Our experience of having lunch at The Sardine Factory was lovely, right from the warm welcome of the staff to the absolutely delicious selection of seafood. Service was excellent, ambience was beautiful. Thank you for giving us such a good time

Booked a table for the wrong date turned up and they went all the way to accommodate us for the night I was supposed to book for. 2 adults and 2 children Food and service was fantastic couldn't fault it. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone

Truly delicious offerings in a great location, you’ll need to book and we went for lunch at short notice and there was lots of availability. We opted for; Smoked Haddock scotch egg, fish and chips, sardines, octopus, scallop and greek salad. We’ve had these favourites many many times in many many places and from some of the best chefs going in Cornwall. It is not often we get new #1s from these choices…we now have 6 new #1s as they were that good. The wines were great too and the value was incredible…try the Lebanese wine and a dessert wine..you’ll love them both. Ohh n if you shelled peas with your Grandma and were allowed a few as a treat, that’s what the peas tasted like…memories that last forever. 😋😋😋

This was our 2nd visit and we were last here a couple of years ago, and celebrated a special birthday. Today, we decided to choose several small plates and share them tapas style, along with bread and koffman fries. As before, we really enjoyed the food and I particularly liked the spicy seafood gumbo. We were too full for dessert. Definitely do book ahead as this place is popular.

Overall the experience was great. Staff seemed friendly and attentive and the food was very very tasty. Portion sizes weren't terrible for the quality and flavour that we got! Definitely recommend the crab mac n cheese

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with food for quite some time. Watching the kitchen work their magic as the foods came out and enjoying the relaxing ambience as we ate. Chef Ben and staff should pat themselves on their back for their efforts and delivery. Definitely recommending it to everyone and will be coming back again soon.

Exceptional lunch with friends at the Sardine Factory. Great service and wonderful food and wine. Enjoyed whipped smoked cod roe with cloud bread, humous with pitta, followed by octopus salad, a pleasant surprise! Washed down with a crisp white Rioja. Definitely recommend a visit!

We had another lovely visit to The Sardine Factory, having visited a year ago. The service was lovely, attentive but not over the top, with the waitress helping with matching sides to mains. The food was delicious and we left feeling full, but not too full. We booked again for Sunday lunch, and the staff member said she'd made a note to make sure we got a table looking out on the harbour, so we're really looking forward to our next visit!
