"The Signature is an all-suite hotel set back from the MGM Grand's main resort and casino but is still easily accessible to it by indoor walkways. There's no casino on-site, which means the crowd is less rowdy, and the hotel feels peaceful. There are fewer amenities too, though all of the restaurants, entertainment, and wellness found at MGM Grand are just steps away."

My friend and I had the worst and most horrifying stay at The Signature at MGM. We planned to stay for three nights, and on our final night, we returned to our room and discovered a used needle head on the bathroom counter. A used needle head was lying among our personal items. I cannot describe the shock and horror we felt, this item clearly did not belong to us. Neither of us uses anything like that, and it appeared during our stay. But the worst part was yet to come. We brought the needle head to the front desk to find out what it was and why it was in our room. The front desk staff acted as if it were nothing and offered only to waive the $50 resort fee for the last night. The staff member showed zero sympathy and made no effort to understand how disturbing this was for us, even though he sanitized his own hands in front of us, clearly unwilling to touch the item himself. He even implied that we brought the needle in ourselves just to avoid paying the resort fee. All we were asking for was a reasonable explanation. Eventually, we had to escalate the issue to the manager and hotel security, and we even called the police to ensure there was an official record of the incident. Due to the dismissive attitude from the front desk, we are extremely concerned that if any health issues arise later, the hotel may deny the incident ever occurred. The manager told us that "risk management" would look into the matter and get back to us within 24–48 hours, but that time has passed, and we still have not heard anything from MGM. We are now looking to escalate this issue further. This is not something minor like a broken air conditioner or dirty sheets—this is a health hazard, and The Signature at MGM has shown nothing but indifference and unwillingness to help. Please think carefully before booking a stay here. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

I recently stayed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the massive, beautifully designed lobby, I knew I had made the right choice. Check-in was fast and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts was the private spa/jacuzzi in the bathroom — perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city! At night, the view of the Strip from my window was absolutely stunning. The resort is so big it's actually spread across multiple buildings, each offering a different atmosphere. There are several pools, including a relaxing lazy river, a huge fitness center, and of course, a gigantic casino that’s full of energy. What impressed me the most was how affordable the stay was, especially considering the prime location right on the Strip. Everything — entertainment, dining, shopping — was just steps away. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better Vegas experience: luxurious room with a spa, tons of amenities, an unbeatable location, and fantastic value. I highly recommend the MGM Grand and would absolutely stay here again!

Google
I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The hotel itself was nice and the room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and well put together. However, there were a couple of things that could have been better. Our room had a kitchenette, but unfortunately, there were no pots or pans provided, which made it impossible to actually use it. Also, the coffee maker still had old coffee in it when we arrived, and it gave off an unpleasant smell. Aside from these small issues, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I come to Vegas. Their rooms have more than enough space for you to lounge, work, relax and more. The property is non-smoking, which I love as I am a non-smoker. You can walk between the 3 towers and MGM. Shopping, the monorail, Top Golf and the Air Port are all close by. There is also plenty of food nearby, with little to no delivery fees on GrubHub and UberEats. Their rooms have really comfortable medium firm beds, comfortable pillows and a full pull out sofa sleeper. The bathrooms have a two person glass box shower, a two person jacuzzi tub, big vanity and separate toilet.

We stayed at The Signature a few years ago and had such a great experience that we chose to return for our most recent trip—this time with another couple joining us. Upon check-in, the front desk hostess went above and beyond to make sure our experience started off on the right foot. Not only did she help our friends upgrade to a suite, but she also ensured our rooms were just a few floors apart, which made coordinating plans a breeze. That level of thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed and really set the tone for the stay.||||One of the things we love most about The Signature is its unique blend of tranquility and luxury. Tucked just off the Strip, it offers a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the hustle and bustle of the main casinos, yet still delivers a high-end experience through and through. It’s the perfect spot if you're looking to unwind without sacrificing the elegance and excitement Vegas is known for.

Our Penthouse accommodations had an air conditioning issue, failing to cool the space adequately. We had hoped to extend our stay but were quoted an increased rate exceeding our initial payment. After our departure, we received a text offering a revised rate. Nonetheless, we had secured a larger room with more space at another location. The Platinum Hotel's Penthouse offers a more spacious and relaxing environment, unlike the Signature MGM. This hotel features a spa and pool open until 9 pm at a significantly lower cost. In retrospect, we should have chosen this hotel initially. The staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and willing to engage with guests. Platinum Hotel, your service is commendable!

Love the seclusion of it but easy access to the strip and MGM. Beautiful gates when you arrive. Staff at valet and front desk were super nice and extra accomodating. Got a beautiful room with a great view of the sphere and strip. Room had a jacuzzi tub that worked great and shower had good pressure. The easy access to MGM was the best! It was super windy when we went so beyond thankful I never had to to outside to get to the MGM and its casino. You come out right by the Garden Arena and food court. It was perfect for our concert!

Google
Positive: I love the 1 bedroom suite. It's usually $100 more than the jr suite but its twice as big with a separate room & second bathroom that is huge with a jetted tub. Also you get the full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The hotel has free valet parking Negative: ""

Yelp
The room was great we had Balcony suite strip side. Great view of the sphere, ferris wheel, New York, and Strat. The front desk was helpful and quick with our needs. The bell men were helpful and prompt. I just which they had a table and chair so we could sit outside on the balcony and enjoy a drink and the view. I highly recommend MGM Signature.

Yelp
We stayed here for 2 nights. We were at tower 3 in the condo suite. The room has a nice living room, dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen has a sub-zero fridge, electric stove top, sink if you want to cook a full meal. The couch is also a sleeper. I'm amazed how comfortable it was for 2 nights, or I was too exhausted with all the walking and partying . The bedroom is huge with two closet. This is a suite with a big full bath and shower, a his and hers sink and vanity. There is also a 1/2 bath in the living room with a shower. I visited the gym and it's equipped with a good variety of equipments form free weights to circuit, treadmills and elliptical machines for a complete workout. Some of the areas do need upgrades such as the carpet in the hallway. Overall, it's a decent nice hotel to stay.

Yelp
Under one star! The front desk staff service is awful and rude. I recently booked this hotel through Booking.com and added my cousin's name to the reservation. However, upon arrival, the staff refused to check her in because her name wasn't showing on their system. This is where the frustration began. First, they gave my cousin a phone number to reach me that was either incorrect or out of service. I tried calling it over eight times with no luck - either reaching voicemail or dead air. Then, they provided another number claiming it was the front desk, which also turned out to be wrong. Despite my attempts to give authorization directly, they insisted on seeing the name in their system and refused to help further, simply stating "I can't check you in unless the name is on the system." Their lack of flexibility and problem-solving was appalling. Ultimately, I had to contact Booking.com myself, who thankfully resolved the issue. While I appreciate Booking.com's assistance, the hotel's unhelpful and uncooperative attitude left a very negative impression. They need to seriously improve their customer service and provide staff with better training to handle simple issues like this.

Yelp
It appears that the Signature has become exponentially more expensive in recent years. The price point combined with the lack of amenities -- especially in the winter when most of the pools are closed -- make this a hard recommendation. Overall, the hotel is lovely, especially if you can get a higher level floor in Tower 1. The 37th floor suite had breathtaking views and the room has a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, coffee maker and a separate dining room area (small circular table for four). The bathroom is massive with a walk in shower, jet tub and Jill and Jill sinks (always a bonus). The balcony view is gorgeous -- albeit terrifying at that height. But there is no spa, no casino, no restaurants (save a Starbucks and a bar that serves drinks only) in Tower 1. Everything is a trek and, to our dismay, the pool was closed for the winter season during our recent stay. It's a trade off. If you are going to be spending a lot of time in your room, or if you need additional space when traveling with others, it may seem worth the tradeoff. Plus, there is an enclosed walkway from The Signature to MGM Grand, so you have the benefit of easy access to what MGM Grand offers (bars, restaurants, game play, a club scene, entertainment, etc.). Also, it is beyond easy to get a taxi or an Uber hear. Given how difficult it can be to get a ride in Vegas, this was a special treat. Easy in an out, and pickup right at the lobby. We never had to stand in a long line or wait too terribly long for a ride or for a delivery, which is unlike most other hotels and resorts. And this particular location is very close to the airport, tons of shopping, a CVS and lots of restaurants just out on the Strip.

Yelp
I stayed here during the CES 2025 and it was perfect. Got the place through Airbnb. Very responsive at any time for questions and other immediate services requests. Is near to the MGM station so, going to the Convention Center was quick and easy. Is not a casino hotel so I liked the quiet ambiance of the whole area. For my personal jackpot was the jacuzzi in room. After all day walking on the CES, I could not ask anything better than a dip in a jacuzzi to close the day. Definitely I recommend this place.

Yelp
"NO WATER, NOBODY CARES! My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. We chose this hotel for a one-day stay. In the evening, our water was shut off, and when we complained, the hotel staff responded rudely and said simply wait. We approached the front desk, but got the same response. It's clear that the hotel lacks proper management, and the staff doesn't know how to solve such issues. Instead of offering us a transfer to another room or building, they simply said it's not their problem, and we have to wait until 4:00am))) Hotels with good customer service in this case would transfer you even to another hotel with transportation! They have 3 buildings (38 floors each), water didn't work in one building. Also, it wasn't busy at all, Tuesday. So they had available rooms 100%. I work seven days a week and came to the hotel with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. But instead of a pleasant stay, we got nothing but trouble. No water, no shower, no bath, no tea, I can't use the restroom, UNSANITARYYOU HAVE 3 towers come on. I wrote this review to warn other customers about the service issues at this hotel!!! This hotel administration SHOULD take steps to improve the quality of service and solve customer issues more promptly and politely. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Yelp
Wow, the rooms are pretty huge, mine had a full refrigerator. I believe its the balcony deluxe suite. The room was clean, and the service was good. It's gated which was pretty awesome, and there isn't a casino in the buildings, so not a lot of huge crowds like in a traditional hotel in vegas. The only thing is that its a little far from everything, but vegas is all about walking every where anyways. I definitely would recommend unless you need your instant gambling fix.

Yelp
Clean and good. This hotel is located close to the Strip and offers all the amenities you need while staying in Vegas. Service: Friendly and pleasant staff that makes you feel welcome and helps you along the way of checking and your entire stay. Room and cleanliness: Comfortable, large and clean room! Equipped with kitchenette which included usual fridge as well as toaster, mixer, and coffee maker. We really appreciated how clean and organised the room was. Amenities and pricing: The hotel offered restaurant with good quality food. There was pool and spa too. The Monorail was within walking distance. We booked the room via third party and got really good prices for 5 nights stay. I would book it again if we decide to go to City of Lights in the future.

Yelp
- Bed was very firm but the pillows were soft. - Only available parking is valet but the people doing it are very rude. - hidden charges applied during checkout that are not mentioned on the receipt. - rooms are extremely dark inside due to tint on outside windows. - TV wall mounts in multiple room all look broken and tv is slanted in each room. - Front desk staff is rude as well when asking questions on hidden fees. - ~1 mile walk from the strip. Looks a lot closer on maps than it actually is.

Yelp
This trip to Vegas I stayed at the Signature at MGM located at the corner of Harmon and Koval . It's condominium style living I had a 1 bedroom unit which was nice but going through the unit owner was very difficult. For example I got in on a red eye flight and of course knowing the room would be ready at 3pm check in I was in contact with the owner of the unit she said she'll get the maids to clean the room a little early. So I got to the front desk around 2:30pm and was told the room is available although I need to get permission from the owner letting the MGM staff release the room to me. So as you can see the down side of renting these condo units the front desk is like a middle person . I must say the valet service was excellent although 1 night the valet was full and they were advising all Signature guest to park at MGM garage which is a long walk .They were only letting Owner, Gold member or higher and handicapped to enter . Luckily I'm a Gold player member so I could park lol. The rooms are very nice as you can see in my pics. My wife liked the Signature because you cannot smell any smoke because the MGM casino is far away . I'm mean very far away we're in tower #2 and you actually need to go through Tower #1 and go through all sets of auto walk and finally get to MGM Grand but still need to go through all the shops than finally arriving at the casino floor . From the valet area you can see the Sphere it was awesome along with the Top golf which is a 3 tier golfing driving range . Service of MGM staff 4.5 stars Quality of room 4 stars (jacuzzi broken) Valet service 5 stars Overall 4.5 stars

Yelp
The mgm signature is an amazing experience. From the great check in process and booking experience with Donald Woods to the amenities of the gym (has all the essentials) to the pool and access to the mgm casino, this hotel is absolutely amazing. It's in the center to everything. By the way, the wet republic is super fun along with the lazy river. The Room is always clean. Quality of hotel is always top of the notch and the overall experience brings a joyful experience each time. Thank you to the staff, the room service, parking valet and everyone else that makes this hotel exceptional.

Yelp
We stayed three nights at The Signature at MGM Grand. We were in a one bedroom condo on the 14th floor. We arrived an hour after our check-in time and the room was not yet ready. The room was nice if not a bit outdated in furnishings, carpet and decor. As a privately owned condo, I'm not sure if upgrades/updates are the responsibility of MGM or the owner. In any case, the room was nice. The bedroom had a comfy bed, a TV and all the usual hotel stuff. The bathroom was large and boasted a Jacuzzi tub. The living room had a pull-out couch which makes for an uncomfortable bed and an uncomfortable couch. The balcony overlooked the resort pools and lazy river below. Views of the mountains and the airport. The kitchen was a normal kitchen, not a kitchenette. Full-size fridge, range, sink and microwave and 5-cup coffee maker. Prior to our arrival, we asked that the kitchen be stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware and such. Upon arrival, the cupboards were bare. We called room service to have it delivered while we were away. When we returned, we found the cupboards "stocked", and I use the word stocked very loosely. One sauce pan, one skillet, a rubber spatula and a rubber slotted spoon were the cooking utensils. Nothing oven-safe, no tongs. Four plates, four tiny coffee cups, four each forks and spoons, but oddly, only three knives made up the dishes. From the room to the lazy river and the casino was a pretty good walk. The on-site pool was nice. A big pool with a large hot tub. It closed way too early though. I think 4:00 or 5:00 PM. Overall, it was a nice enough room and we got it on the cheap. Bellhop service was excellent.

Yelp
I stay here often so it sucks to have to do this but the service was horrendous. The way they handled the entire situation of blood being on our bed sheets is pathetic. After opening the foldaway bed and realizing the bed doesn't have sheets or pillows, we noticed there were blood splatters all over it. After asking us if we wanted a refund or a different room, as locals, i decided at this time if im packing up and going anywhere its back to my clean sheets at home lol they ask us if we want a refund and then try to tell us that we won't get it because we checked out... young sir, you have me the option of what i wanted to do, make it make sense. I won't be coming back, receptionist was snappy, manager over the phone hung up... double check every single thing twice before you unpack a single item if you decide to stay here..

Yelp
We got upgraded due to my flirting skills to a spacious Penthouse (UPH aka "Upper Penthouse) on the 38th floor with a balcony overlooking the strip in Tower 2. I tried convincing them to put us in Tower 3 which has views of the Sphere, but they were all booked. The hotel is quiet because there's no casino. The downside to this hotel was that it's valet only and it was full on our first night when we came back from dinner. We had to park all the way in the self-parking at the MGM hotel which was a 10 to 15-minute walk, depending if you have kids or not. Valet was complimentary, so that was a plus side. The room was big for a one bedroom. It had two full bathrooms, but the main bathroom was huge with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and lots of space. The living room was a good size with a Queen sofa sleeper. I liked that it had a full kitchen, but it didn't have any plates, cups, utensils, or pots and pans. I don't know if I'd stay here again, but it was comfortable. It's just hard that there wasn't a casino and a good variety of places to eat. It's a good placer to stay for business or if you want a non-casino hotel and want to relax.

Yelp
Rude front desk. No help. If you have status, they do not care. There policies are different then other properties and can't stand that it take 40 min to retrieve my car. Not again.

Natasha N.

Yelp
I loved my stay here! We stayed in the Deluxe Suite + one bedroom adjoining suites. The rooms were very nice, big, and clean, with a balcony that actually opened, and a view of the strip. For two huge nice rooms, I felt the price of ~$700/night was pretty good. The front desk service was great, they were attentive and kind. They were able to accommodate early check in for one of the two rooms, which was nice so we could shower and chill. I also like that this hotel is NOT a casino, and it's not as huge as the other hotels so it's easier to get around, get an uber, and it feels so much cleaner and quieter. Finally, the walk to the MGM Grand and the Strip isn't too long at all, as you can use the indoor tunnel to get there. Walking in to the hotel from outside (without using the tunnel) is a longer of a walk since this hotel is technically OFF the strip (but not far off), but even when we walked from the strip to the hotel from outside, it was a fine walk, like 15 mins or so. Highly recommend this hotel!

Yelp
We stayed in tower 3, floor 21st, the room was dirty when we arrived, shower was not cleaned at all, dirty hair all over the restroom floor, stained carpet, run down furniture. They might want to look into updating the interior of the rooms.
google avatar

Yelp
This is considered the timeshare area of MGM Grand with condo style room. Valet is required so you need to plan in advance when you want to go out, as the waits can sometimes be long during peak periods. They've removed most of the seating in the lobby, so you are stuck standing if you have to wait for your room or car. We booked a junior suite in Tower 2 going through a unit owner and it was such a mess. The front desk had our reservation mixed up and couldn't help us so sent us to Tower 1 for the management office. Housekeeping is also difficult with the owner suite because the front desk claims it's a separate crew that handles it so they cannot help us with any requests. Wi-Fi connection for laptops was broken for the first couple nights of our stay, and cellular signal is almost non existent in the rooms, so luckily the Wi-Fi at least worked for phones.

Madi P.

Yelp
The only nice thing is that there's no casino and there's a fridge/ microwave. Cons - TERRIBLE quality bed sheets - stains everywhere - a realllllly long walk from the casino and the strip (on maps it looked so much shorter ) - there's a Starbucks but the line is ALWAYS 30 people deep and no pick up order - took us over 30 mins to check in Safe to say, won't be staying there again

Yelp
My recent stay at The Signature Hotel in Las Vegas was an amazing experience. My sister and I were celebrating my mom's birthday in Vegas, We stayed in tower 1, a studio balcony penthouse with a strip view, and the view was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Watching the vibrant lights of Las Vegas from our balcony was a mesmerizing experience. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and spacious. Check in was smooth and fast. The amenities provided were satisfactory, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Since there was a kitchen they had plates, cups, pots and utensils for cooking too! The pool area refreshingly cold for the 107 degree weather in Vegas. They have Vending machines or you can go to their small store in tower 1 for any kind of snacks drinks etc If you love to walk this hotel is for you. What I loved most about our stay was walking around the hotel and the nearby areas (It's connected with MGM Grand). The hotel's location is perfect to explore the strip and other attractions nearby. It has a private entry for only mgm guest and the staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The Signature Hotel provided an amazing stay for our celebration. It's comfy rooms, beautiful views, and relaxing pools, Thank you Signature Hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Las Vegas. Hopefully when Formula 1 comes in November!

Yelp
Hotel is conveniently located behind MGM. You get to MGM through a narrow tunnel with moving walkways. Everything is indoor so you won't be walking outside near the streets. However the hotel does seem outdated compared to the pictures online. Our room was at tower 1. Maybe it's the oldest building compared to tower 2 and 3, but it's the little details that bothered me. The cleanliness of the hotel was something I noticed when I first walked inside the room. There were noticeable carpet stains on the floor and smudges on the walls. Scratches and smudges inside the bathroom wall, outside near the front door, and on the bathroom floor. It is nice to have a suite with view of the streets and also a kitchen as well as a small dining table. Parking is only valet. It is free, but if valet is full, then you would have to do self parking at MGM. But it can be inconvenient if you have luggage and a bunch of things to take walking to and from MGM to the signature. It does take about 10-15 min. There is a small gym, a bar and a breakfast restaurant called delights at tower 2. There is also a Starbucks around but it was closed when we went. Not much breakfast options you might as well head to MGM. We stayed here this time because the show that we were watching was inside MGM hotel. Also the restaurants we booked was inside MGM as well. If you want somewhere closer to the strip, this is not the place. It does take about 20-25 min walking on foot to get to the strip from the signature.

Yelp
I stayed here this past weekend while in town for a concert, with a group of 6 total. We had 2 rooms, 3 a person. There are 3 towers at Signature total, which connect from the inside but not the outside. You can only check in/out on Tower 2, but we stayed in Tower 3. The room was pretty spacious, included 1 queen (or maybe it was a king?), and a pull-out couch. As well as mini kitchen with a sink, hot plate, mini fridge. Tons of cabint space, nice closet. It was updated enough. Large bathroom with tub and separate room for toileting. I forgot to take pics of the room. It was a nice view, in my opinion. The location was quiet enough. One plus, is that the towers connect to the rest of MGM property, so you can walk from inside towers to the casino/restaurants and get closer to the strip, but it is a jaunt, bring comfy shoes, as stated in other reviews. One thing I will dock is minimal hotel staff/ guest interaction. I did not see any staff on our floor during the day or night or in the tower. Except for a security guard near the elevator at night, but he didn't do much, or even check for room keys. But you do have to use your key for elevator access, so it makes sense he was not checking anything. Staff did not come in to clean the room or change out towels (but a lot of hotels you have to ask for this now). Do not expect amenities like bathroom items like soap bars/shower gel, shower caps, etc. Or a bell hop for bag assistance, turn down service, concerige availability, etc. They sort of just leave you alone, which some guests may like, but others may find disappointing. Overall, for Vegas prices, it was positive.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the accommodations, everything was clean and well kept with anything you need in the room. The views of Sphere from the balcony were spectacular... If you have friend staying at the MGM Grand stay in tower 1... 3 is the farthest so 2 if 1 isn't available. Your room key gets you into the Pool and Lazy river at MgM grand. We purchased this through Costco travel and got airfare included with Alaska Airlines. It was $820 for the package and we were there for three nights. Good quality, and service at the hotel.

Yelp
My husband & I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend, with our 3 yr old son. As soon as we checked in, upon our arrival on the 2nd tower front desk. The girl in the front that checked us in, asked us if we wantes a strip view on the 3rd tower. That we would have to pay an additional 20 per night. Which we did, we were dissapointed upon arriving to our room we it was not a strip view more like a "sphere" street view. We were pretty dissapointed we would have just stayed on 1st tower like we did the 1st time. We could have simply gone back down from the 30th floor, back down and take all of our luggage but after a 4hr drive we pretty much wanted to get settled in. The suites are pretty nice, staff is nice. Very welcoming. But this had to be one of the only things i can say. Next time we will only stay in the 1st tower and not really believe a strip view.

Yelp
It's far from the MGM if you're not a big walker. We had 2-3 groups trying to get into our room after we checked in for first few days. Front desk staff was helpful to resolve and view hall security cameras to see what was going on. The restaurant was very good, great breakfast and friendly staff. They get food out quickly for being so busy. The rooms have mini fridge and microwave for snacks Towers are in reverse order when you arrive. After passing the security guard the first tower on the right is Tower 3. Many Uber drivers passed it and had to go to tower 2 for drop off and pick up. It was hard using a mobility scooter so ask for Tower 2 if you're limited mobility. The staff is very helpful if you need to get accommodations.

Yelp
Definitely a 5 star experience. I booked about a month in advance through the MGM rewards account that I'm enrolled in. I booked a king size suite with a balcony facing the strip for four nights. It was pretty affordable thanks to the specials they were offering. If you keep an eye on their promotional emails you can catch a good deal. My sister and brother-in-law also booked the same room and we called to have them partied together. Afterall, we were there to party together, haha. Two of us arrived earlier in the day, myself included. Checking in took a little while but the sole lady running the counter was hustling. That was when we were told the other half of our party would be in a totally different tower. What the hell? That totally changes the experience we had planned. This was upsetting but over the course of a few hours, she was able to get my sister and brother-in-law just one floor below ours. Ah-Maz-ing! I know it took a while but she never gave up on us. And we were right. Being able to quickly go back and forth to our rooms without running between towers made a huge difference. Customer service was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name but if she reads this, she'll know. As for our room, it was great and spacious. I loved the bathroom and giant bathtub. The fridge and microwave came in handy. The view was beautiful, no matter the time of day. Both captured the excitement of the city. When it comes to the rest of the hotel, the pool was nice, getting an uber/taxi was easy, and the tunnels back and forth between the MGM Grand and other towers were great. Delights, the restaurant in tower two, was our go-to. The walk to the strip wasn't long at all either. I would totally stay here again!

Yelp
This is the second time that we stayed in this hotel at the PH with the whole family. The first time was very good, everything was very clean, we enjoyed the accommodation, but this second time, it also seemed that everything was very good, very clean, but at the moment I wanted to give my son a bath, We had a surprise,   We weren't alone, it was a moment of terror.  They were like little worms when I turned on the jets on the tub..that was a big disappointed,I don't think we'll stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed in tower 1 on the 15th floor in room #618. This room has a wonderful view! You can see the desert background and below the pool views. If Wet Republica is open during the day, your room is gonna shake. Around 2pm I was taking a shower and you can feel the bass in there lol. You can see everyone getting wild at that area too! The room was easy to get to. There is no casino at this hotel and has a Starbucks in tower 1. They are very limited. The walk to MGM grand you will come across all of the stores. Plenty of shopping and food. The walk to MGM Grand is all inside. And takes maybe 5 minutes from Tower 1. You have access to the MGM grand pools next door such as the lazy river. Checking in and out was very easy and there was no wait.

Yelp
Booked an overnight stay for New Year's Eve with friends. We had a very easy check in despite the rumors of long lines. The valet parking was busy but moved quickly. We stayed in tower three and while others had to park at the MGM Grand, it was a manageable walk, even with luggage. The room was spacious and had plenty of items for many people. Despite what some reviews said, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook a meal. The pull out couch was better than most and the two bathrooms were very convenient. Check out was easy via the tv and valet again handled our car well and promptly as soon as we needed it. I would stay again for the value especially during a peak time.

Yelp
I stayed at the Signature at MGM Grand through Airbnb. The room was spacious and had a fully stocked mini kitchen along with a fridge. Loved the views from the balcony, but wish it had some chairs. The jets in the bathtub were great. Being a guest here allows you access to the pool complex and the amenities at the MGM Grand. There is a covered walkway that leads directly from the Signature Towers to the MGM Grand. The only downside of staying through Airbnb is there is no service. If you need anything additional, you will need to contact a 3rd party company and pay a fee. I will definitely stay here again because the prices were extremely reasonable!!!!

Yelp
Beautiful rooms, beautiful architecture. The towers are hard to miss while passing by the Strip. The only complaint is that the valet drivers literally stood at my door and held onto my keys til I gave them gratuity. I didn't even want to give them tip once they asked me like that, but I still did. Just something to note. Everyone looks tired, and even the guy that brought up my luggage for me slammed my door and didn't even respond when I thanked him for his help and tipped. If you're naturally a nice person don't even bother smiling at them or asking how they are they don't care. But I would still recommend booking a room especially a penthouse, also includes a jacuzzi which I lived in lol! It's pretty central from the main restaurants and clubs and the convention center. Not sure if I would personally walk from the property though.

Yelp
Stayed here in a suite (run by a 3rd party), but the layout of the hotel is nice and the rooms are all well appointed. There was a balcony in the suite, something I had not run across before in a 30+ story hotel (I usually am not staying in the big suites), so that was kid of cool to be able to stare way down on the pool. Included the run of the MGM facilities as well, so the group went to the lazy river pool (closed way too early) and generally had a good time. We had a hiccup getting into the room, but security came up and quickly figured out the battery in the door lock needed to be replaced, and he let us in and then stuck around until maintenance made the repair.

Yelp
This has got to be one of the singular worst times I've ever stayed at a hotel motel in my f***** life. I've stayed at sh**hole hostels in 3rd world countries more comfortable than this. I don't even know where to begin. First off no parking. Valet only, fine for me not for my other guests. You have to park at MGM which is like a mile away. 2nd. Check in is at 3, I didn't get into my room until 430. My 78 year old dad didn't get in his room until 830. Apparently a pilot didn't check out of his room on time. Wtf! This is Sunday btw. Not a Friday or Saturday. Supposed to be our stop from La before grand canyon. 3rd. If you say you have no pets, mean it! My dad can't be around dogs. Apparently the signature is also apartments and owners have their dogs and also guests can bring in their service animals. Gtfoh w service animals. Most importantly- DO NOT LIE!!! 4th. room service. Good luck. Was on hold for 30 mins and then they hung up. 5th did I mention the walk? To get from the towers to mgm is a very very very long walk. There is no lounge nor cafe after 4pm. The waking escalators were broken or not working. Jeezus, provide shuttle service or something! 6th. The buffet. $40 for breakfast food. Not very good. I know buffets suck, but jeez have some class and shut it down if it's that bad. My 78 year old dad wanted to go because he remembered it being good 25 years ago. 6th. The pillows!!! They were rocks. I slept at 1030 woke up at 2, couldn't do it! I went downstairs and guess what, there was nobody in the lobby, I had to walk to the other tower, wait, ask for better pillows, then walk back, go to my room and wait... I waited an hour, went on the balcony and of course it arrived waking my wife up(my fault), but the pillows were the same! Cheap $2 pillows from target or Walmart. Rock hard. These are decorative pillows not sleeping pillows!!! I used a towel as a pillow! This is the absolute worst time I've ever had at a hotel worldwide. I knew I should have stayed somewhere else but my dad had good memories of mgm. F*** that! Do not stay here if you value your time, energy and sanity.

Yelp
Quick get away to watch Usher and partake in Vegas Shenanigans I booked the room directly from the MGM website and the price was actually cheaper than Hotels.com Upon check in, there was a line ..... no worries When I did finally check in I was asked if I wanted to "upgrade" my room, initially I said No thank you then about 2 min later my friend said yes to the upgrade but then were told that no rooms were available to upgrade That was confusing since she literally just offered me/us the upgrade ...... So we check in the room and we notice the sofa has numerous stains on the sofa and the chair I called the front desk and complained about the stained furniture..... they offered to change my room but it was in a different tower I needed to get ready for the concert so I was short on time Shortly later housekeeping knocked at our door We showed them the stained furniture We got comped $75 for food and beverages ...... The rest of our stay was uneventful until I tried to take a bath, nice big bathtub with jets I filled up the tub Put the jets on and hair from previous guests spouted out of the jets !! Lots of hair ! The "unmentionable" sort MAJOR WOMPERS!!! What a waste of water So naturally I'm upset about it I mentioned it to the front desk and the person who brings up the stained furniture complaint...... What does one thing have to do with the other I'm not in the business of traveling and staying in hotels to complain........ or pay $800 to stay in a hotel room that is dirty This hotel does have several good restaurants and bars A huge casino floor Good location Parking at the signature is free Top golf is next to the towers For the most part all employees are friendly

Yelp
The concert trio was back in Las Vegas; this time to attend the Still Raining concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Nov. 25. I flew in on the 23rd (from Honolulu), arrived at the hotel at 3pm and was able to check-in quickly and efficiently and was assigned a room in Tower 1. I was supposed to have a room in Tower 3 (which I like) but I asked for a room in Tower 1 because my car was in the Tower 1 valet lot. The rooms are nice, equipped with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, sink and a refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious with a separate jetted tub and walk-in shower, double vanity and a separate water closet. The room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, side chair and a small desk with its own chair. My bed was a king; it was high off the floor and was very comfortable. There is a large flat screen TV and there are lots of stations to choose from. There is a good-sized balcony, but I never spent time out there because I have an issue with heights and the view from my room was mainly of Tower 2. Parking is valet only. There are three buildings, interconnected by covered walkways. A much longer corridor takes you to the MGM Grand. It's a long walk, made easier by three moving walkways. (This becomes important; just wait.) There is a fitness center off the lobby and there is a place to get food in Building 2. There is a Starbucks and a lounge in Tower 1 and a convenience outlet in the hallway connecting all three buildings. The good: * The rooms are the best feature of this property; large and spacious and relatively well soundproofed. * The room charge is reasonable for what you get, room-wise. * You can get to the MGM Grand via a covered walkway. * There is food, drink and sundries on property. The bad: The valet service stops in the evening and on one evening, access to the driveway and valet parking was shutdown because all valet lots were full. You must park in the MGM Grand public lot which is a l-o-n-g walk from The Signature. You then go to the front desk to have them activate parking on your room key, so you don't get charged to retrieve your car. We stayed at The Signature in April 2022 and encountered the same problem on two nights during our three-day stay. I said that issue would preclude me from returning to The Signature; it seems I was hoping they solved this problem. Unfortunately, they haven't. A word of warning; Portions of Koval were blocked off and two lanes of Harmon were closed due to barriers installed for the Formula 1 race that took place on Nov. 18. Thus, access to The Signature was more problematic than usual because traffic was backed up on Harmon in the evening. Final thoughts: While I like the property and the rooms, I think I will stay at the MGM Grand or another property when I attend another event at the MGM Garden Arena; the valet parking issue is too problematic for me.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at The Signature at the MGM. There are 3 towers in case you don't know. Off the strip, in case you don't know , and it's connected to the main MGM hotel. We checked in at Tower 3 and we were lucky to get a room with an outside balcony with a view. Although part of the view down below still had seat risers for the Formula 1 race, that has structures up all over the area. 3 months to go up, and 2 to take down...but anyway.... We checked in at Tower 2 and had a room assigned in Tower 3. Keep in mind you are going to have to walk, maybe a lot. Taking the elevator you need to swipe your room key Before you can press the button for Your floor. Every person on a different floor must swipe. No piggyback on someone else. Nice touch for security. The room was nice. Large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The main suite had a king/queen bed, closet with safe, sleeper sofa, kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, sink and stovetop! Overstuffed chair with coffee table and a table with 2 chairs to eat. Nice art on the wall. The only restaurant is Delights in Tower 2 open for breakfast and lunch. You can order and just go down to pick up. No room service. Food at the restaurant was good for breakfast. We got the American breakfast, bacon, eggs, potatoes and also French toast that my wife loved. There is a market to get almost everything....soup , liquor, beer and wine, snacks and chips and water and soda. Costly of course but nothing out of the ordinary. We did try the snack and soda machine, both were not working. The walk to the restaurants, shops and the Garden Arena takes about 12 min. Front desk staff was for with info on the Arena and Restaurants at the MGM and the hours for the Delights. Nice spot to stay, with many families as there is no casino. Our only issue was no room service.

Yelp
The wife and I got a room here for the weekend to celebrate our 31st anniversary just to experience a staycation, a show and a nice restaurant on LV boulevard. We opted for a room with a balcony. We had to meet at the hotel because of our schedules, that's just how things worked out. The first experience I had was a lecture from the security guard about how she thought we may only be allowed to park just one vehicle at the hotel because that's all they would allow me. So, I was going to plan on parking one vehicle at the hotel and taking the other to the garage, I guess if that's what I had to do. Then the lady at the check in gave me anxiety when she told me that it looked like my reservation was canceled and she couldn't really tell me why ( even though all the email I got confirmed my stay and nothing was sent to cancel). She said it was probably because there was a discrepancy with the address associated with my credit card but it's the same as my ID and home address. I think maybe she might have been juicing me for a tip or something. Of course they will hit you with another $47 resort fee and $100 deposit at the check in even though you already paid on line. I finally got checked in after about 30 minutes and a lot of up and down emotions. After that mess I went to the valet (because it's only valet parking) to get my stuff out of my truck so that I can then move it to another parking lot so my wife could park her car there. The parking attendant Luis told me no problem, if you take care of me I will park both vehicles because I got plenty of space. So, I gave him a good tip and "took care" of him. Meanwhile when my wife finally gets to the security gate the lady doing her security job wouldn't let my wife in and she called me from the gate and I tried to talk to the lady on speaker as I headed down to talk to Luis to see what he could do and the security lady wouldn't talk to Luis. My wife finally made it through the gate and her car was parked by valet (what a hassle). The room wasn't even all that, given the fact that these towers aren't that old, I don't understand why they give off the outdated vibe. Maybe because things didn't look as clean as they could have been or maybe just worn hmm I just can't put my finger on it. The kitchenette was not stocked with anything. I guess if you travel here you will need to bring your own kitchen supplies, utensils, bottle openers and dishes Have fun with that. The only cool thing about this place was the proximity to the restaurants in the MGM and the monorail via the enclosed bridge with moving walkways. You can easily get to and from the towers and MGM grand. The only reason we had a good time is because I really enjoy my beautiful wife's company and I guess that's all that really mattered this weekend.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Signature. Clean room, responsive staff and balconies!! The one downfall for me...The Signature only has one restaurant that closes at 6pm. Of course, you could walk to MGM Grand for food, however, it was a bit of a trek for me.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though I arrived all sweaty, tired, and impatient, they were able to get me my key quickly. That being said, you need to think about what you're looking for in a stay before you book this place. The distance between the furthest tower (which I was in) and even the MGM grand casino is like the distance between your gate and baggage claim at LaGuardia. So that is a hike. If you're trying to get to the strip, T-mobile, or even the self parking garage, you're looking at a 15 minute walk. That can actually be a positive or a negative. If you're wanting to go back and forth between your room and the strip multiple times in a day, this is not the place for you. But if you want to go have your fun and then come back to sleep or hang out in one of the pools, it's a nice and calm place to stay. I thought the room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. I could definitely see myself returning

Yelp
I stayed at Tower 3 with a few friends, and the whole experience was smoother than I had expected. I was reluctant to use valet because of often feared seat readjustments and oily steering wheels, but at 1am with luggage in hand and eyebags as the trendy accessory on faces, resisting was difficult. The room was comfy, and even in summer, the AC was a good temperature. There were times where I didn't feel the safest going barefoot in the room or using the sheets, but those were small inconveniences. When it came time to check out, we were even able to get a "few extra hours" by checking in our bags after checking out of the hotel. The bell people and valet were pleasure to have, and WOAH my mirrors and steering wheels were clean and unchanged! I'll definitely be staying at MGM again in the future after this experience.

Yelp
The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. Everything was very beat up and dirty as well. It was shocking! I asked front desk why and they actually said they don't clean it! They said it is a condo that is maintained by the owner like an Airbnb. So confused. Very bad service. Don't stay here!

Yelp
This is a great option hotel to stay at if you want to avoid being on the strip. I like that it's away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip, but walking distance if you do want to explore some of the strip activity and other nearby hotels and casinos. There are three 38 story towers. Check in is at Tower two. There is a small cafe, Delights, in tower two for breakfast and lunch. Starbucks and a small convenience "store" set up is between tower one and two. There is a Lounge bar for drinks and small bites that is only open Thursday-Sunday. You will not find any slot machines here. For other dining/drink/entertainment options it's a short walk to the MGM Grand via covered walk ways with moving walkways. The walk ways connect to all three towers, too. It's very convenient. We booked a deluxe king bed balcony suite, but when we got to our room it was in the middle of being cleaned. Management accommodated us by immediately booking us another room--a one bedroom corner suite. Thank you Signature management! The room was huge with living room, kitchen, small bath, large master bedroom with large master bath. There is a view of the airport on one side and a peek a boo view of the strip on the other side. The airport view watching planes take off and land is a much better view than the strip view. See pictures of views from our room, #18-702. Note that the full kitchen only comes with coffee maker and paper cups for coffee. Anything else, like drinking glasses, etc. is an extra charge that you have to order. I booked way in advance of our stay and the rates were very reasonable. Online booking was simple. The hotel is clean. Pick up and drop off by Uber was easy. Pool area looks nice. There is a daily parking and resort fee. Uber makes so much sense in this town. I will stay here again!

Yelp
Front Desk had an attitude problem! Returned to our room and it was quite dirty. Some amenities didn't work. Forget booking here since the resort fees were over the top outrageous! The quality to amount paid for wasn't worth it.

Yelp
It was a busy weekend with the BYU VS Notre Dame game at Allegiant Stadium and Pride... hotel prices seemed high... for me... I tried several apps and found this GEM on booking.com... booking.yeah! I checked in very late after finishing unloading the Uhaul with my friend's stuff . I was a mess! Shirt had a highly visible dry sweat stain across my chest. Its hot in vegas... though I looked crazy and rough my appearance didn't faze Alejandro at check in. He was affable, professional and gracious. He was flexible and empathetic. Penthouse Tower 3, 37th floor of 38, number 807! Privately owned and managed by a company outside of MGM. They were great but will be yelped on a separate review. The room was big, had two stove tops, nice modern microwave, big screen TV, comfortable queen bed with clean sheets, blankets and four big comfortable pillows. The bathroom has a jacuzzi! I had helped a friend move from Utah to Vegas so the tub was used twice... didn't fill to the top but just above the jets. Two adults can easily fit. Easily, and raise the water level. The toilet was in a separate room or WC. Two sinks with a mini TV ... I called for service and maintenance was knocking on my door in 10 minutes... Anthony was super engaging. I tried to recruit him to the company I work for but he was very happy with his job and the MGM. . Very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I have nothing but good to say about my stay and my penthouse suite!!! My checkout was super chill. My ATM deposit was credited immediately... didn't have to wait 6-7 business days. Amazing... oh and no smoking facility so didn't smell any tobacco or weed at all... until I went to catch Uber at the MGM Grand ...

Yelp
The Signature was always our favorite place to stay in LV. This resort has taken a turn for the worse. At check-in, the clerk gave us a number to call "if we needed anything. We did not know that meant something as simple as trash removal. When we tried calling the number with a list of needs, including towels, no one answered. The front desk told us we could bring the trash to the trash room in the lobby because we were in an owner's suite. We booked our vacation through AMEX Travel. We tried to change rooms, but my husband and I were told that since it was the 4th of July holiday, nothing was available. We did enjoy the 4th of July celebration on the SPHERE. Other than that, the room was horrible. ‍

Yelp
Hotel is great, valet is complimentary which is always a bonus, great spacious suites, very comfortable & my room had great views. I visited 5th floor suite that had a balcony and it was very nice to get that fresh air. I had the Fanatic opportunity to stay at this hotel for work for about 8 days. Would def return and recommend to others. It's not a busy hotel/casino, but it is right on the strip and very nice. Great for business, great to get amazing sleep.

RUN! Hopefully you don't need a bath tub! Las Vegas condo rentals I will to let us out of here. Booking.com was no help.

Yelp
We had reservations for 3 of the suites via Expedia. We usually love staying at the signatures because it's like a mini apartment with a mini kitchen. They have the lazy river, it's close to top golf and wet republic. There were a few minor hiccups. They had the water shut off until 1 pm one day which made me nervous because we had the get ready before an event. I booked thru a third party so room service wasn't available and there was a parking issue. It's privately owned so they valet all the cars it's one car per suite and we booked 3 suites one car and they almost made my make up artist park too far from the hotel. Everything worked out, but make sure you communicate with the front desk and gate for to ease the parking concerns.

Yelp
Older hotel. Upon entering the room you smell an old smell like entering a thrift store. Smell remained entire stay. Nice kitchen, used the oven/microwave & they worked great. Clean fridge. Requested extra items for pull out bed and second bathroom (towels & bedding). Room service was quick. Pull out couch had a very ugly uncomfortable thin spring mattress. Definitely wrapped it up in 2 sheets. Mattress squeaked bad when moving. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, kept finding long blonde hairs everywhere, Yuck. Master bedroom was nice, beautiful view of the sphere at night. TV in master bedroom didn't work. TV in living room area worked. Master bathroom was huge. Double sink was great for getting ready. The yellow lighting in the bathroom was tragic, doing makeup in yellow lighting is hard, unideal. I should have bought my ring light for better lighting. 3 out of 5, but definitely 6.5 out of 10. Definitely got a good deal I believe it was less than $100, you get what you pay for!
