The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

We booked here for 2nights to celebrate my birthday. The Ritz-Carlton Doha Hotel exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. From the moment I stepped into the luxurious lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire stay. The room was impeccably clean and comfort. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the impeccable service provided by the staff, particularly by the outstanding housekeeping team. Furthermore, the hotel's amenities were top-notch, offering a wide range of facilities and services to cater to every need. Thank you also all the staff of The Lagoon Restaurant for the surprised birthday greetings. 🫡 You guys are amazing.🤩 Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfection, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff.

One word : PERFECT ! Everything was on top of our expectation ! Thank you to the staff, every single person made our stay perfect. Do not even hesitate if you come to Doha book this hotel, you will not regret it. The pool was amazing, the beach was so beautiful, the food was great, the bed was so comfortable, everything was clean, the service in general is so luxurious. As a woman I felt like a princess. So thank you everyone, we will definitely come back ❤️

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I absolutely love this hotel. It's my go to for many reasons. Top notch customer service, d e l i c i o u s food, cleanliness and basically all the good reasons. I did my wedding in this hotel in 2019 and ever since then I like to always come back. By far, the best hotel in Doha 💕

We went to the Ritz Carlton for an afternoon tea experience as invited by a family member. Although the atmosphere was very nice the food quality was disappointing and the service below standards. The food came with an overload of sweets and only a few of pieces of savoury bites. The Display was very pretty but honestly the sugar content was nauseating and didn’t taste fresh either. The staff serving us was probably new but overall the experience was disappointing for a five star hotel. We came out hungry and with a child on sugar rush.

We went to the Ritz for Afternoon Tea for my birthday and the service was brilliant. They played happy birthday on the piano for me and then a couple of waiting staff came over with a cake and I was also given a rose! It was very lovely. One of the doormen even sang happy birthday to me as we were leaving. I have removed one star as the quality of the cakes was a bit poor, they were mostly cream cakes which all tasted the same - of nothing!

I normally stay at 4 star hotels when I travel, but I found a great deal on this hotel and decided to splurge. Not sure if the great experience I had there is normal for any Ritz, this region of the world, or any 5 star hotel, but it was very nice and I think I need to do 5 star travel from now on! The hotel reached out in advance by email to welcome me and see if I had any special requests. The room was very large and comfortable, with all the expected technology and amenities. Balcony was small but had a nice view. A plate of baklava was waiting for me in the room. Great toiletries by dyptique. My booking included breakfast and dinner buffet. Lots of variety, regularly replenished, has indoor and outdoor seating (I recommend sitting outdoors - better ambiance and the waitstaff there were particularly attentive). This was my first time doing halfboard and I’m a fan. Any hotel staff I interacted with were very helpful and went above and beyond at nearly every opportunity. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a lot of amenities including a beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, numerous bars and restaurants, etc. On my last day after checking out I used the pool and was able to shower and change in the spa facilities. Tried cocktails at the pool bar and B-lounge (one of the restaurants on the property). Very tasty but my experience in Doha (at the hotel and elsewhere) is that drinks there are incredibly weak so it’s mostly a waste of money. I traveled solo and didn’t see any solo travelers at the hotel. Lots of families, couples, business travelers attending conferences at the hotel. I didn’t feel strange but little opportunity to meet people if that’s what you were hoping for. In terms of the hotel’s location, there’s really no where to go by foot but Ubers come quickly,are relatively cheap, and nothing is that far in Doha. All in all, would definitely recommend staying at the Ritz.

Excellent hotel with good club lounge, facilities and food and beverage. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice for a few days relaxation.

I’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels and this by far is one of my top. The hotel itself was amazing and clean and the staff were really friendly it’s located pretty conveniently and is one of few hotels with access to the beach. We were kindly upgraded to a sea view room which had phenomenal views. Will definitely be staying here again when in Doha.
