Angela Dimayuga Will Work with Chef Adam Rawson on The Standard London | Eater London

"A forthcoming ground-floor hotel restaurant in King's Cross scheduled to open in early 2019 that has appointed Adam Rawson as executive chef. Rawson — a one-time Young British Foodie chef of the year and former head chef at a Peruvian-inspired Marylebone restaurant — has been training in New York under Angela Dimayuga and will work closely with the hotel's creative food director and CEO as part of a handpicked culinary team. The project is intended to extend beyond food into music, art and design in line with Dimayuga’s multidisciplinary vision. To mark the appointment Rawson developed a short, burger-focused pop-up menu showcasing dishes built around Pat LaFrieda dry-aged beef — 'The Steakhouse' (bacon, Stilton, jalapeño and garlic mayo), 'Max' (bacon, American cheese, special sauce, iceberg lettuce and pickle) and 'Regs' (American cheese, pickle, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard) — and he has said he hopes to push boundaries and make a big, positive impact when the restaurant opens." - Adam Coghlan

Rax King’s Grub Street Diet

"So I napped and grabbed some emergency enchiladas rojas from my favorite neighborhood Mexican spot, Paloma’s. I firmly believe Paloma’s is magic — its smoky, piquant enchiladas can dry any tears, neutralize any illness. In this case, they enabled me to rally enough to clamber into my bon temps rouler outfit ("Dress code: lingerie, fetishwear, black tie") and schlep out to the Standard in Chelsea." - Chris Crowley

We stopped after visiting Whitney, so we didn’t have to wait for a table, they was plenty of space. The service was fast, and the terrace has various seating options. I had a tuna sandwich with a pretzel bun, and my kid had the chicken tenders. My kid enjoyed his food. My sandwich was okay, but not easy to eat. We both ordered drinks. We enjoyed the terrace. It’s a great place to have a drink.

Google
Ideal spot for date night & drinks. Sitting outdoor with heat lamps and getting a view of the full moon tonight. Great ambiance 👍 Food was good. I enjoyed the marinated swordfish skewers. Big flavor 💪💪. Drinks are reasonably priced considering the proximity to other hot venues. Service is a bit slow as they are under staffed. If you’re in the area, then you need to check out this exterior lounge. Real laid back.

What a wonderful experience at The Standard Plaza new winter pop-up! Like a visit to London with an inspired menu, with both vegetarian and meat based options for every palate. My favorites are the Faux Gras with a delicious mushroom mousse and yummy fresh bread, and the lamb pasty was done to perfection. Our server, Nadine, was so attentive and helpful. Check it out, it's a warm and fun time on a cold night in NY.

Google
The Plaza at the standard is an interesting experience. The staff are all wonderful, but the service is confusing. You don't have a dedicated server instead it seems you switch servers throughout the experience. I personally am not a fan of this type of service as it seems very disassociated. I will call out Yabi the host was phenomenal and made a lasting experience. I ordered a Horchata Pina Colada, which was very well made. It added the flair of Horchata into Pina Colada giving a mild coconut flavor. Overall it was delicious, but there really wasn't anything beyond that cocktail that called creativity. The atmosphere was nice as it put you in the city, but added enough nature to help you feel isolated without taking away from the atmosphere. It was reminiscent of the high line, which puts you in the city while surrounding you in nature. Overall it was a decent experience, but there are many other better options available.

Google
Good option for Outdoor dining. On a weekend it gets crowded - make reservations in advance. We got the Burrata which was delicious. The pasta was average. Order the chocolate mousse and the serving portion is humongous. Definitely recommend the place for a big or small group.

I can't wait to go back there. The ambiance is so cool. I met my girlfriends there after work for what was supposed to be a quick meeting tuned into a few hours. Great food, have the bucket of chicken and the brussel sprouts, and really good drinks. The staff is so friendly we are already planning our next gathering there soon.

Yelp
The ambience here is amazing. Eight of us came here for cocktails for afternoon cocktails and little nibbles. Great music, fun lights. The salted cucumbers were really delicious. We ended up eating 5 orders of them! And some French fries. The cocktail called "Something blue" is not good. It's too strong (I know it sounds funny but it's so true) and the flavors didn't go well together. I'd still come back though. And order other drinks.

Yelp
Sometimes you need a day out with your girlfriends, some daytime Bellinis and cool spot to chat it up. This place has a great scene and the Bellinis were made to perfection. Service was prompt they even have bocce ball!

Yelp
Came here for a double date the other night! There's plenty of seating and tables are very well spaced out. Service was somewhat spotty, but once we were able to order, drinks and food came out relatively quickly. Drink prices here are also pretty reasonable for NYC; cocktails around $15, and decent bottles of wine around $60. Also appreciated that it didn't feel like there was a rush to get us to pay or leave, so we ended up staying a good while! For food, we shared the cheese plate to start. It was a diverse selection of cheese, but otherwise none of the individual cheeses stood out too much. Still a great starter, though! For my entree, I had the lobster roll, which came with a very generous serving of lobster, and possibly some of the best fries I've had in a while! As much as I love lobster rolls (and this one was pretty good), I think I may have liked the fries even more. All in all, this is a solid spot to have some drinks with friends and have some light bites, especially if you're in the Meatpacking area!

Yelp
Sat outside and loved the ambiance. Olivia was our server and did a fabulous job. We ordered lemon drops and asked for them to be more sour than sweet. They were excellent! Along with Olivia, we had great service from Jay who was working hard cleaning and bussing tables. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and the roasted mushrooms made a nice small bite. Would definitely dine here again.

Yelp
The Living Room at the Standard is still an excellent lounge at which to start - or end - a night on the town. Can't say for sure whether I started or ended mine here, but I do know I had crazy[1] fun[2] getting here. It was nippy, so we cozied it up inside instead of outside. From the couches to the carpet to the obligatory triptastic bathroom, I'm a fan of the stylings. You're seated close enough to fellow patrons that you can hear their conversations, but the lighting's dim, so you've got room for canoodling. Mood lighting not private enough for you? Build liquid courage in the form of delightful espresso martinis, or knock back generous pours of chocolate cake shots. Or do both, like I did. Still not private enough? Book a room. [1] Our first cab driver got pulled over by police. [2] Our second cab driver missed the hotel by a block. (We needed the walk.)

Yelp
Mr. and I decided to take a short baecation in the city. Our hotel of choice - The Standard High Line. While the man hit the gym, I decided to take in a warm cocktail and a snack before our 8:30 reservation at The Top of the Standard. I ordered the soup and grilled cheese, along with a glass of mulled wine (BTW, where is my wine :-(). You can see the picture of my kids meal (grilled cheese and a half cup of tomato soup) - tasty but definitely not worth the $18+. Actually, the soup tastes a bit salty, but I digress.....it's likely because I have yet to receive my wine and this heating lamp is cooking my bald head. Back to the review. The staff were helpful and the drinks are delicious (at least the warm apple cider). Looking forward to bringing the bonus daughter here for skating, treats, and good hot cocoa. BTW, I just got my wine and it is delicious. One of the best mulled wines I've had.

Yelp
We stopped in to the Living Room to have a couple of drinks before going dancing (see scathing review of Le Bain - referred by the Standard Staff). The coctail list was small, but the outdoor seating was heated and leant itself well to watching people shuffle around with the penguin "walkers" in the ice rink. We were treated to a surprise practice from a professional skater they say was from Argentina. Very excellent. The indoor music was a fun mix of soul and jazzy lounge music played by a dj. The bad was that the lounge referred us to Le Bain which turned us away after a 50+ minute wait due to being "invitation only". No notice posted on the door or website. Since the club is run by The Standard, either they were naive about this detail in the lounge (doubtful), or they didn't realize Le Bain was going to discriminate against an "older" couple (more likely). .

Yelp
Disco night there was amazing! Can't wait to come back. Joe was a great host who kept the entertainment coming. We enjoyed skating on the cute rink in the front. The Drag Queens were great!

Yelp
Needing a chill spot on a terribly windy Saturday afternoon, we stopped into The Standard and decided to take refuge at The Living Room, the low-key mod lounge located between the hotel lobby and The Standard Grill. It was much more mellow compared to the frat-ish Biergarten and the bustling Grill, which was perfect for me and my girlfriend to relax with a mid-afternoon glass of wine and dessert. We had walked through the Grill before settling down in the lounge, and spotted an amazing bowl of chocolatey goodness that people were indulging in. While not on the menu at The Living Room, our server was able to accommodate our request to order it without any problems. The bowl of chocolate mousse and fleur del sel chocolate cake topped with a big dollop of fresh whipped cream was so large that it came with a spatula! It was heavenly, and went perfectly with our glasses of 10 year tawny port. Will definitely stop by if I'm taking a shopping break in the area, or partying at the Boom Boom Room up on the roof.

Yelp
A lounge/restaurant located outdoors within the Standard Hotel. After a serene relaxing walk to wash the everyday stress and frustration of life on High Line Access, our party of three worked up an appetite for sweets and drinks/coffee. The wait staff is friendly and personable. Our party of three requested shots specifically something sweet which to our surprise it was to our delight served in a 4 oz. shot glass. N.B. Patrons beware the walk to the restrooms is a long, winding underground passage way which the signage is very vague as you will indeed get lost. When entering the restrooms the partition that separates the men and women's room is deceiving as there is no signage the distingush men vs. women, as one would walk into the opposite sex. The sinks and wash basins are shared between men and women. The restrooms contains the awesome high-tech Dyson Airblade Hand Dryers!

Yelp
I was @ the Standard for an event w/the NYC Food and Wine Festival and afterwards my friend and I decided to stop here for a drink and small bite. We were seated quickly on the outdoor patio and our drink orders filled promptly. My gin and tonic was all tonic -- which pretty much made it un-drinkable and she forgot my extra limes, even though I asked twice. After that, it took a good 20-25 mins til we saw the waitress again to order food - even though we made a point of asking her for food menus. We finally ordered and deiced to share an arugula, walnut sandwich. OMG -- we both took one bite and spit it out. It was drenched in some sort of raspberry balsamic which totally contrasted with the arugula and was literlaly disgusting. I ended up picking the walnuts out of it and eating those but there was no way to salvage the rest of the sandwich. Of course, it took so long for her to come back to us that we decided to not even bother to send it back for fear it'd take another hour so instead we got our check and left. With so many fabulous places to eat and drink in NYC I'd have to say find someplace else -- this place is severaly lacking in food quality and service. Sorry folks...

Yelp
2 stars at best for food. Paid $13 for a hotdog which was the smallest hotdog possible.

Yelp
This lounge is awesome! Great for a scenic view to have a light dessert & snack after dinner in NYC ( during spring & summer of course so you can sit out) I went out with my friends & cousins... the gingerbread olive oil gelato ice cream sandwich sounded strange, but was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Also their Shirley temple is not ordinary... tastes pretty darn good lol ( it's made fresh) Definitely try their mini fries they're pretty tasty! I would rate them as a 5, but there was hair on the avocado sandwich. However the waitress was kind enough take it off the bill & take it back!
google avatar

Tina C.

Yelp
I would give this restaurant a 3.5 if I could I didn't want to give them a 3 because they are definitely better than that but also may not be a 4 in NYC. The food was great, there is better options in NYC but I did genuinely enjoy the sword fish and the bolognese pasta ! The polenta was a great pairing with the swordfish along with the olives & tomatoes I just wish the swordfish was a little less dry! The ambiance of the place is great & if there's not a drink on the menu they will make it for you!

Yelp
Walked up to grab a cocktail before heading to dinner elsewhere. We were told to wait about 15 minutes for a table to open. Got seated near the entrance. Our server was sweet and attentive. Ordered the Fresh Love and Kentucky Cool as well as some oysters. The cocktails were interesting to try but it didn't leave me wanting more. A bit of a disappointment, but def worth another go.

Yelp
Love this place one of my go to bars in NYC. The service isn't too good though. You must persist on getting something from the servers. They can be a little rude. The drinks are delicious and greatly priced. It's always a good time here! Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I am extremely disappointed in the service of the weight staff and the experience overall. We are a party of 26!! - I'm the private event room; we have 3 people on the wait staff and the attention give to us was very below expectation and "standard." Let me list the ways: 1)There was a "to share" menu which included 3 entrees per farm table 2 tables with about 15 people each). The meals took about 45 mins to come out AND one of the entrees - the salmon, NEVER CAME. We had to wait one hour for the salmon to come out for my table. The reason being? The entree was accidentally given to the other table. 2) of TWO side order options there should have been two portions of both. Again, something with our table...for our table there was only ONE portion of the Mac and cheese (which, was amazing- here's your positive feedback). We requested an additional portion which took an hour (it came with the fish) 3) a few other observations that should not have happened considering the party size: *many of the dishes did not have serving utensils and we had to grab them ourselves. *the wait staff seemed uninterested and did not display the "excitement" or the energy to provide exception service and experience for the party size. Side note: we are a fun and light hearted group. So it's not like we were being assholes and pushing them away. I also made sure to address all the staff by their names ( M, C, and O) because kindness is important.... but that didn't matter. Sooo, for a bill that was in the thousand range, I feel very let down. Unfortunately, so much so that I will not be coming back. Truthfully, I've experienced better customer service at Highline Pizza than here.

Yelp
I met up with some friends who were in town for business and staying at The Standard. I cannot comment on the food other than from viewing the menu, we were uninspired and turned off by the price and headed over to Pop Burger across the way to get our grub on instead. However, I can comment on the drinks, atmosphere and service. The night we went, it was really nice outside so we sat outside on the patio area with views of people walking by on Washington Street. They had these really strange and so we found out fake fire bowls of some sort. They were intended to be outdoor fireplaces, but they could not get the permit for it so it's just there show. Chairs were comfy and then there's plenty of room for tons of people to sit outside and enjoy their drinks. We also had a really sweet and bubbly waitress who was attentive and popped up when we needed our refills. Drinks were pretty good and STRONG. I also recommend the Lift Ticket. Pretty good stuff just be prepared to drop some cash. Hey, it's a hotel bar. Enjoy it for what it is.

Yelp
Ventured to The Living Room when the line for the Beer Garden was just too long for any not crazy person to stand in. We just wanted a cocktail, so The Living Room seemed as good a place as any. Oh, I need to back track because I must tell you that we drove here and it only took us, oh, 25 minutes to find parking. Good luck with that. Anyway, back to the Living Room. We apparently did not realize it was so cold out. We sat outside at the marble tables and they gave us nice red blankies. Such a great idea...but totally didn't keep us warm enough so we asked to move inside- but it took forever to get our waitress. Poor girl was overwhelmed with the number of tables she had to wait on. Nonetheless, 15 minutes later we were inside waiting for another table and still waiting for french fries. Oh, did I forget to tell you we ordered those? That's because our waitress forgot, too. Good thing we ordered wine because I'm afraid any cocktail we may have wanted would have either not arrived or not been correct. The lounge was nice, the music was terrible (though the DJ seemed to be thoroughly enjoying it), the fries were delish when we finally got them. Not a total fail, but we did leave to hit up another spot.
google avatar

Wayne S.

Yelp
We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered. The excuse given to us was that they had a 40-top and a 25-top whose orders were filled before ours. That was totally unacceptable. When our food was delivered, we were one entree short. We had to flag down our waiter and ask why. The missing entree came out 10 minutes after the other entrees. Hundreds of dollars and a good 2 hours later, we were not even offered a complimentary dessert for the slow service and missing entree. I love the hip new restaurants and hotels in the meat packing district, but I will never eat at this restaurant again. I would go to Pastis or Buddakan first.

Greg W.

Yelp
We arrived to eat at the grille about 10:30 but were told the grille was closed and recommended to their other venue The Plaza in the same building. The service was marginal at best. We waited 30 minutes for water or a cocktail. It didn't get much better from there. Doubtful I'll try the plaza again.

Yelp
Beautiful decor, delicious drinks and reasonable price, what more can you ask for? The living room is a perfect place to spend a few hours after dinner before taking the elevator up for Le Bain or Boom Boom.
google avatar

Nicole N.

Yelp
Ventured here on a Friday night for after work drinks, and was pleasantly surprised by the vibe. Although its a very mod bar/lounge it still was pretty cool. I bet its definitely a hot spot in the summer. This was one of the first brisk nights for the fall and there were patrons who were quite fine being outside under the heated lamps. I figure after a few libations, the internal warmer must have kicked in. I was a patron of the inside vibe, which had nice comfy chairs, and low lighting. Music is playing which is pretty cool. I was very happy with my drink selection which was a champagne cocktail with berries, We also had a bottle or proseco. Definitely a nice spot for a before or after dinner drink. Its not too loud like the biergarten.
google avatar

Wendy G.

Yelp
If you are able to overlook the slightly pretentious service, this place is really cool. They've got both outdoor and indoor seating, while the outdoor ones are definitely sexier! Gosh how much I love red velvet sofa + bright red light that generates heat! The huge pitcher of cocktails - Island Breeze I shared with my friend was delicious.

Yelp
I was already having a very miserable night when the Living Room of a Standard hotel made it even worse. The plan was to eat something and then head to the Boom Boom Room. As lazy as i am, i decided not to browse and just kill two birds at the same time by eating at LR and then just to up to BBR. There is no hostess on duty and when I approached one of the servers to ask for a table he looked very confused as if I was trying to sell him Amway products. Then he pointed to the table in the middle of a restaurant where there were dirty glasses from previous customers. It took forever for someone to come and clean it. then we were (2 people) given 5 menus by mistake. Our server was actually very sweet and polite however it took forever to get the service. Waiting 15 mins to order, another 15 minutes for drinks after which he comes back to tell me that they out of what I asked for, I order another drink and wait another 15 mins. My steak frits (med rare+ empty restaurant=10-15 mins.) takes 20-25 mins. we both eat ad drink while all 5 menus are still on the table till the end of the service. we ask for check, another 10-15 mins ( btw, they asked for the card to hold onto as well), it comes with only credit card slip and no dine in receipt so I actually dont know what we are paying for. By the end of all this mess I got tired of the whole carousel of incompetence and decided to skip Boom Boom altogether. Since it belongs to the same company I realized that Ive seen enough

Yelp
Rarely am I moved to write a review without having had a transactional experience with a venue, however, much the modern review relates to ambiance and service, so I feel that it is not entirely out of place; after all i subsequently had wine and desserts at the west side at the standard with my dining partner. Now, it goes without saying that service normally declines when demand outstrips supply; when queues extend for blocks, it is understandable when the hostess might exhibit some attitude. When there is no line, and some would be patrons are looking to acquire helpful insight as to which venue might best suit their needs for dining and libations, one would think that an extra ounce of gentility might result in perhaps patronage of the erstwhile near empty seating. Alas, apparently the laws of supply and demand are no match for the perils of studied, droll boredom and disservice. Perhaps also that is why that the adjacent in hotel venues were nearly full, as opposed to the seating at the plaza portion. Who knows? Incidentally, this was 6/20/2015 810 pm Pleasant review of the Standard Grill to follow. ;)

Dominique B.

Yelp
Delicious food but the service and portions left much to be desired. The server had to be asked multiple times for silverware and the check during what appeared to be a down period (4pm). Unfortunately I will probably not return as the competition in the area is too high for mediocre service.

Randy L.

Yelp
Horrible service. Food or drinks never came. I asked a server where's my food and they said they were going to get it and never got it. They are really lazy in my opinion I wanted to go to the kitchen my self to see what's going on in such a nice establishment.
google avatar

Randall P.

Yelp
The food was OK the service was terrible and slow. There were four empty tables around us and it's took forever to get a bottle of wine. For such a price they should have better service I'm not impressed.
google avatar

Charity D.

Yelp
Service was a little slowwwww, but it was great to grab a bite to eat late night al fresco. The food was pretty good and a decent portion (grilled hanger steak) for a late night meal. We also got peach sangria and that was tasty. Only problem, was the service was kinda slow. We had to ask for water a couple times before we actually got it, and one of our drinks was missing. But overall, sitting outside soaking in the nighttime vibe and having decent food was A-OK for me.

Chris J.

Yelp
This review is for the restaurant. It was my last night in NYC for my business trip and my next trip here is not for a few more months so I decided to stay out late. A friend was also in town for business so she met up with me at my hotel and showed me how to take the subway. We were seated very promptly at the restaurant even with no reservation. Our server is very new but was trying and I can tell the stress on her face. I told her to relax and complimented on her smile. My friend told me I made the server day when I said complimented her. We stayed till about 2 am for drinks and just catching up. I will be back next visit to NYC
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
Loving this unassuming outdoor patio to grab a pitcher of rose sangria (yum!) with friends and share a couple of flatbreads and appetizers on a nice sunny day. Comfortable seats and booths and not as busy/crazy than the Grill or the Biergarten next door. Really nice option in the area.
google avatar

Phil C.

Yelp
I thought the food was OK and the price fair. But i was done with my dinner before my wife was ever served hers. Thats unprofessional. Our waiter didn't really go out of his way to monitor the food coming out of the kitchen nor did he spend much time on an apology.
google avatar

Matt H.

Yelp
I just had one simple drink - scotch and ginger or something like that. I thought the ambiance was fine, although some of the low chairs were really uncomfortable
google avatar

Scott F.

Yelp
$20 for a pitcher of 5-6 cocktails? At the Standard Hotel? I was shocked! Drinks were tasty, ambiance was trendy, only problem was the SLOW service (despite the fact that our waiter was painfully cute). If they could provide faster service they would definitely be worthy of 5-stars. Either way, I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Came here with a friend for her birthday dinner. It wasn't our first choice, but so glad we ended up here. We both had the Free Love cocktail to drink and it was delicious, then we split the broccoli flatbread for a starter. Very yummy. For our entree, we ordered the hanger steak to split. The order was lost (according to the waitress), but when we brought it up the waitress was extremely nice about it and actually got us a replacement on the house. Despite the mix up, it was a great experience. Good food, good drinks, good atmosphere - you can't go wrong at the standard plaza!

Yelp
I've lived in NYC for three years now and admittedly I'm not much of a partier. My friends came from all over the country for a surprise bachelorette party and it was my duty to take them our for a great time. We showed up at The Standard and from the second we walked in we knew this place was amazing! I've never had so much fun going out, the wait staff was excellent (kudos to our waiter Brandon) the manager chatted with us for a while and it was quite obviius he was great at his job(kudos to Steven) we just had the best time ever. My friends the next day kept saying "that was so fun I'm pretty sure it was just a dream." When people come to visit me again this is the number one recommendation in my book, they just need to keep doing whatever they are doing!

Yelp
Only came for the rose sangria but it was fantastic! The open outdoor vibe makes for the perfect sunday afternoon!

Yelp
We had a long walk behind us, including the high line, when we decided to have dinner here, because it looked so cosy. We asked the overdressed hostess for a table but even though there where at least 3 free tables, she put us on a wait list for 15 mins. When we got seated at our table, the hostess asked for a credit card in advance, after that we took a look at the short menu. Apparently they serve different things than the tables behind the trees. Sadly you can see their big steak plates pass by when you sit here. The menu wasn't very clear as we didn't quite see the difference between starters and entrees. The waiter explained and after a while he came back to take our order. He didn't mention that I actually had chosen a starter where my friend had more of a main course. Our plates didn't arrive at the same time, my friends plate was already halfway finished(zucchini Flatbread), when I received my mini tuna tartare without fries, just some hard toasted bread. Such a disappointment, tasty yet very expensive. The waiter didn't return after he brought the plates. We waited at least 20mins with empty glasses and plates when we asked someone else for our bill. The cocktails where nice though. In short: don't eat dinner here if you're very hungry and the service is terrible.

Yelp
So this place has terrible food, mediocre service and is highly overpriced. That being said, it has a great outdoor seating space and is a fun spot to just chill on a Sunday. Great people watching also. If you are not looking to eat, and down to drop a few extra bills to be in a trendy spot then this is your place. (Honestly, not being sarcastic)

Yelp
Stopped by for a few drinks in the afternoon. The hostesses could not have been more friendly and accommodating...loved them! Nice atmosphere but the snot nose waiter that we had...not so much. Not sure what his problem was but every question we asked he gave some vague answer with a tone of "I really don't care to help you or answer your questions". Not sure why people like this get into the service industry...there are so many jobs out there that probably pay the same or more where you don't have to deal with people. He really put a damper on our time and probably won't be back to chance the rude service.

Yelp
Nice place to lounge and have a cup of coffee or tea if you happen to be shopping in the area and need desperately to rest your legs. The entrance is inviting and the decor is a thumpin' loud red. The drinks are average-priced and the staff is friendly. Note: the lemon soda is the same as the pelligreno limonata even though they are listed separately on the menu. They are usually able to make most cocktails. Free wifi as it is in the lobby of The Standard hotel.

Yelp
We only came here for drinks. The sangria was just OK. One of the cocktails was pretty good. The initial service was great, but the guy was leaving and the following girl wasn't so great.

Yelp
nice outdoor seating, good drinks, average service. not set up to be social like the beer garden but a pleasant place to meet friends on a sunny day all the same
