I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the St Regis Hong Kong for 25 long but exquisite nights, and it was truly the ultimate luxury experience! The hotel's perfectly situated location made it easy to explore the city, and the impeccable service was truly top-notch. The butlers and staff, including trainees, were exceptionally well-trained and polite - every interaction was a delight. Stanley Chow and Karry Wong's exceptional service and attention to detail were outstanding - they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. The little surprises and treats they arranged throughout my stay were lovely touches. Also at breakfast, Kit Wong was always memorable - he would remember our food preferences and even offer to make special treats, making us feel like regulars. What we loved most was Breakfast !!! The Breakfast spread was truly divine, with an impressive selection of international cuisine and delightful daily specials that showcased local treats - a perfect blend of global flavors and Hong Kong charm. And it wasn’t just the staff, our interactions with General Manager Mr. Taff were always warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our small chats and greetings with him, and it was impressive to see him being so hands-on and personable. Dining at the St Regis was a highlight, particularly at Rùn, their Michelin-starred restaurant serving delicious Chinese food. We also loved The Drawing Room, a Western restaurant with a lovely ambiance that's perfect for both lunch and dinner - the food was amazing, and we enjoyed how chill the atmosphere was. And thank you to these wonderful people Charlotte Chan , kylie Tang, Lancelot and Florence Ling If you're looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Hong Kong, look no further than the St Regis. I'll be back, and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know! 😊

My stay at the St. Regis Hotel Hong Kong was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room smelled great, and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. They offered a lot of options to make my stay comfortable, from different pillow choices to snacks and even beauty masks — really thoughtful touches. The bed was soft, fluffy, and extremely comfortable, ensuring I had great nights’ sleep. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Hong Kong.

Location is in a quiet part of. The property is quite small for the St regis . Also found it a tad expensive. The property is fairly new and quite comfortable the pool has no view the gym is very well equipped. The breakfast is excellent one of the best i have had at a regis property .

An absolutely lovely hotel in every way. Felt like a boutique hotel— not too big or busy. Just perfect. First class all around. Exceptional service. The most lovely rooms. Felt like home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting HK. Will absolutely be back… My only suggestion— install some Japanese toilets 😂 😉

From the moment we arrived with Lancelot, with Max assisting us at check-in, to our departure handled by Maude, we enjoyed a truly exceptional experience. The quality of service — whether from the concierges, the breakfast and restaurant staff, or the spa team — was simply outstanding.||The staff’s availability and kindness made our stay truly exceptional. Our room was also magnificent, and the massage was extraordinary (best massage ever for my wife). It had been maaaannnyyy years since we had experienced such high-quality service in a five-star hotel.||Bravo and thank you.

St Regis Hong Kong far exceeded expectations. There are heaps of 5 star hotels around but the service we received from the St Regis was just outstanding. It’s the little things that matter such as having a correctly sized kids robe and slippers in the room as well as a set of a kids’ amenities and step stool. The butler service responding quickly with needed items. Jimmy at reception and his team always being so attentive yet not in your face. The room is very spacious with two queen beds as well as a compact dining/ sitting area. Will definitely stay here again and the location is an added bonus being in Wan Chai, central to get around and close to the MTR and other shops.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Senior Butler Alistair and Butler Vincent for their outstanding service during my stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made my experience truly unforgettable. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Richard Taffs for his personal touch during the typhoon, taking the time to greet guests in the lobby. This level of hospitality is something you don’t often experience elsewhere. However, I encountered a few issues with the room: the TV often switches on and off by itself, even after maintenance; the nightlight sensor under the bed has been covered with black tape, which prevented me from using the nightlight until engineering came to fix it; and the bedside button response is significantly slower than what I’ve experienced in the past. Additionally, after all lights in the room were off, the control switch for the lighting wouldn't illuminate, causing difficulty when I needed to use a flashlight at night. I kindly ask for these issues to be thoroughly checked and resolved to avoid affecting future guests. On a positive note, the F\&B team continues to maintain an excellent standard. Breakfast and dinner at The Drawing Room were delicious, and I’d like to express special thanks to a male manager (with glasses) for his thoughtfulness and care. Once again, thank you to the entire St. Regis Hong Kong team for maintaining such a high standard of service, especially during the challenging weather. St. Regis has always been a favorite of my family and me, and I can confidently say that the St. Regis Hong Kong remains one of the best in the city. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Taffs and the team!

It was an excellent experience! The room was fantastic, and the service during both breakfast and lunch was truly exceptional.The room was absolutely fantastic and brand new. It only takes 10-odd minutes to walk to Causeway Bay, and Wan Chai Ferry Terminal is also within a few minutes' walk. It’s incredibly convenient for traveling with kids.

For a great location and amazing view, it doesn't get any better than the St. Regis. The hotel sits on the top 20 floors of this skyscraper, once the tallest building in Shenzhen, even without the distinction you can still enjoy drinks on the hundredth floor, which is plenty high enough for a good view. The hotel is beautiful, the staff always extremely attentive, they are phenomenal about cleaning the room multiple times a day and turning it down in the evening and putting on "spa" mode. The Elba restaurant has some great high-end dining options and the bar offers high end drinks as well. The location is great with KK Mall right across the street, access to the metro and Mixic on the sub floors. When I visit, this is the only place I stay and highly recommend.

Spent last weekend at the St. Regis in Hong Kong. We got upgraded to a corner room. For a hotel room in HK, the room was very spacious, which includes a corner booth & seating area, large bathroom with separate shower & large bathtub, and all the amenities you'd expect at a top tier hotel in HK. The amenities on site are excellent: two Michelin star restaurants on site, and amazing bar, spa, pool, gym, etc. You get butler service like at all the St. Regis hotels, which I typically underutilize. I called them for ice once. I'm bummed that I didn't get to try either of the restaurants on site, but we did manage to squeeze in late night drinks and snacks at this bar, which was excellent. On par with some of the best bars in places like NY and SF in terms of food/drink quality and creativity. Location is great, very close to the ferry, if you want to ferry across the harbor. Very accessible via walking/MTR/cab to everything else you'd want to see in the city.

7000th Marriott Hotel in the World Attention to Details Elegant and Classy Personal and Homey The St. Regis Hong Kong feels like a home away from home or even better than home? The moment when I arrived, I felt really welcome. The staff here a lot still in training were enthusiastic and friendly. The butler team here walked us to our room, check us in and gave us an good orientation. They also provided any services you need: tea/coffee service, restaurant reservations and more. The standard room is spacious. Tastefully decorated in a neutral tone. Everything here is top notch and fit the needs of the higher end clients. The view though is not full harbour view, but you do have a glimpse of the Kowloon side. Location wise is perfect for me. Walking distance to MRT station. Taxi readily available just let the front desk knows. There are plenty of dining options around in Wanchai and Causeway Bay District. We enjoyed the facilities so much at The St Regis, we hardly leave the hotel... We even ordered room service one evening.

We were lucky enough to stay here during the grand opening. We were greeted politely and escorted up to be checked in at our room by our butler Andy. Andy was fantastic! He was so professional, informative, elegant, and genuine! He provided a great room orientation. The entire hotel, but specifically the room, is brand new, clean, modern, and super luxurious. We attended the St Regis Champagne sabering which was awesome, then proceeded to the St Regis Bar. Wilson was our bartender and was incredibly cheerful and friendly. He told us the story about the famous St Regis Bloody Mary and also provided great recommendations for eating dinner later on in the city. I was sad the pool was not yet open, but the spa and fitness center were definitely gorgeous and ultra luxury. Congratulations on a great opening, St Regis HK team! Spectacular job.

My new favorite hotel in all of ASIA. Once again I would like to reach out personally and thank you for the experience and memories during my short stay. There are no words to describe the professionalism of your team/staff. Starting with the bell boys, upstairs to the team members in the lobby, and last but not least my personal in house Butler program. Every interaction is important, even if it's a simple hello. It matters. Today we live in a world where we rather take the time to complain than share positive experience. I hope this email is taken to the highest level in St. Regis to share with every level of management. A few people I would like to mention: Rachel Chung: An individual that has so much love, hope and PRIDE when talking about the St. Regis brand. I had the pleasure to interact with this young up and coming future manager. She possess many ingredients ahead of her time for a better tomorrow (her future), and this is her not even knowing. The words and action she choose during my walk through in my room wasn't something she was taught nor trained. It came from her heart because of her dedication, devotion for this business. I hope her contributions and work won't be over looked. Keep up the good work. Jimmy: If I remember correctly his name tag stated Jimmy, apologies if it's incorrect. It was approximately 3am when he came up to my room 2107 for a request of a Zip Block bag to Seall tight my cigars. There was no Zipblock available so he immediately started thinking outside the box to find any solution to store my cigars properly. He knew there was a type of bag to store food with a machine to suck out the air. I asked if he could leave a little amount of air so it doesn't crush/damage the cigars. He came back to my room in less than 7-8 minutes and walaaaaah! Thank you for your fast response and action. Thank you again. Allan, Lobby, Valet, and other team members: Because of the current political and protest situation in HK, the team worked together in figuring out my best routes and option for transportation. I notice their communication was absolutely above par. Even going the extra mile in printing out a map, with highlighted routes and ferry schedule as well. Thank you for getting me to my destination safe and sound. Luis: This gentlemen was in Bali at the time of my check-in and stay. He was online and updated me with the best information of protest scheduling for 2 straight days (48 hours). He gave me details of the safest option to navigate through HK for my business meetings and was my mobile tour guide. Thank you Sir for your efforts and advices. Daphne: Although our encounter was short, thank you for being genuine and thoughtful. I've visited over 47 countries, stayed at many types of Hotels across the globe. Your sincere concerns and inquiries to my stay was a meeting I wish most people experienced. You see, when anyone ask you how was your stay or even to how's your day, usually it's a protocol, and front most put up. With Daphne, I could tell that she loves her job and is will to listen to any feed back. There really is no feed beside thank you from the bottom of my heart,. The St. Regis HK team members represented the highest level of communication and customers service I have ever experienced. That is a FACT. Best of all, what made it a FACT is everyone was helping with their HEART, not because it's their job. That is what makes coming into work and finding solutions easier.
