The Best Patios In Nashville for Outdoor Dining and Drinking

"The Pharmacy draws crowds to East Nashville for burgers, wursts, and interesting beer options hailing from Germany as well as Tennessee. The large, landscaped, dog-friendly outdoor space provides a lively backdrop for plenty of picnic table seating and strings of twinkling lights, making it ideal for daytime or evening dining. You can also find a Pharmacy Burger location with outdoor seating at Assembly Food Hall downtown." - Kellie Walton

Evelyn’s Opens its Doors With Steak Tartare and Towering Sundaes - Eater Nashville

"The Pharmacy Burger is taking it old-school with a new burger series called the 'Nashville Burger Time Machine.' The long-time local burger joint is paying tribute to classic Nashville restaurants that’ve closed by resurrecting some of their dishes or making a burger inspired by them. The nostalgic restaurants being remembered include Rotier’s Restaurant, Gold Rush, Edgefield Sports Bar & Grill, King Solomon Gyros, Arnold’s Country Kitchen, and Omni Hut." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

"This German beer garden in the East Nashville neighborhood quickly became famous for serving some of the best burgers in town, though their brats and sausages are also worth going out of your way for, as they're all ground and made on site. The picnic tables in the back make for a fun communal dinner experience, and the beer list (unsurprisingly) is miles long. Ample greenery and twinkle lights make it an equally enjoyable experience in the evenings."

Google
Great food and love that they have vegetarian options! Dined here once about 3 years ago and couldn’t wait to get back. The food and service are still wonderful! It was pouring rain so we couldn’t enjoy the garden seating but inside was comfortable. Highly recommended the pretzel with beer cheese. And all the reviews on the tots being the best, well they are okay. It’s the hand cut fries that is where it’s at. Get a side of the Coke barbecue sauce and sour cream for them. So good!

Google
It was a pretty good burger. I've heard many people say this is the best burger place in the area, so I had to check it out when I was in the area. Overall, it was a pretty good burger, but it was not THE best burger I've had in the area. Nothing bad, just not slap you in the face amazing, as I had been lead to believe. The service was good, and the servers were friendly. Thankfully when I went, it wasn't too busy, so there wasn't a long wait for the food. Would definitely recommend going here over fast food, but I can't say I'll be going out of my way to come back.

Heads up, if you have a party less than 4 people they can get you in super quick without a reservation. Sadly the porch was closed due to weather but the vibes were still great. We got sat in 15 mins at peak time on a Friday with a party of 3. The burgers were super good and the fries were for sure a highlight. We also tried the malt which we highly recommend. We even grabbed some to go.

Google
Really tasty burgers, but also an extensive soda fountain and ice cream drinks bar. I got the White Oak with great sweet potato fries that still had the skins on. My family got the Chipotle Slap burgers with jalapenos with regular fries and tater tots. The portions were super generous. The Orange Creamscicle soda was delicious.

Google
This burger spot is amazing! We had a double hamburger and a single cheeseburger with vegan cheese. We also ordered fries and tots. The sweet tea was great. We tried the strawberry and ginger home made soda. It was delicious. The burgers were juicy and cooked just right. Our server was really nice and made great recommendations. This place is a must try.

Google
We arrived with a party of six and they were all hungry. We arrived around 6 PM and they were able to seat us immediately inside at a nice sized table. Everyone in our party was able to get great drinks and entrees and the service was fantastic. We came on a recommendation and everything was just spectacular. Highly recommended!

Google
We went here for a work event happy hour and dinner. The drink menu was impressive as well as the outdoor seating area. Maybe it was the size of our group that threw off the staff, but I was less impressed. They were snippy and kinda mean to our table.. thinking it might’ve been overwhelming to them? But this place was so hyped up that I had high expectations. Unfortunately I felt let down with a build your own burger bar that was hardly stocked. Maybe it’d be different if you came here for a full meal on your own dime ordering directly from the menu.

Google
Sat at the bar, everything about this place is great. Burger was solid with a stupid serving size of sweet potato fries. Plus I love the nostalgic house made sodas and the vanilla malt hit the spot. The beer selection is nice with mostly Belgian and a Japanese one. Also the service from Joe, the bartender was phenomenal, very kind and informative.

Yelp
Great food, great price, nice staff, fast seating and food delivery time, "Great fries, homemade buns, and a variety of burgers for all tastes.

Yelp
A MUST when in Nashville. I'm actually jealous of locals for this one!!! We ALWAYS stop in when we are traveling. This trip was on our way back from Rochester, MN to GA and we went out of our way to stop!! It's THAT good. Had a triple cheese burger, they are farm fresh and delicious!!!! I selected my cheeses because they have about 12 different kinds and I didn't want what they put on it. I got havarti, provolone, and ghost pepper. Thank goodness I got the other 2 because the ghost pepper was intense! By half the burger, I was on fire. No worries, I ate every bit because I had the amazing house made pumpkin soda with their own phosphates. My hubby also had a cheeseburger with cheddar and ghost pepper and a creamsicle soda. All the potato sides are fabulous! We truly have never had a bad experiences here. Wait staff is attentive and kind. Service is fast! The atmosphere is fun yet chill. Love the beer garden!!! Always a good time and a great place to come with friends!

Yelp
We were the first customers as they opened at 11:00. On entering, the staff quickly and politely greeted us. They say us in a small table amongst the crowd of floor tables - it worked, but as a tall guy short tables suck! Our server came to the table and brought water quickly. She took our drink order and had them on the table super fast. She took our order and it came in enough time for us to enjoy a bit of the ambiance and clientele as they began entering the restaurant. From my observation, the restaurant was once a great place. Now, it is probably a great dive bar, better visited at night when you can't see its tired decor. Nothing fancy, just doing the job and not the best for food quality. Sadly the wife and I ordered it exactly the same burger and drink. We both ordered white oak bbq burger. Interesting enough we were asked if we wanted the bbq sauce on them and hers had it and mine was dry! We weren't asked how we wanted them cooked, yet they were served so well done they were close to shoe leather. My wife had the German Potato Salad as a side and I had the fries. Her Potato Salad was more like soup and my fries were cold and soggy. It was a bust of a meal - strike 2. Now back to the seating.... The majority of patrons went to the outside beer garden while we weren't asked nor did we know about on entering the restaurant. Hummm..... no for sitting inside, we were the only ones at a table for the first 20 minutes and staff decided to sit a group at the table behind us. Generally not a problem. However, there was so little room between my chair and theirs the patron continued to bum my chair until I repositioned our table so the both of us could fit in the space! Not comfortable! In summary, i can't find the need to return. For as many bars and burger joints available, I can't justify a $50 lunch for less than mediocre. I really don't like blasting a place, especially one that has great potential, but there is a ton to learn here before charging $50 for lunch and not delivering on the remainder of value.

Yelp
Wow...best burger in all of Tennessee! Super cool atmosphere, excellent home made sausages and outstanding beer selection. Was able to order my favorite beer in the world here Weinenstephan Krystal...such an unbelievable find at this spot. Located in a super cool area also.

Yelp
There are a few spots in East Nashville that help define the neighborhood for what it is - and I think The Pharmacy is one of them. I've been to this restaurant a handful of times, and always appreciate the laid-back local vibes. Whether you sit indoors or outdoors, you're in for a casual but memorable meal. On my most recent visit, a friend and I ate dinner outside in the Beer Garden. Even on a weeknight they were busy, and while we didn't have to wait for a table, many of the parties that arrived after us did. I will say that the outdoor seating is a little different - they utilize community tables, so if you're not comfortable sitting right beside strangers, you may want to opt to dine inside. I ordered the White Oak Burger, and paired it with an Oktoberfest beer and some sweet potato fries. The burger was well-cooked and extra saucy - I especially liked the crunch from the fried onions. My fries could have used a bit more salt, but the texture was spot on. If you haven't been to The Pharmacy yet - definitely check it out. This is a fun spot for a weeknight burger and brew - and I know we'll be back soon.

Yelp
The food was great, I really love the build your own burger aspect. The fact they have so many vegan dairy alternatives for those who suffer from being lactose intolerant is a win. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was our waiter didn't make us feel really welcome, especially as we were one of the two tables in the restaurant. Other than that the food was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
We really enjoyed the burgers here. I got the cheeseburger and it was so big and delicious I ate the other half for leftovers the day after. I told the server about my egg allergy and she made sure that I was aware of everything that had egg in it and allowed me to make the accommodation of no aioli on my burger. I also really enjoyed the boozy cream soda. One of the best drinks I've had in Nashville.

Yelp
I'm from out of town visiting Nashville and a friend recommended this wonderful place. I had the White Oak BBQ Burger which comes with house-made Coca-Cola BBQ sauce, smoked bbq onions, provolone, Gifford's bacon, crispy onion straws and pickle. What an amazing combination of flavors. The service here was attentive, friendly and the food came out in about five minutes. Parking was a little difficult as this area has a few popular hangouts and can get busy at times, but it was well worth the couple minutes it took to find a parking spot. If you're looking for a cool restaurant with a GREAT menu and friendly service I highly recommend checking this place out.

Yelp
Ordered carry out on a Saturday afternoon. It was ready in about 30 minutes and it was fresh with good portion size. All the flavors were spot on, and the menu had a good option of burgers! Glad we checked this out while visiting Nashville

Yelp
A highlight of my week is grabbing a Pharmacy burger with their coleslaw and home-made soda. My go-to is their chipotle jalapeno burger on a bed of lettuce just because the burger speaks for itself. The menu is the best combo of gourmet flavors and the most addicting fast-food smash burger. I went out of my comfort zone and tried a phosphate soda and loved it!

Yelp
Visiting Nashville and stopped here for burgers. Kids had smaller burgers - nothing else on them, so be sure to ask if you want toppings on these. I had the Bacon-eighter monthly special - but with goat cheese instead of American. It's a half pound patty, but smashed down - sort of like a hybrid of a smash burger and a thick burger. They serve medium well by default (I think standard for smaller smash burgers) - I asked for medium rare and got closer to medium. The bun was good, burger was good, and I liked the goat cheese on it, but it was missing some kick - maybe some of their garlic aioli would have made the difference. I had the tater tots - nearly perfect, nice and crunchy. She had the Chipotle slap burger. She thought it was good - but because of the large size of the smashed burgers, didn't think it had enough of the peppers on it. Be sure to order extras if you want them in every bite. They had peach shakes on special - they were pretty good, but daughter didn't like it. Creamsicle phosphate soda was good.

Madeline T.

Yelp
These burgers are soooo good! They also give you tons of fries/tots/whatever side you order. Our waiter was definitely not happy to be there but it didn't really effect the experience. We were sat outside technically, but they had a tent up with heaters so we weren't too cold!

Yelp
Favorite burgers ever! Love to go here when in Nashville, TN. Staff is always Incredible and so Friendly. Food is always hot and so Delicious. Potato salad is my Favorite! Amazing fries.. Both Sweet potato and regular! I like the White Oak BBQ Burger.. My Husband, Daniel likes the Stroganoff Burger. Must Try!

Yelp
Burgers were amazing. Definitely a great choice of different burgers. A MUST try! We got a pickup order. It was ready in 15 minutes during lunch time. Easy and quick pick up. Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Yelp
One of the best places you can visit in Nashville, not far from the grand ol. You can't go wrong eating here
google avatar

JaNese B.

Yelp
This place was very small and unassuming. There was a cute mural on the wall outside. The food was pretty good. I didn't like that I had to pay extra for sauces. Service was average. The bathroom was completely outdated.

Yelp
I just moved to Nashville and my first favorite restaurant as of now is The Pharmacy. Love the beer and the atmosphere and service is excellent. Paul my server was very attentive and a looker too. Food rocked and beer was cold and very satisfying. Will be back!

Yelp
No need to check goodRX, this place has the best meds ;) Driving through Nashville on a road trip, we wanted a good burger in a vibey dog friendly locale. Pharmacy was perfect, it has a large covered patio we sat at, and even though it was raining we didn't feel a drop. We got the pharmacy burger for $14 and it was perfect. Plenty to share, great basket of fries and service was quick service. Judging by the crowd the place is popular but the patio is chill. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
Man, Nashville is the place for food and interesting pubs and bars. Even one they call the Pharmacy known for its burgers and tap beers. Love love love the ambiance and the people here seem to love it here. From the customers that sat next to me at the bar to the friendly smile and service from the bartender to the greeter at the door. I had the Bbq burger and damn! So good. I had to try the potato salad here and it's the best I have ever had in awhile. You owe it to yourselves to visit The Pharmacy when in Nashville. Oh yes, I will be back.... Remember to support your local eateries so we don't starve...

Yelp
Great burgers were enjoyed here after a visit to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage plantation. The service was quick and friendly. The food was great and everything was cooked to order. We had a great time and ate in the beer garden out back. They have extensive offerings of food, wine and beer.

Yelp
Well, reviews led us here so I want to make sure and do the same. The look of the place is great, menu sounded great, people were friendly enough, seating is horrible- hard wooden no back bench seats set REALLY close to the next tables. Cozy? Not quite, just uncomfortable. We placed our orders and anticipated amazing burgers. Unfortunately my husband and I got...not beef??? Our party of 5 had 4 burgers and one chicken sandwich. 2 burgers were obviously beef patties, looked and tasted like beef. Our burgers were made with some kind of spongy sausage like patty, that's the best I can describe them. They were grayer in color compared to the other two beef burgers also. I asked our server and he emphatically said yes those are beef. Are you sure? Did we need to specify we wanted beef? Because these are not beef. Now, I know the stereotype being from TX...we know beef. This was not it. The manager came over and we showed her and explained the difference in texture and taste. She offered to have them remade but we chose not to do that. They weren't BAD just not beef or what we expected at all. The toppings and flavors were good for what we had for the stroganoff burger and the other I can't recall the name was an employee fave with ghost pepper jack and bacon. I didn't eat the other half, just kind of put off by it. The burgers we tried from the rest of our group were ok, again not a fan of the meat. I wouldn't go back and I'd be wary of what meat they're using.
google avatar

Amanda Jean D.

Yelp
Agree with reviews that quality of burger was just average. We saw the long line and reviews and eagerly joined. Anticipation built as we waited more than 30 minutes (we understood it was a busy Friday night, so no knock there). When food arrived it was a disappointment. Server was awesome, ambiance was nice.

Yelp
Wow! What a great find. The Pharmacy is a restaurant serving burgers in the East Nashville area. It was quite busy on the weekend during lunch time, but we were still able to be quickly seated. Given how hot it was, we opted to sit indoors, but there was a fun outdoor area to consider checking out! I ordered the Pharmacy burger (had to go with what I assumed was their special from the name) with sweet potato fries. I also asked for maple mustard sauce on the side. The burger was amazing! Very satisfying. The sweet potato fries, likewise, were delicious with a perfect amount of salt to complement the sweet taste. I really enjoyed eating them with the maple mustard which was a welcomed surprise! I'll be back again- such a great restaurant!
google avatar

Julia K.

Yelp
It's seriously just OK. For the positives: - As far as trendiness goes, it's adorable and totally picturesque. - The beer & drink selection is fun! - GREAT fries... best I've had in East so far. Alright, sorry to do this to ya, Pharmacy. You're overhyped, and I'm here to tell the people. It's overpriced for burgers you could make at home, and they would probably taste better. They wouldn't be room temperature by the time you got to eat them. The service is the worst I've experienced in East. I am 100% convinced they just forget about you until they walk past you to seat another table, and then they have an "oh s___" moment. I swear it's happened every time lol. Again, the place itself is fun and trendy. If I'm craving one, I just wouldn't pick this place to grab a burger. If friends do want to have dinner here, I usually get the chicken sandwich, which is actually AMAZING. That's what brings the place to a three instead of two for me. Service truly makes the experience, but it is heavily lacking here.
google avatar

Marlon T.

Yelp
Best burger in Nashville? It is dang delicious here and every burger bite (with tater tots in between), was magic in my mouth. Washed down with one of their Belgian beers, I had a great lunch. The staff is nice and I like wooden interior. They say food is medicine, and I highly recommend The Pharmacy!
google avatar

Lara T.

Yelp
Sat at the bar and had great service! The ladies were so helpful and kind. Got to taste the house rootbeer before ordering. Not a fan. But the wanted caramel whiskey shake was quite yummy! We both got burgers and they were good - could not eat them all - have lunch for tomorrow! Will go back!
google avatar

Lynnette G.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! The patio is what brought us in, but service and food will keep me coming back. I loved the ability to create your own burger and I was pleasantly surprised to see goat cheese on the menu- yummy! Burger was cooked perfectly, but the sweet potato fries were definitely burnt. Loved all the sauce options and our server was amazing at providing recommend rations. The beer list was large with something for everyone. Can't beat the prices for large portions either! This place is a MUST TRY.

E R.

Yelp
This is my favorite burger spot in East Nashville! I get the Pharmacy burger and tater tots and it's always cooked perfectly. If you're in the mood for a good classic burger, I definitely recommend trying them out.

Yelp
I raised four sons in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles, in particular the township of Encino. They all played Little League baseball, AYSO Soccer, Jammers Basketball and any other Saturday sport that you can think of. After every game, our go-to place for lunch was always Johnny Rockets Hamburger Stand. It was a ritual and the food was pretty good. Today at The Pharmacy here in Nashville I ordered their smash cheeseburger and fries. Wow, it looked and tasted the exact same as Johnny Rockets we had on those many many Saturdays. A flood of flashbacks and reminiscence hit me like a brick. It was a very comfortable and nostalgic lunch I just had. I wish all four of my sons could have shared that with me, but they are scattered all over this country. I'm sure they would have felt the same way I did. I liked The Pharmacy for a lot of reasons, but the sentimentality of this meal was first and foremost for the histrionics of those times gone buy.
google avatar

Jean G.

Yelp
Devour an amazing burger with variety of sides and options. They make their own soda that you can spike to make them even more fun. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and accommodations. We loved the pharmacy theme ambiance.

Yelp
Quick stop in Nashville for a bite and local vibe. Yummy burger, amazing fries, even better ranch. Service was quick, kind, and helpful.

Yelp
Great spot with fun staff and yummy pub food. Plenty of choices on beer and drinks. I had a giant burger with tots. Definitely would recommend.

Corrie-Beth L.

Yelp
This was my first time here. It came highly recommended and did not disappoint! We waited for the outdoor area and it was perfection. Our waitress Kayla was such a gift! She was polite, friendly, efficient, thoughtful and so helpful. She made our night! Burgers were out of this world delicious. Highly recommend the Pharmacy Burger and White Oak BBQ! Kayla recommended the black bean corn salad which I wouldn't have normally ordered, and was so glad I did. Delish! Can't wait to come back here on my next trip. I hope I get Kayla again!!

Yelp
My boyfriend and I just moved to Nashville and have heard great things about the Pharmacy from friends. Upon having a date night recently we were very disappointed with our meal. We tried the sweet potato fries, the white oak burger with bean and corn salad and a build your own burger with a side of coleslaw. The fries came out immediately and were not hot or warm, they seemed room temp and looked sad. I love coleslaw and this coleslaw was unbearable, forget the bean and corn salad and the white oak was not worth the money. My boyfriend and I love food, especially burgers as well as trying out new places. We went on a Thursday, not sure if I could say that maybe they were just busy and the food just wasn't up to par...we just don't understand the hype. Our meal was almost $50 for something that would have been way cheaper and better tasting a fast food restaurant. Even the picture we took looks unappetizing. The White Oak Burger made my boyfriend sick. My boyfriend rates this place 1 star but our waitress was very nice and understanding- so 2 stars.
google avatar

Misty J.

Yelp
I have no idea what the hype is about. Service was horrible food was ok I wish we had gone to the taco place across the street instead.
google avatar

Marisa C.

Yelp
5 stars all the way for a perfectly made burger to satisfy my craving! I don't typically eat burgers often, so when I do, I get sad if it doesn't turn out cooked right. This burger was cooked perfectly medium. I ordered the pharmacy burger with fries, $12. The mountain of fries were amazing and it was the perfect portion to share! The outside patio is dog friendly! Staff is friendly and service is quick! I highly recommend this spot for your burger cravings!!
google avatar

Nirmal R.

Yelp
This place is a gem for sure. The first time I came here was when I first moved to Nashville! And finally got the chance to go back again! If you love a good burger and tots you should definitely check this place out. Best part is this place is not super expensive! I got the chipotle slap burger with turkey patty and it was really good! I was trying to be healthy and got sweet potato fries. I tried the tots from my friend and definitely regretted not getting them. They have quite the sauce selection! The server was kind enough to get quite a few. If you are a sauce person I'd definitely recommend trying out a few! They don't have a fully loaded drink menu(liquor) but they do have other sweet drinks which I didn't try. The parking situation will be street parking. We had a group of 8 ppl and we all loved the food! Will definitely be back again!
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Had the stroganoff burger. Huge burger, great flavor.. could only eat half. but just wish it had more mushrooms.. vs just cream sauce. Cream sauce takes over burger taste. Still.. totally solid burger. I would try different burger next time. Staff was very nice and helpful. And don't get made if u ask for a Diet Coke and they don't have it. Try something different! Edit post review: I was not expecting Diet Coke, etc.. I was very happy with selection of house brands. I was just letting new people know, don't expect to get ur regular, run if the Coke products! That's all'.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place! The burgers were excellent and so was the service. I wish they offered a lettuce wrap (a bed of shredded lettuce isn't the same). We will be back!

Yelp
Me and my buddies were driving through Tennessee for the hockey game in Nashville and were recommended by a bartender when we were in Memphis to go to Pharmacy burger. Saw there was one next to the arena and was about to go to that one, but a couple of other bartenders also told us we should go to this one instead. So we hopped in an Uber and tried this location out instead. I got the White oak bbq burger and it was really good. Sauce was nice and sweet and complimented the burger well. Fries might seem a bit overdone, but I thought they were good and they went along well with the different sauces they offered. My buddies also got the currywurst and I tried a bit. It was good, but I'm not a big fan of currywurst. Cool they also offered different sides, but we all got tots and fries. We decided not to drink as we just finished visiting two distilleries, so don't really know about the beer they serve. Overall, friendly servers, good food, and decent prices. I can see why this place has some fans. Wish we had some more time here as there is a taco joint and Cajun place right across the street, and they also look pretty good.

Yelp
The Pharmacy was a really interesting burger place. It's located in East Nashville so it's not the place you're going to walk from downtown but it is a short drive over the river to get to if you're jonesin' for a great burger. It had a nice, German feel to the inside. I don't think I've ever seen any burger place with the number of sauces and options as The Pharmacy brings to the table. Almost too many, but can you really have too many? Also, they have vegan options with a black bean or impossible patty to swap out for beef - which was great since our son's girlfriend is vegan. A number of highlights...Service, excellent! Sauce options, outstanding. Size of patty - big! Cook it the way you want it (i.e. medium rare - you bet!). Beer options - strong, with a broad range of different beers in cans and bottles (it is a beer garden after all - some local, some imported) This was winter so we sat inside, but our son says their outside seating is wonderful. Sides - strong recommend on the German potato salad - I mean really good. Why not 5 stars? We thought the fries were okay, not really seasoned. I think their model (which is fine) is season via a dipping sauce but I think a burger place needs to spend equal time perfecting the fries - but I'm splitting hairs here. Others may disagree. This is definitely a locals place and our son, who is a local, was the one selecting this spot. It was a great selection!

Yelp
This place was very good! From the unique drinks to the great burgers, I couldn't be more happy with the results. The burger was cooked well and to your preference. The creamsicle drink was fantastic and takes just like an ice cream.

Yelp
Solid Spot. There was a good selection of beer. Not overwhelming. It was a little crowded but we were seated in less than 15 minutes. I got the White Oak BBQ burger and the wife got the Farm Burger. The BBQ burger hit the spot and wasn't too heavy. Only critique would be the patty needed more seasoning and I needed more of that sweet bbq sauce. The hand cut fries were a nice touch, but I did not care much for the roasted garlic aioli. The tater tots needed more seasoning and felt more like an after thought but the farm house was also solid. Overall, good vibes here and is a good pick for a Friday night.

Yelp
WOW. Ordered the stroganoff burger with sweet potato fries and a root beer float. The waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu and the food came out promptly. I loved the burger, it was an amazing blend of flavors and medium well just as ordered. The fries weren't soggy and there were a bunch of sauce options! I ordered them with the curry ketchup. The root beer float was massive! You can never go wrong coming here

Yelp
I am reviewing The Pharmacy located in the Nashville Airport. Let me, first, do a shout out to our waiter who was not only kind but enhanced our meal. For all his graciousness, however, it could not overcome the mediocre food. I had a hot dog that, I think, was frozen so it had to be overcooked. My husband's burger was OK. The rolls seemed a little stale. And the fries were average. The best thing about this fast-food location is that you can hear music in the background and the management let's you stay as long as you want. Additionally, if you are a sports' fan you can stay and watch a game while slowly sipping your drink.

Yelp
I love a good burger and the pharmacy has some good ones. They are also big and very filling. I had the original pharmacy burger with fries. It came out hot, fresh and juicy. The fries were also cook to perfection. I will try other burgers when I come back. The service was good and the restaurant itself was fine.

Yelp
I was tempted to try an alternative to my favorite burger in Nashville and I'm glad I stopped in for dinner. I like the pharmacy better because it's a much nicer atmosphere and the food was equally as good. The phosphates and ice cream drinks gives this restaurant a unique angle that works really well. The phosphates can be had by themselves or with ice cream or alcohol and the one I tried was delicious. Mine was an orange creamsicle and the taste was spot on. The burger was big and flavorful and the fries were some of the best I've had and reminded me of five guys style fries. It was pretty much the perfect quick and casual meal at prices close enough to fast food that the price is very negligible. My burger was around $14 and had plenty of premium toppings.

Yelp
This was touted as the best burger place but it fell short in my opinion. The main problem is the bun! It's not an appropriate vessel for a burger! The fries were great but don't order the German potato salad unless you want soup!
