Google
It is a very cozy relaxing place even when you have already had a few glasses you feel the harmony of the place. You can come and check what I say. The only thing is the place is very small. Maybe 100 people can fit in this place. very nice tavern.

Federico Amado

Google
Went there for a Miami dolphins game. Super cool little bar. Bartender was super attentive and kind. I’m sorry I forgot his name, really cool dude. I even left to get food and he let me come back in and sit and eat. Brought me a water without me asking. Definitely an attentive bartender. Cool spot, Dolphin friendly. Will be back !

Google
The snug is snugged away in the outskirts of Burbank. It is a hole in the wall bar. It’s cozy. It looks a little filthy. Who knows how long the carpeted bar has been cleaned. Definitely not a place if you are preppy. Came here to watch Monday night football. Got a whiskey sour. It was alright. It had, what looked like tiny pieces of paper in it. I ordered a Long Island. It was ok. They don’t serve any food. Which is probably for the best. The bartender was a sweetheart. She was On top of things. There is parking in the back of the joint.

jacob snelson

Google
It's a nice little whiskey bar with a good varied selection.

Google
Friendly local bar! I passed by this place all the time but it was never opened. So I was here Pokemon-ing on the weekend morning then viola! Most people here are regulars. It doesn't serve hot food (yes chips and nuts) but the bartender let me bring my own lunch 😃

Joseph Gutierrez

Google
Bartender gave my card to another customer and charged their drinks on my card. Bar did nothing to get card back from their "regular" (according to them). Watch your card - even from the bartender

Salvatore Agnello

Google
Great place to watch a game, especially if you're a Dolphins fan in SoCal. Tony, the owner, is super nice and welcoming. Great prices and great people.

David Ryan

Google
Feels like a whole in the wall, but isn’t a hole in the wall I guess. Definitely a neighborhood bar.

Steve M.

Yelp
Great place to hang out. Bartenders are great and good on the owner for turning off the fast pass on the jukebox. Came in there many times not hearing my songs because people kept skipping my music.AllGreat place to hang out. All bars should follow suit.

Yelp
I hear it's one the best Miami Dolphins bars in Los Angeles. Later when the Fins play the Rams I will be flying in and visiting The Sung to check it out GOOOOO FINS !!!

Thomas P.

Yelp
Amazing service in a laid-back Irish style bar. Me and my buddy come here for a good Guinness.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Cute little bar, with some amazing service. The bartender was on his own and managed to keep about 50 people taken care of, at all times. There's no food but there's a few places to eat close by. Highly recommend this bar, for a friendly gathering.
google avatar

Mitchell P.

Yelp
Nice little neighborhood bar, friendly service, a bit pricey 'cause it's not very dive-y

J P.

Yelp
This bar is perfect, but on Tuesday, it's Taylor Swift Night. So either throw up or dance. Friday or Saturday is the best & they play all sports games. The drinks are not measured, and ambiance is what to expect & if you're in the industry, this is your spot.

Ernesto A.

Yelp
This bar rules, a lot of regulars and the cocktail are pretty dam good. Tony always makes the bed vodka cocktails. Small spot with a jukebox
google avatar

Dominic Haydn R.

Yelp
By far the weakest pint of Guinness I have ever had. Will never enter this space again.
google avatar

Emen E.

Yelp
Spent St. Patrick's at the snug with family & friends. Nice ambience with a bagpiper. Wanted a little Irish food, I saw only hotdogs.
google avatar

Gregory N.

Yelp
Cool dive. Tony the owner is a very friendly nice guy. Local regulars are cool and friendly. Drink prices are reasonable. I like it. Will go back.
google avatar

Wayne L.

Yelp
Found out that this place was a Miami Dolphins friendly bar on Sundays so I decided to check it out. The owner "Tony" greeted me as I arrived and my first impression was a good one as he is one heck of a nice guy. Great service. Fun environment. Met a bunch of new friends. Will be back for sure. :)
google avatar

Evelyn C.

Yelp
Came here with my husband on St. Patrick's Day to celebrate the holiday. We ubered here and upon arrival, the guy sitting down who was fooling around with a different guy (I thought they were waiting in line for someone) told me, "oh you can't come in.... it's BOYS night" What does that even mean? There's a private party? It's a gay night? Or do they just not want any girls at their irish pub on St. Patty's Day? I'm confused, he didn't elaborate when I asked him what he meant by that. He just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. We immediately walked over to The Morrison, much better treatment there! DON'T COME HERE! SEXIST!

Anthony N.

Yelp
Liz or Elizabeth, not sure what she goes by, but she is the worst bartender I have ever encountered. I ordered a cosmo. She had to google how to make it. My group and I tried to order another round but she was too busy talking to the "locals" then helping us out. She was taking shots and hanging out with them while also giving them free drinks on the house. When we tried to flag her down she rolled her eyes and poured our drinks into small cups versus the standard cups she was using for the "locals". I am all for treating your regulars great but that it's not okay to completely ignore them. One of the people from my group tried to address the issue but she said she's the owner so we opted out. I see other reviews reference Tony as the owner so I do not know what's accurate or not. We have had other bartenders such as Jess and Nikki, they are great. However, due to the experience, I will never come back to this place again. Liz/Elizabeth needs to go. She is the worst.

Yelp
Looking for a dive bar experience while in Burbank? Head over to the Snug and you won't be disappointed. I usually hit the Snug up when I want to catch a game in peace without the hustle and bustle . This bar is small and gets crowded fast but if you come off peak hours finding a bar stool or booth won't be a problem. The Snug doesn't have a kitchen , but they have a few snack options for purchase. This Irish style pub has a casual atmosphere with a chill vibe. The happy hour is 4pm-7pm weekdays offering $3 drinks. Plenty of draft and bottle beer options.Street parking only.
google avatar

Catalina M.

Yelp
My second home. I love all of the bartenders. Y'all rock! I don't even have to ask for a drink, they already got it down. Forever a REGULAR

Sarineh A.

Yelp
It was my first time here with my boyfriend and I and it was a friendly and casual environment but the beer selection was limited, however the customer service was exceptional. They were very inviting and non rushed customer service. Will definitely come back again.
google avatar

Dark H.

Yelp
Rude bartender. I'm never going again. They check vaccine pass even though the passport and mandates were lifted. NEVER AGAIN.
google avatar

Junaid R.

Yelp
This has been our local watering hole for the last 3 years, and can't say that I've ever had a bad experience here. All of the bartenders are great, and the owner really means well! I wouldn't go anywhere else to celebrate St. Patrick's either. If you want to have a good time, not a long time, come to this spot.
google avatar

Tino D.

Yelp
Place is great, staff is so nice, good drinks, and they ask for proof of vaccination which is a huge plus to me to know that I am safe surrounded by vaccinated people. Also they have awesome fun pin ball and arcade games!

Yelp
Visited Sept 14, 2016 Greeted by a friendly older woman with long white hair. We popped in for a drink after a day at the spa. Nice small, dimly lit, Irish Pub located on Magnollia Blvd just a few blocks west of Hollywood Way. We each ordered a well vodka tonic. The bartender brought us a bowl of pretzels and we enjoyed them along with the low key music being played on the giant music jukebox. It appears they got new bar stools in recent. That's always a plus. Parking is street only from what I could see. Happy Hour starts at 3. Our drinks were $3 each! You gotta love that! We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Stopped in for my first time today and what an amazing spot. Toni the bartender was so friendly and pleasant. I will def return often. I had no idea this place even existed even though it's been around for years. Learn something new everyday and this was my discovery of the day. And the owner of the bar is also a Tony. great person as well.
google avatar

Kaitlin K.

Yelp
We stopped in here on a whim; it was pretty early in the day. I'm so glad we did! Tony is so personable, and knowledgeable about whiskey. Good drinks and good vibes, they definitely deserve your business!
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
Best bar ever! And, most importantly, they care about keeping their customers safe! Must stop when in or around Burbank.

James L.

Yelp
I worked at this bar for about four years and the management is nonexistent there's no push to grow and they don't have any actual care for their employees or their customers. I put in a lot of hard work trying to build the Relationships with the regulars and my coworkers yet the owners lack of competence to change anything is leading to this bar's downfall. The Snug is a happy cozy place to drink but when they really don't care it just doesn't matter anymore. it makes you feel unwelcome.

Krystal P.

Yelp
I love it here! It could be the start of your night or the end of your night, the Snug does not disappoint. The staff is friendly and the drinks are made with a heavy hand.
google avatar

Nile E.

Yelp
Love this place. Great whiskey selection. BUT...the last time I was there my friend and I got multiple BUG bites all over our arms. I started scratching when I got there. Then later he told me that he was itching as well and when he got home he had a bunch of bites all over him as well. Gotta take care of that before I come back. I like the spot but.....fix that. IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
google avatar

Hillary C.

Yelp
Been here a few times, definitely my favorite neighborhood watering hole. Bartender Carol is superb, makes a dynamite white wine spritzer. Lucky to have a dark hiding spot nearby. Can be a little loud on weekends; that jukebox definitely seems to be turned up to eleven! But its a perfect spot for footie games on early'ish Saturday mornings. Thankful for you, The Snug and Carol!

Steven G.

Yelp
Fantastic whiskey selection. Perfect bar to stop for a drink and excellent conversation. The owner, Tony, will make you feel right at home.
google avatar

Thessa V.

Yelp
What are you here for? Seriously. This is not the joint for girls looking for Ryan goslings with a Benz. Butttt accidental cuties that don't know they are adorable hang out here. As well mischievous drunks, people who smell like crayons, conversationalists andddd gentlemenly boys looking to get laid. I liked this place despite my friend being embarrassing and loud. People put up with us.. The bartender stayed patient. It's a nice watering hole that is low key. It's great to have relaxing places like this.
google avatar

Brent R.

Yelp
I needed cheep beer and to use the bathroom. I left with new friends and sunnier disposition. Before using there restroom, I ordered a beer. When I returned I instinctively drank the beer that was placed where I had left my things. It turned out to belong instead to the English gentleman sitting near my stool of choice. Instead of getting upset everyone proceeded to tease me and was kind hearted about the misunderstanding. I paid for his drink and ordered another. We proceeded to become good chums and laugh it up. Upon leaving he paid for the remainder of my beers and wished me fair well. - dope

John T.

Yelp
Tony is awesome! Just as personable as can be. I'll stop by The Snug any time I'm in Burbank patronizing the Firing Line shooting range, which is quite often! (After the range, Not before!!!)
google avatar

Wendy S.

Yelp
This place is awesome. Clayton has usually been our bartender. He's hilarious and kept us laughing most of the time we were there. My boyfriend said he was taking me to a " dive bar ", but this is definitely NOTHING like the dive bars we have in SB. The Snug has my all-time favoriTe bourbon as well as my biyfriebds favorite whiskey, both of which I've only seen very rarely. We like the good stuff, and it's so perfect that both of our favorites are under the same roof. I disagree with my boyfriend. The snug is not a dive bar. It's more like an unassuming, modernized speak-easy. This instantly became my favorite place to go when I'm in Burbank. I wish we had a place like this in SB. The only thing I'd like to see is an addition or better wine selection. I love this place. It's chill. Not fancy. Great drinks. Great staff. It's not a "scene". It's just perfect in my book.

Todd S.

Yelp
Quaint neighborhood Irish pub. Great spot to meet friends and watch a game on a Sunday. Multiple TVs. Miami Dolphins fans filled The Snug today... No food, but free donuts. Perfect with a cup of coffee. Nice staff. They check for vaccination card and ID. Tony the owner is so great.
google avatar

Mal C.

Yelp
When my friends and I met up at the Snug, we gave each other hugs. The bartender then came out to join the hugfest because that's the kind of place the Snug is. Snugs is for hugs. It's a locals' bar. I'm not a local, but this kind of bar makes me want to be - not only for the hospitality but they also have over 100 whiskey options for all your whiskey neat needs.
google avatar

Anna T.

Yelp
Wow drinks are strong, staff is super friendly (especially Nikki), and neighborhood peeps are the best. Love Burbank!
google avatar

Neill E.

Yelp
Love this place!! Tony and crew make great drinks. Looking for a cool local DB, this is it!!
google avatar

Rick M.

Yelp
My favorite bar in Burbank! It's a real bar, no food, no bartender with a handlebar mustache who wants to "craft" me a drink...just strong drinks at a fair price.
google avatar

Mike C.

Yelp
Now this is a favorite spot. You can't beat their happy hour. None of that craft cocktail crap - and I'm a bartender - just straight up cheap booze and a good time. These spots are few and far between in LA so cherish them while we got 'em.
google avatar

Bradley P.

Yelp
For sure an unassuming little dive bar. There have been times I've gone here and been the only sole in the house. Touchtunes jukebox so you can pick the music in your phone. Full bar, reasonable prices. It can get pretty annoying during a weekend sporting event, but I guess that's anywhere with TV's.
google avatar

Marisa G.

Yelp
This is a great local bar. Great bartender that serves great strong drinks at a good price. Comfortable and not presumptuous. They do am awesome St. Patty's bash! Doesn't hurt that it's in walking distance from where I live!
google avatar

Rick C.

Yelp
The old (yet still kinda new) Bar 21, a hip-ish NoBar-type place, is now Snug, a hip-ish Irish pub. We rolled over there last weekend for birthday drinks and fun was had by all. Roomy, not pretentious (yet), and the owner and bartender were great. So great, in fact, that they bought us a round of drinks! That has never happened to me EVER. (But I'm not a hot chick with big tits.) The round would have easily cost a hundred bucks so that was nice. Drinks weren't any cheaper here. And the jukebox left much to be desired. But the fun we had and the free round gives this new business 5 stars. (The Bar 21 Yelp page is here for reference: http://www.yelp.com/biz/bar-21-burbank )
google avatar

Kristy R.

Yelp
We recently popped in here after seeing a movie nearby. It's a nice, little dive bar that's tucked away. From the outside it doesn't look like much and honestly, the inside isn't that great either but it's a nice place to stop by and have a drink without being surrounded by pretentious LA people. The drinks are cheap and the bartenders (especially Kat) are super nice. They have an internet jukebox that has a little bit of everything on it. The ladies room was surprisingly clean, for a dive. There are a few tables and obviously the bar area where you can sit. They also have trivia nights. A very chill vibe.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
I dug The Snug on my rare visit to Burbank. Drove from Phoenix, Arizona to meet up with friends from Sacramento for a pubcrawl through L.A. and The Snug was one of the random bars we visited the night before the big event. Decent beer selection and Stella Artois served in fine pilsner glasses bearing her name. The goofy trivia and games machine at the end of the bar kept us enthralled for a while. Users are forbidden to enter dirty words when registering a high score (of course, we found a workaround and littered the scoreboard with creatively filthy names). Met some cool folks outside the pub, which I didn't expect. Cool little bar, The Snug.
google avatar

Alexander V.

Yelp
Great dive with rambunctious locals. A true Irish dive bar. The only thing that would make this place better is more local brews and liquor.
google avatar

Eric E.

Yelp
Came here on my 21st birthday. Had an incredible time. Eventually became a regular here. Made a bunch of cool friends here, as well as met my girlfriend here(pretty funny story) I'm 23 now and I haven't gone anywhere else. I love it here. Gets busy sometimes, but the bartenders do their best to get to everyone. I see some reviews saying bad things about some of the best bartenders I've seen. They are very nice and respectful. I can't say for sure what happened with some of the bad reviews but I can almost guarantee the patron was being rude. Generally the rule here is "you'll be treated the way you treat us." We have our own little "Snug Family." We all lookout for each other. So if you come in here acting like an a**hole, you'll be treated like one. If you're nice and you understand that you're not the only one ordering drinks, they'll treat you well. I highly suggest you stop in for a drink sometime. Happy hour is 4-7 mon-fri. The owner is there on thursdays and fridays, and he LOVES to meet new people and welcome them to his bar. He might even tell you a good story or two if you ask.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
This place was pretty cool. The night I went the Bushmills girls were sampling shots of whiskey. They were also giving away free stuff. There isn't food, but they have plenty of local menus to choose from and allow you have it delivered and eat inside. The server we had was fine, but definitely not great. She got our checks messed up so tabbing out took a little longer than usual. She did give us plenty pretzels (bar snacks) the entire night! I'll be going back.
google avatar

Vanessa C.

Yelp
Drove from Santa Clarita to watch the Dolphins vs Patriots game. I wanted to surprise my husband as he is a big Dolphins fan (this bar is a Dolphins bar). I walked in wearing my Patriots jersey. The crowd booed me for several minutes but, Tony and his wife Adriana came to our booth to introduce themselves and make us feel welcomed. Very friendly and super nice. It was our anniversary so they made it super special by bringing a piece of cake with a candle. We ended up moving to the bar and talking to the rest of the people there. Drinks are good, decent price but the staff takes it to the next level. We definitely will be going back!
google avatar

Emily G.

Yelp
We rolled in here about 1am last night for some more drinks a little closer to home than the bar we were at downtown. Parking is easy and we walked right into the door to a small, dimly lit divey bar with maybe 4 or 5 other people occupying the various seats and booths. As someone mentioned before though, this place is not meant for big crowds so it was nice. The bartender was super friendly despite us coming in an hour before he closed up for the night. They've got some classic board games, a Batman pinball machine, and a fun jukebox to amuse yourself with. The jukebox is kinda pricey for playing songs, but I'm not really familiar with jukebox prices. It also has a Photo Booth setting on it that allows you to take 4 pictures, create a background, put a filter on it, and either email it or post it on Facebook. I was the DD last night, so I can't speak for the drinks myself but my friend said her's was very deliciously strong. I would definitely come back again when I'm in the area; it seems like a good place to chill with a drink.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
Awesome, old school pub with good company and friends. They have a happy hour that runs from 4-7 pm with most draft beers running from $4-5.
google avatar

Avishek C.

Yelp
Proabably my favorite place to grab some drinks in LA. The atmosphere is relaxed and the beer selection is great. What really makes the place great is the crowd and the bartenders. The crowd is great, not too many people but not a sparse crowd either. The bartenders are very friendly and approachable aswell. They also have board games that you can play. It's just a great all round bar.
