The Roozen Residence

The moment we walked in we were blown away - this view is burnt into our brains. The setup of the rooms is just ideal for friends or a family. Open space and made for enjoying evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine.

This amazing accommodation certainly has the Wow factor . Breathtaking views of the ocean , 5 stars really doesn’t do it justice .Fantastic amenities, immaculately clean , well maintained and well equipped. We had a wonderful weekend here , while over from the UK ,visiting our son and daughter . It was a perfect way to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. Highly recommend.

This is our second getaway to The Roozen Residence in Prevelly from the moment you walk down the path to the front entrance the home already boasts opulence. The house is immaculate and has absolutely everything you need. We absolutely love the open plan living area that is so comfortable and spacious, with a huge balcony that hangs over the hilltop, completely private, with never-ending views of the incredible Prevelly coastline. The 180-degree ocean views extend to each of the large king-size bedrooms the bathrooms! Lying in bed and being able to see the ocean is quite spectacular. The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need to cook for your family. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind and spend some quality time with family and friends. I came with my daughters and my daughter’s newborn twins and we all absolutely loved it. We were a bit worried as it was so cold the weekend, we stayed but the heating in the house was so efficient and there was also underfloor heating, so we all kept nice and warm and just enjoyed the views & time together. The owners are really welcoming and make booking easy. This is by far our favourite place to stay down south, a really memorable experience!

Roozen Residence is a truly remarkable beach house with incredible views from the deck out across the bay and onto the main surf spots. The hosts were very responsive (including returning by post some clothing we left behind!) and the house is kitted out with everything you could ever imagine (including telescope for watching the surfers!). Magic!

Fantastic house on the hill above Prevelly. Panoramic ocean views from all rooms. The house and gardens were maintained to a high standard. The bedrooms are all good sizes with an ensuite with walk in shower in the main bedroom. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a shower above the bath. There is a step up to the bath in the shared bathroom. Living, dining and kitchen areas all good size with high quality comfortable furniture and appliances. The owner was easily contactable and very helpful. There is a cafe down the road , Prevelly beach is an easy 10 minute walk and Gnarabup beach (safe swimming and the White Elephant Cafe) 5 minutes further The house is built on a hillside and is tiered so not suitable for wheelchairs. Highly recommended
