"Occupying the space where Introbar once stood, The Stamford Brasserie is a stylish new café decked out in the style of a classic French brasserie. Daylight pours in from floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the sidewalk, illuminating the industrial-chic interiors complete with marbled tabletops, retro mosaic tile accents on the floor and a sleek open kitchen. Chef de cuisine Tryson Quek arrives with a steaming plate of gnocchi bathed in a dreamy Cep butter sauce... The multi-concept restaurant boasts a bistro, a craft beer bar and a grab-and-go counter, but comfort food, well-made and nutritious, is at the heart of The Stamford Brasserie." - Rachel Tan

The restaurant is a small cosy place. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience. It's got an old school vibe to it. The food is pretty good and wait staff is friendly. If you are looking for a quiet joint to have a discussion over lunch, this could be a great option.

We ate here a few times and Sasi has always been super friendly and attentive. He always assists us in whatever we need and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. His dessert recommendation was wonderful as well.

Amazing atmosphere, very cosy and cafe seating. The food is delicious and our favourites are from the festive set menu i.e. king crab, green tomato gazpacho, barramundi and the desserts hazelnut chocolate log, panettone. But the dish of the night was seafood bisque, it was creamy and possibly the best bisque I’ve ever tasted ⭐️ My friends and I had a filling and warm festive dinner here 💕 Food is served timely. The service crew are a little shorthanded, takes a while to get anyone’s attention but great service 👍🏻 My friends and I would be back to try other dishes ~ and seafood bisque 😋

The ambience and deco looks pretty good. Food is a bit of hit and miss. The service of the crew overall is quite bad except the manager. Saw them trying to clear the plates of other table multiple times even though the customer have repeatedly tell them that they still want the plate until the “final chaser” that they just let them clear and leave. Beef burger - flavour is good but beef texture is okay only Croque monsieur - this is good and filling Chocolate tart - their desserts are much better than their mains, the orange sorbet is a little sour making it refreshing

We recently dined here and opted for the set lunch. While the food was decent and the portion sizes were satisfactory, nothing really stood out as exceptional. Unfortunately, the sorbet that accompanied the desserts was frozen solid and nearly impossible to cut through. Additionally, the table was quite small, accommodating only two plates at a time, which meant there was no room for side plates. On the positive side, the staff provided complimentary water once we were seated.

Decided to give this place a go for a nice dinner with the missus. Was a little hard to find the entrance and we almost ended up walking into Skai :) We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere - perfect location for a romantic meal or catching up with friends. Food quality surpassed our expectations. The beef was flavourful and tender and that was our favourite.

This is bistro-style food coupled with consistently clueless, lackluster service. I've dined here at least 4 times so I know. Let's start off with the food first. The salads, scallops, halibut and beef short ribs are pretty good but I'd advise very strongly against the pork ribs. They're consistently bone-dry and their attempt at refreshing what seems like reheated leftovers with hot bbq sauce fails miserably. On the other hand, those pastries in the display at the entrance are surprisingly good and quite a bargain compared to the likes of Cedric Grolet, and just as pretty. The only bugbear I have is with the awkward service staff. They're far from attentive, and lack a basic level of initiative. Worse if you get one of these clowns who can hardly hold a conversation in simple, plain English. Let's not get into any level of comprehension outside of taking orders directly from the menu. One would expect more from a "Brasserie" in a 5-star hotel.

Massive food poisoning after eating the lunch. Still having diarrhoea for the 4th of the day - it's currently 4.20pm. Food (soup, scallop and both mains) are nothing but extremely salty. Will not visit again for sure.
