You go because it’s entertaining and full of photo-ops, and The Royal Tot is just that. Cocktails are served in conch shell glasses garnished with banana-dolphins, and are sometimes set on fire. "ETA Group's latest project, The Royal Tot, is opening on January 21 at 933 Louise Avenue in Charlotte’s Belmont neighborhood. It is a two-story tropical oasis featuring over 100 types of rum and a menu with almost two dozen cocktails created by beverage director Larry Suggs. The food menu, crafted in partnership with Paper Plane Deli & Market, includes dishes like lomi lomi, coffee-rubbed pork shoulder with pineapple salsa, and champagne ice cream.
