She is a breath of fresh air, and common sense explanations, in a world where you feel insurance agents seem to forget you don't speak their language and understand their every acronym. Christian has the ability to breakdown all your claim questions to the lowest common denominator and make them very understandable--even when you may not completely agree. Additionally, she has stepped up and offered to help as a go-between with the national claims adjusters who sometimes seem to be from another planet. Thanks for all your great work Christian...VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!

If I could give Shkoda more than 5 stars I would. When I was at my last straw she came to my rescue and helped me out with my insurance. She showed concern, but most of all she kept in communication with me to make sure I was satisfied with my contract.
