The best dancing bar there is in East Village. Very diverse group of people from all age groups, friendly vibe, good service, and AMAZING music. Fairly priced drinks too. Highly recommend to anyone looking to just have a fun and stress-free night out in NYC.

Don’t ever go to this bar! First of all it’s super dirty. Secondly I had a horrible experience where I left my debit card at the bar and when I called the worker confirmed they have my card. I had advised them I will be coming back for it and next thing you know my card was charged $500. I called the bar and requested to speak with the owner. The owner called me saying some group of guys might have taken the credit card holder. But he had to check the surveillance footage and will get back to me the next day. The owner never called me or picked up my calls. Be careful as the workers or owner scan peoples debits cards if you leave it there

My friend and I did a Pulsd deal for 2 entrees and 2 hours of brunch drinks. I got the chicken and waffles, she got the lox and eggs Benedict English muffin. Both were really fantastic. For unlimited drinks, each drink was pretty strong (we tried the spritzer, the mimosa, and the screwdriver). The staff were also really friendly, cool and attentive. I'd definitely come back here. For a Saturday brunch, it was really relaxed.

Skinnys is definitely one of my favorite places to visit after a long stressful day at work or during the weekend. Great atmosphere, drinks and food. Have to give a big shout out to the staff , as they are always courteous , attentive and positive. My favorite bartender Pablo is always there to make my favorite drinks and put a smile on my face. The rest of the staff is amazing as well, they are always on top of things especially Pamela who is one of the best servers. Overall 5/5 stars, definitely recommended if you are by t LIC piers and are looking for a great Latin vibe with great food, drinks and staff.

Skinny is a local dive bar. It needs an upgrade. Seats ate ripped and bat is a bit smelly. The drinks are either watered down or over poured depending on which person is serving you. The food is not recommended at all. Sorry, fried several times and felt ill the next day.

This place looks awesome after remodeling! As always, great spot to stop by and grab a couple drinks after work or for a night out. Great beer selection as well as convenient American food to snack on.

The Skinny Bar and Lounge is a casual, art-filled space with funky, over-the-top holiday lights hung throughout the bar year round. I especially love that the Skinny is not only a bar, but has weekly food specials and entertainment on different nights off the week. I loved their $2 Taco Tuesday special and $8 margaritas. This place is great! Karaoke night was amazing! If you don't do karaoke.. you'sa B......lol, its the bar slogan on karaoke night. Bartenders are super cool. Great pour. There was 2 lady bartenders they were great! the vibes of the people were great. Food was good as well. My cousins liked the fish tacos, the chopped cheese sandwich and the nachos.

I'd heard great things about Skinny's so I was excited to stop by. The bartender wasn't super helpful when we arrived, he wasn't very patient and didn't care to wait for us when we wanted to place our order. My boyfriend ended up getting one drink and closing out, the soda was flat. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype and I for sure won't be going back.

I've been here twice. First time was during a Sunday night during summer. It was empty. No DJ or anything. We had ordered food from here..ehh not so good. I wouldn't order food here. Def seems like a spot more for drinks. Second time was on a Friday night around 10pm. DJ was there--music was mostly pop/house, but he mixed some other songs in there. I also came during holiday season and it was beautifully decorated. I love the Christmas decor!

First off, the Christmas decor is on point here! My friend and I decided to stop in since they are all decked out for Christmas. It was pretty quiet because it was a week night, but there was a drag show which was fun! The service was quick. We only got drinks, so I can't weigh in on the food. We got vodka sodas at first, but then saw that they had a whole list of holiday cocktails! They were about $14 each from what I remember, so we expected them to look nicer than the basic drinks we previously had. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There were no garnishes and mine came in the same cup as the vodka soda. I had the Christmas Unicorn drink. It was sickly sweet and I couldn't even finish it. My friend was disappointed with his at well. I felt they needed to be better tasting and look more Christmassy, especially for the way they were advertised on the menu. Overall, this is a fun place to grab any type of simple drink and the holiday decor added a fun touch! However, I would go somewhere else if you are looking for Christmas themed cocktails.

Stopped by here around 10pm on a Saturday to meet a few friends. Given the area it's definitely more of a 21-25 year old crowd. I didn't try any of the drinks but the dj was playing hit after hit (mostly hip hop/afrobeats/dancehall) which was enough for me to stay for a bit and enjoy myself. It's spacious enough that you don't feel claustrophobic & if you're lucky you can find a stool or booth to sit. They also had the football game playing in the background which made a lot of guests happy. Also- ID check at the door but no cover.

I usually check Yelp before but because my friend needed the restroom like her life depended on it, we went into Skinny Bar and I wish I had two more minutes to get a better look. We got there around 10. Pretty empty. Weird vibe, maybe it was because it was a Thursday. Older folks started trickling in around 11. The drinks were terrible. An average-priced cocktail for watered-down club soda. At least that's what I was convinced my "mojito" was. Maybe if I was drunk and young and didn't know any better, but you aren't fooling anyone. I almost wanted to take it back and watch them pour another shot, especially with the 18% gratuity added on. So yeah 3 cocktails for $40. The staff might have been the most redeeming thing about this place. They were nice. It got way too loud to hear anyone talk by the time it was 11. Definitely a mood killer. Anyway, I know the pretty lights and upside-down umbrellas seem like an enticing interior to get you to come in, but keep walking, I promise you.

Been going to this place for a few now and I've gotta say this place is on point. I been lucky to have Jess as my bartender, she's great and very professional. Went one time and the health inspector came by she handled the situation great.

What a fun space! I had a blast at The Skinny--the DJ was fantastic and so were the drinks. But you could tell that space, even when dark, was unclean. The dance floor was so sticky that I constantly struggled to pick up my feet.

I came here accidentally thinking it was Mr. Purple, which is actually next door. They check IDs at the door, but do not charge cover. They have a large bar on the first floor and a smaller one on the second level. It had a very dancey vibe with lots of folks dancing on the first floor. The DJ was playing top 40 hip hop hits. It wasn't the most upscale place and I didn't stay long, but it wasn't a bad option if you're in the mood to dance.

I'm sitting at the bar for about 5 minutes a couple walks in right after me and get served before I do then the bartender tells me to hold on and continue to have a full-on conversation with her other patrons which are probably her locals so I understand. Had to shake my head and walk up but the last time was there the bartender was very attentive but I guess she didn't feel like she had time today. I was going to give her a nice tip too I'll keep that!!

This is the type of place I pop into randomly with friends to take advantage of some decent drink specials. I can't say this is at the top of my list of places I think of when I think of revisiting, but every time I come- I do end up having a great time! The service IMO has always been amazing. The bartenders have always been super attentive and friendly. My friend once dropped a ring down the sink in the BR and the bartender went above and beyond to help her get it out. Truly stand out service. I always stick with the standard type of drinks here, I don't ever venture onto the cocktail list. I think this is a cran/vodka type of spot. I also noticed they offer food here- I've never tried any of it and not sure I would tbh. This is a fun spot to come into for the holidays as it's pretty dressed up. It's worth a visit in the neighborhood. 4.4/5

Most definitely a good vibe. Right when we walked in we were approached by the host and asked if we had ever been to this bar and we let him know we had not he showed us the special drink menu and was very informative. My drink choice was "Come give Santa A Big Wet one" lol, which was ok but I really enjoyed "Holiday Vacation". This bar is pretty dope it was creepy how the Santa clause greeted us but at the same time hilarious he wanted me to come sit on his lap. The music was a vibe and the drinks were good. It was fun because there were games that they played with the crow and the winner gets a drink on the house. Perfect for the Christmas season, Christmas is everything here from jump; I super loved the vibe. We will be back

I brought the wifey here for a bottomless brunch on a whim (found a helluva good deal on the Pulsd App), and we were quite delighted with the food and the drinks! Now, we've been here before for drinks, which were really delish at the time; but this time I was happy to see they served up a bottomless brunch (our fav thing to do as we continue to explore as many eateries NYC has to offer). The food was very good! I had their chicken and waffles (well, chicken and French toast as they were out of waffles, but man o' man were their French toast delish! Reminded me of my grandma's homemade French toast back when I was a kid, and that means a lot to me!). My wife had their steak and eggs; also very delish! Service was fantastic! Evon (bartender - hope I spelled his name right) made some of the best screwdrivers and mimosas, and Amanda, our table host, was phenomenal and very accommodating! Come to find out they have a comedy show every other Tuesday upstairs! How awesome is that! We'll definitely be back for more drinks, food and laughs! See you then!

Decor: 10/10, Music: 10/10, Drinks & Service: 10/10 Would definitely come back! This place was definitely more fun in my opinion than other festive holiday bars. The music was a good variety (Bad bunny / holiday music / some rock / throwbacks). Drinks were yummmmy, a good amount & definitely strong. Two drinks got me super tipsy / close to drunk! Many options. I recommend the frozen elf drink & moms liquid strength. Place was festive and spacious I can see it being lit later on in the evening in terms of dancing/lounge like vibes. I came on a Saturday afternoon. My bf and I sat by the bar & the bartender was very attentive to whether we wanted another drink / more food.

I really don't like this place. The drinks are not cheap but are both gross and watered down. They stop serving the cocktails on their menu very early in the night. There weren't that many people there. It's dingy. The vibe is just not great. I would not come back and do not recommend.

Yvon is the nicest, chillest bartender! Whatever you want, he makes happen, and makes sure everyone is happy. The Skinny is the least douchey, most down-to-earth bar in the area. If you want to organize a group, they don't charge you and are so easy in terms of having you there. The bar is festive and open, with a few booths and a raised, kind of closed area up front by the floor-to-ceiling window. Seems very popular for younger crowds from college age to mid-twenties. It's a good, spacious place for watching a game during the day (one TV, I think) and hanging out with large groups during the night, but it can get super crowded and loud. Food menu kind of sucks, but they have plenty of happy hour deals on drinks.

Cute place in lower east Manhattan which great vibes, amazing music. The ceiling inside is decorated with Christmas ornaments, which is a cute touch. We were instantly seated but they didn't have servers. (They are understaffed) it's We had to go to bar ourselves and bring our own items, it's a good thing we weren't ordering food. Bartenders were very nice and quick to make our drinks. They have pitchers for $50 or cocktails for $13. I got two Lip Services, which had Prosecco in them. Very refreshing after the brunch I had just had.

This place is wild. It can be shoulder to shoulder packed or it can be empty and it defies science as to which it will be on which day. The drinks are cheap and the staff is mostly super friendly and fun to talk to (more on that later). Have had some great nights here with friends, dancing, talking to neighbors, trying to convince the bartenders to let us rent the bar for an event, it's a great neighborhood joint. One star removed because they kicked me out on my birthday by bursting into the bathroom, demanding that I was doing drugs (I was not, I was mid-pee) and making me leave. But whatever, every bar gets one pass I figure.

This "dive bar" is neatly tucked away in the back streets of LES. The service was friendly. Servers however seemed quite busy. The food was definitely decent. We started with their Buffalo wings which were accompanied by celery, carrots and blue cheese. The wings were tender and flavorful. We then ordered the grilled shrimp tacos which were surprisingly tasty. And their cheeseburger was one of the best I've had in a while! Enjoyed a signature cocktail and the Mexican classic beer, Tecate with the extravagantly decorated ceiling in the interior of the restaurant. If you're looking for a chill, off night casual dining experience, it's a great spot.

A fun little bar in the LES! The DJ played a lot of Rihanna/Chris Brown the night I went which was a lot of fun! Bar service can be kinda slow depending on how busy it is but I would definitely bring my friends to The Skinny if they wanted to have a fun night out.

In the east Village I say this sigh for 50 cents wings and drew me in .long bar inside they still have the Christmas decorations up above the bar. It has Two floors, but I sat at the bar on the main floor. I ordered a beer .there's NO HAPPY hour here but the wings what got me in . So I ordered 10 sweet Chili wings and they Came out very hot ..There were exactly what I like to have : very Well done and cooked perfectly. Tastes sooo good too . bartender who was there on Wednesday was kicking it! Very nice and totally on point w/ what SHE had to do. I felt soo comfortable here and wanna come back again . They have a very big menu here! The Nachos look bomb .. about 3 orders came out as I was there for an hour. I wings were perfect too . I probably be back again when I'm in the east village.

U have mixed feelings about this place ! Pros : very festive for the holidays , DJ (good music , entertainment games every 20 min or so (loved it ) the food was pretty good and cheap 6 wings for 8$ not bad at all !! Cons : worst drinks ever they use cheap liquor !!! Just horrible !!!! Do not get any cocktail drink ! I'm sure if you ask for something specific it will be fine ! But I was very disappointed in the drinks I had to send two drinks back it was not even drinkable !! Would I be back ? Maybe Would I recommend? Probably not to many good bars in the lower east side to settle

This establishment requests ID of everyone upon arrival. No big deal but a little odd when you're being ID'd in your 40s by a 25 year old. Next, we purchased a pulsd voucher and they did not honor the same. The unlimited drinks were limited to mimosas and Screwdrivers, although the voucher stated bloody Mary's and spritzers were included, also. Subsequently, it took 15 mins to get our first drink when the brunch only lasts 2 hours...a bit awkward but okay...we tried to give the waitress the benefit of the doubt. Thereafter, the drinks were all horrible (bloody Mary's, mimosas and screwdrivers) but, in all fairness, they did remove the Bloody Mary from our bill. Lastly, the waitress who serviced us was one of the rudest I have ever had encountered (Claire M). I ordered steak and eggs with cheese, and my meal didn't arrive with cheese. I brought this to her attention and in response, she brought over 2 slices of cold cheese.... All in all, there was one person who saved this from being the worst brunch experience ever and that was George...the most attentive of them all...he heated up my cold cheese and eggs, brought us salt/pepper and ketchup without complaint... and was just all around, a decent human being. Promote this guy!!

Went here for Sunday brunch with a group of friends and had the best time. Vibes were excellent and music was good. The food was amazing, I had the eggs Benedict which I loved. Ivan, our bartender, was very accommodating, fun and enthusiastic. Will definitely be coming back soon!

My friend and I decided to visit the Skinny Bar & Lounge after seeing a deal on the Pulsd app for a reasonably priced boozy brunch (if you haven't heard about that app, I'd suggest checking out for some great deals in New York). We had never been (or heard of) this spot before so we decided to give it a try. We called beforehand to make a reservation but they said that on this specific day it wouldn't be busy until later in the afternoon so we could just walk in. We arrived around 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. When we walked in there was only one other party there! I'd suggest coming early if you plan on walking in without a reservation. We were given a choice of our seating a opted for a booth close to the entrance of the restaurant. One of the first things you notice when you walk in are the array of hanging Christmas lights and decorations on the ceiling. It definitely makes the space aesthetically interesting! We were given a QR code to access the menu. Since we were particularly hungry this given day we both decided to go with the steak and eggs (normally $14.50). When the dishes arrived to our table we were a bit shocked at the portion sizes. The eggs were fine but this was one of the smallest portions of steak I had ever seen served at a restaurant, along with one piece of measly bread. Maybe it was due to us using a Pulsd deal, but lets just say if you're looking to get full from a dish, this won't do it. I'll have to give it to them that service here was on point, especially when it got busier as the afternoon went on. Overall this seems like more of a boozy brunch place to come to more for the drinks than the food. You've been informed!

Came in with low expectations because we used the pulsd app for a deal, but somehow still left disappointed. Our waitress Amanda couldn't have cared less about us, "bottomless" mimosas were no larger than a shooter and she ignored us for the majority of the meal. If this review can save at least one person from suffering a similar fate I'll be glad I wrote it. PS: Also can't ignore the guacamole on bread marketed as avacodo toast.

This place was one of our last stops during the Halloween bar crawl, drinks we stuck to beer since it was easier, tall glass nice, cold & part of the specials, can't go wrong. we also ended up getting some Truffle fries , good really hit the spot after all the drinking. decent size place, good music playing the place was a bit crowed so it was challenging to find a good place to sit, stand, dance .. whatever it wasn't too bad. Biggest complain here were the bathrooms lord what a HOT mess, crazy dirty, wet floors, paper every where damm staff needs to remember to check up on the bathroom situation specially more so when u have a bar full of people. Overall this place wasn't too bad for getting drinks.

Make sure to not visit this place during the week. They are all out of liquor and do not make any of the actual cocktails on there menu. The male bar tender stated that after a busy sports weekend they usually are out of liquor. I don't see how by Wednesday they were not able to restock. We decided to have a drink here and left shortly after.

Cool little bar that I checked out before COVID. Drinks were pretty good and inexpensive compared to the other bars. I went in the morning so there wasn't any love music. The interior design was cool, something I've never seen before. I thought we were under the night sky until I saw barbies hanging from them. Definitely a cool place to check out

I enjoyed this place! Drinks were good and so was the food! Don't forget to grab there guacamole, it's amazing! I should've gotten some to go!!! The flatbread was great too. Bartender was lovely, even gave me some Tylenol. I'll be back!

I purchased a $39 Pulsd bottomless brunch deal for two people. The space is nice, they have indoor and outdoor seating. The food was delicious and the bottomless drinks were served by the pitcher. If you chose mimosas they gave you a bottle of prosecco so you could make your own, which was nice. My only complaint was at the end we were charges $22 for tax, which seems a bit high. I would much prefer to give the server that in tip.

.50 cent wings, strong drinks, good music what's not to love. Definitely recommend for snacks and drinks before a night out. good atmosphere

Have been here a couple of times, I would recommened for a drink with friends on a weeknight, or as a stop on a soho bar crawl. The ambiance is fun with lots of Christmas lights, but it's definitely not a dancing/club atmosphere if that's what you're looking for

This bar serves Guinness so I can't really complain! They also have a lot of cocktails to choose from. I like that the bartenders here are nice and if there aren't a lot of people, they will interact and talk to you. The music here is pretty cool and the "dance floor" does get pretty crowded. I enjoyed the vibe though and I enjoyed coming here even on weekday nights for a glass of beer.

**WARNING TO PULSD BUYERS** I don't usually write reviews, especially negative ones--I understand that times are hard and everyone is doing their best. To be fair, the servers were very nice and tried to help where they could, and they replaced the bottomless mimosas with almost frightening efficiency. However, overall our experience was really disappointing, unsafe to those with food allergies, and gave us food poisoning! 1) TAX AND DOUBLE TIP ON FULL MEAL VALUE: I've never seen this with a pulsd deal before, but they charge you the full amount, including a mandatory 18% tip, then apply the voucher "discount", then charge an additional 18% tip on the discounted total. I don't have a problem with tipping on the full amount, but getting hit with the tax for a $200 "meal", plus an extra gratuity on top of the included gratuity was an unpleasant surprise. After paying $80 for the pulsd tickets for 4 people, we were charged another $55, which after all of the difficulties with the food, kind of sucked. 2) COLD FOOD, FOOD ALLERGIES, FOOD POISONING: Notified the server of a gluten allergy, and requested no bread on the side. Food took forever to come out, and was cold by the time it came to the table. Several sides were missing from other plates, but the dish that was supposed to have no bread had bread and crumbs all over the plate. The replacement and other missing food items took almost an hour to come out, we were told because "someone broke a bunch of dishes in the kitchen"-- didn't feel great to be worrying about glass in the food! Unfortunately, we had to cancel our evening plans after eating here because we felt so sick a couple hours later. We've had terrible nausea and diarrhea since 6pm last night, and that's the only thing we ate yesterday.

Had a great time at this spot. Went a bit late so it was kind of empty BUT the Music was GREAT so I was happy to have so much space to dance. Drink prices were just right too. Wish there was a bit more of a crowed though. Go with a group of friends like to dance and I guarantee a good time.

I've been here three times and today, marks the fourth time. I got there with my friend a little before 5 and placed our order of buffalo wings, sweet chili wings, the skinny burger, and chili cheese fries. Around 5:25, we were notified that the chef left the bar to do whatever he needed to do and we weren't sure what. This was 25 minutes AFTER we placed the order to be informed of this when we placed the order exactly at 5pm. After all, we were starving and was looking forward to having the wings on the table by 5:25--shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes since we were the only people there. The bartender told us that her friends were going to do the favor for us because they felt bad that we placed the order and no one was going to make it. Then, we were notified that there was no chili for the fries, so we decided to get cheese fries. My friend got the skinny burger and I asked her how it was because the bun looked really squishy. It was cooked the way she wanted it, medium temperature and she said it was juicy. OK, acceptable. Moving onto the wings, the buffalo wings were dry and not juicy enough even with dabs of blue cheese. However, the sweet chili wings were juicy and flavorful unlike the buffalo wings. The carrots and celery that came with it were fresh. The cheese fries didn't really have much taste. The cheese was slapped on top of the fries and after a few minutes it became cold. I never had a problem with the fries-it has the right amount of crispness and taste. I was disappointed that they didn't have the truffle fries because I wanted my friends to taste it. I was very disappointed today because we waited 25 minutes to find out that the chef was not available to cook our food. While the bartender's friends were generous enough to cook our food, it is the chef's duty to be in the kitchen at the time the bar is open, NO? I even asked the bartender if the food would come out okay, and she mentioned that he works at another restaurant. I took her word for it. The food wasn't bad. BUT the service was downright NOT acceptable. And I'm still furious. This is no way to manage a restaurant and throughout the two hours we were there, only one customer walked in and the rest seemed to be friends with the bartender. I really want to give this place another try because with 25 cent wings on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, its the best around the area, but I don't know. But they really need to do something with the management and service. As a customer, I'm paying more than 18% gratuity, the least you can do is spare me the time and good experience. 3.5 stars for the food (because the buffalo wings were dry) 1 for the service because it was just an off day today (or so I hope)

My friend and I went here after Pianos to continue his birthday celebration and seemed like a good spot. Good music, good crowd, but it was a long day after work so my friend decided to put his head down for a few seconds while we were drinking at the bar. All of a sudden security approached us and decided to kick my friend out because the manager or owner name Jim thought he was too drunk. I tried to explained my friend was just tired, but it got to the point where we started arguing because of his assumption so I refused to leave until I got a actual explanation, but Jim the owner decided to take my beer away and gave me $10 and decided to kick me out as well. The fact that he didn't ask if my friend was okay or ask if he was doing well instead of sending his security team to surround us as if we were problematic was absolutely absurd. Jim (owner/manager) is trash.

The rating is a 2.5 but I'm not rounding up because it really isn't a 3. Me and my friend came by on a rainy day. She brought me here saying that it's a good place. No. It. Is. Not. If a bar is empty on the Lower East Side on a Friday night, then that should give you massive hints that it's not really a place to stop by. We sat by the bar and she tells me Happy Hour is till 8. Cool. That's great. There's like 3 bartenders behind the bar. Why the fuck did it take over 15 mins to get our order when it's empty??? We finally order and she gives us menus. I was starving and was willing to eat anything. I order tacos and chicken skewers. She gets nachos. Let me tell you something, when you're a foodie in the making, your palate starts to change. You can notice the difference between really low quality food and food that really is made with quality ingredients. Her nachos was disgusting. It's like they opened a slice of the craft cheese (those thin square crap you used to eat as a child) dropped it on top, stuck it in the microwave and melted it. It was nasty. Nothing about the nachos felt authentic or even decent. But I didn't say anything, I just told her I was content with my stuff. My tacos were just mediocre. The steak was saturated with salt. Who eats food like that? I never got the skewers. So when the bill came around I had to make sure to tell the bartender to take it off because it never came. At that point, I didn't care. Food sucked, service is ridiculously slow and it seems like no one really cares. That's my two cents. Next time I'm picking the place.

This place was so sticky and the moscow mule that cost us 15 dollars was tiny and disgusting.

UPDATE: After my updated review on 4/30/2017, the owner messaged me apologizing and stated that he has followed up with the employee and requested her to write an apology letter and will formally apologize to me. I replied not long after, it's been a month and yet STILL no reply from the owner anymore and the so called letter is no where to be seen. It's not much of the letter than matters, its the gesture of offering it and ending up not fulfilling the gesture that makes this whole apology seem very insincere and unapologetic.

My friend and I had a joint birthday party in the loft space at The Skinny. We wanted a luau theme and we wanted it to be extra. Djinn and his team deliver! We brought decorations in the day before and arrived to a tropical oasis in the middle of winter. Djinn made special cocktails with fun names, made sure the decorations were perfectly placed around the space, and was continuously in touch with any questions or even fun ideas to add to the night. We felt so special and the space could not have been more perfect. We did not want a roped off area, but we also didn't want to feel secluded from the rest of the bar. The loft up the stairs has its own bar and bathroom (amazing!), but also felt like part of the larger space with the open layout. We had gotten rates from a few bars for the event and not only were they more expensive, but they were cold and some straight up rude given that we were the clients. After a brief conversation with Djinn, we knew we would have everything we wanted. I can't wait to have another event there! And am so grateful to the team for making our birthdays one for the books. This place sucked. The doormen said they were training a new girl which is why it was slow, which is fine...but after 20 minutes of not being served, why do I go up to the bar to order our drinks and both bartender girls ridicule me for ordering lime with the tequila shots? I quote: "lime is for p*$$ies". Lol I'm an easygoing guy so the least you're getting is a bad review and I want a refund for those overpriced shots...

I came here for brunch with a Groupon deal with some friends. We all ordered a variety of items - I had the chicken and waffles. Presentation wise, they looked amazing, taste wise, they were terrible. The chicken was incredibly dry, to the point where I legit just couldn't eat it. The waffle was a bit soggy and not as it should be. Others at my table ordered lunch foods - burgers and buffalo chicken sandwich. They didn't have as big of a problem as I did, but I would not recommend ordering the chicken and waffles to anyone! Not sure what the night scene is, but this is a brunch review.

First of all went on my birthday from midtown for them to say it got shut down due to plumbing issues LOL

Located close to the new museum, a lively little bar. I ordered the Lip Service cocktail, it tasted way too sweet than alcoholic, I suppose they added too much mango purée inside. Missed the happy hour completely, I heard that they have 25 cents wings. Might try to hit that place next time during their happy hour
