Sharon and Shauna were absolutely amazing. Both with over 20 years experience and it SHOWS. Me and my husband went for a one hour session for our one year anniversary. I’ve had my share of massages and most massues don’t include your feet, hips, or your scalp but these two TOTALLY DID! The scalp massage made me melt right into the table. Me and my husband work at the Skyview Inn down the street and are on our feet all the time so it was heavenly! I really appreciate their time and care to their services. I really appreciate them getting to know us too, what we were comfortable with, our doggie kiddos, and our lives in general it was a really amazing experience. Be sure to book an appointment in advance! We paid 150 each person plus tip. So it was $350 total! They are worth every cent. I’m anxious to visit again!

This is a very nice salon. It has a vintage western type of vibe to it. The people are very nice and professional. You will find anyone that can do your hair and they have the best nail technician (Rose). Thanks to Rose. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be trying their other services that they offer.

After being at the same salon for 18 years it was such a relief to find Shannon and The Parlour Room. My daughter recommend her and I could not be happier. It's so relaxing and not the noise and chatter of bigger places. She is an excellent hair stylist and an excellent human being. You will not be sorry. This place rocks.

Woo Hoo! Feeling completely pampered and excited to find a beautiful, CLEAN salon with an owner that is passionate about the work she does. Shannon is not only beautiful inside and out and fun to chat with, she is exceptional at hair color, cut and texture. She seamlessly blended my color and highlights and left my hair incredibly healthy and soft. Her salon is new, clean and stocked with great products to keep you looking your best between services. Rose gave me a very thorough, relaxing and gentle pedicure. I highly recommend her. Parking is very limited. You can't go wrong for a mani or a pedi here!

Amazing! I love this cute little salon. It's my go to when I'm in Lake Arrowhead. It has such a cool vintage vibe, a great selection of Amika product and Veronica knows how deliver a perfect glossy blonde color.

My wife and I had just finished our at home couples massages, and I was in need of a toenail trim. We had dinner reservations at Lake Arrowhead Yacht Club so had to hurry. Lovely Rose sat me in the lounge chair and soaked my feet for a few minutes. She then carefully trimmed my cuticles and toenails. She was quick and did an excellent job, and didn't try to upsell other services, which I appreciated; and the price was quite reasonable. I can certainly recommend The Parlour Room/Mountain Massage for excellent service in the Lake Arrowhead area.

Courtney at the Parlour Room was the first stylist I went to after moving up the mountain, and I'm so glad I did. The studio is wonderful, and adjacent to good shops and food options, and Courtney has been wonderful. I'm a tapered guys cut which doesn't make for a necessarily long cut, but it also isn't an easy one to do well. I've had more misses than hits but Courtney has done a perfect job every time. And this is coming from a barber's son!

If I could give this salon more stars I would! These ladies came through for me in amazing ways! 3 weeks out from my wedding and I had no one to do my hair and make up for me and my bridal party! These ladies were able to squeeze me in and I could not be more happy with the results! Not only was our hair and makeup gorgeous, but when I started getting nerves halfway through my makeup they did everything they could to help me calm down and be able to get back to it. We all looked amazing and I cannot thank Shannon, Ariana and Veronica enough for all they did to help us out! Thank you so much ladies!

Veronica has been doing my hair for awhile now and she does magic. From dying to trimming, I leave feeling like a new person. The saloon aesthetic of the salon is fun too. They offer a ton of different services as well from makeup, nails, massages, teeth whitening to eyebrows.

I usually get my hair done down the hill by two of my long term favs. But being a busy home birth midwife makes it difficult to plan it as I often have to cancel due to births. So when I saw this shop open up so close to my home I was very excited. I did some Yelp review reading and found that Courtney is good with highlights. The shop is clean and fun and they offer beer, wine, and whiskey! Courtney had a good touch and really knows how to do highlights well. She was open to my feedback on how I liked it cut. All the people there were nice. It's not a men's salon, and I think they should change that as it may deter women from going there. It's for everyone

As a guy who's only heard about this place from other women recommending it to my wife, I was apprehensive about getting a haircut here. I usually go to old school barbers who've been cutting hair for 30+ years. But I needed a good haircut for a big wedding I was going to and my wife made the appointment for me. The staff was friendly right away and even offered me a drink. It was only noon and I had stuff to take care of, so I politely declined. My hair was done by Veronica, who came highly recommended. After going over what I wanted, a shampoo and a very light handed cut, I was impressed and very satisfied when I walked out. And for only $30! I would highly recommend the Parlor Room for anyone needing a hair cut. When my wife got her hair done here, she was so happy she was practically in tears. We'll definitely be going back. I won't ever go anywhere else ever again! I recently had a somewhat bad haircut at a DIFFERENT salon, and I came to The Parlour Room to have it fixed and to go shorter with a bob! I was so scared to take the jump but Rebecca was AMAZING!! She talked me through everything I needed to know about the bob style haircut, what needed to be done given my face shape, neck length, etc. and taught me the tips and tricks on how to style it perfectly Thank you Rebecca!

Well the wonderful ladies at this establishment really helped me out in a pinch. I tried darkening my beard, which turned into a nightmare as it was too dark and stained my face. The ladies helped me out with some product and I was able to remove the stains on my face. They were totally cool.

I am so glad I discovered The Parlour Room in Lake Arrowhead. The owner Shannon has done an amazing job in designing the salon. She is a great stylist, taking care and time to ensure you get a great cut and leave with the style you wanted. The place has a great vibe and is such a welcome addition to the community. After a less than stellar encounter with a hair stylist there, I was contacted by the owner so she could make up for a poor experience. She recommended Courtney and I couldn't be happier! Courtney is a true blonde expert, and has dealt with my type of fine, lifeless hair before. She listened to what I was looking for and after she gave me a gorgeous full weave of highlights/lowlights, a fabulous haircut, and beautiful beach waves, my hair was finally transformed into the blonde look of my dreams! Courtney was courteous and thoughtful, and you could tell an all around awesome individual that kicks ass at hair! I will be going to her from now on and The Parlour Room is permanently on my five star list! If you want to go blonde, she won't disappoint. I am incredibly grateful!

We booked a large party to reserve the room for hair and makeup on our wedding day, a Monday in July. After doing a trial with my Fiance this place tried to cancel on her. Still not really sure why. They were not very understanding or helpful during or before the trial. They then after several emails we thought we had resolved all issues but they have stated that they "are now accepting other reservations for our wedding day." This business is very unprofessional and does not understand the terms in their contract. We now are six weeks out and have to look for other vendors because this places unprofessionalism. Please do not book here. We have been told by the owner that she never signed the contract therefore it is not valid even though we gave a deposit and a trial was scheduled.

I've had the pleasure of having Shannon cut and style my hair numerous times now, each of which I have waited way too long as usual, so she always has her work cut out for her. She is a fantastic stylist, so much to the point that I am comfortable saying "just do what think will look good, I trust you". I have been more than happy every time, and honestly receive compliments! The decor is great, and a there is a laid back, fun, but professional vibe from all the girls. Veronica has also styled my hair several times and is great as well. Can't recommend the Parlor room and Shannon highly enough! Easily the best place on the mountain.

Rave review here for Veronica, who nailed an A-line bob for me. Bobs are very technical cuts and they can be done a thousand different ways, so for a stylist to get my version of the cut done just right on the first try is amazing. Veronica is friendly, focused, and a perfectionist! I highly recommend her. The salon itself is really comfortable and stylish, and the glass of wine at the end of a long week was a very nice touch. I'll be back for sure.

I made an appointment with Shannon last Saturday after reading her reviews online, and I have to say her work exceeded my expectations. She spent so much time with me and took such care. Afterward, my husband, co-workers, and friends raved about my hair. It was the first time in a long time that I actually felt ..... pretty. She also happens to be fun and interesting to talk to - she's very down to earth and totally lacking in pretension. I highly recommend Shannon. She has a loyal client in me.

I found the Parlour room after many moons of having yellow tinged hair from over bleaching along with the wrong toners. Shannon was referred to me by a dear friend who knew she had a knack for blonds. Well, she was right - Shannon is absolutely fantastic!!! Shannon has done my hair several times now and each time it looks better than ever!! I am so much more confident because of her decisions with color and cut. Not to mention, Her facility is immaculate and mirrors her unique artistry. She is truly a gift to anyone who desires to have that precise shade, precise haircut, and a perfect experience.
