My husband and I dined here for our 20th anniversary. The food is delicious and the service was great! The atmosphere in general was very relaxing and it was interesting to look at all the drawings of the famous visitors on the walls. We will definitely be back!

We dined here on October 4th 2024 and had the time of our lives. Our waiter was Gabriel, and I would return here just to interact with him again. The photos didn't come out the best, but the lighting is nicely dimmed and, to be fair, we did enjoy a lot of wine... We've eaten in hundreds of restaurants in dozens of cities and this place ranks right up there at the top. I would also say we don't go to many steakhouses, but this is, by far, the best one we've ever been to. It is pricey (as they all are), but the serving sizes are shockingly huge! We had the Stracciatella soup which I expected to come in a tiny cup (it was not, it was a huge bowl!), the wedge salad, and I opted for the double cut lamb chops. I have to say, I've eaten lamb IN NEW ZEALAND, and it's fair to say this preparation has beaten any lamb I've had before. Nicely marinated in balsamic vinegar and some sort of magic, and more delicious than any other preparation I've had. My wife opted for King Crab, which was very nicely pre-cracked, and equally delicious. We also opted for the cake for dessert. They should call it a cake, not a slice. It was so huge, we took it back to the hotel and literally took 4 days to consume. As delicious as the rest! The service was outstanding, the pace was perfect. We enjoyed our bottles of wine, unforgettable food, and most importantly our interaction with Gabriel, our server. He treated us like royalty for a few hours, and that does not happen in very many places. We'll definitely be back. Probably going to call ahead to make sure Gabe is there first though. The entire staff treated us extremely well, but we sure enjoyed our time with him!

Amazing food! I had the meatballs to start followed by the lasagna and as a table we had several sides. All 4 of us said it was amazing and worth every penny, the food was out of this world!

So I took my wife out on a date! My wife had The Palm Duo and she loved it. The steak was tender and the lobster was cooked perfectly . I had the 12oz Center Cut Filet and you could have cut it with a butter knife. The new menu did not have clams casino but the waiter was able to bring us four clams casino. Very good. Family friendly, very clean, and every body worked like a team. Highly recommend!

I've celebrated special occasions dining at "The Palm" for many years, initially at the DC location and now, residing in Orlando, at the Universal Hard Rock Cafe Hotel where The Palm restaurant is conveniently situated. Normally, the food and atmosphere have been first-rate, and I've always appreciated the unique character drawings on the walls. It has been a luxurious, enjoyable experience with great food. However, my recent visit didn't live up to expectations. We ordered calamari as an appetizer, but it turned out to be tough and chewy, clearly overcooked. Alongside the calamari were some oddly battered and fried sliced lemons, creating a peculiar combination. Unfortunately, the calamari was a disappointment, and the trend continued with my main course, the Clams Fettuccine. The clams were severely overcooked, reaching a tough and rubbery consistency. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the clams seemed insufficiently cleaned, bringing an unpleasant sandy texture to the dish. It's a basic culinary rule to ensure that clams are thoroughly cleaned to remove all ocean and beach sands. No one wants to encounter sand at the table, especially in a luxury dining setting. The Caesar salad failed to impress, and the Ahi tuna was, at best, mediocre. This time, the overall dining experience left me very disappointed. I couldn't help but wonder if the main chefs were on holiday that night, as both the calamari and clams were a significant letdown.

Amazing oysters and the wagyu lasagna!! The waiters are very attentive and nice, good option for a tasty dinner after having fun all day in the parks nearby :)

All of the wait staff worked well together to take care of the guests. Our waiter, Chase, was excellent. He made great suggestions and stayed on top of things. Try the green beans as a side. It's definitely worth it. The bacon appetizer was not great, but the sea bass, filets, shrimp, and lobster bisque were all delicious!

Nice atmosphere, friendly servers, and very accommodating. I made a reservation on the same day. Was greeted with a smile upon arrival & seated immediately. Ordered French onion soup, bacon, a crab cake, creamed corn, mushrooms, and a ribeye. Everything tasted great. Good seasoning, well flavored, and the food came out in a timely manner. My server was very nice and polite as well. This is one of my favorite restaurants when I'm in Orlando.

Yelp
Having heard of the Palm restaurant in Los Angeles but never having eaten there, I was excited to try this place out. Our server (sadly I don't remember his name) was outstanding. He knew the menu inside and out and he prevented us from ordering too much food. We were a group of five so we certainly kept him busy. Most of the table ordered steaks but two of us went the seafood route, one having the Salt & Pepper Ahi Tuna and me ordering the Scallops. We started with an order of Calamari which arrived quickly and was soon devoured. It contained a nice mix of calamari along with some mixed bell pepper strips and sliced spicy cherry peppers which gave it a nice kick. There were two sauces, an aioli and a marinara for dipping. Next, most of us had the wedge salad because it came highly recommended from a mutual friend. Thankfully the server warned us against ordering a salad for each person because they were quite large, so we ended up splitting one for every two people. The wedge was great though a half serving was quite filling. And instead of the requisite blue cheese dressing, it came topped with a lovely vinaigrette with loads of blue cheese chunks, bacon, tomatoes, fried onions and toasted walnuts. I could have made a meal out of that salad alone. At this point I was regretting ordering a full serving of scallops. I should have taken the appetizer portion....but I digress. Our friends reported the steaks were excellent and cooked properly. The ahi tuna was nicely seared and the slices were fanned nicely across the plate. It also came with pearl couscous and a sauce that resembled a chimichurri but with mint overtones. The scallops were also cooked to perfection. There were six giant scallops over a bed of pearl couscous in some sort of reddish sauce. it was all I could do to finish the scallops and a small amount of the couscous because I was so full. Overall, it was a great meal. The service was top notch and the food was well prepared.

Yelp
Came here for my youngest son's birthday. Decor was interesting, staff was very friendly. Food was ok, the tiramisu was one of the best I had in Florida. Will come back for the tiramisu

Yelp
TLDR: I left here full, had a great time and the meal tasted good so what I'm about to say might be considered "first world problems" but there is too much competition around Orlando for chain steakhouses to be dropping the ball on basic issues, especially at high end steakhouse prices. Service here was top notch, though. The ambiance here gave me steakhouse vibes, and was also loud as there were lots of kids at nearby tables. People on vacation I assume, most wearing casual wardrobe, probably staying at the attached Hard Rock Hotel. It was pretty chilly inside so be sure to bring your sweater just in case. Started with a Meatball appetizer, this was 1 large meatball for sharing and it was very VERY good and flavorful. Probably the best I've ever had! We split this among 2 people. Bread basket - good selection of rolls & pretzel bread sticks served with butter. We liked it. Wedge Salads are shareable between 2. Caesar seemed a little smaller. Caesar was a little bland, wedge a bit better. Dinner dropped the score a notch. Filets were not cooked as ordered (medium orders were delivered med rare) and one was super tough. I've had my share of filets so I know when it's "off." Mentioned to the manager and he immediately replaced and rushed a new one out. This new one was delicious. The chicken parm didn't knock our socks off, pasta side was bland, Mac & cheese and asparagus (grilled not steamed) were good sides. After dinner, coffee was so cold it didn't melt the sugar. Again, they rushed out a hot coffee which was better. Overall, service was excellent all the way through and they offered a slice of carrot cake at the end of the meal as a nice gesture. The cake was excellent, def top 5. Management and the wait staff tried to make things right which we appreciated. Because of that, if we're in the area again, we would consider returning to see if our first experience was a one-off.

Yelp
First visit to The Palm, friends were in town and selected for Happy Hour. Their favorite was Chicken Parm Sliders, served with fries, while I ordered the Prosciutto & Mozzarella Arancini. Happy hour prices were reasonable and portions sharable. Bar area filled up quickly, but bartenders were friendly. Hotel self parking is validated. Dinner menu looked good, I'd definitely go back!

Yelp
I made a reservation with my wife for our honeymoon thinking it wouldn't be super crowded, however there was a convention in the hotel and a ton of people happened to be there! We still got seated pretty much on time, all of the people serving us were super attentive and very nice to us, and the food was incredible, particularly the bread, center cut filet, and the Zeppoli (donuts) which were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well, it felt very cozy and I loved seeing all of the different caricatures on the walls (the Conan one and the Sean Connery one were faves of mine)! It was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had and we cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
Wow! What an amazing surprise. As a local business executive, I am a frequent visitor to all the local steakhouses. The vendor chose The Palm which I haven't been to in years. It was crowded, excessively loud like most of these places. The bartenders were friendly, there were healthy pours and attentive. Thankfully there weren't diners eating at the bar ( I hate that). The menu was far more robust than the "other guys". More starter options, better meat choices, and some Italian as well. They had Orin Swift Mercury Head wine (my favorite) and a decent wine list. Sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable- his recommendation (after we took all the Orin Swift) was excellent. The big win was the sides - great choices - all excellent. Lamb chops, steaks, truffle butter, etc. Super service. Only negative was getting there and noise. But, once you get to Hard Rock Hotel - valet is easy.

John R.

Yelp
I have been a fan of The Palm for a very long time. This one might be the first one I ever went to. I still remember enjoying a monster lobster during that first visit. And when I say this one... I don't think the Hard Rock might have even been open back then. I kind of remember the place being in a small indoor mall area at Universal, but I could be hallucinating on that font. In any case, it is now and not then and that's what this review is based on. Valet parking is free if you come to the Hard Rock for dinner here, which is excellent. The place is just a short walk to the right after coming into the lobby of the hotel. Service is still what the Palm is all about. The atmosphere, however, is more casual here than the Palm I know in NYC. The Calamari Fritto Misto - lightly breaded calamari, tri-colored peppers, cherry peppers, pickled lemon, marinara to start was great. My Classic Caesar Salad - romaine, croutons, parmesan, Caesar dressing was great too, however, what happened to the Monday Night chopped salad? I think I have the day of the week correct. Either way it is MIA from the menu! For the main I shared a Prime Tomahawk Ribeye 32 oz with the table. It was a great meal and The Palm for the most part still is holding up well though it falls a little short of that Palm I first remember going to so many years ago.

Kathryn T.

Yelp
What a fantastic dining experience. Paul was very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the Palm. I have a gluten and dairy allergy, and Paul was so helpful with navigating the menu. We started with a bottle of the Napa Quilt Cabernet (one of my favorites), the oysters and a caprese salad -- the perfect start! The caprese was seasonal with prosciutto, grilled peaches, tomatoes and mozzarella. For entrees, we both ordered the sea bass, but he did mine without soy sauce and brought a side of chimichurri. The fish was cooked perfectly, and the rice was the perfect accompaniment. A great portion. Highly recommend the Palm if you're looking to spend a bit more for a really great, classic meal.

Yelp
We were graciously invited back to give The Palm another try by Leo the General Manager. This time we were not disappointed! We were sat right away on a busy Sunday night and catered to all evening. We enjoyed a bottle of wine and split a caesar salad to start. One salad is enough for 2 people and with a little fresh cracked pepper it tasted great. The croutons taste homemade. They serve a basket of mixed rolls and butter which was tasty. For dinner we ended up ordering the same entrees as our first visit and loved them. My boyfriend was very impressed with the wagyu bolognese. The noodles tasted homemade and had a good amount of meat sauce mixed in. My scallops were seared perfectly and paired well with the chimi churri and pasta. This visit we also tried some dessert and it was top notch. I ordered the carrot cake (which is made in-house) and he got Juniors caramel cheesecake. Both were delicious. Our waiter Thomas was decent, kept our wine glasses full and checked in when he could while juggling his other guests. Seems like our first visit was a bad hiccup. Between the hospitality received from management and the incredible food we'd be happy to return.

Yelp
This the Palm, so the expectations should be high, and this particular restaurant exceeded those expectations by a mile. The food was fantastic and the service was too! Our Waiter was John and his attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience all-the-more enjoyable. Ambiance was what you'd expect from the Palm. Lots of locals who come to visit their caricature on the wall; and many tourists who came from the parks fill this restaurant with high energy. A bit noisy when it's busy, but nothing so intense that it wrecks the experience. Dine here. Ask for John!

Yelp
Went in for our wedding anniversary and loved it. Our sever was soooo good, he was the best. The food was amazing, and portions were fantastic. They made us a lovely card and treated us to dessert. It's so nice and cool inside, you get to see everyone who is famous that has visited on the walls with their autographs. We definitely will be going back! I would have to say the meatball was delicious and perfect for us two.

Jay T.

Yelp
I went here with my family while on vacation, and I was impressed, to say the least. I had the French onion soup to start with. It was beyond my expectations. Then I order the 8 oz salmon and that was exceptional. I also had a French 75 along with a gin and tonic. The drinks are made to order. Our waiter had a high sense of humor and made the whole table enjoy the experience even more. It's located in the hard rock hotel which has its sights as well.

Andrea T.

Yelp
We were both craving a steak. We were worried as it's a busy week here in Orlando. We were able to get a reservation through open table. Something to keep in mind they will validate valet and self parking. If you do self parking you get a little work out of 4 flights of stairs. I love a good bread basket and I think it's a bit of a litmus test. The rolls were a bit lackluster and lukewarm. There was a cranberry/nut, a cheese, a pretzel, and a packet of grisini. The bread's really didn't compliment each other. Sort of an afterthought it felt. We started with a wedge which had wonderful candied walnuts and danish blue, it was dressed a little too heavy with oil and could be disastrous for your clothing. I managed! My old-fashioned was strong with a proper house made maraschino. The pacing to our next course was bit long. When my filet arrived it looked really dry and past medium rare. I did slice it open. It was medium rare in the middle, but this was probably the driest filet I have ever had. There wasn't any juice from the steak on my plate. It was flavorful, but dry. We remembered from our last trip that the au gratin were more cheese than potatoes so we opted to try the hash browns. I think mashed potatoes are your best bet here. The hashbrowns were simply seasoned fried potatoes. In other steakhouses I've had wonderful sorts of hashbrown preparations this one was lacking. Our green beans were wonderful. Our neighbors asparagus was the big thick kind that I don't care for. I love pencil thin asparagus. We were full, but excited that they finally have put creme brûlée on the dessert menu! Here is the real star. A gorgeous creme with a light hint of lemon. A perfect crackly top and four of the loveliest raspberries. If you're stopping in during the holidays be sure to stop in the lobby to see the tree.

R A.

Yelp
We chose to dine at the bar with one of the finest mixologists in the country. It's a busy diverse bar and Chris keeps things rolling. I chose the 3 pound lobster and an 8 oz filet. My dinner was perfect. My girlfriend had the scallops and they cut like butter. The chocolate cake wasn't perfect but enjoyable. Great night out.

Sydney S.

Yelp
The service is great! Everyone is super attentive however the food was not the best this time around. My steak was super chewy (and sucked) but the salad and bread was great. I think the food was subpar because it was a huge party for a conference.

Chris G.

Yelp
An excellent experience. Great, attentive service with extra care taken to accommodate our large party of 12. Simply put one of the best Chicken Parmesan dishes I've ever had, tender, perfectly cooked and flavorful, the breading was the real star. Prices were also appropriate and the side dishes are HUGE. Great lovely atmosphere with fun old school decor. will be returning as soon as possible.

Lauren G.

Yelp
We celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary here. It was quiet for a Monday and that was ok with us! The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
The Palm in Orlando truly made my 40th birthday celebration a night to remember. It was, without a doubt, the best dinner experience we had during our visit to Orlando. The service was nothing short of spectacular; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, setting the perfect mood for a special occasion. And the star of the show was undoubtedly the perfectly cooked steak - it was an absolute delight. Not to mention the delicious drinks and a wide variety of sides that complemented the meal beautifully. I can't recommend The Palm enough. It's a must-visit when you're in Orlando. I'm already looking forward to returning on my next trip to this wonderful city.

Mal L.

Yelp
I think 2 stars is pretty generous for this place. For the prices you're paying it looks like a run down bucca di beppo, gross floor mats over old wooden floors, cramped seating, and loud! I thought okay, if the food is outstanding then I'll look past the ambiance. The food was not outstanding. Everyone liked their steaks but the pasta and side dishes were dry as heck with no flavor. Not to mention our server served us $28 drinks but failed to mention the bar ran out of the sphere cubes which makes a big difference in your cocktail. I'd sit at the bar here if I was staying at Hard Rock and had no where else to go LOL. Wasn't a fan of the food or the ambiance. Way overpriced.

Laura M.

Yelp
Food strong. Service decent. As a vegetarian, I would have loved the waiter to offer some options vs me trying to cobble together a plan and ask him if that was a full meal. Pescatarians enjoyed their meals but salmon was an unnatural orange. And if you are going to put asparagus risotto with a dish, how about asparagus instead of red peppers as the veg? Fries were yummy. Wine prices are kind of outrageous. I understand multiples but a Santa Margarita can be purchased for $17 in a big city liquor store and is over $90 here. Plenty of staff and all seem to know what they are doing. Very clean and no judgment if you don't quite fit the dress code stated at the door. Somewhere between a hotel restaurant and a steakhouse, as are most Palm restaurants.

Ben M.

Yelp
Had dinner at The Palm while attending a conference in Orlando. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Ordered the Bone in Ribeye steak which was well cooked as well as the sides. Not the best steak I've ever had but The Palm did not disappoint. Loved all the cartoon drawings on the walls and would definitely recommend this steakhouse to those traveling in the Orlando area. The Palm is bad to the BONE!!!

Michelle C.

Yelp
I had a 2 hour drive home but the traffic started to pick up and the weather was getting bad so I decided to stop for dinner and wait it out. The Palm at The Hard Rock Hotel is one of a few places that I feel comfortable going in and sitting at the bar to eat dinner by myself. Last night was the 2nd or 3rd time I stopped in while Jessie was bartending. She is very friendly and easy to chat with. Like usual, my steak was cooked to a perfect rare plus and the accompanying hash browns were delicious. Timing was perfect as the weather and traffic were clear when I got back on the road!

Andrea B.

Yelp
will not go back, service was rushed and food substandard. My husband's ribeye was so thin there was no way it could be cooked to "medium" as requested, my sea bass was burnt on the outside and cold in the middle, so of course, I couldn't finish it. For all the hype and high cost, not worth it. Also, as soon as I presented our season pass tickets, there was shaming, maybe universal should not include them in the annual pass program. I have no problem paying 400 for a meal for 4 people, I do have problem walking away less than satisfied.

David R.

Yelp
Saturday evening dinner at the Palm at Hardrock Hotel at Universal. We arrived a few minutes early and were greeted and sat after a few minutes waiting. The dining room was about 2/3 full so plenty of tables available. Nevertheless, our party of 3 was placed at a larger table that could seat 4 maybe 5 and it was in the middle of the loud dining room. We were greeted by our server and ordered a round of drinks. Then we were greeted by another server who asked if they could get us anything to which we explained we were waiting on the drinks. The server returned and explained they are being worked on. We opted to go ahead and order. We got the Half and Half to share and each ordered off the Magical Dining promotional menu which we had to ask for.. the drinks showed up afterwards thankfully. We each ordered a vodka martini with mine requested as extra dirty. These drinks are simple to make so not sure why they took so long. Most tables looked to have already received their main course. My martini had ice cubes in it and it was not made dirty. It tasted noticeably sweet which to me means more vermouth than needed. I scooped out the ice and enjoyed what we had at the time. Rolls for the table showed up after that while our salads were still being made somewhere. The bread appeared to be very basic and nothing to get excited about. Salads were prepared in the kitchen and brought out. I ordered a Caesar salad to which it seemed extremely lightly dressed and didn't really taste like a Caesar. It had these two parmesan croutons that were baked in such a way that it was nearly impossible to cut in half. The main course came out and it looked fine. I'll say that the steak and sides were adequate but not something I would call true steakhouse quality. Living in Orlando, I think you can find a comparable or much better overall meal at places like Linda's, Chrisners, Kres, Bull and Bear, Del Frisco's, etc.

Yelp
I first went to The Palm last year on my birthday. We waited over an hour and a half for food. My husband left to go eat elsewhere because he started getting a headache from being so hungry. There was a waitress next to us who served 3 tables during that time, and I overheard she was new. We were bummed to not be seated in her section. I explained to the waitress we no longer wanted my husband's meal because it took too long (at this point I was sitting alone, on my birthday). I tried to keep a positive attitude. The manager came out and offer to bag up his portion instead. What? That was your way of fixing the situation? Not offering the meal for free, or just removing it as requested. A free drink even would've been nice, but they offered nothing to remedy it. I had to keep my stance on just refunding. I was trying not to hold back tears (celebrations are important to me). I took my own leftovers, and the steak and potatoes were amazing despite everything. I assumed it to be a one time incident, so I rebooked again this year for my birthday (we are from Indiana but come back every year). The waiter was great, but it still took a LONG time. I was okay with it because of how good my food was last time, but everyone else was getting antsy. When it finally came out, it was nowhere near what I had last time. It appeared as though the au gratin potatoes had been sitting and re-warmed, as the butter was separating. It was very oily. The steaks were alright. My lobster tasted like chicken. I have NEVER had a lobster like this, even at the cheapest restaurants. It was very overcooked. I tipped well only because I enjoyed the waiter, but I would never come back here again. It has proven consistently bad.

Luis P.

Yelp
Incredible happy hour from 4-6:30pm Sun-fri !! The food, as always ..is on point and delicious. The service..never disappoints. When we go to Universal (at least twice a year) we always make a reservation at the Palm. This place is the definition of consistent and delicious. Will continue to come back time and time again.

Jeri H.

Yelp
This is THE BEST steakhouse in FL, hands down. My husband and I were promptly seated, actually ahead of time of our reservation, which was so nice. We were seated in a cozy booth with high backs to allow for even more privacy. Our Server was very professional, courteous and friendly. He offered excellent suggestions that we feel really elevated our dining experience! We ordered the thick cut bacon appetizer, which was delicious but very filling. I ordered the dry aged ribeye and my husband ordered the Waygu beef lasagna. We also ordered the creamed spinach and the hashbrowns which are family-style servings. The ribeye was literally THE BEST steak I have EVER had! I can't even describe it. My husband enjoyed the lasagna but after tasting my steak he regretted not ordering steak. We really enjoyed our meals, so much so, that we unfortunately didn't save any room to taste any items from their dessert menu, but, next time! If you are visiting the Orlando area you MUST make a reservation at The Palm. Trust me, it is an experience you won't want to miss. Btw, the portions are generous and we ended up being able to bring some of the deliciousness home to enjoy the next night too! Did I mention how awesome the staff was?!? They all really helped make our night extra special.

Yelp
We decided to eat at The Palm while vacationing at Universal. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and The Palm is located off the lobby of the Hotel. It definitely has the feel of a high end steak restaurant, and the menu offers plenty of choices. We decided on the Lobster Bisque to start which was good, but I wouldn't consider it one of the best LB that I have had the pleasure of eating. Next, we ordered the Ribeye medium rare with the 3 cheese potato side. The ribeye came out perfect and it was amazing! The flavor and tenderness of the Ribeye was special! And the sides are huge! The potatoes were incredible....and we are potato snobs, for sure. The service was on point and the food was absolutely delicious. What a culinary experience!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Yelp
Great dinner with my wife in our trip to Orlando we had some great bone in ribeye with mashed potatoes and wild mushrooms and some fried calamari to star with

Yelp
I wrote a review on The Palm back in 2023 . I gave it great reviews, but I said that their bread basket was "lacking". So I just glanced at the reviews now in June 2024, and I see all these bad reviews, so I decided to review again. I just went to the Palm again for their summer lobster special for 2 people - a 4 pound lobster with appetizer, dessert, etc. IT WAS AMAZING. Beyond 5 stars - but that is not the real reason I am writing this review. When you write negative things on Yelp, you think "well - no one really cares" - but this time - in 2024, their bread basket was AMAZING, as well as the food. So perhaps management saw my 2023 review and said "what's wrong with our bread basket" - and FIXED IT - and now its amazing, as well as the rest of the meal. As with many 5 star restaurants, I think you see a lot of the negative reviews, because a lot of people are offended by the high prices. This applies to any "fancy" restaurant, that is charging too much (hey - McDonalds and Five Guys are charging too much) - but if you want a special evening out, with amazing food and service (and a great bread basket) - the Palm is on top of it's game. As for the lobster - we ate in Joe's Seafood in Las Vegas in April 2024, and had their $150 12 ounce lobster tail (we split it - just like we split the 4 pound lobster at the Palm) - and the Palm in Orlando was DRAMATICALLY better than Joe's Seafood in Las Vegas. I am your loyal customer. Bob

Yelp
I came here twice the first week of January with my family for an early dinner (01/02 & 01/04) and let me just tell you guys... *chefs kiss*. Highly recommend the Monday Night Chopped Salad ($15) -- perfect portion & dressing. The Linguine with White Clam Sauce whole fresh & chopped clams ($32) is DIVINE. It is a little bit spicy as is, but add crushed red pepper flakes for an *extra* sizzle. If you are with a group, order a few sides ( creamed spinach pairs well with lots of different dishes.) Gabe served us both nights (lucky us!) and was a wonderful server. Attentive and patient with us all. Come early if you prefer a quiet meal, but if you're in the mood to see people and don't mind some noise, the restaurant gets progressively busier. Located inside the Hard Rock Hotel near Universal Studios & Islands of Adventures. So many cool things to see! I am looking forward to returning in the future.

Yelp
This is a nice little restaurant tucked in the back of the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios. No issues with our reservation or being seated on time without having to wait. Our waiter was great! Attentive, friendly, but wasn't over bearing as we enjoyed a nice evening out. There were other servers walking around removing plates when you were done without having to wait for the server which I appreciated. I was a little disappointed with the steak. At this type of restaurant, I was expecting a nice char coating on the steak and as you can see from the picture, that didn't happen. The steak was tender and delicious, however. The mashed potatoes were fantastic! You can taste the butter, and it reminded me of a good creamy mashed potato that my grandma would make when she was alive. The French fries and cream spinach were good, nothing to write home about, but good none-the-less. The chocolate cake was rich and moist and it was plenty to share amongst three of us. If you eat raw horse radish with your steak, I HIGHLY encourage you to ask your waiter for a cup. This stuff is POTENT, but no joke, it is the best horse radish I've had in my life! I asked the waiter to pack me up a cup for home when I'm home grilling; no shame! Overall, this is definitely a restaurant worth stopping into see if you're looking for a higher end night out on the town.

Yelp
The food was horrible. I ordered the Smokey bacon Mac and cheese side and lobster gnocchi entree. The food had absolutely no flavor, all I did was taste it and got it bagged. For the price of the food I was irritated and couldn't be bothered with sending the food back. The half of lobster tail that came on top of the gnocchi was dry and small. I added some flavor and creamy sauce to the Mac and cheese to make it palatable. Our server Heather was amazing. Her description of the drinks were great. She had such a happy spirit.

Yelp
An amazing experience as typical. Food is superior, sides are larger than a platter in some cases. Wine is wonderful, ambiance is just right and the servers and service are second to none. I cannot wait to come spend a small fortune on great food, again. They do very well with food allergies, too.

Yelp
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner on Wednesday. We thoroughly enjoy to slow down and really enjoy our time and meal together. Our waiter, Mike, was wonderful in supporting our slow down. He never once rushed us, timed our orders perfectly and didn't miss a beat! He's a true gem at The Palm! Oysters with their atomic horseradish and champagne mignonette were . My husband and I chose to split a steakhouse salad, which was a great choice because half of it was too big! It was well balanced and not over dressed. We continued splitting our meal with the Palm Duo (8 oz filet and 8 oz lobster tail). The steak was cooked perfectly cooked, velvety with a nice slight char on the outside. Unfortunately our lobster tail was a little overcooked, but it didn't bring our meal down. Black truffle risotto was to die for! If you love truffle and mushrooms this is the one for you. It was perfectly cooked, creamy and enough truffle and mushroom to make your taste buds scream. We paired our dinner with a pricey glass of wine, the super Tuscan, Ca'Marcanda Promis. One of the best wines I have ever had. Jammy and slightly dry.

Yelp
Very pricey, but the quality of the food is simply fantastic. Great service, very friendly staff.

Yelp
Went for my birthday weekend (Memorial) and had an incredible experience. Service was top notch. Made us feel welcomed and like we were the only people in restaurant. Very attentive and gave great recommendations based on what we said we liked. Would definitely recommend stopping by to have dinner when in Orlando.

Yelp
The service was excellent and the reservation was taken in time. The calamari was the best part of the meal. The tomahawk steak was so disappointing - small and undeserving of the hype. I do not think that there was value for what we paid as we dine regularly at steakhouses with similar reputations and received higher quality. There are plenty of better options in the area.

Yelp
Had the lobster ravioli for an appetizer, dry aged Ribeye Steak , asparagus augratin potatoes, salad wedge, steak melted in my mouth , it's a very nice restaurant the service was first class , our waiter and another waiter sang happy Birthday opera style at our table it was a great memory and my family really enjoyed it . Highly recommend this restaurant

Yelp
While visiting universal studios I wanted to enjoy a special last night with the family since the kids were going back to school and to cheers goodbye to the wonderful summer we all got to share. We were greeted by a gentleman who gave us the run down of "The Palm's" history and Philipp and I decided to share their surf and turf and the kids enjoyed a 4oz filet of their own. Paul the manager was super helpful and our server was great. Steaks didn't come out cooked properly. But this was swiftly fixed. Remember, there's a human cooking and things can go wrong sometimes. I'm just pleased it was immediately resolved. The service here was phenomenal and the location at the hard rock hotel was within walking distance to the theme parks. This is a great option when staying at the park and want an upscale dinner. Don't forget to make reservations! At times during high peak, restaurants at the park get booked quickly.

Yelp
I came here for Father's Day for the very first time and genuinely enjoyed myself. With the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic going on these days, going out to eat can feel nerve-wracking, however this restaurant made the whole experience enjoyable and secure. Since the restaurant is located inside the Hard Rock Hotel everyone who enters must get their temperature checked. Once we entered and made your way to the restaurant there was a table outside the entrance with hand sanitizer available to use. All employees were wearing masks and the tables were marked for social distancing. The service was exceptional, the food was absolutely delicious. I had the crab cakes which looked like it wouldn't be too filling, but between one crab cake and the tasty complimentary bread on the table I was very satisfied. It's definitely a pricey restaurant and not an every day kind of location, but for special occasions it will work for me.

Yelp
My family and I have been to several locations in the past and had a great experience. I booked The Palm, Orlando for Thanksgiving as we were there on vacation that week and staying at The Hard Rock hotel. Our reservation was at 6pm and we were seated at 6:30 which was fine. The experience was nice but the turkey dinner offered was not good. Of the four of us three ordered the turkey platter. We all received dark meat that looked as though they had chopped up a leg. No white meat at all. My husband had chopped bone pieces on his plate. The presentation was as if the food was tossed on the plate in a pile and some of the sides were cold. I wished we all would have ordered the steak instead. After all that is what The Palm is known for. For a very expensive holiday dinner I was very disappointed.

Yelp
was excited to try this, but was so disappointed. service was not great, waiter was friendly but everything took forever and for the amount of time it took, food was subpar. lobster was the most over cooked and chewy lobster i've had. potatoes au gratin was runny like they reheated it. just over all for the price I will never go back there.

Yelp
I was looking forward to a nice filet steak. The steak was not cooked to order and so they tried again. The second time was worse than the first and at that point I was not going a 3rd round. The manager attempted to justify that my steak was cooked fine which really ticked me off for I know what my steak should look and taste like. Never again.

Yelp
This is without a doubt the best place I've had steak. Visited the Palms inside Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resorts for one of the nights we were at the park. We started off with the glazed bacon as our appetizer and it was prepared so well and full of flavor. Very delicious and i highly recommend it. For our main course my hubby and I opted to share the tomahawk steak along with an order of green beans and creamed spinach. Their sides are al-a-cart put plenty for two people to share. The tomahawk was cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and sear...it was the best steak I've had so far! The sides were also excellent and highly recommend both. If you're a steak lover like us, definitely try the tomahawk steak, you won't be disappointed. For dessert we shared a slice of key lime pie with a blueberry reduction and whipped cream. It was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was top notch, especially our server Stacey! She recommended a lot of great choice including the tomahawk.

Yelp
The Good: Good location, but tucked in the back of the Hard Rock Hotel Great attentive staff Nice ambiance Tasty sides - mashed potatoes, creamed spinach Ahi and Crostini appetizers were flavorful Loved the NY cheesecake The bad: The back room our group was in had terrible acoustics; could barely hear my colleagues that I was sitting next to The filet wasn't seasoned well and didn't taste like much - I've been to the NYC Palm and know how great this cut can be

Yelp
1. The head server knows his job about the history of the restaurant. He knows what is good steak. 2. The ambience of the restaurant is great. 3. The rib-eye steak cooked just right. It was juicy and tender. 4. The bone marrow onion soup and lobster bisque soup were delicious.

Yelp
Amazing good, great service! Our server tonight was so attentive and knowledgeable. Loves the duo I ordered. Tender and juicy, full of flavor.
