Where to find hand-pulled noodles in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"For diners in search of an inexpensive, casual, and filling meal, it’s hard to beat the Noodle Man. The restaurant’s signature Shanxi knife-sliced noodle soup pairs beef, sweet potato, and black fungus with vermicelli and the hot and spicy noodle soup features a salty, savory combination of pork and peanuts. The Noodle Man also serves stir-fried noodles, noodles over rice, and special creations." - Janna Karel

Google
I chose this spot because they advertised hand-pulled noodles. I’d looked at some photos people had recently shared of the menu, and it looked very reasonably priced. When we arrived, the server said that they didn’t do hand-pulled noodles, and the menu was different with prices that were much higher. I was disappointed, but we still had lunch there. The Dan Dan noodles were delicious and I’m glad I tried them, but wish I had gone somewhere that actually made hand-pulled noodles.

Tried it during Labor Day, it was slow when first coming in but it soon picked up. Waiter that attended was super nice and making sure we good amount of water. Ordered multiple items, meals came in a timely manner and all were good. Definitely going back there when am in the area

One of the best Chinese style roast duck I've had. The Chinese dishes are very delicious as well fresh and authentic. Went again 10/2/2022 the staff is great the food still taste good like before this place is consistent with their quality 👌 💯 recommended for anyone craving good Chinese food.

Google
The place for celebration. My seniorita is celebrating her ABD status and she treated us with self purchased seafood to get professionally cooked at the restaurant. Look at the lobsters, we got many envious looks from the nearby tables.

EDIT: we were confronted on our way out by a rude server who loudly said, "No tip?!" She actually blocked our way and said it very loudly, creating a scene. We told her, yup, that's right, tips are for good service, and we explained all of the issues we had. This place is a JOKE. Worst service ever. I'm not sure if this is the norm, or maybe because it was Christmas day, but WOW, so bad. We waited about 45 minutes before sitting down. Two parties that arrived after us with the same number of people were seated before us. We ordered waters and hot tea. We waited 25 minutes before having to ask for our drinks. We waited another 15 minutes before having to ask for someone to take our order. It took forever to get our food. It was good, not great. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Google
Excellent Chinese traditional noodle dishes. The shaved and hand made noodles are deliciously made and a wonderful array of toppings are available from a few different types of mushroom to spicy chicken or braised pork. The contemporary interior decor brings a sophisticated dining experience with brick and open ceiling and exposed spiral duct. I will definitely be returning again, to eat here, as there are several other dishes I'd like to try.

Google
This is the 2nd location we have here in the valley for the famous The Noodle Man! I work near Chinatown area so this is music to my ears! If you haven't try this restaurant, you owe yourself to come by and try their authentic Chinese style noodle soup. The flavor is just right and portion is very generous for the price. My favorites are the braised pork & egg, spicy beef shank, cucumber salad. Those are my keto favorites and price is really reasonable. Their knife sliced noodle is really authentic and you can see the chef making it through large window which let you see the entire kitchen! Staff is friendly and attentive and so far, it's a hidden gem because it's located in a shopping centre that is not completely finish yet and still waiting for other tenants to come in. But the restaurant space is complete and ready for customers, just no one knows yet

Google
Asian BBQ & NOODLE on Jones and Spring Mountain is my go-to place for chau siu (bbq pork) but they were closed on Friday. So passed by this place that's been opened for less than a year, gave them a try. At $13/pound on BBQ pork, it's about on par with Asian BBQ on price. Quality and taste was not as great, doable.

Yelp
What is this?? Not the same & spent nearly $30 for this (see picture). The 7 pieces of wontons were in regular chili oil sauce with no hint of Szechuan or red peppercorn. Their cucumber salad is just pickled with no garlic. I've been here before and not sure what happened. Total waste of time, money, and calories. Completely unsatisfied.

Yelp
One and done! The only reason I'm giving three stars is because staff was very nice. I ordered lobster noodles and the lobster was slimy and noodles looked old. My husband got some spicy noodles with beef and the soup was extremely spicy so watch out. The place is not too expensive but I'm worried about the food quality. Never experienced a lobster that I couldn't hold with anything because it was so slippery and slimy, so weird!

Yelp
They are now under Fortune so we got kinda lost looking for it but they came out and guided us, we went to this really beautiful dining area that is well-lit and elegant inside. Ordered and served within 15-20 mins, got some string bean in XO sauce not spicy, very yummy kick and healthy addition to the braised pork belly which was tender meat with crunchy skin- this came with a really good sweet sauce that I thoroughly enjoyed. Got white rice with both and you can always request more as it comes in a cute little bowl. Loved it here, will come back to try more of their huge menu. It's a lot bigger than what Yelp shows. If you get lost just go into the Fortune building and to the back right under Fortune as it's in the back of that restaurant :)

Yelp
Food is overall ok, and we got the beef noodle soup with other soup dishes. Flavor is ok, not the most rich and amazing, but it is good for what they give you! Food took a little bit of time for it all to come, and overall was mediocre. Servers are attentive, and even though we had 5 people, they gave us the big table with the circle thing. It was great!

Yelp
Stopped through because of the great reviews I see on here, but I must have different taste than them... Ordered the roast duck, spicy wontons, and beef brisket tomato noodle soup. The duck was okay, but the spicy wontons and noodle soup were hard to finish. The sauce on the wontons didn't do it for me nor did the broth in the soup. -Friendly and helpful staff; always helps to go with someone Chinese, lol

Yelp
*Foodie from CA here* Stopped by the Noodle Man for lunch when we were in town last wknd. We ordered a little bit of everything to try. Everything was delicious but my favorite has to be the roasted pork/roasted duck combo plate and the cucumber salad (not pictured). I would definitely come back when I'm in town again. For the food, I rate it 5/5. The servers were attentive and brought out everything we needed/asked for. Came around often to check in on us. For service I rate it 5/5. Honorable mentions: -Plenty of parking -Accepts credit card

Yelp
This is our second time coming here. Food is always served hot, flavorful, and quick! Chubby Boy BBQ is shared with the establishment. Parking is ample. The interior is dainty and homey. Service has always been friendly.

Yelp
Horrible service! This old Asian woman waiter with cherry hair first bullied us to order more expensive stuff ( Get lobster for your child! Order more! ) I was ready to walk out at that point. Later the same toad refused to give us our change insisting that 15% tips is not enough ( small order, 2 adults and our toddler). She wanted 20% tips and therefore she made a loud scene! Can you imagine this service? ! We will never return. What a shack!

Yelp
Great when you want some down-home simple Chinese food! Went a couple times with no fuss, no muss! The Noodle Man is a great place for sharing dishes, with rice...lots and lots of white rice!! Sooo good! Went once with the wifey for lunch, then once with the entire fam for dinner! Out of both times I got to sample: -House Special Pan Fried Noodles -Roasted Pork Belly -Sauteed Choy Sum with Garlic Bulb -Stir Fried String Bean with XO Sauce -Steam Eggplant with Garlic & Bean Curd Sauce -House Special Fried Rice And YES...don't forget to ask for a pot of white rice too!!! Can't have enough carbs!! Gotta say, while being a bit pricey per pound, the Roasted Pork Belly is super fatty & unctuous! Tasty goodness! Of course we ordered it on both visits! It's super hard to share, I coulda eaten the entire plate MYSELF!! So delicious with a bowl of rice in your hand! Then chased by a piece of sauteed choy sum! YUM!! Rest of the food is pretty good too! Their fried rice has that 'breath of the dragon' goodness from the wok cooking, and who can resist a piece of steamed eggplant with garlic sauce? Pour that stuff all over YES, you guessed it...more white rice!! I wish the food at a Chinese buffet tasted more like the entrees at The Noodle Man! I'd be in soooooo much trouble!! Repeat visitor for sure! Ah, who am I kidding? I'll be visiting again soon! Probably next payday! Till next time, The Noodle Man!

Yelp
Was down cruising along Spring Mountain, hit up Jones Market (another five star fav), Shun Fat (better known as SF Market) and it was getting to be lunch time . Since the Noodle Man was right across from SF and it has been a solid previous time(s) favorite for awhile , sprinted across the street, dodged a speeding tourist or two and went in. Only a few tables were occupied so seating was not an issue. Service was quick... Ordered the gyoza (pork, fried rather than steamed), 8 to an order. Minor hiccup, they came out after the mains were on the table. I ordered the traditional wonton soup with egg noodles and baby bok Choi. Also the Two choice (duck and pork) Bbq plate. Served with rice and bok choi. In a word (or two) super tasty and yumbolicious. Ate most of the gyoza, all the soup and about half of the other main. Damage was $40.00 and change. No military discount, but they said if I came on my birthdday, they'd hook me up. Will I be back, of course.... Their food is solid and certainly tasty.

Yelp
Horrible table service was sat by the door where huge crowds of people came in and we basically sitting on my back. Ordered appetizers and received them at the end of serving us our entrees. Food was horrible this time, we ordered the Roasted Duck was good but was super salty also kids had a hard time eating it because of all the bones. The garlic flavored chicken wings were not garlic flavored besides jar garlic that was burnt. The Mongolian Beef was good mostly sautéed onions than anything, the chow fun with veggies had a gravy on top and none of us ate it. It was not good just a waste of money. The soups were put together horribly the noodles were undercooked like you were chewing on raw flour super chewy and gummy. The beef was super over cooked couldn't even chew it in pieces to swallow it was so tough and couldn't swallow. The entire meal was absolutely unpleasant and we were stuck at our table over 30 Minutes trying to get our check. Won't be back unfortunately.

Yelp
The Noodle Man is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, next door to an Evangelical church. Driving through Las Vegas for our long road trip, my husband and I decided to stop by Chinatown to pick up something for lunch (we really just love Las Vegas' Chinatown with so many great restaurants). When we came in, we were greeted by an employee. After we looked over the menu, we ended up purchasing: #1 Cucumber Salad, 5.99 prior to tax- This is one of my favorite items to order a noodle house. I just love this salad and how delicious the flavors go well with the soy sauce based dressing that is used. Cucumbers that are smashed do a very good job of soaking up any type of dressing better because they can linger in the cervices (I do this sometimes when I make my own types of cucumber salads). This salad is not spicy although there are some chili flakes in the dressing. Very refreshing and tasty. A great portion size to share with another. #27 Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle Soup, $10.99 prior to tax- Initially my husband wanted to order another beef noodle dish but the employee who took our order said they were out of it. When my husband picked another, he said the same thing but said that they had this item, so we ordered it. I didn't have any, but my husband enjoyed this dish. He thought the beef brisket was tender and he liked the tomato based soup in this dish. The noodle itself had a good chew. We ordered this to go and so I liked that the noodles were packed separately from the soup. The portion size of this really is plenty to share with a second person. The soup itself was not spicy. Chicken Chow Fun (Dry), $11.99 prior to tax- Although I did not see this on the menu, I had asked the employee taking our order if I could have the beef chow fun made with chicken instead. He said that was fine and so I got this. This was delicious and made for 4 meals. This dish was oily but that was to be expected. The sauce and seasoning were made perfectly. Nothing was too salty and did a great job of making me feel satisfied. I would definitely order this again. ------------------------ (Total= $31.40 after tax, prior to tip) Wait time was longer than we expected. I think we waited ~30 minutes and wished we were told how long the wait would be (we ordered this to go). I think next time, if I choose not to dine at the restaurant, I would probably phone in my order to help cut down the wait time at the restaurant. Overall, we had a great late lunch and leftovers for dinner that same night. I would definitely come back here again.

Yelp
The flavors and freshness of the food was delightful. The staff friendly and attentive, the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Open kitchen area and BBQ window give diners a show while their food is prepared. Prices are very reasonable with freshness and huge portions on point! We really enjoyed the taste of the hand pulled noodles made fresh in house as well as the dumplings. I have been looking for crispy fried pork belly for a while now and was so happy to find it here. It was amazing. I ordered enough to take home and enjoy for the next few days! We will be back for sure!

Yelp
Great little place in an unfortunate plaza. One of the cleanest restaurants I've been in which is saying a lot considering it's a Chinese restaurant. We ordered a couple different noodle dishes (Wonton noodle soup and house special pan fried noodles). Wontons were good sized and noodles were excellent. Also ordered the BBQ Pork Belly which was also excellent. They didn't skimp on anything here. The cuts were larger than some other places. Food was excellent and service was great. Prices are average to slightly higher than nearby competitors.

Yelp
I read an article looking for the best places to eat in Chinatown Las Vegas and The Noodle Man was on it, so I decided to give it a try. I came here for an early dinner before catching a flight, and there were no other diners at the time. I ordered the potstickers and the Lan-Zhou beef noodle soup. The soup was super flavorful but light, and despite it looking spicy from the picture on the menu, the chili garlic sauce was served on the side. The portion was HUGE, I had so many noodles leftover and was filled from the beef slices. The potstickers seemed handmade and were freshly pan-fried. The waiter was attentive with water refills and checking in on us, even though there were several delivery orders he was helping fulfill. I would definitely come back if in the area (plus, they take reservations, which is a huge perk for Vegas).

Yelp
If you're really like an authentic Cantonese Dish this is the spot to be. I traveled a lot back in the days more on Asia and this restaurant surprised me. It took me back my old days when my grand parents cooked this type of food. I highly recommend this Cantonese restaurant to everyone. The staff and the chefs are very professional, the place are clean, and they have more choices on their menu. You're not going to be disappointed trust me !!!

Yelp
The Noodle Man Stopped in looking for a light snack prior to hitting the buffets in Las Vegas. Located on Spring Mountain Road, small restaurant, orderd a 1/2 pound of Char Siu and a 1/2 pound of roast pork. Roasted Pork was excellent with crispy crunchy skin that was perfect. If I go back would try the Roasted Duck with is only served as a whole or half duck.

Yelp
We were at Sweet Talk and my daughter had mentioned she was hungry for dinner! She had mentioned that she saw the Chubby Boy BBQ and The Noodle Man next door. After eating a few sweet treats at Sweet Talk, we decided to go have dinner at The Noodle Man and Chubby boy BBQ. The Noodle Man is located off of Spring Mountain and Arville area. It's located inside a private shopping plaza with spacious amount of parking. Inside the restaurant there is spacious amount of tables. All of the tables were physically distanced apart, limited to 4 a table. The restaurant was very clean! The service was amazing. We walked in and were immediately seated. Three menus were provided. Since there are two restaurants inside the establishment, I'll be reviewing the food we had ordered off of The Noodle Man restaurant. We had ordered a Noodle soup without the wonton. It's not listed on the menu, but it's approximately $7.00 for the bowl. It came out within 2 minutes once we placed the order! The bowl was huge! There was so much vegetables and noodles within the bowl. The broth was flavorful! The noodles were scrumptious! I'd order the noodle bowl again! The service was great! The food was awesome! The order, including The Chubby Boy order, was less than $30.00 for the meal. If you haven't tried this Noodle Man location, you should check it out! There are two other Noodle Man locations in Las Vegas.

Yelp
This server won my heart. He noticed my nieces really liked their roasted pork and showed her a unique way "his people" eat the bbq which is to dip in sugar and then the sauce. Pretty cool service. Noodle Man has BBQ Boy also and their BBQ is so good. We got the roast pork and it was executed so well. It melts in your mouth and the crunchy skin is so satisfying. Try their Taiwanese and Beef Rolls. They are so good. Their noodle soups are so good. I could eat them everyday.

Yelp
I try to avoid low ratings, but I wanted to be honest and see if this will be helpful for the owners and customers! This restaurant is also known as the Chubby Boy BBQ. I believe I ate at their original location on the Southwest side which has better food and service. Unfortunately, the service here was very slow for a non-busy time/day when my mother and I came in. I asked for their popular items or their recommendations and was told everything was good. The waiter seemed to be confused and admitted she did not try some of the items I was considering ordering. I tried their wonton egg noodle soup and spicy beef noodle soup. It took a very long time to come out, some parties received their entrees before mine. I was still optimistic about the food coming out but was disappointed with the taste. The person I was with said their bowl tasted soapy and my broth was very sour rather than spicy. I hope it was just an off day for them but would recommend working on their service and order speed for future improvements to have good business. Best of luck! :)

Yelp
Made dinner reservations to finally be able to try this place out. Last time we came, they were busy. Busy again when we got there, so that must mean the food's good. (Thank goodness for the reservations) We were a party of 7 so our party was split to two tables next to each other as the maximum capacity per table is 6. We ordered the following: 1) roasted duck 2) shrimp fried noodle 3) Szechwan chicken noodle 4) house special fillet mignon 5) BBQ pork fried rice 6) Mongolian beef pancake 7) beef burrito 8) Mongolian beef 9) beef with Chinese broccoli 10) mapo tofu 11) wonton beef brisket noodle The beef burrito and the Mongolian beef pancake were basically the same concept except of course the filling inside. The beef burrito needed some kind of sauce to go with it, in my opinion. It was a little dry, but it was still tasty. I personally didn't have the duck, wonton soup, and fried rice, but those who did, enjoyed it them. Both noodles were good and I couldn't get enough of the tofu and fillet mignon. They were just delicious! We all left happy and full! Customer service was excellent! George was really friendly and funny. He held interesting conversations with us as well as joked around. We had a great time here for our first experience. We will definitely come back and I absolutely recommend this restaurant. I also recommend making reservations before coming, as it gets pretty busy.

Yelp
I came here on a rush as I had not had lunch and caught a shuttle from Sam's Town to downtown Fremont Hotel. Then hailed a Lyft where the dude couldn't find me and the wrong driver/car had my name. It wasted 30 minutes of waiting around. Finally the driver's info and my app updated to me as his passenger. It must be a glitch on their network due to Friday with tons of peeps flying or driving in to Vegas for the Super Bowl. So my plan was to hit this place and then Sweet Talk boba/dessert shop right next door. After a 30 minute shared ride with 3 others, I made it here finally. No one dining at 2pm. I got a free soda for my Yelp checkin. I ordered the spicy beef shank and the mongolian pancake as their Chinese burrito was plumb out. The two apps I got were $6.50 each. I had no appetite due to all the buffets and big eating during the night and week before. I asked for them to expedite my order. It came in 5 minutes and I laid waste to it in 10 minutes or so. I wish I allowed more time as I hated dining so fast. Spicy beef shank- amazing! Small cubed shank pieces covered in cilantro and tendons or tripe in a strong spicy glaze like soy and chili paste. Bomb grub! Mongolian pancake- 2 halves of ground beef with like chives, onions etc and was served with a nice soy mixed dipping sauce. Super Ace and bombay! Delisioso! I recommend this place. I only wish I could have tried their noodle soups but you know...soups=need for bathroom breaks on the plane. Inconvienient. The lady (owner?) who waited on me was very nice and I conversed with her. I had the bare minimum in service while she and another worker chatted but I was cool and just needed my food and drink to wolf down and jet. Exactly what I got. Taiwanese food and prepared very well too!

Yelp
Came here for some lunch today. Got the lanzhou noodles and onion pancake. It tastes almost just like bay area. Seriously nearly identical, the broth. Fresh noodles are pretty much the same. The key is the QQ characteristic that you are looking for in Chinese pull noodles. It passed the q-test. Sound so familiar. Like the z- score or cpk.. lol, it's above 1.8 Everything was good and very good service. Perhaps because I spoke to her in Chinese and was like the only customer there, it was 1-1:30pm. More customers came later Damage was $20 with tip. Again, cuz I order an app, else it is actually $2 cheaper than bay area
google avatar

Yelp
Food was raw!!! Got food poisoning an the noodles smelled an taste like a dirty wash rag

Joe S.

Yelp
Umm, this is NOT THE NOODLE MAN at this location! It's not the same as the rainbow location! Sat us at the Fortune restaurant across the way and gave us that menu & insistent that it is the noodle man. There is all of 6 items that are noodles. False advertisement!!!!!

Karen K.

Yelp
First impression walking in was this restaurant is way too clean for an authentic Chinese restaurant. Service was too quick and polite. Food was unexpectedly tasty. The fried rice noodle had a good wok flavor. Expected the scallop fried rice to have only a small amount of shredded dried scallops so really happy that it had a generous amount on top and also mixed in with the fried rice. Washroom was VERY clean - another pleasant surprise for a Chinese restaurant.

Melissa H.

Yelp
We really enjoyed the food here and the friendly staff. They give you big portions with fresh hand pulled noodles and vegetables. We could have split one bowl since we don't eat large portions. We has some of the dim sum and it was really tasty. We already plan on going back and just eating the different dim sum options.

Yelp
My family and I were in Vegas and craving Cantonese style food. After some researching, we decided to give this a try due to the variety, especially with the canto BBQ options. Boy did we hit the jackpot! This place was phenomenal, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic southern Cantonese style dishes. My parents are hard to please, and this was their favorite meal out of the week long Vegas trip. We ordered a lot: crispy duck, roast pork, shrimp, asparagus with XO sauce, and fried fish. We don't have a single negative thing to say about the food, everything was great. The duck was cooked perfectly with a crispy skin but not dry, roast pork was succulent with a great crispy skin, the asparagus had a great sauce hence amazing flavors, shrimp extremely flavorful, and the fish fried to perfection on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. On top of all that, service was excellent. Staff was helpful and attentive. We would definitely come back!

Yelp
2/4/23 Done with The Noodle Man. Went to the Chinatown one today and will not return to any of them again. They are not the same as when first opened. Rainbow one may still hand pull their noodles, but their flavors are not what they once were. Disappointment at Rainbow led me to give Chinatown a try in hopes that the magic still existed at one of their branches. Sadly, no. Ordered: * Garlic Chicken Wings * Beef Brisket & Tomato Noodle Soup * Hot & Spicy Noodle Soup * House Special Fried Rice Only wings and fried rice were decent. Wings needed salt. Bits of fried garlic were there, but still lacking powerful taste of garlic. Fried rice was huge portion and did have flavor. Brisket noodle soup was very bland. Asked for chili oil and salt to improve it. Spicy noodle soup had strong vinegar taste that was sweet so soup not appetizing to drink. Also, it wasn't spicy as its name implied. Don't know if division in the ranks spoiled the once bright star and breath of fresh air that The Noodle Man originally showcased. Perhaps the chef left? Suppose we will never know. But, I will mourn its former self and patronize competitors.

Yelp
I had received mixed personal reviews on this place from several people, but I believe it was for the overall fair, and not specifically the meat dishes, so this review is only for the traditional meat window. Straight up, fantastic value for your money on the bbq/roast meats. I spent more than a decade in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, so I know my meats. This is probably one of my favorite places to take out the roast duck and sliced char siu (bbq pork). I order the assorted meat platter at the Wynn's Red-8 restaurant on almost every trip to Vegas (twice a month), so that's been my benchmark for many years. It was only in the last couple years that I started venturing off the strip because of my daughter's epicurean curiosity, and as luck would have it, I found this place while she waited for her dessert order next door. Comparable, if not better than the Wynn, and the value for money is unmatched. I love that I can order lean or fatty cuts, and the entire family approves of this place. Highly recommend!

Yelp
The roast duck and BBQ pork are great. The other dishes are also authentically done. A casual but delightful and pleasant place to go for some good Cantonese food.

Yelp
I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the food we ordered and the restaurant itself, but the food was amazing! We ordered the shrimp fried rice, roasted pork belly (must try!), walnut shrimp, green beans, and a tofu dish. Everything came out quickly and tasted great! Which made it even better was that the individuals who served us were so kind and helpful. They made sure we were taken care of by refilling our drinks and making sure we had enough white rice to compliment our dishes. The outside of the building looks deceiving, but there was a swanky, modern feel inside. There was a huge opening in which you could see the chefs prepare your food.

Yelp
This place advertise on yelp as dog friendly. We called the restaurant to confirm with them to make sure they allow our small dog into the restaurant and they confirmed that they do. When we drove 20minutes to get there, the guy was about to sit us down and saw our small dog and said they do not allow dogs. I told him we called first to confirm and was told yes, but of course he refused to sit us. Do not believe their dog friendly status. And don't even bother calling them to confirm because they can still refuse you service, regardless what they tell you on the phone

Yelp
02/18/2021 Quick simple dinner outing with Hawaii friends. Perfect dinner on this chilly day and night! Staff were awesome and attentive. Our waitress was really nice. Covid precautions taken and social distancing. Food was awesome. Deducted a star because they didn't have hot mustard. All in all this place is great. We will return. Happy eats!!

Yelp
One of the most affordable meals we had while visiting Vegas, and top 5 in terms of flavor, too! The beef noodles with gravy were lovely and savory.

One of my newest and favorite places for Chinese food! I can't recommend them enough, the best char sui in all of Vegas in my opinion and the fresh hand pulled noodles are amazing. We had multiple dishes and every one was delicious. The pork fried rice was also a shining star of the meal. I'll be back for sure and bringing more people there

Yelp
We decided to try noodle man because we got roast pork and bbq pork from chubby boy bbq which is inside the noodle man restaurant. We got the wonton noodle soup broth was tasty and same for the wontons. Decided to try the taro and pumpkin hot pot it is a version of the Thai dessert with the same ingredients and also tapioca balls this version is very salty so I would stay away from it. We got the beef chow fun dry style which is good but still salty. We also got the kung pao chicken very tasty but when eaten with rice not salty. The waitresses that were there the older lady was very nice the younger had a attitude problem not very friendly. Overall wouldn't come back only for chubby boy bbq.

Yelp
Mood - dinner Upon entering we were greeted and ushered to sit wherever we chose. We were given menus and asked regarding drink options. We opted for the Oxtail noodle soup, and Beef Brisket tomato noodle, and cucumber salad. Everything was very flavorful. The oxtail was cooked perfectly very tender. However that beef brisket stole the show for the night. It was beyond tender. Interior is several table and chair arrangements. There was a television playing and music in the background. Everything was very clean. Would def recommend- pricing was reasonable Location is Spring Mountain/ Decatur- ample parking.

Yelp
My friends and I decided to grab our last dinner before we headed off to the airport. With one of my friends recommendation, we all opted to try Noodle Man. Being among the stores in a decently sized plaza, parking was easy. We walked in around 6:30pm to find that it was totally empty (except the staff working there). At first glance, this shop appears to be like a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. To me, it was a bit suspicious, but we sat down anyways. Some observations I made after my first visit... 1) I liked that the menu has pictures (from appetizers to main dishes). It makes it easier to decide and less guessing on how it will look like. 2) They offer cold/hot water. Have a free yelp check-in for free soda if you want something else besides water. 3) Prices are fairly decent compared to the portions they give you. 4) Always opt for a large if you are hungry because it's only 50 cents more expensive and you get a full sized portion of noodles compared to half portions for small (as told by the server himself). Came out of there feeling full/satisfied after ordering a large. 5) They make the noodles pretty fresh. You can even see them hand-pulling the noodles in the back after you order. [It took a while for the food to come out, but this is probably the reason why]. 6) Dumplings were a bit different from what I expected, but nonetheless, good. And good amount of pieces. We got 9 in one appetizer order. 7) I personally opted for the Sliced Pork & Mushroom Noodle Soup. I liked all the various types of mushrooms they added. They have good big portions of pork belly. [Just FYI, for someone like me who likes a bit of spicy-ness added to their soup, this soup only has one type of flavor. After multiple bites, it can become fairly bland.] To my surprise, I would actually recommend this place to other people and fairly enjoyed my meal. Always love a place that has good portions for a good price.

Yelp
First of all, clean, spacious, and COVID prepared. We were promptly seated and service was super friendly. We came here because of the addition of Chubby Boy BBQ. We got the wonton noodle soup with char siu pork, and beef noodle soup. Both were good. Broth is so flavorful. We also got the whole Peking duck, which was around $38. Very reasonably priced! Came with bao buns and all the dressings. Duck was crispy and delicious. The bbq man came several times to ask us if we enjoy the duck. Which we definitely said, yes! Yes! And yes! We had leftovers for a midnight snack too! Brought it right back to our Airbnb for later consumption.

Yelp
Um...there's not much to say about this new addition to the rapidly expanding Spring Mountain dining scene besides the fact that it took 45 minutes for my pork bowl to come out on a not-so-busy Sunday afternoon. I got my drink comped without asking -- too bad that's their current ongoing Yelp offer and I would've had it comped anyway for checking in. I understand the challenges that accompany opening a new restaurant in a recently remodeled retail space, but good God above, people were getting seated and working through most of their meals in the time it took for me to get mine. I don't even have any strongly formed opinions on the food because it took so long for it to come out that I lost my appetite in the time I waited for it. It was definitely a pork bowl, though, and hot, so props for looking like the pictured menu item, I guess. One final note: the "use QR code to pay with your phone" option on your bill may seem cool, but use it at your own risk, for I did and was about to get accused of dining and dashing as I left before I whipped out my Wallet app and walked the person shouting "WAIT!" through the process of this feature they'd decided to extend to their customers. There's plenty of comparable options in Chinatown if you're looking for hand pulled noodles and hot soup, and any one of them will likely be better than Noodle Man.

Yelp
We went to the restaurant around 8:30 on a Friday night; we're seated right away. Our server told us that we came at the right time, they had been busy the whole day until then. Thing I Loved: -Pork Fried Dumplings: really excellent dumplings. The best thing about it was the dumpling skin. It was thin, light and crispy. The pork was moist and well marinated. Something I would definitely order over and over again. -Paid with Apple Pay: When I was ready to pay, the server brought me the check and there was a QR on the check. I scanned the code and took me to a web site to pay for my meal using Apple Pay; I put the tip in the check and then verify with Apple Pay and that was it. Really simple and fast way to pay, I don't have to wait for the server. Things I Liked: -Black Fungus Salad: texture was nice and firm and the dressing was on the sweeter side and tasty. -Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle Soup: I asked for the shaved noodle instead of the hand pulled noodle. The shaved noodle was great with al dente texture. The soup base was really rich in tomato flavor with a little sweetness to it. Couple pieces of meat were little chewy. -Hot and Spicy Noodle Soup: It was not super spicy but definitely had a nice kick to it. It also had a hint of sourness to the broth. I really liked the mix of chili, grounded pork and other spices in the broth. Solid bowl of noodle. Overall it was a satisfying meal. The restaurant was spacious and the service was pretty fast. No doubt will be back for more noodle and fried dumplings.

Yelp
ZERO STARS IF IT WE'RE POSSIBLE. I will never get the chance to eat here. Sad about it. I was trying to pick up a door dash order from this establishment and unfortunately they weren't able to find it in their system. Instead of working with me as i had my Doordash open and was on an automated call with DoorDash the gentleman stated he didn't want to help me and insinuated that if he did make the order I would steal and eat it.

Yelp
Hands down, one of the best Chinese Noodle restaurants in China Town. Everything from Szechuan Chicken, Beef Noodle Soup, Green Onion Pancakes and Chicken Dumplings, it has it all. Phenomenally prepared meals. Excellent presentation and service. This is our new Mandarin spot.

Yelp
Ordered the beef noodle soup and wonton noodle soup. Broth was so bland..., not good at all. The only good thing was the duck. Definitely won't be coming back! Not worth the money at all.

Yelp
The food was ok, but the website and some advertising indicated fresh noodles. The waitress said there are no fresh noodles here. We came here for the noodles. The service is also lacking and the server rudely put the soup bowl on the table without extra bowls. When asked for bowls, he brought tiny bowls. A failure. I am not sure if I would come back. Disappointed.

Yelp
My family and I came to try this place. Was very excited to try it out. We got sat down after waiting for at least 5 mins. I thought service was gonna be fast since they have us settled down in just few mins of waiting. I never thought we would end up waiting for an hr and half waiting for our 4 food orders from their menu. Very disappointed with their staff and service. This place really need a big help because they are gonna lose customers. Seeing people waiting for their food, same experience as we had is not very good for a restaurant. Not coming back, for my first time experience because they should at least let us know how long is the waiting time for their food to come out, for customers courtesy. We only had one order out so far after waiting for almost 2 hours!!!

Yelp
Used to be a regular ordered the chowfun with gravy and 1lb of pork belly. The food has a really bad aftertaste almost like when the dishes havent been washed and are just used over and over. I cannot get the bitter taste out of my mouth. No point in calling for a refund since its hard to get a hold of anyone what a waste of my 60$
