstanding...professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. He made the whole evening feel smooth and enjoyable. Chef Angel came out to greet us, and meeting him was a real bonus. He's friendly, courteous, and clearly passionate about the food he creates. That passion shows on the plate. The dishes were the stars of the night. The lobster bisque was rich, silky, and full of flavor. The Delmonico ribeye was cooked perfectly...tender, juicy, and one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Overall, amazing food and top-tier hospitality. A must-visit when you're in Vegas.

Yelp
Tonight's dinner at The Naughty Angel felt like stepping into a little pocket of magic. The food was incredible, the vibe was cozy, but honestly the stars of the entire night were Aaron and his trainee Delilah. They absolutely killed it. Aaron had that perfect balance of charm, professionalism, and "I've got you" energy that made the whole experience feel elevated. He somehow managed to make every dish feel like a moment, checked on us at all the right times, and kept things flowing without ever feeling rushed. I swear the man glides across the room like he owns the place. Delilah might still be a trainee, but you wouldn't know it. She jumped in with confidence, paid attention to every detail, and handled the table like she'd been doing it for years. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the night feel special, and she absolutely did. They were a great team together and had such an easy rhythm. From the steak to the pork to that huge sweet potato that looked like it needed its own zip code, everything was plated beautifully and tasted even better. The cocktails were gorgeous and delicious too. That chocolate martini... I'm still thinking about it. If you're looking for incredible food and even better service, go see Aaron and Delilah. They made the night unforgettable. Definitely a five star experience

Yelp
A really nice surprise. This particular area may not be the most desirable but don't let that turn you away. For locals it's great because there's plenty of parking out front and you don't have to walk through a casino for miles. Food and drinks were great. Presentations were beautiful. The chef is a great guy and very talented. Seating is very comfortable. AC is working well. I always worry with older buildings in Vegas. So after a very enjoyable evening and trying a lot of items we left happy and planning what we should try next when we come back. Come out and support a small local business and enjoy some great food and drinks.

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful on the inside. It's a little bit lowkey but the service and ambiance is lovely. I recommended it over a crowded 'strip' location. Our server was friendly and provided great service. We were celebrating an anniversary and received a complimentary dessert at the end. The drinks (although I forgot the name) were VERY good! The lobster dish was TOP notch, I'll order it again for sure. One of, if not the best, I've had! My boyfriend ordered the Dover Sole and very much enjoyed it! We would come back here again ! Worth every penny

Yelp
Naughty Angle is a little gem behind the strip! cozy, a bit edgy, and honestly just fun to be in. The food was an amazing fusion of bold flavors! Service was friendly and quick even when it got busy. Absolutely the perfect vibe! Great birthday party! Our server Aaron was amazing. The harp player was amazing too! Such great ambiance!

Yelp
We have been wanting to get french food with the family for awhile now and after a little bit of research we narrowed it down to 2 places. We were very happy with this experience. Our server was super friendly and there was also a harp player playing beautiful angelic music up front. I personally love live performances so it was such a treat for us all while dining. Food was beautifully presented. Happy hour was from 6-7. So we got to try a fee appetizers like the Ratatouille and Deviled apples. I especially loved the Delmonico steak, cooked medium rare, the deviled apples, my yummy drink Angel fish cocktail in this adorable glass fishbowl that I must buy from Amazon. We also got to meet Chef Angel Lopez who presented our dessert by torching it with fire. Amazing!

Yelp
Took my girlfriend for a night out and we went here on a whim as we were craving a steakhouse that was open late. Found the Naughty Angel which was open till midnight and were more than pleased with our experience! Our server was Anthony whose service was welcoming, warm and super attentive. My glass was never empty and I hardly had to lift a finger. We were also impressed with his attention to detail when he cleared every crumb from the tablecloth before bringing out the entrees. The dim lighting and wall decor make for a classy & intimate atmosphere. Each dish was amazing & delicious, each first bite had us in awe. The deviled eggs are a MUST TRY!! We started off our meal with the eggs and crab cake and then moved onto the Salmon paired with the Cowboy Steak. Not to mention the complimentary bread is paired with an apple dipping that has a hint of spice. Each dish was more mouthwatering than the last. I recommend going heavier with the appetizers because the price point, quantity, and flavor will get you further along, and then finishing off the night with one or two entrees. The entrees are delectable but anything other than the cowboy steak seemed to lack in quantity. Overall, Anthony and the kitchen made an impressionable night for us and we will be sure to be back and recommend to others. The chef himself also came out to check on our opinion of the food. Always appreciate when the chef does that. Truly a hidden gem!

Yelp
I had previously lived in Las Vegas and regularly stalk Yelp for new up and coming restaurants outside of The Strip to support and The Naughty Angel did not fall short. I made and confirmed a reservation, which I ended up changing several times, regardless the restaurant was more than accommodating. When entering, we were welcomed by Aaron, who immediately led us to our table not too far from the live music. We enjoyed house made brioche with whipped butter and apple jam. From the herbaceous escargot to the saucisse, everything was prefect! The most memorable part was the creamy french onion soup, which I thought my boyfriend was exaggerating how silky the first bite was, but hands down this is such a unique take on a classic soup and it is the only way I want to enjoy it now. At first glance, Yelp reviews made the decor look tacky, but I promise you, the ambiance, music, the quick and attention service will prove Chef Angel has made such a tremendous effort in bringing a new wave of French cuisine to LV! Merci à mille, À bientôt :-)

Yelp
Such a beautiful, romantic restaurant! Who doesn't want to enjoy a date night while a harpist plays magical tunes? Aaron was an amazing server! We enjoyed our steaks and fries. Homemade ranch and aioli were delicious. They also made a delicious mocktail based on my preferences. The onion soup was also super unique and original - light and tasty! Baked Alaska was a showstopper both in aesthetic and taste. Highly recommend!

Yelp
The name The Naughty Angel definitely threw us off at first -- my wife and I honestly thought it might be a strip club or something along those lines. Turns out, not even close. This place is a legit French steakhouse, and it delivers. The food was amazing -- well-executed, flavorful, and clearly thought through. The menu is on point and balanced, especially for a French-style steakhouse. Nothing felt gimmicky. The bartender was great -- very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knows the menu and cocktails inside and out. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and comfortable, not pretentious. Don't let the name fool you. This is a solid spot with great food, great service, and a relaxed but upscale vibe. We'll definitely be back.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in, The Naughty Angel delivered an experience that was nothing short of extraordinary. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance: a low-lit ambiance with thoughtful design touches, tasteful music, and an energy that felt both intimate and electric. It set the tone for what would become one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Every bite melted in my mouth and was layered with bold, distinct flavors. You could tell that everything- from the pasta to the fruit, bread, and even the mashed potatoes- was made fresh in-house. The chef personally came out and created a custom dish to meet my dietary needs, and I genuinely felt not just accommodated, but cared for. That kind of hospitality is rare. With that said, Chef Angel's presence on the floor- personally checking in, presenting dishes, and engaging with guests- shows just how deeply he cares about the experience he's creating. Aaron didn't just take our order--he elevated the entire evening. From the very start, Aaron made us feel genuinely welcomed and seen. His deep knowledge of the menu, passionate recommendations, and warm, personable approach made the experience feel personal and connected. He wasn't just doing his job--he was sharing what he clearly believes in: good food, good atmosphere, and making sure guests feel like they belong. Aaron's attention to detail and care tied everything together and turned a great night into an unforgettable one! Sarah, the bartender, was super sweet and crafted some of the most creative and delicious cocktails I've had in a long time. Every drink was beautifully presented and balanced in flavor--refreshing, and fun! We tried a variety of items, including Alfredo creamy fresh pasta, Filet Mignon, buttery garlic mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, and standout desserts like the Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée topped with strawberries and cream. Every plate was a work of art, and each dish tasted better than the last. Chef Angel truly has a gift! I'm genuinely at a loss for words in the best way possible. The Naughty Angel has set the bar impossibly high- not just with their food, but with their service, energy, and passion. This place isn't just a restaurant--it's a whole experience, and I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Went on a quiet Tuesday night a week before. Christmas. Surprised to see the restaurant mostly empty. The food and service did not disappoint. Give it a try if you like French food in a casual environment with great cocktails and service.

Yelp
From Brioche to Fondue: A Dinner Worth Remembering We came in for dinner and left grinning like we had just discovered a secret gem. Service from our waiter was phenomenal, friendly and intuitive without ever hovering. Warm brioche bread with whipped butter and spiced apple jam started things off perfectly. We shared a steak tartare crowned with caviar and a classic Caesar salad with whole anchovies that added a bold, briny kick. The scallops from the specials menu were buttery, seared just right and paired with a bright raspberry sauce that made each bite pop. The creamy onion soup was a cozy hug in a bowl, and the chicken fricassee was so tender it melted in our mouths. We ended with fondue surrounded by fruit, macaroons and tiny cakes. It was a playful and decadent finale.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience at Naughty Angel. The atmosphere, food, food and drink presentations, drinks, and service were all phenomenal. The deviled apples are not to be missed. Definitely check this place out!!! We will for sure be back. Deviled apples and house bread are pictured.

Yelp
Hands-Down the Best Hidden Gem Off the Strip! If you're looking to escape the chaos of the Strip and actually taste Vegas, this place is it. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family -- no rush, no noise, just warm service and the kind of food that makes you stop mid-bite and say, "Wow." Every dish that came out looked like it belonged on a magazine cover, but the flavors were even better. Fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with care -- you can tell the chef actually loves what they do. The portions were generous without being over the top, and every single bite had that "just one more taste" magic. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and full of local charm -- a refreshing contrast to the big, flashy Strip restaurants. The staff was amazing too: friendly, attentive, and genuinely proud of their food (and they should be!). I've eaten at plenty of high-end Vegas spots, but this place easily tops them all. It's the kind of restaurant you almost don't want to tell people about because you want to keep it your secret -- but it's just too good not to share. Do yourself a favor and make the quick drive off the Strip. You'll thank me later.

Yelp
Service was exemplary. Lobster pasta was divine. Sole excellent. Salad pretty good, eggs very nice. Wine list needs support, a bit bloated in price and especially for the offerings, hope they match the wine to the food in terms of quality. Environment cute. New restaurant with talented chef. Some kinks to work out but a lovely dinner overall.

Yelp
It's across from Resorts World in an unassuming area. You walk in and the parisian decor is done really well. The crown ceiling, chandelier, velvet chairs...just beautiful. Their food was delicious; complimentary bread, ahi special, lobster bisque, braised lamb, filet w/blue cheese crust and baked Alaska. My picky husband actually said he wanted to come back and try new dishes we haven't tried. He usually sticks to filet and for him to want to try something new is a huge indicator. I can never get anything spicy at a nice restaurant but they had ghost pepper sauce which made my taste buds dance with joy. Cocktails were great, well balanced. Our server was attentive and had great suggestions.

Yelp
We attended your restaurant New Years Eve , and I have to say everything was Fantastic! Most of us had The Prix Fixed menu and that was superb. I had the escargot which was so delicious, The Crab Louie dish also excellent. My steak cooked perfect and very tasty. They also served a Brioche Bread which was so good .Desert was also very good, I especially enjoyed the Rum cake. The only issue we had was the music from the stereo was to loud and did not fit the ambience. The Chef also personally came out to make sure everything was perfect. Also I have to mention that for the price this was absolutely worth it, An incredible value.Thank you for a memorable evening.

Yelp
Pro: big parking lot, food, modern/ clean interior, friendly staff, complementary bread, nice atmosphere. Con: none Let me start off by saying this place is a hidden gem and I'm so glad that we found this place to try. Me and some friends are here visiting from out of state and looking for a steak restaurant to try before heading home. Many restaurants here on the Vegas strip have a dress code which is dumb in my opinion. I came here on vacation and I want to wear comfortable clothing not be forced to wear some upscale just to dine for some steak. Upon arriving the exterior of the building may look a bit bland but the interior is on a whole other level. The inside gives off a romantic and French inspired attention that told you that great food is served here. Our waiter Ama was very busy being the host greeter at the door, bartender, and waitress on the floor yet still provided great service. For appetizer, I had the crab cakes and for my entree I ordered the 45 day dry aged New York strip with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. At the start you are given a complementary brioche bread with two condiments of butter and apple jam. The bread came out light, warm, and fluffy, probably made fresh. The apple jam combo with that bread elevate it to a whole other level. Next, came the crab cake which was also very good. The flavor was also light and compact without being over powering so I was satisfied with that. The New York strip took a bit of time to come out but I think it was worth the wait. The steak was cooked to my medium rare request and seasoned just a tad bit too much but still tasted great overall. The mash potatoes seasoned good and had a unique taste I haven't experienced before. I learned from our waitress that this restaurant opened recently back in march hence the limited reviews on google & yelp compare to other steak restaurants. I bet money that in the next year or two that this restaurant will continue to gain recognition of great food and become a top 8 place for steak dining. All in all, I would highly recommend anyone who want to enjoy some great steak but don't want the hassle of a dress code to come in and experience the joy I had when I came here.

Yelp
For decades I held the opinion that French cuisine was like if an Italian chef forgot to make their pasta for the day; Chef Angel's inventive and flawlessly executed take on the cuisine changed my mind. There are some dishes that stay standard, like their chicken & gravy (coq au vin), but there are plenty of others with a bit of a twist. One real highlight of the chef's cleverness & impeccable skill is the branzino entree. It is accompanied by a 'tabbouleh' salad that is more of a fruit salad. It incorporates mild pineapple bits with the texture of well cooked jicama and it pairs astonishingly well with the fish. The fish itself actually scared me when it first arrived as it was resistant to cutting; I was worried I would have to send it back. Thankfully it was just that the skin was as crispy as a potato chip, the meat itself had a perfect flaky texture. All up and down the menu you will experience little hits of this inventiveness (chunky herby escargot & chili powder in apple jam) and impeccable execution (really meaty/toothsome stuffed peppers and zucchini latkas that have the texture of a disintegrating potato latka). Best of all, these dishes are well portioned, especially for date night food, and are priced rather reasonably What keeps Naughty Angel from being a five star restaurant for me is that the soups do not keep pace with the rest of the menu: The lobster bisque is incredible the next day, with each spoonful tasting like a slice of lobster was dipped in a tomato sauce. The day of however, it will taste more like a better version of a diner tomato soup. The French onion soup tastes like someone had successfully SAVED a bit of a good soup and managed to extend it out by a few portions. Delicious and interesting, just not as good as the other menu items. Counterpoint, the desserts here, unlike at many of restaurants, actually are delicious, with their lemon tart being delightfully... tart rather than overly sweet. And hey, two eh menu items versus dozens of impressive ones... can easily see myself revising the score up to a 5 if on another visit it still looks like only the soups are wanting. The only other negative is that Naughty Angel is located in a little crevice a short walk off The Strip (near Circus Circus and Sahara), so it is hard to happen upon organically.

Yelp
This place has awesome food and it's a great value. I had the Coq au Vin and it was wonderful. The Kohlrabi was fantastic. Grand Marnier Creme Brulee was a delight. Was in a party of 4 and there was not a single miss for each of us. Our server Kay was fun and engaging and gave us some great Las Vegas tips for the rest of our trips. I heartily recommend!

Yelp
Celebrated my birthday with 15 of my closest friends at The Naughty Angel! This place was so unique...the food was amazing, the cocktails looked great and the staff was so great and dealt with our large group extremely professionally. All of our starters were amazing, the steaks were so well flavored and cooked to perfection! The location is a bit off the strip but well worth the visit! Highly recommend! Please go support this restaurant you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
This was my second time at the Naughty Angel. The food was amazing and our service tonight from Aaron was top notch. He was attentive and helpful with choices from the menu and just a pleasant presence. This restaurant has some of the coolest plating and actual plates. Tonight we shared the deviled eggs were great, with lots of creamy filling. We also had 2 steaks cooked perfectly and the crab cakes. The show stopped was the baked alaska. I highly recommend and ask to sit in Aaron's section!

Yelp
My fiancé surprised me with dinner for our engagement anniversary and chose this rather new establishment to celebrate at. Parking with a cinch as most businesses in the plaza were already closed for the day. When stepping inside, you are quickly reminded of the restaurant's elegance and poise. As my fiancé says "I don't feel like I'm in Vegas anymore". We were quickly seated with bread and water coming out shortly after. We ordered the Porc Et Haricots, Coq Au Vin, Angels Deviled Eggs and Crème Brûlée to finish off. The meat on both dishes were tender and easily pulled apart from bones. The sauces complimented well with the dishes. We were huge fans of the Brûlée. I'm not a sweets' person but a brûlée done right is always welcomed. Our server Aaron was lovely and was incredibly attentive to our table and our needs. It was rare we waited for our waters to be filled and table to be re-set for a new dish. Will definitely recommend to others.

Yelp
Any of you remember the old Pamplemousse French Bistro on E Sahara? Well The Naughty Angel is its near reincarnation: wonderful ambience, great food, good service and...FREE AND PLENTIFUL parking. Kaylin and the rest of the team make for a memorable experience.

Yelp
I really like thos new restaurant. We each started with lobster Bisque. Presentation is very cute. The cup is kind of small, but the flavor was good in my opinion. My dinner companion thought there was too much pepper. Both of us loved the brioche with apple or butter. It was melt in your mouth delicious.

Yelp
We came here after watching Hamilton at The Smith Center due to proximity, it was open late and I've had this place bookmarked for some time. I drive past by on my way to work and the place intrigued me. The decor is very cute and cozy. I like all the blue and the chandeliers that accent it all. Service was great too. Our server was very attentive and even the chef came out to check on us. Now for the food. We received brioche with whipped butter and a fruit jam-my guess apricot. For starters we chose the longaniza. It had a really good kick to it and came with these mini wraps/tortillas. For entreé I ordered the coq au vin. Every single thing I ate tasted so good!!! I was very impressed by the taste and quality of it all. The mashed potatoes that came with the entree were soooooo yummy. Everything was all amazing! Definitely am doing a return visit this time getting dessert too!

Yelp
Tucked away behind resorts world is this amazing restaurant. Beautiful decor, severe greeted right away. The bread...it come with butter and the worlds best apple spread. I don't like apple anything, but this was amazing with a little heat to it!! Apps were also delicious. The escargot were some of the best I've had. Our table had the duck, lamb shank, a steak and the lobster pasta dish. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was very attentive but not at all intrusive. Desserts:baked Alaska was a hit. Tho i do think the chocolate mousse should've been thicker. Decent pricing. Perfect evening. I hope The Naughty Angel sticks around

Yelp
We arrived a little early for our dinner reservation so we started the evening at the bar and were lucky enough to be taken care of by Sarah, the bartender. She was fantastic and gave us excellent recommendations on their whiskey selection and introduced us to some of the curated cocktails The clever play on cocktail names adds a dash of fun to the restaurant's immersive theme. Once we were seated, the experience only got better. Shortly after sitting down, we were served a basket of fresh sweet bread accompanied by a whipped butter and what I believe was an apple butter. The bread was unbelievably light and airy. It just melted in your mouth. We were served by Aaron, who was absolutely phenomenal. His timing, attention to detail, and thoughtful menu recommendations truly elevated the experience. He was attentive without ever being intrusive. The service made a great meal even better. We started with a special, off-menu appetizer: shrimp ceviche. It was outstanding. Honestly, probably the best ceviche I've ever had. I really hope they consider adding it to the permanent menu. We also had the escargot, which was rich, velvety, and absolutely indulgent. For our main course, we shared the 45-day dry-aged bone-in New York strip steak.....and wow. The char on the outside was spot-on, giving it a crisp edge that complemented the juicy, tender interior. It was layered with flavor and the demi-glace that accompanied it added even more depth and richness. And just when we thought the evening couldn't get better, Chef Angel Lopez personally came out to check on our table. That personal touch really stood out. The Naughty Angel was exceptional and we will absolutely be back.

Yelp
Saw the ratings and decided to try it. Not sure who was coming in the kitchen but it took over 2.5 hours for dinner on s slow night. The waitress was great. The best was good, freshly baked and warmed up as needed. Our appetizers took about 20 minutes and then it took,,,45 minutes until out dinner was served. The chicken was good but warm not hot, the pasta was cold. There were maybe ,,7 tables.... Hope they get a system in place.

Yelp
We found a great steakhouse off the strip. Everything from the brioche loaf to the Crème brûlée was perfect. The presentation was spot on. Service was fast and responsive. If you needed something they were on it. The filet melts in the mouth. When you go you'll notice there's no salt and pepper on the table. You won't need it. Seasoning is on point. Angel, the owner created a beautiful little spot behind Resort World. Definitely worth a return visit.

Yelp
First off this place is only a block off the strip (and yes, Vegas blocks are like 2 manhattan avenue blocks!!! The place is new but it seems to be well running and we didn't notice anything that wasn't close to perfect. The experience started with a warm greeting by the hostess and a very friendly server who was knowledgeable and seemed very passionate about the food and service. It was a quieter mid-week day. And the server offered to have the chef come out to curate a beautiful meal to us. 4ths service was very attentive but never intrusive nor rushed. Chef is Argentinian and has a play on French, American, and seemed to have an Argentinian "je ne sais pas" quality to his food and passion there of.. The place is new, it's off-strip but close, and the food and experience was Devine. I highly recommend The Naughty Angel for an up-scale dining experience.

Yelp
This place is fantastic and I'll be telling everyone I know about it. I had the chicken fricassee which was so delicious. My date had a steak (which was really very good but not really my thing) and asparagus. The asparagus was super flavorful and I would highly recommend that as a side. We also got the zucchini and gruyere cakes which were tasty. We wanted to try the baked Alaska but unfortunately we were so full we had to skip dessert this time. I would 100% come back. There are lots of different things to try! The place is beautiful inside and had a very cozy ambiance.

Yelp
Hidden GEM! I probably would have driven right past it and not realized what I was missing. The restaurant is so beautiful inside. There is beautiful artwork to enjoy, beautiful decor, elegant bar, and nice background music. Perfect place for a date night or a celebration! Our server Aaron was a dream and he brought us the most delicious food prepared by the Chef/owner along with the best Espresso martini I've ever had prepared by the owner's beautiful wife. We tried the Lobster, Porterhouse, and Chicken Fricassee, Asparagus and it was ALL very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back

Yelp
Great ambiance with even better food! We came here for NYE dinner and had delicious steak, Cesar salad, bread, complimentary champagne, garlic mashed potatoes and snazzy drinks. Everyone was incredibly friendly which made the experience even better. I would love to come back and try more of the menu especially the chocolate fondue.

Yelp
AMAZING!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!! AWESOME DECOR! !!! We came to celebrate our 13 Year Anniversary, and let me tell you we were extremely surprised. Chef Angel came to our table and held a meaningful conversation with my wife and I for about 5-10 minutes. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING that was brought to our table was off the charts, on another world delicious. From the perfectly portioned and flavorful crab cakes to the perfectly cooked steak and awesome tasting Parmesan Clam linguine and to top it off the Devils Red Apple was something thought up by a genius chef. The hospitality shown by all the employees was top class and the server Aaron was as attentive and detailed as you could be to our needs. I will spread the word to everyone local and travelers about this place. I have no idea how anyone could give this place a negative review. Till next time Aaron and Chef Angel. Thank you guys.
