Had a great lunch at The Saucee Sicilian today. Went with the $12 lunch special — it came with a salad (the house Italian dressing was excellent), a personal-sized pizza, and a fountain drink. We also tried the chicken Alfredo lunch special, and it was surprisingly flavorful and really hit the spot. The only letdown was the meatballs — small, under-seasoned, and not worth the price. Staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. Watching the pizzas being made is a fun touch. Overall, a strong experience. If 4.8 stars was an option, that’s where I’d land, but I’ll round up to 5.

We’re always looking for a great wood fired pizza and decided to give it a try. First time visiting this little restaurant in Midtown. We brought our pups with us and sat out in the cute little patio! The pizza is one of the BEST we’ve ever had! Amazing tasting crust made perfectly! The toppings are fresh and delicious! We will definitely return!

Live for their dough! And their ingredient combinations are interesting in a good way, their starters cost as much as a pizza but kinda worth it tbh, we got the Italian stracciatella, the dressing in the dip was incredible, we got different pizzas to try, we enjoyed all of them, know that after certain time they start making reservation for dinner time and they are usually packed, we came in right time but told us we have an hour, we made it, but for anyone coming to try, know they are busy ! Staff was kind too :) will come back to try more !

Went to here today ordered 1/2 Ragusa and 1/2 Catina , Lena’s roasted garlic and a chocolate chip cannoli for dessert , They have a wood burning oven with firewood you can see inside . The roasted garlic has the right amount of sauce to give it a perfect kick ! The pizza is absolutely delicious definitely a place to come to again ! The hot honey has a perfect amount of kick to it as well not to hot and not to mild . The staff was very polite , the waiter kept our drinks filled and asked how we liked the food

I stopped in for lunch and after talking with my waitress went with the lunch special. I started with a Caesar salad. Next I chose the Catania pizza then added sausage to it which was a great addition and was delicious. This is a cool location with a nice atmosphere and plenty of room for variety of group size

I didn’t realize they closed at two until today. I was hesitant of coming because of the parking situation looked very limited, but actually there was three parking stalls right in front so don’t let that intimidate you. It was freezing in there, but I liked how they had a borrow on one side and another bar top area on the other side where you can watch them put the pizzas in the oven. My pizza was delicious. Service was good. I didn’t like the fact that you have to dine in in order to get the lunch special.

I knew from the minute we walked in and smelled that delicious bread baking that this was going to be a great experience. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The spinach & artichoke dip was bubbling when they brought it to the table. And that focaccia flatbread was perfection. We got the Catania & Santa Ninfa pizzas. Both were amazing!! The crust had the perfect balance of crispness & chewyness. I absolutely loved the flavor from the wood-burning oven. And a Buona Vita (S'mores Calzone) for dessert was a wonderful way to finish a great meal. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.
