The Social House

The Social House meal was very good and pleasantly different from other restaurants. I had the ribeye that came with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, but substituted a side salad for the potatoes. They included a mushroom, shallot reduction to dip your steak in which was delicious. The only thing on the steak was that it had too much salt. My husband had a chicken Caesar salad. He said he really liked the dressing. The chicken chunks were a little big for him, though. The salad came with a large Parmesan crisp, which was good and a nice garnish for the salad. Our friend had the fish and chips which she really enjoyed. 2 desserts were ordered. Both great! The strawberry on the shortcake looked like a rose! The atmosphere is fun and may be a little noisy if you’re looking for deep conversation. My husband and I agree that it is a nice date place! The price is a little higher than some places but well worth the extra touches that are given. Our server, Austin was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. A very nice person!

Busy dude, but he was super attentive to all his tables & did not skip a beat. Chill personality, he also had great recommendations on food. Chicken Pasta - Yes. Just get this. No regrets. It has chicken, panchetta, mushrooms, & mascarpone. I'm also not going to deny the carbs, enjoy the perfectly buttered toasted garlic bread. Meatloaf - Another win. My friend doesn't even like green veggies but liked these. Huge servings with great flavors. Mont Blanc - Heaven. Perfect balance of ice cream, cake, & sauce. Espresso Martini - Yep. That Cardi B alcohol infused whip cream, winner. Prices are more than fair with the A+ quality of food they provide. $75 with tax/before tip for two entrées, desserts, & two drinks. Food comes out fast & delicious! Atmosphere is so great, I love the open space with big windows... that natural light makes it feel so spacious. Outdoor seating is a available too! Really cool vibe & and awesome experience, I'll be back!

The portions are generous, which is great considering the price of around $20 per plate. However, the $17 salad didn’t live up to expectations—it was bland and lackluster. The other dishes we tried were decent. Above all, the drinks, ambiance and service were all excellent and worth coming back for.

First time and won’t be the last time. Food was GOOD! I have no complaints. The service was GREAT. Our waiter Austin was GREAT. Even though he was busy with tables he made sure we were taken care of without missing a beat! The drinks came in a little slow but it was a full place, so that was understandable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and I will return!

Andy was our server tonight and was easily the best server we’ve ever had! Not only did he provide excellent service, he made my mom’s birthday so special and went above and beyond with all of the tables around us! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and you can tell he loves his job. The whole crew here was fantastic! I wish we lived closer so we could come here every day! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! We will be back for sure!

My girlfriend and I used to frequent here a couple years ago and loved it — big portions, great flavor, worth the price. We just came back and were seriously disappointed. Portions were way smaller, poached eggs eggs were making the plate and other ingredients watery, steak was unseasoned and unsalted, and there was barely any hollandaise. For a $70+ bill, this felt like a total ripoff for 2 entrees and a drink. Sad to say, but we won’t be coming back.

Went to eat dinner here and the service was great, the food came out hot and fresh I would suggest just a little seasoning on the orzo and greens, I really suggest those mini salmon croquette sandwiches, they are really good, the restroom was OK I think it could have been a little more cleaner and those seats in the restaurant has had it, (see pictures) it's time to replace the chairs and the seating Follow me on Instagram docccwayne_reviews

The atmosphere is that of a sports bar - pretty loud. Other than that, the menu has a wide selection that caters to many tastes. The food was delicious and our party of 4 all agree that the french fries were some of the best we've had. Portions were large and presented nicely. Good value for the price. They also have some great happy hour deals.

Everytime I've been, I leave pleased wit the service and food. The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is just right. I took my child this time, since I was going for brunch and she loved the food. ​

I've been coming up here for years and am some how just now getting around to writing a review. I'm a big fan of this spot. It's not just a bar and grill vibe, it's slightly more clean and upscale but still casual. I really enjoy the decor and ambiance. I'm a really big fan of almost all the servers I've encountered here. I was a bit of a bar regular for a bit, and all of those bar tenders are amazing. I won't play favorites, but she knows who she is. Keep killing it. The food is very good. I recently have been enjoying the salmon, but my favorite thing is brunch. Breakfast food is a category that I could just eat all day every day. I'm a sucker for a good eggs benedict. They have a very tasty Steak Benedict which absolutely slaps. That being said I've tried almost all their brunch, lunch and dinner menu and haven't found anything that I really don't like. The drinks are great, and pricing is fair. They have some really unique fun brunch drinks with their wild mimosa flavors and other fancy brunch cocktails. Definitely go check it out. Bring your friends. Go on a Sunday Fun Day and let yourself have a break from life. Keep killing it guys!

Vibes & Sips at The Social House Stopped by The Social House in Arlington and had such a good time! The drinks were so good -- I tried the Strawberry Moscato Lemonade and the Ocean Water frozen drink, both super refreshing and hit the spot perfectly. For food, I kept it simple with the pepperoni flatbread, and it did not disappoint -- crispy, cheesy, and just the right amount of spice. I went with a coworker, and we had great conversation paired with even better vibes. Whether you're winding down after work or looking for a casual hangout spot, this place definitely delivers. Good drinks, good eats, and good company -- can't beat that!

Food is pretty good and decently priced. I think there's something on the menu for everyone. We went on a weekend and I'll just say the playlist was a millennials dream! lol Both times I've been we were seated without too much of a wait and our servers were fantastic. I'd say in terms of vibe it's a step up from like a chilis or TGI Fridays that's a local small business!

Came here after my friend, who lives in the area recommended that we come here for a quick bite before going to an event nearby at AT&T stadium. The ambiance was cool - low-key. I think the menu options were ok but I just wanted a salad at the time and it was good - I ordered a Caesar salad with blackened chicken. I also ordered a mocktail blackberry mojito, which was also really good. I definitely recommend for a quick bite to eat... Prices were good too. Nothing was wrong my experience but there was nothing spectacular about it either so that's why it's 4 stars and not 5.

Went after a 5k so around church time. Service was a tad slow but there were a lot of people for understandable. Nice ambiance as we sat outside. I got a mimosas flight which was a great price and tasted good. I got the steak and eggs Benny. That was also good. I would recommend.

This place is packed, limited parking!! I managed to find a spot, and I went inside to meet my friend who had already found us some seats at the bar. This place is called the social house for a reason, it's a fun atmosphere and everyone is chatting it up. My friend had already made friends at the bar with people that she was sitting around and everybody is just laughing and having a good time. !! I ordered the steak Benedict and we enjoyed our chat while waiting on our food. Everything hit the spot and we were totally satisfied. The service was outstanding, and I can't wait to go back again!

Stopped in for a quick water and Diet Coke to sit and hydrate from the heat. Even though we were only there for one drink, we were seated very quickly at a bar table and served very quickly. Everyone was super nice, the vibe was great, and the place was so cute. Thank you so much to the manager and our server!

NANCY for the WIN!! She was amazing, I was running behind getting there but she made sure my party was well taken care of in the mean time. She was very tentative, funny and helpful with the menu. Food was on point, drinks were good and we didn't have to flag her down once to get anything, she kept everything in rotation. Came in for a quick bite to eat. Ordered the steak sandwich, salad & a peach Bellini. Everything tasted great, Kadence has great customer service and I would return for happy hour and/or try other items on the menu. I do like the booths in the restaurant and the multiple TV options.

Shrimp and Grits with a Flight of Mimosas. Enjoyed every bite and sip! This was my first trying the Shrimp and Grits. I was not disappointed. And the flight of Mimosas was good. I had Peach, Pineapple, Mango, and Strawberry. Pineapple was my least favorite, it was still good.

So glad their is a location closer to me. I have been going to the Dallas and Fort Worth locations for years. It's always such a vibe for brunch or a sporting event. Food was excellent. I love the sourdough grilled cheese paired with the tomato bisque. It's my go to but I have tried most items on the menu and have never turned anything back to the kitchen or thought it wasn't delicious. My only complaints for this location is service and maintaining the establishment. Servers are friendly but no sense or urgency or circling back to check on tables. As for maintaining the establishment, the booths are split at seams and just not a great look. I'm not running to come back to this particular location but happy to return at a later time.

We had a corporate group event here. It can't be easy to serve a couple hundred people at once. The staff was friendly and courteous despite the swarm of people. The social put out a fajita buffet which I was not excited to try. I am glad I did, I could've hammered about 5 fajitas they were so good. That's coming from a fajita snob. Thanks Social House

Great to experience Naya was our server. She was great she was kind, courteous, and great hospitality. She made it very personable and had a great personality. The food was top grade for brunch had amazing taste Place was booked no seats open long wait because of the reputation. Good ambience for TVs,l.

We went to brunch today. I ordered steak benedict and the eggs and steak were cold. I was informed that's just the way it is. Was told poached eggs are room temperature. I have had enough eggs benedict in my life and they were never cold. My husband's eggs that were over medium were cold but his steak and potatoes were hot enough for him to eat it. I didn't eat mine. Not worth the $23 + to spend on it. The bartenders Maddie and Madison were very nice. We definitely won't be back.

Went for a meeting and service was great. Food was good too, nothing super exciting but since I love trying new places I enjoyed it. The salmon sliders were great and I liked the flatbread which I'm usually not a fan

We were a party of 10. Second night of celebrating a birthday with family from out of state. The hostess was very accommodating as we had two different reservations and asked to be seated together. The server was super nice and patient with all of our questions and changing our minds. She automatically split the bill by couples and never batted an eye. The drinks were pretty good and the food was also pretty good. Better than expected for 'bar' food. The portions were a good size and my people left with leftovers. Two of us had braised short ribs with grits. The meat was so tender and pretty flavorful without the sauce they put on top and the grits were good and creamy. Two people had the shrimp and grits and said they needed a little extra sauce but were otherwise very good. The fish n chips had too much breading. The flat bread was good. Overall it was a good outing.

Had a meeting with a friend we met for Happy Hour 02/20 around 4:30p the young man that was serving the bar was amazing very friendly guy I truly enjoyed him as our Bartender I wish I could remember his name he had on baseball cap. I say this I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. I ordered the Nacho Chips it was delicious I don't normally drink sweet drinks but I tried the Ocean Water it was delicious but it cramp my stomach so I had to switch up. Other than that my experience was great and the atmosphere was so inviting I can't wait to go back hopefully he will be there so I can get his name.

There is always a happy hostess ready and waiting to serve us! The ambiance is forever bright and inviting, and it's never empty! Today I order chicken fried steak, and my friends ordered the biscuit and gravy. I made a happy plate but they were not pleased with their entree. As my friend started expressing her dislike, the waitress immediately went and grabbed Greg and he was so understanding! He even made us feel better with a sweet treat! I'll definitely continue coming to this establishment!

Had a great brunch double date at Social House. I made reservations and it seems like that's the way to go as it got packed really quickly. I enjoyed the vibe and ambiance. Very fun and a great place for brunch with your girls or dates, inside or on the patio. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive and the food came out very quickly. We ordered several things; three mimosa carafes, fried pickles, tomato bruschetta with basil pesto (was REALLY good), bison burger, steak sandwich and our friends ordered chicken fried chicken and chicken and waffles. All of the food was really good and large portions. The steak sandwich came with fries and the fries were perfect; crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. There were no complaints from any of us! I was stuffed and lit by the time we left, we will definitely be back.

My partner her sister and her daughter and I all had a great time at Social House. Had a reservation but missed out on the timing due to running late but luckily gave a call to the resturant and the host was able to seat us fast. The food and drinks were so amazing! It was very chill and just really a social experience. Music was good not too loud. Our waiter was very attentive he kept checking in make sure we had enough food and drinks. I had the shrimp and grits it was delicious and perfect. The mimosas always so tasty love getting the flight to have different flavors. Will always recommend.

I enjoyed brunch here with my daughter. The industrial decor was neat and service was great. I enjoyed shrimp and grits and my daughter had the meatloaf. Both were very good!

Great and fun place! We've been a few times now for date night and it never disappoints! The blue frozen drink (I believe ocean water?) is SO GOOD! Get it and feel tropical and refreshed!! The happy hour is great and affordable!

Came here for brunch to celebrate my cousins birthday. We ordered from the brunch menu and they were also able to make mocktails. They had very large servings for brunch. They also surprised my cousin with a birthday cheesecake.

Good choice, tasty food, the beignets were kind of dry and highly unusual didn't finish them but the steak Benedict and the shrimp and grits were good (I don't get how the side of mustard greens fit in, hmmm). Portions are kind of small but the carafe of mimosas with the various flavors is a plus and they have a lot of beers on tap. We sat at the bar. Place was quite busy, but we didn't wait long for our order to be taken and since we were visiting staff was very generous with giving recommendations for things to do on a Sunday night after the Cowboys game. I was fine with the music being played, but after 12p strikes they turn up, dang I was already leaving, lol.

Stopped in for our first visit. Let me start by saying Brian was an amazing server. Knowledgeable, anticipated our questions, offered suggestions and overall very helpful. Would absolutely ask for him on the next visit. I had the shrimp and grits. They were very tasty. Definitely would have them again. The two others with me said their meal was tasty as well.

I love this place! I have been twice and both time the food was amazing. The drinks are a bit strong for me, maybe it depends on what you order lol, but the service is always fun and the servers are easy to communicate with. They almost anticipate what you want lol. I really like the vibe in here too, you can bring kids, do an adults only thing, or whatever, it all feels appropriate here. I love it and WILL be back.

The place was packed Saturday morning as expected. I came in for brunch and ordered the crab cake Benedict. I was good but cold. They took 45 to remake my order. If I didn't order the carfe mimosas I would have left. They tried to throw it in the oven instead of remaking it. Then the cooks were rude to my poor server I was over it but was hungry. I never of a restaurant serving a cold hollandaise sauce and cold eggs on purpose. That's what the cooks told my server. So I'm good on this place. I won't be back.

Good and prompt service, kept drinks full. Ate on the patio, great weather but the sun was bright and limited umbrellas. We arrived early enough on Saturday, but by the time we left there was no parking available which could be an issue.

I don't know where to start... @AUSTIN!!!! Best server I have had in a while by a LONG shot! From the time we sat down he had a great energy. We had no idea what we wanted, he guided us with asking our likings. He made a couple suggestions that we took and we were not disappointed! I was surprised with the drink that came out, but the presentation was amazing and the flavor was . We ordered some apps (Buffalo calamari and fried pickles) and they were delicious, once again he made a suggestion to get the sauce on the side for the calamari and it was one hell of a decision. We were indecisive as hell lost in conversation, he was more than patient while making plenty of rounds to just check in. We ordered chicken fried steak, mascarpone chicken pasta x2 and a flatbread. (he suggested mushrooms something as an add on to the pasta, which was AMAZING, ask him!) The food was delicious. Overall I'd give it a 10 out of 10. ALSO for a bonus he told us Mexican OT was playing at Texas LIVE for a free concert. Definitely coming back for you Austin Best server in DFW ! I've been here plenty of times. And every time the food and service is great. Some food items taste better than others but that goes with trying different things every time. Most recent time I went I had the buffalo sliders as a an appetizer and honestly it was so good that i will be making this my meal next time with a side of fries! It was THAT good. I def enjoyed that more than my main meal. The peach Bellini is the best frozen drink they have on menu. Forget the flight just order a full glass is that. Trust me. Restaurant itself is really cute inside. Great spot for brunch, date, birthdays. Just about any occasion. Make a reservation, this place is always busy during brunch hours in the weekend. If you want a seamless seating situation I highly recommend booking a reservation.

I enjoyed my food experience here. As much as I try not to order Shrimp and Grits, I always seem to gravitate towards ordering it. In this case, I'm glad I did. It was really delicious. It doesn't have a creamy or cheesy base, but is has a Cajun sauce that takes the taste up a notch. It comes with jumbo shrimp, corn, andouille sausage....and get ready for this.....mustard greens! Now at first this almost steered me away from ordering, but the server did a great job of convincing me. It was the combination of foods that I didn't know I needed, lol! Love it. Another dish that I can't stop thinking about and I'm now craving is the buffalo fried calamari strips. Now I'm am officially in the hunt for those, lol! I also had the Buffalo wings, chicken sliders, beef sliders, and the yummy crab cakes. I always appreciate when crab cakes is not heavily breaded....it's nice to enjoy actual crab meat and we did just that! This is a casual spot with delicious food. I would say if you are visiting the area it is worth visiting. If you live in the area then lucky you lol! Love it!

I enjoyed a Friday night at this location, and I was very impressed. I don't remember our waitress's name, but she was young, had braces, possibly Hispanic and dark hair. She WAS AMAZING! The waitress we had was friendly, polite, funny and very personable. Although she was super busy in her section, she made sure to connect and was on top of everything even to our to go boxes. Now on to the food. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection no additional sauce or seasoning needed. The mashed potatoes were delightful. I did add a touch of pepper. The asparagus were perfect and not overcooked, which I loved. My friend ordered a burger and fries. Her only complaint was that she requested no onions and that there were onions all over the burger. She said the meal itself was good besides that minor factor. Overall, I would definitely go back and try out their happy hour.

An ABSOLUTE must if you're in Arlington Make sure you sit in Andy or Zach's section! The BEST servers we've ever had. Attentive, kind, and feeling our vibe. 10/10. Will be back next Sunday

Tuesday night 7:50pm I'm guessing this place is short staffed so I'll give them a pass. However, the woman at the bar seemed annoyed when I asked for a menu as she tossed a physical menu in my direction. I think she might be the only person working the bar. I attempted to order at the front entrance, but was told that was against the rules and to just wait until the bartender had a free moment. Few minutes later the bartender came back to take my order. I'll update a little later, post food Ordered 8:00pm Received 8:13pm not bad for speed but customer service fail. I won't be back to dine-in, it's best to stick to DoorDash Green beans were undercooked so I only ate a few. Chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Jalapeño gravy, not flavorful. Potatoes were ok.

As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted! The bartender Austin was amazing, knew what I wanted without question, and Oscar the manager was very attentive and had a great personalit! I would definitely recommend this place!

This place was meh. Nothing special. Also, the waitstaff could care less about my dietary restrictions. I told our waitress I could not have dairy and my sandwich came back with buttered toasted bread. When I told the waiter that brought it out he sakd "it doesn't matter, the bread is made with butter already." We won't be back again. Food was subpar.

We were in town, staying at a nearby hotel near the Live! venue and once we scoped the local, and kind of sad, restaurant scene, we landed on Social House for the drink and dinner options. I will say that while I enjoyed the look and overall experience of Social House, it kind of seemed like they were struggling with an identity crisis. I say this as the décor and seating lends itself to an modern-brunch spot, while the bar gives of sports bar vibes and the menu gives off slightly elevated American-Italian. I mean, nothing was bad, it was just a bit confusing. We both started off with house cocktails, and the buffalo calamari. The calamari was cut and served in strips, breaded and tossed in buffalo sauce. For our mains we got a burger and the mascarpone chicken pasta. Burger was ordered medium rare, but was delivered medium well. This is either experience or sitting in the window too long. Burger was still decent, even with the temp being off. The pasta was solid and quite tasty. My only issue with this dish was the haphazardly chopped chicken. No consistency in the strips and/or chunks you got with each bite. That garlic bread was on point though! Service was friendly, timely and overall positive. Overall, we enjoyed Social House. Truthfully 3.5 stars represents more accurately, however I am good with 4 stars.

Visited here with familybto celebrate a birthday. Although it was happy hour, it was not very crowded at all. We were seated right away, and our waiter came over to take our orders and explain the meals. After prderingnour food arrived fairly quickly. I ordered the Bison Burger, which also had an overeasy egg on top. The burger was very messy but pretty good. The fries were awesome. My wife ordered the cobb salad, and although very big, she really enjoyed it.
