I had such a great experience at The Parlour! The atmosphere is super welcoming and everyone is so nice. The ladies did an amazing job with my hair—I felt so relaxed the whole time and I’m really happy with how it turned out. They listened to exactly what I wanted and nailed it. Definitely my new go-to spot! Big shoutout to Marice, Addie, and Kylie! 🥰🫶

It’s so hard to find a salon in Santa Clarita that’s open later in the evening and on weekends, but this place truly delivers. This is my second time seeing Marissa, and I can confidently say she is the best. Back in December, I reached out last minute for a haircut, color treatment (my highlights had completely faded and I wanted to return to my natural dark shade), and a style before a work event. Marissa not only fit me in, but made the entire experience so pleasant. She's warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly skilled. She used high-quality products that left my hair looking amazing—the color has lasted for months and I got so many compliments! I recently went back for a wash and cut, and once again, I love how my hair turned out. Marissa is so attentive and clearly cares about her clients—she always encourages you to reach out if you want any tweaks or adjustments after your appointment. The salon is the best in town- clean, welcoming, great pricing, open to walk-ins. There's ample parking (huge plus), snacks/beverages available while you wait, and all the staff I’ve interacted with have been so incredibly kind. Highly, highly recommend!

I went in for a trim and the man that took me was not the nicest. He seemed really rushed and like he didn’t really want to cut my hair. He didn’t even cut it right. Then he tells me his next appointment is there already. I think his name was Azar. Super rude. I wouldn’t recommend him. He didn’t even try to have a conversation with me. Everyone else seemed pretty nice. One lady with balayage was super sweet very welcoming. They should get rid of the dude. He brings this place down & makes me not want to come back at all!

I don’t usually enjoy getting my hair cut, but The Parlour completely changed that for me. The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming, and everyone there made me feel comfortable right away. Naome listened to what I wanted and actually delivered exactly that. I left feeling satisfied and really happy with how my hair turned out. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I have been coming to see Marcie for 10 years now, I have followed her through several salons and I'm so proud that she owns this place now. She is so passionate and energetic about what she does and she really makes you feel special. She's very picky about the staff she hires and they're all incredibly friendly and helpful. It is also a very affordable place for a salon and for this type of service. Even with how busy she is, you never feel rushed. She always offers us snacks and drinks and she has become a close friend. I can't recommend her enough.

Marcie 🙌 iv never had someone make me almost fall asleep while doing my hair but let me tell you . I got a keratin treatment done by her not only do I have thick thick hair but I didn’t feel anything as she brushed through the knots and the curls I have . She transformed my hair from dull and dry to the texture of silk and that’s not a joke . Thank you Marcie for making me love my hair again.

I LOVE The Parlour! The owner has been doing my hair (color and extensions) for almost 8 years. The vibe is comfortable and relaxed. You will leave feeling amazing with gorgeous hair!

I paid $65 for these, lady was going to let me know all out of the salon like this till i asked if the offset was normal... she needed to take her son to baseball and wanted me to wait . I took them off the same day.

Naome , not only knows how to work with thick curly hair but also very detailed making sure everything is even both wet and dry . I highly recommend her and the parlor . the shop is beautiful and very clean .

Azar did a fabulous job on my hair. I'll be back for sure. He's very gentle when he's working on your hair. Fair price and lovely hairdo.

Marisa gave me a totally different haircut than I've ever had before and it looks amazing!! My hair is very difficult to cut correctly and she spent the time needed to work with my unique curl pattern to create a truly stunning haircut. She also garantes her haircuts so I was able to come back after a few weeks for her to make it a bit shorter in places to make it perfect! I would highly recommend her to anyone, but specifically to people with tons of hair like me or anyone with difficult hair.

Just had the most amazing experience getting my color corrected by Marisa. My hair was dry, several bad shades of blond and she totally transformed it. Shes knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend you get an appointment with her.

I've lived in Santa Clarita for 16 years and finally found a stylist! I've been seeing Marisa and she helped educate me on my scalp and hair health as well as really listening to what I'm looking for in a haircut/style. I just saw Marisa at The Parlour who performed an absolute miracle on my hair. I haven't had a haircut for over a year. My hair looked damaged and dry and SAD. I was sure I needed to loose 2 or more inches. I saw Marisa who was so kind, friendly, and attentive. She gave me a beautiful haircut and I got to keep most of my length. Marcie is a brilliant colorist and has been doing my hair for over a decade. She saved me from a horrible cut and color that left me completely uneven. She makes a color especially for me so my hair looks like a big glass of cherry coke. I will never leave her!!! The parlour is a great place for a cut color and style. Everyone is nice and friendly. I have been getting my hair cut by Natalie for a few years now. She's always given me great cuts and good experiences. She's professional and really listens to what I want done. She's also good with kids cuts! Our whole family loves Natalie and The Parlour Salon.

I moved to Santa Clarita about 6 months ago & The Parlour quickly became my new hair salon! They squeezed me in last minute one day when nobody else would and my hair has never looked better! Marcie is the owner and she is the one who made sure I had my hair done last minute..she set me up with Natalie for color on my roots and I will never go elsewhere! It's a very warm, inviting environment and the prices are fantastic as well. They do everything from hair to nails to facials to lash extensions and even hair extensions so it's possible to have everything done under one roof if you like having that convenience! They definitely use high quality products as well and it shows by the shine in my hair! If you are looking for a new salon in Santa Clarita, look no further.. even their parking is super easy and abundant!! I love The Parlour!!

I have been going to Marcie for my hair for YEARS. I have delicate hair & she's always very mindful of what's safe to do and what's not. We've gone from blonde, to brown, to heavily high & low lighted over the years & my hair has always remained in great condition. Just did a smoothing treatment with her recently. Kindaaaa blew my mind. She's been encouraging to try it for a while & now I understand why! As a side note, the salon is really cute inside & lots of natural lighting.

Alana gave me a great hair cut. Before she started, she asked me a few questions to make sure I received the cut I wanted. Alana also asked if I wanted my nails cleaned up. She gave me a few options and I agreed. Both my hair cut and nails came out just how I wanted.

Brittany is the Best! I was so worried about my daughter wanting to cut her long hair into a wolf cut (multiple layers with bangs). Brittany is so kind and thoughtful. She reassured me this cut would look great on her because of her hair type. I went from internally worried to externally WOWED! Brittany listens to what you say and what your hair goals are and continues to confirm throughout the process to be sure you are comfortable with every step. She is friendly, outgoing, and affordable. I am so glad Brittany is back at this establishment. She also colors my hair and always does an amazing job. Always offered that if I was ever unsatisfied or wanted a small change here and there she would fix it for me, but since Brittany knows what she is doing and does it well, I have never had to go back for anything. Carylnne has been doing my hair for a few years now and I couldn't be happier! I don't dye my hair often and I decided to do highlights. I don't keep up with highlights as much as I should so Carylnne suggested to not do them from the root. I'm in love! I always get washes and cuts as well/ I recommend!!

I called today for a last-minute appointment to see if they would take me for a haircut and when I came in Marisa took care of me. This is the best haircut I've gotten by far not even exaggerating. This is probably the softest my hair has been since I was born, she got my layers to look so perfect and I feel wonderful! Not to mention she was absolutely great to talk to and made me feel really welcomed! Will 100% be coming back and recommending!

Had a bit of expectations especially for the price that the Parlour asked and had some decent reviews. Showed to my appointment and was asked to remove my light sweater off , which was unusual to me as I've never been asked before so I complied, a bit embarrassed but complied. Then maybe 20 minutes later I was done for a snippet here and a snippet there. Well that was the first and last.
