The 26 Best Restaurants At Disney World - Orlando - The Infatuation

"If you find yourself in need of sustenance immediately upon entering the park, this is a good place to stop for some surprisingly good tacos. We love the street corn ones in particular, because it’s nice to eat plants, especially when you’re surrounded by placards and attractions reminding you that animals and the environment are important." - carina finn koeppicus, anne cruz

✨Fast & Delicious✨ I didn’t know how to use the virtual wait line for a lunch reservation so when we were walking around we stumbled upon this place in Animal Kingdom - and it was such a pleasant surprise! ✨Food - we ordered the pulled port street tacos ($9.99), street corn tacos ($9.99), and 2 drinks! I was confused why the tacos with meat and without meat were the same price. The flavors were really good though! The corn tortillas didn’t fall apart, so they seemed fresh. Each of our meals came with chips and salsa. The chips were crispy and the salsa was delicious! ✨Service - the woman who took our order was friendly and answered our questions. The line did take about 20min to get through 3 people in front of us, so we felt like that was reasonable. ✨Hours - they are only open 11:00AM-3PM

Great eating option in Animal Kingdom. There are many options to eat at Animal Kingdom. The Flame Tree Barbecue, Harambe Market, Pandora Canteen and on and on. Many of these places now require you to make reservations or complete the mobile order before arriving or entering their locations. This location is an excellent option that does not require any of that. It is a small stand-alone building located outside of Dino-Land, just toward the Asia part of the park along the walkway next to the FlameTree Barbeque eating area. You walk up to the window, choose your selection and order what you want. You pay right there. It is prepared as you wait and you receive it at the other window. The menu is very simple. There are 3 main items of which we tried 2 of them and they were both excellent. Each entrée was about $10 but worth it. Additionally, they come with chips and salsa and chips very filling. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Once you are done, there are numerous places to find a table and eat. We used the area right behind the small shop that is a rather large area with numerous pavilions and tables situated along the lake. We also got the added benefit of seeing a new show with Jet Ski’s along the lake. Very cool.

A nice surprise to have gluten free corn tacos. They were tasty and salty. There’s enjoyed the chicken tacos too.

Perfect quick service stop for food in animal kingdom! Pork and chicken tacos were delicious, as well as tortilla chips. We also split an island sunrise which was refreshing and not too sweet! Great stop for food not far from the tree of life!

The ONLY thing making the chicken tacos edible was the chipotle sauce I asked for on the side so I had plenty to drown it in. The chicken had taste and texture of a frozen reheated chicken meat such as john souls… not good at all. Salsa on the side that came with chips tasted like a bottled, very vinegary store bought salsa (like pace picante)—don’t expect a fresh made flavor or cilantro. Corn tortillas were not grilled or fried. No sauteed onions or warm cheese to goo it together and no cilantro. These are not real street tacos. Save your $10.

They have the best Pulled Pork Jelly Donut Sandwiches. It's a great place to stop for a quick snack

Yelp
While the service was quick, and food, that's where the excitement ended. Chips and salsa/queso were good, but the ratio was way off. The tacos lacked seasoning and were dry.

Yelp
I tried the street corn tacos and it was an excellent lighter lunch for a long, hot day at the parks (hot for a midwesterner). By lighter I mean it wasn't greasy or too much and it was different than a sandwich or burger available at most other quick service options (at least for a vegetarian). I'd definitely get these tacos again but the ratio or chips to salsa was a little off and the wait was pretty long for quick service.

Yelp
The barbacoa nachos are DELICIOUS! Grab a fork because they are a little messy. Everything works together so well and it's easily a shareable snack!
