The smoked brisket baked beans and horseradish super-slaw will blow you away, and the smoked sweet potatoes and freshly-fried pork skins have you coming back for more. $1 oysters are a fave, and you can't beat the smoked wings. You'll love the simplicity but be amazed at the execution and presentation.
