The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was both social and comfortable. The staff was professional yet welcoming, making it a fantastic place to grab drinks, meet with friends, enjoy lunch, or even get some work done over coffee. Best of all, if you have one too many drinks, you don’t need to worry about driving home—there’s a hotel check-in right in the lobby. The South American menu is a standout, offering flavorful dishes that are a refreshing change from the bland options at many nearby restaurants. Parking was hassle-free, and there’s also an outdoor dining area for those who prefer to eat outside. A big thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience, to the chef—well done! And to the owners, you’re definitely onto something special!

We had a great experience at The Pink Polo today! It was our first experience and Fernando made our stay very welcoming and inviting by crafting drinks and food to our dietary needs, was very professional and helpful when we had questions, and made our work day very enjoyable (we work remotely, so the place was a perfect vibe!).
