The Rambler Kitchen & Tap

Pretty solid dinner spot with good beer on draft. We enjoy grabbing a sandwich or burger on a warm summer evening with some of their beers on tap. They always have a bunch of games on their TVs and good music in the evenings. We recommend getting the cheese curds as an appetizer before dinner. The salads are okay, but we were not as impressed as we were with their burgers and sandwich options. Lovely neighborhood spot overall with friendly and attentive staff.

The patio/private party area was really nice. Service was great, it has a nice homely feel to it overall. The nachos with beef were phenomenal. The my party had three different types of chicken. Jerk, bbq and the house flavor, those were good as well. I would recommend and can't wait to go back.

We went here for trivia night. It was a blast. Lots of seating inside and outside on patio. We ordered the cheese curds and some bone in wings. Although we had a great time for trivia, the wings made one of us sick in the middle of the night. Only one person ate the wings which is how we know it was them...Maybe they were not cooked fully. Just be aware of that. I would give it 5 stars but because of the wings problem I can't. We would still return for the trivia though.

Just checked this place out, & it's fantastic! We had wraps with French Fries, & both were good portions & delicious! (People at the bar told me I should have tried the Pork Chop Sandwich. It sounds delicious!!) We sat at the end of the bar & had a good view of at least 6 big TVs, but we would have been on the patio/beer garden if it were a bit warmer.. It's dog friendly:) Good beer/liquor selection, & I hear a great wine list coming soon. Definitely check this spot out if you're passing by!

Very spacious front patio which is perfect for COVID social distancing. In the shade. Clean. Quiet. Good selection of drafts and cans/bottles. The staff is extremely nice. The bartender spent time chatting with us and making recommendations for drinks. I recommend the Right Bee Cider and the Truly Strawberry Lemonade.

We come here often and the food quality is good and the outdoor space is one of the best. I’m usually not the type of person to complain about portions but something changed, apparently 3 weeks ago (according to our server) that they decided to start serving the Rambler burger with the same amount of fries as kids meals (measured in a McDonalds size small) paper bag (portion in photo). So for the same cost as a Rambler burger $14, I could get 4 burger kids meals @ $3 each and have 4 servings of fries and double servings of cheese burgers and still be ahead $2. Also, for the $3 kids meals, which is the best value for money around, they charged and extra $2 for tater tots substitute for fries (which I’m pretty sure is new). I get it if you’re finding that you were over serving fries (which you definitely were), but serving your name burger on kids trays is swinging the pendulum to the other extreme. Find a middle ground cause there’s no way people are going to pay $14 for an adult burger served on a kids plate with kid portion sides.

Bar with great cheese curds, tons of TVs, and stiff drinks, what more could you ask for? The patio is great to hang out on during the summer and everyone around us was ordering food but we just got the curds and were not disappointed. I have friends that say trivia is a ton of fun so we will come back for that.

Traditional "food and booze"-type bar, but that's not a bad thing! Nice place, lots of space including a back patio area. We only had appetizers, but they were well worth it. The Italian Beef egg rolls were amazingly good, and the chicken tenders were obviously house-made which made them way better than what you'd normally expect--they were big too. Between those items and the cheese curds, four of us were nicely fed for awhile. Nice beer selection too!
