The Best Dine-In Movie Theaters in Atlanta | Eater Atlanta

"Beer lovers should check out the Springs Cinema and Taphouse for movies. This theater features 18 beers on tap and a wine list of nearly 20 by-the-glass and bottle options. Order loaded nachos, funnel cake fries, or pretzels and beer cheese to share before indulging in entrees like wagyu beef sliders, a pizza, or a chicken Caesar salad while seated in your recliner during a movie. The Springs even includes a drive-in movie experience in the parking lot during the summer with the ability to order from a mobile app with food and drinks delivered right to your car." - Beth McKibben

The Springs Cinema And Taphouse Movie Theater - Review - Buckhead - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"This dine-in theater sits in the back of a Roswell Road shopping center, so it can feel like a bonus scene from National Treasure getting to the place. But once you park and head inside, you’ll come to a long counter where, on one side, you have a full bar with craft beer, frozen drinks, and short-run specials like the Ciroc-powered Wakanda Cocktail. And at the other, you can order from a menu of carnival-like fare (wagyu sliders, brats, funnel cake, and fries) that delivers uneven results. The buffalo chicken wrap, with its perfectly-fried tenders, tangy sauce, and side of tots, is the best thing you’ll enjoy from your heated chair. The soulless cheese pizza, on the other hand, is a bigger bust than some of those unmentionable DC Comics movies." - DeMarco Williams

The manager that night was somewhat disrespectful for our event. Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion between the planner & the “the lady” that was redirecting everyone. Nonetheless, we had a good time for the screwing of DarrylVega! The bar lady was super nice, the popcorn was fresh (add lots of butter too). The tall guy was sooo cool & nice as well. Please teach the staff to be more attentive to us… Unfortunately we didn’t know any protocols that would have made this night an easier one. See yelp for the other review

What a cool venue! The lobby is very quaint. The bathrooms were clean. The theatre is equipped with full on recliners and easy to maneuver tray tables. Please like this review!

Always a great local spot to watch a newly released movie and an old school throwback on certain days. Enjoy a variety of good food, popcorn, slushis, candy and a full bar! This place has it all! Comfy reclinable seats with heat warmers keep you comfortable throughout the movie!

Our first time here. We had a movie date night. Customer service was amazing. We ate at the bar. We ordered pepperoni pizza and buffalo boneless wings and tots. Food was ridiculously terrible. I did not like the type of cheese they used on the pizza. I could tell that the pizza was made there, but the tots and boneless wings were initially frozen, but heated up. The best thing on my plate to eat were the carrots & celery. The frozen drinks are pretty good. My favorite was the "frosé" because it was the strongest. I was able to sample them all, so that's how I know. Lol. The only frozen drink I wasn't able to sample was the rum punch because it wasn't ready yet. The theatre is comfortable with the reclining seats. Anywhere the food is not good, I never return. So this will be the case with this establishment because the food is below average. We ordered typical bar food and did not expect it to taste terrible. The popcorn was good, though. Popcorn is hard to mess up. The server layered our popcorn perfectly. There's plenty of free parking. This establishment is located in a nice area. This place brought back memories of when I used to work at a movie theatre when I was 16.

First time at this theatre. Theatre was clean, bathroom was clean, and seats were comfy. Only negative- We sat in theatre 8 and it smelled pretty bad of mildew and it was extremely humid in there. Didn’t feel much air circulating. Just felt musty in there. Otherwise we had a nice time.

I recently visited this cinema in Marietta, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots for movie nights. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is genuinely caring and attentive, and it’s clear that the management team is passionate about creating a positive experience for everyone who visits. The seating is honestly next level. The chairs are extremely comfortable, with heating and cooling options built right in, which made watching the movie even more relaxing. You can also adjust the seat position in all sorts of ways to get perfectly cozy. It really adds a luxury touch that you don’t find in most other theaters. Another great feature is their food service. You can order food and have it brought straight to your seat in the salon, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, their movie selection is fantastic — they screen a wide range of independent and international films, offering a rich and diverse cultural experience you wouldn’t find at a typical chain theater. It’s clear they’ve built a strong, positive community in Marietta, and it feels good to support a place run by such a motivated and thoughtful team. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
My first experience here. The theater itself offers a cool and fun atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy a night out. The vibe is enjoyable, and it’s definitely a spot with potential. However, the staff experience left something to be desired. Most of the team came off as standoffish, and the bartender wasn’t particularly helpful more or less just silent, waiting. One staff member did check on us, which was appreciated, but overall, the service could be more attentive. It was also disappointing to find out after our purchases of food and drinks that I could’ve earned points toward my membership. Better communication about membership perks or asking if people if they have one would’ve been helpful. As for the food and drinks, they were decent. It’s bar style of food and the drinks were enjoyable enough. Overall, while the environment is great, better service and clearer communication about membership benefits when purchasing products would really enhance the experience. I’d consider giving it another try, hoping for a more positive interaction next time.

Recently visited for a special showing of Pride & Prejudice. The tickets were reasonably priced and the theater was clean, comfortable and nice. Food we ordered was pretty good and not overly priced. I really liked that they seem to have a lot of special events/showings at this theater. I saw a lot upcoming that made me want to return even though I don't live particularly close to this location.

Yelp
Best theater I've been to in Atlanta hands down. The whole experience is better than any other movie going experience I have had. You can preorder tickets online or through their own app or buy them there. Once you get there, they offer a full bar and a great food menu, along with the typical movie going popcorn, sodas, and treats. The bar offers beer, spirits, and wine. The food menu includes items such as wagyu beef sliders, pizzas, and vegan sliders. I have never dined here, as I always have to get popcorn when going to the movies. This is where The Springs wins again. Their popcorn is made fresh and bagged behind the counter. This process almost seems nonexistent anymore, with other theaters having. The popcorn brought out and put in the containers prior to arrival. The popcorn at The Springs is always hot, and perfectly salted and buttered. The movie experience itself is better than others as well. The seats are larger than most these days. They recline and have a tray and large cup holder available. The seats do not made a sound as they recline, which I have experienced at other theaters and is very annoying. The best part is that they have heated seats. I found this out as a began to get toasty during a film and had accidentally turned my seat heater on. This is a great feature to offer, as I know many people tend to get cold in theaters. This theatre is unique in that they show current and new releases, but also offer classic and fan favorite films on certain dates. As of 7/27/24, some of their other movies being shown are Billy Madison, Final Destination, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, to name a few. These movies are usually shown on a particular day and time slot, but I find it cool that you can relive classics on the big screen here.

Yelp
I finally got a chance to go and watch the movie,"wicked" and hear some of the things I missed in the play because I'm watching it on video. Those ladies deserve all kinds of award for doing that will be so does production music, lighting, directors best movie ever... the movie theater was OK but the chairs didn't let back.

Yelp
The Springs is my favorite movie theatre in Atlanta!! We love how clean and nice this theatre is. It has an awesome bar. They have cocktails, slushies, beer and wine. We had this fun Barbie-rita for the Barbie movie!!! The food is also good and pretty quick. I love how you get to reserve seats ahead of time and they are very comfy! I have definitely fallen asleep in one before

Yelp
Date night? Yes please!!! Atmosphere was great and service at both the bar and food counter was awesome!!!

Yelp
We love it here!! This is the best movie theater around! The seats are super comfy and recline. They even have heated seats! They obviously have the movie classics like popcorn and candy but they also have a full bar and food! My husband loves the Jack and coke slushees! The theater is owned by a local GA family so it's great to support them. We met one of the owners sitting at the bar one night and that made us a loyal customer!

Yelp
don't order their buffalo chicken nachos if you want food poisoning. I ordered them with my family thinking they are gonna be good. the chicken wasn't cooked properly, the lettuce was wet, and overall felt sick to my stomach. if you want to be sick I would order that but would not recommend

Yelp
A creative & enjoyable experience, that's becoming a theme for more Dine-In theaters. Purchasing tickets is easy via the App or at the kiosks. The Taphouse namesake speaks for itself with the various ales & beers (some local) available with a few wine offerings. There's a dedicated communal sitting area as well as a few seats by the bar. It was raining when I came to see Woman King, yet there's a quaint patio in front of the theatre. I didn't order food yet the price point seems to balance out the "bar" food concept. & of course, the Concession offers popcorn (will pop fresh upon request), a small number of candies & two soda machines. The reclining seats are comfortable with a warming option w& an attached tray table with a built-in cup holder. I recommend the Taphouse & Cinema for not just seeing a movie, yet drinks, food & socializing.

Yelp
Came here this evening for a private screening of an upcoming Amazon series. Hands down, one of the best movie theaters I've been too. The lobby isn't super big and can get crowded if there are tons of people waiting to get drinks and food. This theater has eliminated buying tickets at the window as they have screens where you can buy tickets when you walk through the door. They also have a full bar and food (on top of the typical pop corn and candy fare). You do have to order your food before you head to your assigned theater since they don't deliver the food for you. The seats are nice and comfy that recline and are heated!

Yelp
I love taking the kids to see a movie and lunch! 2 birds with 1 stone and it's always been clean with helpful employees.

Yelp
Let's talk about how UNIQUE this place is! Different from your typical cinema--there's actual ambiance and the food is actually tasty! Walking in, you get a sports bar-esque vibe, with one half of the counter specifically for the bar and a couple registers for your traditional theater concessions. It is a bit confusing at first, as you can't order any bar items including the kitchen food items at the concessions. So make sure to pay attention to the line signs upon entering. Order your tickets online and pick them up at the kiosk upon entry. We ordered the Chicken Nachos which were an awesome theater meal, and also helps that the seats/tables in the auditorium were actually made for the guests enjoyment and not for maximizing capacity. Super comfy, reclining, temp controlled and the tables were swivel and made it easy to share a plate with your party/significant other. The surround sound system is top notch, and quality was state of the art, literally. We are so happy that we fell across this place and live right down the road from it! We'll end up being regulars, just you wait! Locals and visitors, I 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a cinema that isn't out for maximizing profit but making an incredible cinematic experience for you and loved ones!

Yelp
Love this movie theater!! I rarely go out to the movies now but when we do, it's here! Very chill atmosphere, great theater seats, good popcorn, overall just a good movie experience. They also have a bar outside so you can sit and chill and eat before the movie as well.

Yelp
What an experience at a true hidden gem! I'm a movie lover and the full experience is what's important to me. I mean, I want allll the trappings when I sit down and take in a film and The Springs Cinema & Taphouse offers just that. After a dinner date, my boyfriend suggested a movie and it turned out that they were the only theater showing it, so off we went! The Taphouse is in a pretty tucked away in a plaza that also houses a big gym, but other than that, they are the main focus! I was taken aback by the amazing patio seating and signage, it looked like fun was right behind that shiny entrance. And I came to learn that there was! Before we arrived, of course, I did my Yelp research and the name obviously let me know what I should expect. some brews. But what we got was a full bar and a wonderful first impression from the beautiful interior decor! I mean, the lighting fixtures were gorgeous! It looked like a restaurant when you turned one way, turn the other way and you're getting movie vibes, turn the other way and you're at a bar - we love a place with multiple vibes! I also liked that they had a step & repeat/photo booth background setup - great marketing! Be sure to take a pic and tag them! We were running late so I quickly ordered some popcorn and thought I could order my beer in the same spot, but was told I had to go over to the bar a few steps away. Eh, no biggie, but it'd be cool if you could make 1 purchase but if I hadn't stepped over to the bar, I wouldn't have been able to truly take in all of the brews and drinks available. I went with one of their many drafts available, but there was also a fridge full of wines and beers, a full liquor bar, and even frozen premade drinks like daiquiris! The theater was was super comfy as well, I loved the reclining chairs and adjustable chairs! There seemed to be a heating option available but I didn't feel any heat? :( But I'm definitely going to try it again because c'mon, beer, popcorn, movie, reclining, HEATED seat? I'd never leave. So worth the drive from my side of town, I'm trying a full meal next time and hanging out before the movie!

Yelp
Tonight was our second visit to Springs Cinema, and we enjoyed the movie itself, but we had a very poor experience ordering food and drinks. We received a gift card for Christmas, which is what made us choose to see a movie at this theater rather than another. The bartender who took our order seemed to be in a very bad mood and acted very inconvenienced by us ordering from him. The whole interaction was just awkward and threw us off. Then to top it off, when we tried to pay with our gift card, he told us he can't accept a gift card at the bar, which was really disappointing because we had ordered drinks and food because we had a gift card. It was a bummer because we love the theater seats and had a great experience with the staff during our first visit.

Yelp
I adore this movie theater!! I love the look of the home made decor, and the open construction and exposed brick. The theater was not over crowded, and kind of low key, which I prefer. There are several self ticketing kiosks located at the front of the lobby for efficient and contactless service. However, what won over my heart is the cleanliness of the entire theater, and the lovely heated, full-reclining spacious seating. My only (possible) complaint is that the seats were a little too comfortable..and if you're watching a really long movie, you might be tempted to doze off. The prices of the snacks and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) are pricey, but not ridiculous. Overall, the reviews are true..this theater is a hidden gem among the numerous movie theaters in the ATL area..Highly recommend!

Yelp
We needed something to do on a rainy day, so decided to watch Creed 3 here. We purchased tickets online for 2pm and arrived just as the previews were starting. The theatre was nice but could have been cleaned better. We had to pick popcorn and candy from our seats. Also, the screen was smaller than I'm accustomed to. The actual seats were very comfortable but the setup was strange. We picked seats in the back row thinking that a wall would be behind us. Nope...there was A LOT of walking space for people to move about from side to side. We didn't order any food so I can't comment on that. However, one guest purchased a fountain drink and didn't have any complaints. I'm not local to the area, but if I were, I'm not sure that I would return here.

Yelp
Wow, it's pathetic that you can live in area for 8 years and still not know about hidden gems. And the sad part is I've run races that finished beside this and never checked it out. This movie theater is hidden. You'll need to take the special bat cave entrance behind Kroger. Joking. It sits in the same parking lot as Battle & Brew but on the back side. Parking is plenty but you'll find that most spots close up will be gone. This is a smaller theater with 6-8 screens, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for everywhere else. To me, it's the Ritz Carlton of Theaters. There is a small outdoor seating area with string lights, almost like a bier garten set-up. Walking in, you'll find a row of kiosks to purchase tickets (all online - no person 2 person transaction. They have a huge wooden slab table with high-tops chairs for waiting and a smaller circle cushioned area. Bathrooms are on both sides and are nice (last time I went, they weren't clean). There is a decent snack/food order area plus a small fully loaded bar with 8-10 seats. Lobby area is small. The theaters are nice! Reclining seats with seat warmers and small table tops. Seats are comfy and recline way back. Cost here isn't bad at all. I don't highly recommend bc I would prefer others not to know about it and clog up my favorite theater now.

Yelp
I was looking for a theater near my new place and found this one on Yelp a few weeks ago. This was my second time visiting and the experience was equally as great as the first! ***Location: In Sandy Springs, easy to access and lots of parking in the lot out front! ***Staff: The staff is always nice. We purchase our tickets at a kiosk and then usually get a drink from the bar, so we interact most with the bartender, who was the same as the first time we went. He was very friendly and always greats us and takes our order right away. ***Experience: The first time we went it was during the week and wasn't crowded at all. There was one other couple at the bar so we spoke to them while we waited for our film to start, then we got a second drink to take into the theater with us. We were 1 of 2 or 3 groups in the theater that night, but I believe it was a Monday or Wednesday. This time, it was a Tuesday. We went to see the new Avatar movie, so the theater was completely full. There were lots of people at the bar and in the lobby as well. We got here right on time this time, so just grabbed our tickets at the kiosk and ordered a beer each and small popcorn. We were pleasantly surprised that on Tuesdays tickets are only 8$! I think they are regularly 10$, but the theater is sooo nice, they are beyond worth the price! The seats are very comfortable and fully recline. There is a swivel table that you can use to set your food and drinks. They have a pretty decent menu and tons of beers on tap, wine and cocktails! The prices are also average beer prices. This is by far my favorite cinema to go to, because it isn't overly crowded, the price is amazing and it is so clean and comfortable! I have seen online that they do drive-in screenings also, but haven't really noticed where that would be exactly. I am not sure if it is seasonal or year round, but that would also be cool to check out! ***Food: Both times we just got a small popcorn, which was delicious. We each usually get a beer as well. I love sours and they have several on tap, so I usually go with one of those! ***Prices: The popcorn is 7$ for a small and I believe 8 or 9 for medium or large. The beers are around 6-8$ on tap. Last night we got the blue Avatar one, but I didn't see the price. The total for a small popcorn and two beers was 26$, so I am assuming the beers were a little closer to 9$. They were good but I don't think it is worth it to get the specialty one for Avatar. I will stick to my 7$ sour next time haha Tickets were 8$ because it was Tuesday. I think the prices are very reasonable. The theater is one of the comfiest and cleanest that I have been in and like I said, the beers are prices as they would be at most bars in the area. The popcorn is a little expensive, but as at any theater, and of course it is always cheaper to get the large, I just hate to waste so much, so we just get the small anyways. ***Improvements: None atm! Love this cinema and will definitely come here anytime I want to see a film in theaters :)

Yelp
This was my first time going to the cinema and it will not be the last. I went with a group of friends on a Sunday. We got there early to get food. We decided to eat our food at the bar instead of taking it inside the theater. There was lots of seating for you to sit and eat before you get into the theater. The staff at the bar was pretty friendly. The food was OK. I have a waygu beef sliders $13.00. Nothing special at all. Just tasted like little burgers. No sauce. Lettuce, pickles, tomatoes on the side. My friends all got an order of the funnel cake fries. Those were really good. I would definitely get those when I go back. I'm not a big fan of ordering alcohol before I go into a theater to watch a movie. Alcohol really relaxes me... So not really looking to fall asleep. So I did lot take advantage of the bar. Was very pleasantly surprised with the way the theater looked inside. The seats were super comfortable and nice and spacious. Love that the seats recline all the way back and that there are still lots of space to walk through. You definitely don't have to worry about it being way too many people in the theater it is a cozier amount. Now back to these comfortable chairs. I reclined mines all the way back and what a mistake that was. I was way too comfortable and ended up taking a very expensive nap... LOL. I had already seen the movie but was going with some friends so I didn't feel too bad about falling asleep. Bathrooms were very clean. I thought that was a great touch. This theater is a little distance away from where I live but I would definitely come back to watch more movies!

Yelp
This is my new movie theater. Luxury recliners with tray tables. The seating is pretty nice as the theatre rooms are not overly large so seating is fairly spacious. There's a full bar with good bourbon ( my favorite spirit) and an assorted food selections in addition to the usual movie snacks. They have pizza, sliders, quesadillas and chicken nachos to name a few. You can take your food and drink to your seat and have the best movie experience!

Yelp
My friends and I had such a good time here the other night. Stadium seating is comfortable, there is ample free parking, they offer food and a full bar, including many favorites on tap. Pork sliders and pretzel bites are delicious and the pizza is okay. We didn't try the usual movie snacks but those were available as well. Such a good place for an outing with friends!

Yelp
Went to The Springs Cinema and Tap House for the first time for an event. Couldn't have been more pleased. The people who worked there were really helpful, the food was good, the auditorium was clean, loved the chairs and the event was really fun.

Yelp
As we approached the theater, I noticed that it had a huge parking lot. We entered and, since I ordered our movie tickets online, headed directly to the counter to order food and drinks.  To me, their food menu was limited, but the beer menu was more extensive.  The beer choices were presented on a screen with 2 scrolling pages.  I saw a few things to choose from and asked for a taster of the Steady Hand CloudLand Hazy IPa.  I really enjoyed it and asked for a regular sized glass. The server explained the sizes offered were 16 oz, 32 oz  and a pitcher. I went with the 32 oz option, which basically gives you 2 full beers during the movie.  Wifey went with a 16oz of her favorite Blue Moon.  Our food choices included a chicken quesadilla and Wifey ordered the Pork Slider with Tater tots. The staff at the counter gave me a small device that would vibrate when the food was ready for pickup at the counter.  We took our beers and found our seats.  After a short wait, the food was ready for pickup.  The trailers were still playing, and we started to dig in.  My chicken Quesadilla was heavy on the cheesy side with more cheese than chicken. It was decent, but not exceptional.  Wifey commented that the Pork Sliders with tater tots were a hit.  I managed to swipe a couple of the tots, and they were good and crunchy.  The theater itself had comfortable reclining chairs and a great sound system. Despite the slightly higher ticket prices compared to our usual spot, we left with a positive impression and we plan to return.

Yelp
This place has become one of my new top go to theaters. With the prices of movies going up and all the extras I really value the overall experience to consider the value. This location has plenty of parking, a more expansive menu than a lot of other theatres with more to offer, and a full bar. We've visited this location several times and i've only tried about 3 things on the menu. Honestly i found what i liked and i've been sticking to it lol. I usually go and grab the pulled pork sliders with the tots and they are fantastic. Good portion, great taste, i definitely consider it worth the price. My bf likes the tenders and i've only had a small bite so i couldn't rave about them, but he says he really likes them and they taste better than the ones he's had elsewhere and he also keeps reordering so they must be good. All seats are leather recliners with a heated seat option which is great for me because I'm always cold and wear my sweater as a blanket in the theater. So that's nice to have that option. The seats are not stadium seating they're all level which I do wish they were because I like to choose seating that I'm not looking up at the screen but the screens are large and the wind is great. The rows between seats are also very wide so plenty of leg room and walking space. It's definitely a nice vibe and a good date night. Would recommend seeing your next movie here!

Yelp
Always Enjoyable! I like the variety of movies they offer and the food and drink options are a plus!

Yelp
Not sure this place will last. Love the idea but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. I am not sure if they are undesraffed or simply choose to run lean to save a buck, but the experience suffers either way. The few people they have working are unfriendly, don't do much as the place is dirty (especially the bathroom) and barely interact with the customers. Other than that, it's just a movie theater without stadium seating.
google avatar

Austin P.

Yelp
The audio in the movie off from the visuals but like 3 whole seconds during the most climactic 10 minutes of the movie. The manager offered nothing but disrespect and a condescending "it's only like 5 min out of 3 he movie." Garbage management

Yelp
I live down the street from this cinema. It is my fave theater!! I have seen many films here and they have great events. The food is great and there is a full bar, great selection and good drinks. We recently spent back to back Wednesdays watching Halloween scary movies. We have 2 more scheduled for next month and the movie selections are on point!!! They are movies we can't find anywhere else on the big screen. The seats are new and comfortable and the theaters are super clean and nice. Its a whole experience from food to staff to movie selection to drink selection and food menu, from clean nice theather and great sound to a unique movie events. an Atlanta must visit!!

Ariel P.

Yelp
The theater itself and the auditorium were fine and clean. I love the recliners. However, the food is absolutely trash. I won't ever get food from here again IF I return by some miracle. I ordered the boneless wings and waygu beef sliders. They both tasted like really low fast food quality, nothing was fresh. The beef sliders were the worse and tasted like sht, you could tell everything was microwaved and not edible. The wings weren't better. And I spent over $60 for trash food.

Yelp
This is one of the nicest movie theaters I've seen in a long time! We ordered the tickets at the front counter along with our food selection and waited until the meal was ready for pickup. The bathrooms were very modern and clean. The theater seemed clean as well. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and a large popcorn. You can apply as much butter to your popcorn at the butter machine close by. The Chicken Quesadilla was better than I expected! It included white meat chicken, cheese and pickles de gallo inside the Quesadilla along with a sour cream packet for dipping. The movie theater seats were awesome! Large leather chairs that recline with heaters! What more can you want? We look forward to coming back soon!

Yelp
A very nicely renovated theater. Sound & screen quality are excellent. The reclining seats, with temperature control look awesome, but were terribly uncomfortable for anyone short in stature (under 5'5"). The positioning of the neck rest is unfortunate. We both left the theater after watching a 3 hour movie with a terrible neck ache. Will will not be seeing another movie there. Hate to say because we walked in pleasantly surprised & with high hopes of a great movie experience.

Yelp
Worst customer service ever. TLDR: Their manager basically tried to say I was scamming them. Definitely feel bad for the woman whom I was on the phone with and the type of manager she probably has to put up with. So I had purchased 2 tickets on their website for Knock At The Cabin's Friday screening. But I had a change of plans and because their website promised a refund as long as it was at least 3 hours prior to the movie's screening, then a refund would be allowed, which their website had promised. However after I clicked on the refund option, I never got my money back. Again, the website promises a refund. Maybe don't offer something if you aren't going to follow through with it. And for their manager guy, don't be rude. When the woman said she'd put me on hold, I could hear every single bit of her conversation with who I am assuming is the manager and overheard the guy basically say I was trying to scam them. And when I tried to point out this problem of hearing everything and that their website should follow through with what they say will do, he just hung up on me. This place genuinely seemed cool and I would've liked to come see a movie here. But now, I am just very glad that I'll never have to go here. If their customer service, or lack thereof, is anything to go by, as well as the very limited times to see a movie, clearly I'm not missing anything here. And neither will you. And last thing anyone needs is someone basically taking your money from you and trying to gaslight you in the process. In conclusion: they are beyond unprofessional and not worth spending your money on.

Yelp
Drink we had was Raspberry Transfusion slushy(has alcohol) brain freeze time!.. on a rainy night Movie watched - Tenet Showtime - 9pm on a Wednesday (Covid time) Theater has Reclining Heated seats! Only 1 click. If you get cold easily, bring a blankie. But, the seat warms up after few mins. Even the thin blanket may be too much. We were out having late night dinner at Subway. Decided to watch a movie at the theater for the first time during Covid season. Ticket for 2 Adults - $27.90 The movie was interesting yet confusing if you're not following how reversed & forwarded life appears to you. We had originally booked the C row tickets but, decided to sit further back away from ppl who've booked the center seats. We sat at row E. Little did we know.. Half an hour into the movie; we were rudly disrupted by a young couple to decided to sit towards the edge next to us. I was really angry as the girl kept talking & laughing as though she owned the room to herself. I had "Shh.. " them politely facing her & still continued as she was... They wouldn't stop fidgeting at their seats while getting their food at the same time! So, I pretended taking a picture of them by flashing my phone towards them. Finally, they've settled a few minutes after. Overall, I believe we would have enjoyed the movie much more without the couple to the right of us.

Yelp
The gentleman and I'll use that term loosely that worked at the counter was old and grumpy. He didn't appreciate us at all. I sent an email to the owner and nobody responded. He was sarcastic when he dealt with me and he didn't value us as a client. I like the theater, but I think I'll go elsewhere. Try a different theaters chain maybe merchants walk.

Yelp
BEST movie theater. Staff was welcoming and helpful! Food..AMAZING!! The seats are heated and inclined. Not sure what more of an experience you would want but this!

Yelp
Love this place! Only theatre I've been to in the last 3-5 years, and the only theatre I intend on going to as long as I live in Atlanta I always get the Tangy Tender melt! My only complaint is the tater tots need salt and/or seasoning, truthfully I wish they had a side option besides tots but that's okay

Yelp
My stepson and his girlfriend came home from school, we wanted to see Dr Strange. The ambiance was great, the seats were heated and reclined, I order a draft beer, which was awesome, and ordered sum chicken tenders and tots. And sum popcorn! The chicken tenders looked as if they were for children ‍ and the popcorn was stale but the overall experience was decent, we'll go back though

Yelp
It's incredibly hard to get a good rating because people leave and quickly forget their experience UNLESS it was TOP NOTCH! Im not that way, I give good experiences when I have one, I very rarely give bad experiences because maybe it was an off day and what not... Not this one... Cool dinner with the wifey beforehand, looking forward to seeing top gun (awesome by the way), had a middle aged couple sitting next to us and several kids in front of us, setup to watch the movie. First wrong: They didn't even turn the lights out till 5 minutes into the movie... went out to tell a manager, he just shrugged his eyes knowingly acknowledging the mistake, and within a minute or so they were abruptly turned off... Second wrong: Had a couple in seats D12 and D13 (middle aged "adults") who wouldn't stop talking, clearly affecting our movie, I goto the manager, he does absolutely ZERO! Third wrong: talk to a manager afterwards, I was in a bad mood at this point, the third manager hears me out, and asks how many in my party, in which I inform him that I'm not looking for anything for free. He says he has the owners card and runs to back leaving me up front for 10 minutes. Instead he gives me some other company's card with the owners name and phone number written on the back? Really? Im sure I'll give this theater another shot but this was an absolute joke of an experience and I hope this review doesn't go unnoticed by any means! The owners name and phone number is written on the back of my listed photo, didn't feel it necessary to publicize that as it might be more locally valuable than a GrubHub rep. Overall, absolutely pathetic experience and I hope my next one is a tad bit better

Yelp
I was eager to check out this theater, and finally had the opportunity to do so tonight. First, let's talk about the location. I stumbled upon it one day as I was searching for a place to eat. If you are in the shopping center with Chef Robs, this theater is at the rear of the shopping center. There is ample parking in the front as all as on the side of the building. Walking in, you are greeted by a few kiosk to purchase tickets. Directly to the kiosk rear is the bar and concession stand. There is an area where condiments are housed to your right. The restroom area can be found on both the left and right side of the theater. You have to place your food order with concession and your alcoholic beverage order at the bar. I tried the chicken strips with tater tots and my friend had a pepperoni pizza. We were given a tracker( not sure what they are called, but you know what I am talking about) that would activate when the food was ready. The cost for two meals and a bottle of water was about 20 bucks. My chicken and tater tops were tasty! The bar area was a little crazy. It's reminiscent of any other bar atmosphere. Try to jump in when you see an opportunity. We opted to order a bottle of wine to share. The cost of the bottle was $30.00. My only complaint- the wait time for food. I m sure it took no less than 20-25 min! I was starting to get concerned about missing the start of the movie. Now for the auditorium-- oh how I love thee! The seats are nothing short of amazing. Leather, reclining, and heated???!!! Never have I ever experience such comfort in a theater. Additionally each seat has a food tray attached o make eating just a little easier. Hands down this is my top theater in the city of Atlanta. Even though it is not located close to my home, it's worth the extra drive!

Yelp
I wish they had one of these where I'm from. I was in town visiting a friend and this was amazing. I'd be a frequenter if I lived here. I didn't eat the food but the overall service and atmosphere was great. Popcorn is good as usual and the movie seats were wonderful. I have eat-in Movie places back home but this is one of the nicest and cleanest I've been to!

Yelp
You sometimes forget this theater even exists, because it's hidden on a back round that runs parallel to the very busy Roswell Road. I like a lot of things about it. Ample parking in a large private lot, cool bar vibe and decor inside, slightly better concession prices. Seats are good too, comfortable and adjustable, and they even have a heating function! Always a plus when you have reserve seating too and don't have to worry about someone taking the best seats in the house. The cons: it's floor level seating, so you still have to look up. I really can't tolerate that after stadium seating is at so many other places. You also cannot buy tickets on Atom, but you can on Fandango. The BIGGEST thing, that almost ruined my experience there: they turn on the lights way too early. I was watching a horror movie, and the ending was getting intense... and the immersion was completely ruined as the lights came up. If this had come up during something like Avengers, I would have been livid. Overall, not a bad option in Sandy Springs, definitely a step up from the Regal on Mt. Vernon. But more often than not, I'll still drive a little further away for AMC Cobb Parkway, Regal Atlantic Station VIP, or even the new CineBistro at Peachtree Corners.

Yelp
This place has me going back to the movies. It can be a little confusing to order and it can sometimes take a while to place an order. If you don't want an alcoholic drink go to the right and place your order. You can order anything but alcohol on the right and its much faster. I didn't find the movie theater to be cold like other reviewers have said. I went prepared for the artic but it is quite comfortable in their and I'm pretty sensitive to the cold. The seats are comfortable and the picture and sound quality is great.

Yelp
This is a hidden gem of a theatre. Great drinks, great food, and very nice theaters. We saw Mario there in Dolby and it was amazing. Highly recommend trying out this theatre.

Yelp
I'm so impressed! I had amazing and safe experience The Springs Cinema & Taphouse, even with the current COVID-19 pandemic. When you book tickets ahead, you can see what seats are already booked, so we just booked in a back corner away from people. I was so impressed with how nice and comfortable the theatres were. The seats have a heating option, and recline. They also have a little lap table so you can eat your food while watching the movie. They have a full menu, and the food is pretty good! I just had the chicken nachos, and my kids loved the Chicken Tenders with Tater Tots. They also offer drive-in movies, which is something I'd love to try in the future. Overall, I am super pleased with my experience!

Yelp
Honestly beers and cocktails were way overpriced. I get that you pay for convince, and movie theaters are always notoriously expensive. I just can't justify $20 for an old fashioned in the smallest glass I've seen. It wasn't even set in a whiskey glass. Movie seating was great, lights were not turned off all the way so the lighting left a little to be desired.

Yelp
Oh my favorite little hidden movie theater. I love going early and having it mostly to myself. Or going with friends and getting a drink while we watch out movie. The heated seats, the cleanliness, and the food/drink options are great. I also love how they do throwback movies on select days. Join their email list so you can stay up to date on the special events they have.

Yelp
Had a great time! Seats were comfy with plenty of leg room and the food was great. All the employees were super nice and helpful. They even changed my friends wrap to meet her food needs!
