The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was both social and comfortable. The staff was professional yet welcoming, making it a fantastic place to grab drinks, meet with friends, enjoy lunch, or even get some work done over coffee. Best of all, if you have one too many drinks, you don’t need to worry about driving home—there’s a hotel check-in right in the lobby. The South American menu is a standout, offering flavorful dishes that are a refreshing change from the bland options at many nearby restaurants. Parking was hassle-free, and there’s also an outdoor dining area for those who prefer to eat outside. A big thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience, to the chef—well done! And to the owners, you’re definitely onto something special!

We had a great experience at The Pink Polo today! It was our first experience and Fernando made our stay very welcoming and inviting by crafting drinks and food to our dietary needs, was very professional and helpful when we had questions, and made our work day very enjoyable (we work remotely, so the place was a perfect vibe!). Thanks for a great time, we will definitely be regulars here!

The Bartender was amazing! He gave recommendations based on our taste preference and educated us in the background of our drinks that we ordered.

I was grabbed upon entering this establishment by a young lady on the staff. I wrote a letter to the establishment and was ignored.

The (Argentina) lamb was flavorful and the spices impeccable. The figs blended perfectly for a little sweet and salt together. The plate was also esthetically pleasing . Great job Chef!!
