Ambiance: pretty straightforward shop, grab and go meal, nice, clean, and quiet. I went midday, and there weren't many people inside. Service: They were extremely kind and helpful, made great suggestions, and told me about their most popular items. Food: I already had my mind made up when I went, so i knew i would get the chicken salad sandwich, but it ended up tasting more like a bbq chicken sandwich to me which was good and very flavorful. Unfortunately, it was not a filling sandwich, and I ended up having to find something else to eat, which was disappointing because the meal was not cheap. Overall, I would try it again, just to get what they're known for.

Super nice people. But they left the paper in the meat that they used to wrap the Turkey. I ate almost the whole sandwich before I figured out what that extra chewy stuff was. I still ate the rest of the sandwich, so I guess it wasn't that bad of an issue... But definitely worth actually making a review and knocking off a few stars

First time I tried this spot and I loved it, I ordered the Lucy Mae (Signature) Sandwich and I just have one word to describe it.... DELICIOUS!.... I also ordered a cup of Turkey Chili which was really good as well. I highly recommend this place.

Was summoned to jury duty and was looking for good places to eat and that were quick. This place was close and as soon as I walked in they were very nice and there were a few people in here but I don't mind the wait cause the reviews were great and had great options. The sandwich although looked very simple it was very flavorful for sure. I got the Turkey Sandwich with some Miss Vickey's jalapeño chips. The quality could have been a bit better of the bread like a quality(Sourdough) instead of the regular white Artesian bread but was yummy.

This place has a variety of different sandwiches. Their sandwich's are pretty filling. I am confused on why time they open. On Google and Yelp the hours listed are 9:30am but I think it's 10:30am. I walked in around 10:45ish and the girl told me they just opened so it'll be about a 15-20 minute wait. It was cool for me because I work from home so I could wait but if I came here on a lunch break I would've ate somewhere else. I ordered the tuna sandwich with everything. It was pretty good. It had a lot of flavor and the craisins added a nice touch. 10/10! This is my second time visiting the local the first time I had the grilled cheese. It was standard grilled cheese nothing stood out. I'll come back again. Now to me they have LA prices so I feel it was kind of overpriced for how big the sandwiches are, but I believe their produce is organic which factors into the cost. Not except a subway footlong that's all I gotta say. The place was nice and clean and had a lot of seating inside. I'll come back to try one of their juices. If you're looking for a fresh tasting sandwich this is the place!!!!

Plant Food And Wine in Venice. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. I was assisted by Dakota. She's fantastic and super kind. Look for her at the wine bar. I enjoyed small bites. I had pickled vegetables and kimchi dumplings. Both were amazing! I paired with a Chianti. It worked! Dakota warmly invited me to see the patio out back. What a beautiful space. Warm and spacious. Stopped by to try the Lucy Mae Air Fried Chicken Sammiche. A sandwich made with, as the name says, air fried chicken in your choice of spicy or regular. I went with the regular and hold the mayo. The sammiche bread is a nice light and airy ciabatta roll. It was delicious with a satisfyingly fried crunch but without the grease or oil. Well worth it at a little more than $8. Walking in I noticed they use Boar's Head meats and cheeses. Bonus points for the quality. It's a nice clean friendly sammiche shoppe. If you're in the area or passing through, give them a try.

It's very rare that I like spending money on sandwiches but I was starving and found this gem! I got the tuna sandwich which was the BeST TuNa I've had in a long time! Idk what they do to it but it was sweet and savory all in the same bite. The portion sizes aren't huge which I like, it was the perfect size to be happy full. The owner, William was super nice and the entire staff was very welcoming! The owner even gave me a sample of their turkey chili which was delicious!!! I heard it won 2nd place in a chili contest and it's pretty darn good!

Stopped by during COVID times for to-go and appreciate how clean the store is!! We got the turkey sammie and chicken air fried sandwich. Both were delicious and healthy! Pickle was fresh and jumbo. Can't believe it's been a year and we are just getting around to trying this place! Great decor and a line of folks at lunch today. As you'd expect it's a great place for..wait for it...sandwiches! The Lucie Mae is worth trying. Great flavors and I love a spicy sandwhich! Great soft bread with a crunch. The fruit and veggie smoothie I got was terrible. I've never had a smoothie taste like this, she must have poured protein powder and only added a few blueberries with ice no greens added....so sad. Service was ok but unsure and she wasn't confident, hesistant going back but I love Inglewood and that sammiche was really Good!

Listen. It was not my intention to write this review. The rest of the order was excellent. That is to say the food is good and the service is not. The ladies at the front we nice. But when I received my sandwich with the end of the bread I was shocked and appalled. I don't even eat the end of the bread at home why would I order it at a restaurant. So I call back and ask for a refund. Do you know they asked me to bring the sandwich back! Well if that is t bad enough I come down there during my work shift after I already used my lunch to get this sandwich. Anyway when I get there they say "the manager isn't here they have to process the refund" at this point I'm pisssssed! I'm writing this review while I'm waiting for over 10 mins after they said the manager would be here in 5. Then gon ask me "do you mind waiting" hell yeah I mind but I'm here. Lmao this is a joke they take at least 30 mins to process my refund! Waste of time waste of money.

I was in the mood for a sandwich and quite honestly I didn't want to drive across town to Mike's deli and I didn't want to pay the high price of Orleans and York so I found this place on yelp and tried it their specialty sandwich made in the air fryer is delicious I highly recommend it I can't wait to go back to try the tuna sandwich. It was great to find a place with a sandwich that was filling and wasn't overpriced I just wish they were open little bit later because sometime it's hard to get there before 2 o'clock but I have told a couple people about it and I hope they go and try them out they'll be pleased like I was

Had my assistant grab by a sandwich for me for lunch and it was frantastic! The bread wasn't too heavy, all of the veggies were fresh and crunchy and the deli meats were salty and flavorful. I stopped by early in the week to try them out, then returned on Friday and bought sandwiches for my team - they loved them! Friendly service and delicious sandwiches. 30 Sec Review Delivered sandwiches were standard. This is not an elevated sandwich but it is a generous portion and provided exactly what I was expecting. Quite a few options in bread, meats, and fixings. Stray Observations: My sandwich was foil-wrapped, then paper wrapped. Is that better or the same? Pastrami Sandwich - Wow, thick cut pastrami stacked with 6-8 layers. The dressing options were weird but I went with chipotle and enjoyed it. There's also a few cucumber slices... I dealt with it. haha Turkey Chili - Ok, I'm not a chili person but this item bumped 1 star up for me. Maybe it was just the cold weather and timing but this was the best chili I ever had.

Unplanned stop here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I credit Sammiche shop for taking an active role in the community: building partnerships with the LA Rams and catering their events, as well as hiring local youth. We tried the Spicy Lucy Mae Sammiche without mayo. Nothing to write home about, but at $8.50, it seems overpriced. I'm happy to support such a local business and I hope Inglewood takes notice of this healthier option. If only Sammiche shop had the same crowd as the trendy coffee shop on the Main Street. I encourage TSS to make the place more noticeable and welcoming with some outdoor seating. Overall, I would try this place again. And lastly, we loved the runner stamp logo on the packaging!!

TLDR: The Lucy Mae is overrated IMO, but still not a bad lunch spot - Taste: I got the Lucy Mae sandwich and my friend got the Veggie Delight. I've heard a lot about the Lucy Mae and wanted to give it a try--overall, I think it's nothing special. It's air fried, which is nice because it's healthier, but the taste didn't blow me away. Same with the Veggie Delight. - Portion Size: The portions are SOLID. I only ate half of the sandwich and felt pretty full. That's great because I could save the rest for dinner. - Price: Very reasonable for a sandwich place. - Ambiance: It's a small sandwich shop in the Inglewood area. Ambiance is cozy but definitely nothing to brag about. - Service: This was the most frustrating part--you expect a sandwich place to be pretty quick, but it took them 20+ minutes to make our sandwiches when the place was almost empty. I can't imagine what the place looks like when it's busy. - Parking: Street parking only, but usually not too difficult to find. - Return: Probably not

The Lucy Mae Chicken sandwich is my new obsession. I have now had it twice and each time I swear I am going to only eat half and save the rest for later. Never happens! Ok I'm typing this mid bite. Excuse any errors. First time trying this place and I am so happy that I did. I normally would go to the other local deli (iykyk) but this is down the street from me. I got a tuna sandwich... the tuna is amazing ! Fresh, light. And even has cranberries ! I got a sample of the turkey chili and let's just say i know what I'm grabbing for dinner. The service was great. An older gentlemen.. name escapes me gifted me a bottle of seasoning (SO NICE). Anyways it's clean, everyone is nice and the food is BOMB. Back to my sandwich.

When I tried to get a refund the owner was very rude and blamed me for the order not being up to par , instead of offering to make a new order or REFUND ME. Would not recommend. First time ordering here, we ordered a very large order through post mates for a work. Three of our items had a long piece of hair in them. I called to speak with the manager and they were out so I spoke with the employee who takes the calls. I wanted to let them know so they were aware for future customers I didn't want a refund or anything just for them to acknowledge what was happening. The person on the phone laughed and yelled at another employee and said we don't have long hair. Very unprofessional, I told them look I'm not asking for a refund but we aren't lying about it. I just don't want this to happen to others.

I work in Downtown Inglewood and there aren't too many places to eat that are good, fresh, quick and walkable. So glad this spot is open and madd good. I ordered the Lucy Mae Air Fried Chicken Sammich--soo damn good! Not too spicy, full of tangy flavor with fresh veggies and Pepper Jack Cheese on a ciabatta roll. Yummy! Please go check it out. Went yesterday....it was nothing special. They put too much mayo on my bread, and they should use french rolls or better bread.
