"This spot is a very neighborly and very yellow cafe and market on an idyllic Elizabeth street. This fall’s orange cardamom latte is a fun recurring seasonal drink in Charlotte, and the jade roast of Magnolia Coffee makes for a cup of medium-bodied, stone-fruity joe. This is a communal work-from-home spot during the week and social spot on Saturdays and Sundays, with a craft beer bar, light bites (pastries and salads), and less light bites (smash burgers and pizza)." - Kayleigh Ruller

First time visiting and was quit surprised of the atmosphere. It was busy and a very diverse crowd. Lots of vegan options. My got the Salomon BLT which said was ok but a bit greasy for her liking. But overall I recommend this business bc it a healthy place to eat.

Google
This place is relaxed, service is good and people are friendly/pretty chill. Everyday food with a little flair and creativity, locally owned, and more Vegan/Vegetarian options and substitutions than more places. Very accommodating since my last visit. Vegan Philly (V) - Overall, it's good. It's just impossible beef with condiments - exactly as described, which I appreciate. It does need a little more "pizzazz" like seasoning (herbs & spices are vegan - idk why restaurants are afraid to use them) , lettuce, tomatoes... Etc. However, I must admit that I prefer it slightly more than the Beyond Steak. Nevertheless, my previous comment still stands and I highly recommend they make this more like a "chopped cheese" since its Impossible Burger with the chunks not being so big but can still call it a Philly since it's just chopped meat anyway. Vegan Fried Chicken (V) - It's GOOD AND SEASONED (I need to know their secrets lol) and the flavors work well together. The only problem is the oyster mushroom stem. They fry the entire thing but the stem is too rough and inedible. I wish they would cut it off. I've cooked these mushrooms before and you can cut most of it off leaving the rest intact. I really do like this place, and they do a good job but I think some minor adjustments could make certain menu items much better.

We stopped in for a sandwich and snack. We ordered a club sandwich, danish, and a few cups of tea. The sandwich was packed full of meats. I would have preferred it a little more toasted, but it tasted great. The tea and danish were excellent. Out the door for just under $30. We would eat here again.

The People's Market is hands down a hidden gem! My sister and I stopped by for breakfast before church, and we were absolutely blown away. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and you could taste the love in each bite. I ordered the Chicken Biscuit ($8.99) with Southern fried chicken and house-made pimiento cheese—pure perfection! My sister went for the Vegan Fried Chicken ($12.49) with fried oyster mushrooms, pickled cucumber, vegan slaw, and a bun, and she couldn't stop raving about how delicious and satisfying it was. If you're in the area, this place is a must-try! We'll definitely be back!

Google
I wanted pizza and gave the fig and pig a try. The toppings were generous and properly distributed . The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy and flavorful. I was going to save the second half for later but devoured it in one fell swoop. Delicious!

Google
I got the vegan breakfast burrito (with the vegan sausage but without the vegan cheese) plus an oat milk mocha and an oreo brownie. Everything was so yummy. The spicy green sauce that comes with the burrito is awesome. Very spicy.

Google
It was my first time at the People's Market. This unique market is steps away from Novant/Presbyterian Main and CPCC's main campus. loved the whole vibe here. Reminded me of my college days. Great spot to catch up with friends over breakfast or lunch. Nice healthy menu! Fun atmosphere and a nice variety of wines and beers! I had the tasty soft breakfast tacos and a delicious mint tea. Hubby had a breakfast Burrito that did not disappoint along with his coffee. Our daughter had toast, eggs and bacon, and a nice warm tea! We will make this one of our "go-to spots" on our list where to take family and friends when they come to visit us in the Queen City!

Google
I ordered through DoorDash for 13 food items. There was no option to include additional instruction. So I literally made a phone call to let them know to write the food name on the box label. When I arrived, it was ready and none of the label was written. I asked the guy to write it, and he was super mad and upset. Then he went and wrote it for me. I reached home and not a single side was included such as potato chips and other sides that was all selected. Not only that couple of items were missing as well. Fruit juice and ice tea was a separate order, which was not in the package. I will not recommend this for Doordash order. Included pics and videos of indoor and also the guy who was upset.

Yelp
SANDWICH was exceptional except the fact that there was inconsistency with meat on the sandwich. It should have been put together just a tad bit better. Service was terrific and I will revisit because overall TASTE was exactly what I was seeking. I give it 3 out of 5 "Crystal Twirls" /

Yelp
Parking across the street in the lot is free for 3 hours. A lot of space for seating inside at a table, couches and chairs in the back and countertop around the bar in the middle. I ordered a matcha and a ham and cheese croissant and was very happy with the quality of the food and the flavors! The cashier and barista were super helpful and seemed to get through each customer efficiently when the line grew. Plenty of outlets near the tables to work on a laptop or plug in and charge if needed. Definitely will be back to work and eat!

Yelp
People's Market was not what I expected. Being a "market" I expected a lot of pre-made food and some fresh fruits & vegetables. Food was made fresh when ordered and the restaurant had a lot of comfortable seating and a huge bar area with draft beer on tap plus wine and beer available for purchase to take home. Free parking was available across the street and other lots had paid parking. We were there early morning on a weekday so plenty of parking was available. Great food, drinks & Staff at a great price.

Yelp
Nice spot for a casual lunch in Elizabeth. It was pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon but there was plenty of seating. I like that you walk up to the window and order and then they text you when the food is ready. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza. It was pretty big and loaded with toppings! I loved the fresh flavors of the cilantro and the pickled onions. All of the ingredients went together.

Ashley U.

Yelp
Absolutely love the food at the people's market! So you walk in and it's surprisingly spacious inside--great place for a working lunch! The coffee menu is the dang best! They just launched new lunch and dinner items and everything I've tried is great. Their pizza and sandwiches are very good and their breakfast burrito is my fav. Had the salmon recently and it was a little overdone but still had excellent flavor. It can be very cold on there though so heads up to bring a jacket.

Yelp
This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats for brunch on Sunday, 01-15-23. I ordered the CJ's country boy bowl, creamy grits, mixed fruit, a large jasmine tea, and a regular apple chai-der. This review is reminding me that I need to stop by to dine in. The bowl was filling by itself. The grits were on point; the food was still hot when delivered. The fruit was fresh. The drinks were hot, too. The jasmine was good, but I could use another apple chai on a cold day like today. I'd only had regular chai up to that point and wanted to try something different. It was very good. The good reviews helped me decide to try them that day. Hopefully this one will help you decide, too.

Yelp
Friendly and quick service! I got a cafe americano and my wife got a regular drip coffee. Overall a great experience!

Jeet G.

Yelp
The food is filling, decently priced, and looks really good (especially the pastry box)! Would definitely come back just to grab a quick bite and catch up with a friend It's pretty much self serve but the staff at the counter are really nice and incredibly helpful I came here to do some work but the chairs aren't comfy. There's one couch area that would be nice if you don't need a table to work on. Most people were there chatting with a friend when I was there on a Sunday afternoon Free parking in the big lot down the street (even during the week days)

Krystle M.

Yelp
I absolutely love this space and all it has to offer. I've seen small groups of friends to large group meeting here. There is loads of seating and space. I was mesmerized by the Ricotta Be Kidding' Me pizza. It is so cheesy. I love how all of the flavor harmonize. The People's Market has a pretty extensive menu with loads of options. Service is fast and everyone that I have interacted with from the business has been friendly and helpful. They host several events and even have a Sunday brunch that I hope to get to soon. Yelp
Underrated spot for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The Tommy Pickles pizza never disappoints and they have a decent selection of local beers on tap. The place is always buzzing and had live music on our recent Sunday afternoon visit. Order at the counter service was friendly and food came out quickly. Will certainly add this to our weekend lunch spot list for a no-fuss lunch that offers a variety of options like sandwiches, pizzas, piadinas, and salads.

Yelp
We visited on a Wednesday evening for drinks and dinner. The place was super quiet when we arrived so it made easy to order a beer and grab a table. Our group ordered burgers and I got a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Everything came out hot and tasted good. I did think it was odd that everything was basically wrapped in to go foil but hey less dishes I guess right?

Chelle P.

Yelp
This is definitely about to be my goto work spot. The ambience is chill and welcoming and not too loud I was able to get some work done without any distractions. They sell your typical coffee/latte and baked goods(that look delicious by the way) but they also have a main menu which is what I partook in this day. I got a bottle of water and the impossible burger on wheat bread with all the fixings sautéed onions and tomatoes, lettuce, vegan cheese, and i believe it's mayo whatever sauce it was it was good! The sandwich was so good! I never had an impossible burger that actually tasted pretty healthy. Price wise I would say it was a bit pricey yet decent in today's time. Pricey because I only got a sandwich and a bottle of water and I spent about 20. But I think the ambiance accounted for it. I'll definitely be back to try more things and get more work done!

Yelp
Nice and spacious place to grab lunch and chat with friends. Good food and drinks. Service is fine. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Yelp
As I picked up a to-go croissant, we took all of People's Market in. They really have everything. From a fully-stacked bar to the pastries and hot food, the People's Market is doing it right. Today I opted to try the People's smash burger and hand cut fries. Date stuck to his favorite, the waffle bowl. Burger: 4/5 It was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The brioche roll was perfect with the smash burger. I ate the sandwich as is, but I didn't taste much of the "smash sauce." I might need to ask for extra on the side. Hand cut fries: 5/5 So yummy!! Saturday morning had a good crowd, but not too busy. I wish this was walking distance from us!

Yelp
I love it here. The workers there are always so friendly. I am in love with the hipster salad, it's a great portion. I pair it with the mustard vinaigrette. The caprese pizza was amazing, quality does vary from time to time, this was a good time so that's the only thing I would hope they work on. I came another time and it was not as good. The pumpkin espresso martini is seasonal, it's very sweet so if you like drinks on the sweeter size this is the drink for you.

Yelp
The People's Market is LIFE! I really could stop there, but Yelp won't let me. Housed in the space previously held by the highly revered Earl's Grocery, The People's Market is a true gem. As a devout Earl's fan, I was skeptical that a similar concept in that space would fare well--People's Market has proven me very wrong. Beautiful, brightly lit, & inviting interior--with an array of standard seating, bar seating, comfy couches, & a private meeting space to meet an array of needs. Super cute photo worthy mural paying homage to the Elizabeth neighborhood while simultaneously inspiring feelings of nostalgia through its Friends show styling. AMAZING cocktails--but with Bob Peters in the mix, we could hardly expect anything less!!! (IYKYK) And the food---whether you go with the perfectly crisp chicken & waffles, a juicy smash burger, that DELICIOUS pesto salmon sandwich, the pizza options that won even this native New Yorker's heart, or anything between, you are bound to have hit culinary GOLD. All of this plus great service & live music on Mondays to set us all up for a great week?! People's Market will stay in my regular rotation.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
This is a great spot to get some work done during the day with plentiful outlets. Note that it can get loud depending on the amount of people inside. I appreciate the ease of parking all around the location creating a stress free experience. The staff is friendlier as you go more often. Everything I have purchased to eat or drink is fine but nothing to write home about just yet. I will keep you posted. I wish the waffle were served on an actual plate instead of a to go box.

Yelp
This place is great, lots of food options and it's all really good food. Coffee is great, bar is great. I was drawn here because they offer a ton of gluten free options. The gluten free deserts are so good. However, I've been coming here for about a year and they have only ever once gotten my order correct. Their burgers are so good. Ask for a gluten free bun every single time, now I'm at the point that I really stress it. But every single time, they get it wrong. It's actually really crazy, it literally Happens every time. I'll keep coming back, the burgers a great and GF options in this city are kinda limited. But the staff is often unkind, which makes asking every time for my burger replacement even more work. I don't think they have ever apologized. No one here seems to care a ton, but they are quite lucky the food is good cause it's keeping things operating.

Yelp
Came for a meeting and got a traditional Iced Coffee with SF Carmel and cream. It was deliciously decadent and smooth. I also got a Sausage Breakfast Burrito with Verde and loved every bite. It was delicious. Ambiance is nice too.

Yelp
This is such a community gem! From the breakfast menu to lunch and dinner options, the food at The People's Market delivers. I love the breakfast burrito, the vegan fried "chicken" sandwich (it's an oyster mushroom) and the mushroom pesto pizza! I think all of the food is reasonably priced. So are the lattes (chai tea!) and cocktails. When you think of cocktails in Charlotte, no one really thinks of The People's Market and we all should - they're delicious. This market gets busy and it's with good reason. It's the perfect spot to work remotely or just kick back with friends. I love the bright yellow accents and the mural wall with its nod to Star Wars. They have some limited outdoor seating in front along Elizabeth Avenue and parking isn't too much of an issue. There is a free lot across the street and behind the building, as well as street parking nearby if needed. Enjoy!

Siena D.

Yelp
I tried the salted honey latte at The People's Market. The latte had a nice flavor but was too sweet. The coffee itself tasted smooth and was a light to medium roast. The inside was great for hanging out with friends or coming by yourself to read.

Keela D.

Yelp
The standard American breakfast should always include some form of eggs and grits. The People's Market is a place I've always seen but never knew existed. Their breakfast was so good. Fluffy scrambled eggs. The grits were thick and creamy, and I only needed to add a pinch of pepper. The chicken biscuit is also a great eat. A tender juicy thigh on a fluffy biscuit. I will gladly add The People's Market to my list of breakfast spots. #GratuityAdded  #breakfast  #foodie #instafood  #brunch  #foodblogger #foodstagram #homemade #instagood #thepeoplesmarket #breakfastideas #goodmorning #elizabeth #morning  #breakfasttime #eggs #healthybreakfast #grits #cltfoodie #fyp   #goodeats #instafood  #foodstagram  #foodblogger #charlottefood   #clteats  #queencity  #charlotteeats  #charlottefoodscene #exploreclt  #eatdrinkclt #cltfoodbloggers

Yelp
I was so hungry for lunch but didn't know where to go in Charlotte near the hospital where my mom was staying. I walked outside and found the peoples market across the street. I didn't know what to order and the friendly staff helped me select the chicken avocado wrap. It is good but spicy! Also sweet maybe like honey mustard? The ambiance was great. I didn't get any inside shots but it was a nice day so I sat outside.

Gabe D.

Yelp
I had a day off in Charlotte and took a Bird Scooter to this mostly vegan/vegetarian place. I got the vegan breakfast burrito along with a Juicy IPA beer, and it was a lovely experience. The environment was chill, and the people working there were nice. I highly recommend it, especially for my vegan and vegetarian friends.

Yelp
People's Market new dinner menu is delicious!! I truly enjoyed their variety of flavorful dishes and impeccable service. They had me over here eating Pimiento Hummus-- and I DON'T like either of those things. Or so I thought, I'm a changed woman now. They have the following new seasonal cocktails: MAPLE OLD FASHIONED APEROL CIDER SPRITZ THE GINGERBREAD XAN THE PEOPLE'S PEPPERMINTINI CRANBERRY CINNAMON MULE ** My absolute Faveeeeeee, I will definitely be back for this!! Not only have they added some delicious Bar Bites: The People's Chicken Wings: 6 dry rubbed wings finished with hot honey; **the crispiest wings I have had in a long time, you may think 6 ain't enough, but they are serving WHOLE wings. Cheddars and Peppers Fried cheese curds and cherry peppers, served with side of Sriracha bacon jam** they put they foot in that bacon jam. Smoked Salmon Flatbread Herbed ricotta, arugula, black pepper, lemon garlic olive oil, hot honey, and balsamic glaze. Option to add Proscuitto. Pimiento Hummus With bell peppers, carrots, celery, lavash flatbread, pesto oil, and roasted pepitas. But they have also added several new Entrees: ( All served with yellow rice, lavash flatbread, pesto oil, and roasted pepitas) Quarter Baked Chicken House brined drum and thigh, baked in garlic oil and house seasonings. Hot Honey Salmon Brown sugar and chili powder seared, finished with hot honey glaze. ** the salmon was seasoned to perfect and melted in my mouth! The Vegetarian Plate: Impossible meat sausage made in house with roasted veggies and a salad. The service was impeccable, the chef put their foot in EVERYTHING, and the owner Cory is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. This is the perfect neighborhood spot and has parking right across the street. Also if you like spice they have a lot of house made pepper sauces!!

Jackie L.

Yelp
LOVED the chicken biscuit! I was taking a while ordering, but the staff was very patient with me which I appreciated. When I went it was slightly busy, but never too loud or crazy!

Nora M.

Yelp
I was looking for a new brunch spot and Instagram led me to People's Market. My family and I tried it out and we were not disappointed! My husband and I tried the CJ's breakfast bowl while my boys went for the waffle bowl. The food was delicious and served hot. I particularly loved the creamy grits. Next time, I'll skip the country ham and go for sausage instead - country ham can be a bit too salty. Oh, and I can't forget about the moist and buttery biscuit! Can't wait to go back again soon.

Elyse P.

Yelp
I came here to do a little work and grab breakfast. Overall I liked the place, the vibe was nice, with tons of seating spaced out around the shop, fast wifi and good coffee. My only detraction is that against my better judgement as a northerner, I ordered the market bagel (BEC + avocado on an everything bagel). Calling the bready, unseasoned, not chewy at all carb that I received an everything bagel was almost blasphemous, however every other component of the sandwich was great... If it had come on regular bread or a croissant I could have been extremely pleased with my meal. I take full responsibility for getting my bagel hopes up, and I will definitely go back and go for one of their really delicious looking pastries instead!

Morgan H.

Yelp
Love the People's Market! Great place to work, meet with friends, grab coffee, a smoothie, lunch, wine, and more.

Lakisha M.

Yelp
You work from home? Well this spot is the perfect place to switch up the scenery. It has everything...literally can do breakfast and lunch there with a little happy hour in between. The staff is cool and informative...this place gets packed pretty quickly in the mornings. Love coffee? Well whatever coffee fix you crave it's here and oh there's plenty of vegan options as well. Unfortunately for me I am not a stay at home worker so I ordered my breakfast to go. Creamy grits(which was the best I've had in uhmmmm forever, hash browns(extra crispy) and bacon (4 strips). When I say good GOODT. SN: I did have to paper towel drain my bacon strips but other than that...delicious!!

Tianna W.

Yelp
I've been trying to get in contact with a manager or just someone for about 2 weeks now. I even went to their site and tried to write an email but I'm not sure if they received it but I ordered a decent amount of food from here and only received half of it. On top of that the food that I did receive for example my waffle, came with no syrup or utensils. I was so disappointed because I couldn't even eat the food. Can someone please reach out to me about this?

Brian J.

Yelp
I ordered a pickup order and they forgot my hashbrowns for my kid's burrito side as well as the honey mustard sauce for my kid's chicken tender. They can't even get an order correct... I tried to call them and no answer..... The oreo brownie was incredibly dry and old.... Horrible. Never returning

Dontae G.

Yelp
I will call this the new hidden gem! As Elizabeth is starting to grow with businesses, the people's market has found its way to sneak up on us. I've frequented the area various times in the past few months never noticing this place of joy. As I was in the area for an appointment I looked up a great search for food on YELP of course and the people's market showed. Not knowing what it was I looked at the pictures and reviews that were only a small bunch. However, every review was amazingly pleasant and seems as thought others enjoyed the food and drink. This is when I took the 3 minute ride over to the establishment. Across from them is a parking lot that is free of charge opposed to street parking which cost. As we know it will be free until the population of ppl begin to rise in the area; but for now it's free to park. The food was amazing I of course got the basics, bagel with eggs etc. it's on the menu, pairing it with a nice hazelnut latte. As you can see from the pictures, it's great feel calm vibes and the staff there are amazingly sweet, kind and accommodating. If you haven't tried them out you should! They are also a sustainable company with wifi and space to work and do meetings if you need to! p.s (to the business) It was a pleasure to try you guys out, keep being amazing and I will come back soon. Thanks

Elena A.

Yelp
I have supported this place from the beginning. Today I am just over it all & thus the following rant. I do my part - I don't visit big chain restaurants ever. I rarely complain about the food I am served. Once I complained when my lasagna was frozen in the middle and that sums up how bad it has to be for me to complain. Today I paid for their soup of the day and each cup (bc they don't sell a large option) was 1/2 way filled. Disappointed to say the least. I went to the guy working the food orders to show him and he had nothing to say other than "I guess the chef doesn't want the cups to spill." Say what? I want to support all the small businesses (and sure the economy feels sticky to most) but paying $4 for 3 tablespoons of soup makes me never want to go back. It feels like a rip off and no one enjoys that. End of rant.

Yelp
A window of caffeine opportunity appeared between a doctor's appointment and the bike shop opening. I headed here. There is free three-hour parking across the street (and metered parking directly in front) and the trolley stop is immediately outside. I received a friendly greeting as I entered and a short queue at the register. The barista took my order and a few moments later, my name was called. I picked up my cortado and took the first sip: perfection. Cortado is smaller than a latte or cappuccino - instead of foamed milk, it is steamed, made with 50% milk and 50% espresso. You can taste the coffee as it's not diluted with too much milk! It's customarily served in a short glass and The People's Market does it that way. This is a huge space. Bar seating, table seating, booths against the wall. Some folks are having coffee meetings and some mommies are having mommy meetings. Some folks are here to work with their laptops and I did the same for a bit. Free wifi and power outlets all about. It's not quiet like a library and it's not noisy like a restaurant. This morning was a low buzz and I enjoyed it while finishing my delicious coffee and sending some emails. Give this place a shot, whether for your morning caffeine or a lunch break. They also have a full bar if you're looking to unwind a bit too.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped by here after a late morning run. They wanted some coffee and I was ready for a mimosa and bacon and eggs. It wasn't too busy and we were able to order right away. This is a cute place, lots of seating, a coffee counter and regular bar in the middle. I wanted to get the breakfast tacos but they stop the full breakfast menu at 1130 and we arrived just after noon, so I went with their bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin which, along with the burrito, is offered all day. Also couldn't resist a peppermint macaron for a little sweet treat to finish it off. The mimosa was made with fresh squeezed OJ but unfortunately not as cold as I would have liked, but still good. The breakfast sandwich was hearty and filling, they have a bunch of sauce and condiment options in the back, I added some hot sauce. And the macaron hit the sweet spot. All in all a nice spot to check out!

Katharine C.

Yelp
Ordered the Caesar chicken wrap and it was awful. Poorly wrapped, no flavor, and the lettuce was super wilted. Not sure how a staple can be done so poorly.

Sammy B.

Yelp
Great food and coffee but some of the most uncomfortable seating for a coffee shop. I would love to work from here but I cannot sit in the chairs for more than an hour. They do have a couple of couches and soft chairs but none that are at tables to work at. The People's Market, please consider getting more inclusive seating for plus size guests and more comfortable seating for all!

Jessica B.

Yelp
I've been here a few times now, but this time I came in the morning for a brunch. I really enjoy the space and they even had live music. However, the coffee left a little to be desired. I got the Biscoff cookie latte (2 stars) and it didn't really have flavor and was too bitter. My Bf's lavender vanilla latte was much better though. Would definitely recommend stopping in for the pizza and drinks!!

Courtney W.

Yelp
This place used to my partner and I's go-to pickup place on the weekends and other days off. Unfortunately there was a few times where they've messed up our orders. Once they gave me two bottom pieces for both of our bagels which felt kind of insulting lol. Another time I ordered sweet potato fries and they gave me regular fries. They've also forgotten items a couple times. If you order food check your bag. But the reason we stopped going here is the lack of ability to order coffee on mobile through their website or toast tab. They used to offer it and took it off. It was still on toast for a while but the last time I ordered coffee off of toast the barista seemed really annoyed and asked me how I ordered a coffee on mobile which was weird and off putting. Now it's not on toast either (shocker after that interaction). Super inconvenient and just odd considering every other place in the area offers coffee to go? It's never swamped when I go in there so I'm not sure why it was an issue or why the barista was so irritated about it. Unfortunately this has led to me not going anymore.

Alena K.

Yelp
We come here all the time. They have several gluten free dairy free options that are all very good! The baked goods are a little too sweet though. The chai latte is my favorite. There's a ton of seating too and sometimes they have live music.

Destiny H.

Yelp
Really cool laid back spot for day drinking/lunch date. I wish they were opened later.

The people's market is a cute little coffee shop in Elizabeth. It's pretty large inside with plenty of seating options and even a private conference room you can rent out for work meetings. They have plenty of options for breakfast/lunch as well as coffee drinks and grab and go drinks, along with some grab and go food options too. All the food and pastries I've had here have been ok, nothing incredible though. My favorites are the BLT and the fries. The fries are very salty, but I love salt. I've also had the breakfast burrito which was alright but they forgot the avocado in it. Also the bahn mi but I ordered it as a sandwich instead of a wrap. The pastries are made in-house, but all that I've tried just fall flat, especially the croissants. It's a nice option if you are in the area, but nothing I go out of my way for.

Yelp
Food is great and so it the ambiance and if only the people working here would know how to talk to clients, this place would have been great. We came here to enjoy a family breakfast and the employee with a shaved head started giving us attitude and impatient eye rolls right off the bat. We took a few minutes to look through their pastries (exactly 6mins to be precise) as this was our first time here and asked a few questions and only got eye rolls and passive aggressive answers back. At which point he switched with another employee, a lady with glasses, who was as unhelpful and as unwelcoming as her colleague. I always Grace and think that you never know what's going on in another person's life, but when their bad attitude starts spilling into their service, that's unacceptable. Needless to say we won't be back which is a shame, I really wanted to like this place. Update: I took the breakfast burrito home and discovered a twist tie inside of it. So avoid the food as well as the people who work there.

Yelp
Enjoyed my recent visit to the people's market. The space is nice and airy, especially with the garage doors up. Perfect place to study with a coffee or beer and grab a bite. The service was a little slow at the bar, but overall enjoyed my experience. I'll def be back.

Yelp
I finally had a chance to drop in the new location of The People's Market and enjoyed my first visit. Although I preferred the previously locations atmosphere inside the food and service still delivered. I dropped in for a late breakfast and ordered a vanilla latte and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The latte was great and I definitely enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. I had to get my order to go, but hope to return soon and enjoy another coffee again.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the new location. And I still love it! I always compare my iced caramel lattes to Not Just Coffee. In my opinion, Not Just coffee is the bar. The People's Market comes very very close to that bar. The cinnamon glazed croissant was phenomenal! Service is top notch. Plenty of seating. Great atmosphere! Plenty of pastries to choose from.

Yelp
Wonderful gluten-free pastry items that aren't boring! There's something for everyone at The People's Market from morning to evening. Employees are friendly and the space is great for meeting a few friends or grabbing a quick meal by yourself. I can't wait for more locations to open!
