Chasing Rabbits - Review - Vail Village - Vail - The Infatuation
"Chasing Rabbits is located in a 12,000-square-foot space that also holds a movie theater, cocktail lounge, speakeasy, and an arcade. Before seeing some jazz or playing a round of Ms. Pac-Man, come here for a Mediterranean dinner that’s fueled by delicious buttermilk ricotta on sourdough with chili garlic crunch, braised rabbit bolognese, and vegan eggplant moussaka. Make a point to visit Moon Rabbit—their cocktails are exceptional and often come with fun things like a bunny-eared astronaut figurine." - Kim Fuller
"What was once a movie theater and restaurant that anchored the Solaris complex (RIP CineBistro’s Colorado locations) is now home to a massive social club with multisensory experiences. There’s a speakeasy, screening room, nightclub, arcade, and restaurant — all decked out in an Alice in Wonderland theme. While members do get access to VIP events, secret menus, liquor lockers, and reservations, this swanky social club welcomes the public, too. Build an entire evening around dinner, which consists of modern Mediterranean cuisine like salmon crudo, whole grilled branzino, and braised rabbit bolognese." - Katie Shapiro

The ambiance is amazing here. The Restaurant and The Library are so beautiful. The textures and lighting, provides a warm, comfortable atmosphere for the more formal (and expensive) menu.
We were not sure the food would live up to the decor, but it surprised all of us. The appetizer portions were a bit small but the flavors abundant.
We decided to share several mains. The portions, not a problem here.
The rabbit bolognese was magical. ✨ We were all fighting for the last bite.
Everything was perfectly cooked and flavorful.
The only negative would be the cocktails. We found them a bit over engineered and switched to wine for the main course.
The services cannot be forgotten. 💖 Attentive and helpful recommendations. We will be back.

PS. I would not recommend for kids. 10yrs or above.

This place is wild! It’s a labyrinth of weird amazement. The decor and art are so perfect. Their arcade is great for groups. Their menu is incredible (I recommend skirt steak, friends recommend salmon). The best part is their little speak easy. They have shows there all the time. It super fun and a really unique experience.

THE Best spot in Vail. Stayed 2 nights in Vail and went to Chasing Rabbits both nights. 10/10 experience. Food, Service, and Atmosphere was ELITE. Went for the 1st time last year and will keep going every yearly boys trip from now on 💯

We had a great time here for a birthday dinner, great ambience, delicious food and attentive service. The smashed potatoes and gnocchi were our favorite. We had dinner in the Library and played games in the arcade after, would go here again for a special occasion dinner.

It's a must go. A very cool place with fun spaces. However, the food was mid, our favorite was the crispy potatoes and we got many different dishes (steak, octopus, pasta, gnocchi, etc). The service is superb 👌🏽 but the food itself was a but of a let down. Go for a drink and that's it.

Stopped into this very popular spot for cocktails for my birthday. Sat at the bar and let me say that those ladies just were absolutely knocking it out of the park! My favorite drink wasn’t on the menu but Kellie the bartender still hooked me up with it and it was fabulous! I would have loved to get to see the other parts of the venue but as we just stumbled across the spot we didn’t have tickets (sold out) so we’re not able to see what appeared to be some very fun areas of the venue. Next time!! All the staff was very nice and welcoming even when I tried to talk them into letting us into the ticketed only areas. (It was my birthday and I was laying on the cocktail infused charm haha ) Will absolutely be back next time tickets in hand!

We love this place! We had our wedding here and it was amazing! Such a cool space with amazing food and great service. Tristin and Miranda were wonderful to work with and they made the whole process so amazing. This is a great place to host small/medium sized events. it is an experience everyone will love!

Great place in Vail. My new favorite. Refreshing to have extraordinary service which has been missing in Vail for some time. Food is amazing! Decor is amazing! And actually don’t skimp on portions. The experience starts with a warm welcome from Vail legend, “Sully” and it continues for the dinner and play time in the arcade. A must visit if you’re visiting Vail!

Yelp
Very good service and above average food but not generous in their martini pour. Ambiance is modern and room is quiet enuf for conversation.

Yelp
Solid experience Saturday night. Service is extremely good, and the ambience is great.
Now to the food: crisp yummy salad, good eggplant dip appetizer to start with.
The main dish was vegetarian mousaka, an amazing combination of flavors however very salty - I hope it was a one time mistake!
And the desserts saved the evening - layers of lemon and raspberry cream in the olive oil cake,
and amazing pistachio ice cream with the baklava nest.
Congratulations to the pastry chef!
Thank your for having us!

Yelp
Extremely expensive but worth it. The food is delicious, service is great and fast, and it's really modern and pretty. and it has a game room for the kids.
