"Upstairs at Parcel 32, I discovered a newly renovated second-floor bar that provides lounge seating for sipping classic cocktails, beer, or wine and serves a limited selection of Parcel 32’s greatest hits, including the pecan meal hush puppies and the smash burger. The Parlour runs specials such as Fried Fish Sandwich Sundays, featuring chef Shuan Brian Sells’ elevated take on the Southern classic paired with a glass of wine or beer for $10, and on Wednesday, Jan. 23 it offered $1.50 oysters shucked to order. It’s open Tuesday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to close, with happy hour Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. and late-night dining on Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. to midnight, and the newly renovated space—complete with a flower mural—is already poised to appear on Instagram feeds soon." - Erin Perkins
