"It’s easy to feel good about ordering a burger here, since this West Seattle wonder sources all of its meat from within 300 miles of the shop. Burgers come with one-third pound of Painted Hills beef, though hungry meat-lovers can add an extra patty, bacon, pulled pork, and even crispy pork belly to their patties. The hand-cut fries are fried in rendered pork fat, and the business also doubles as a butcher shop." - Jay Friedman

I had high expectations of this place given the rave reviews about the selection, food and service. The Swinery exceeded all of it. In fact, this may well be one of the few places I'm willing to drive 45 minutes out for. It was my first time coming here and I came in the later afternoon. The lady behind the counter was busy slicing meat behind the counter and turned around to acknowledge me. She asked it it was my first time at the Swinery, offered recommendations and gave me time to make a decision without bothering me. I hear the Cubano is the popular item on the menu, but I was in the mood for Poutine and a side of Pork Belly. Both items did not disappoint. The Poutine was $11, but I think it was worth the price. It came in a large box with a gracious amount of gravy, cheese curds and crispy, fried french fries. It was so delicious and filling. I think this is something to be shared next time. The side of Pork Belly came in three small slices and lightly sprinkled in salt flakes. They were fried and the fat was still juicy. Everything was delicious and filling. The lady behind the counter was very nice. She recognized all her regular customers that came in and was very hospitable to new ones. Her personality was amazing and genuine. I think I'll come back for the Cubano and share some fries next time. I forgot to take home the Porterhouse Pork Chop & Smoked Bacon.

One of the best burgers I have tried in Seattle. I tried the September special and it was delicious! Not too greasy, good size, and fries were amazing too. Service was great and it actually has more space to sit in the back, so it is not just the small front side of the establishment. Definitely will be going back to try the rest.

Google
Expensive but worth it. I had El Presidente and it was insanely good. The bread had a good crunch and the pulled port was smoky and fatty and everything I wanted. Glad I didn’t eat it in the car because it was a complete mess in the best way. Plus they have Guanciale, which I can’t find anywhere else. Will definitely be back.

Google
This was easily my top3 burgers in Seattle. The quality of pork meat is just top. The Spectacular contains both pulled pork and pork belly. The fat of the belly is surprisingly not that greasy. Also, the lady working there was very friendly and pleasant. She alone will earn a star.

Google
What a delicious find in West Seattle, we ordered the Swinery Burger, Cubano, Danger Fries & Poutine w/ Pull Pork. Burger was a perfect medium rare and the Swinery Sauce gave it some Awesome Taste. Both Fries dishes were so good, they can actually be a meal all on its own. Cubano was flavorful and fully loaded with lots of meat.

Alex Stevens

Google
We came here because we heard the burgers were amazing but we were a little but underwhelmed. The guy behind the counter asked how we would like them cooked and we ordered medium but got burgers that were well done. The bun is too big for the patty and the texture of the party seemed like it have been overworked. The swine fries were good. No free water

Google
This is just a little hole in the wall, but I had one of the best pork sandwiches that I've ever had. This place would get 5 stars, but it is pretty expensive and there's no real comfortable seating inside, so plan on taking your food to go. The sandwich was so good though, that I will definitely be going back.

Open since 2006, The Swinery was a great business. Definitely try coming in before they close on the 24th of March :D

Yelp
Well, it's a good thing I don't live in west Seattle or anywhere close to the Swinery... ...because I would be eating here all the time. My poor wallet! Joking aside, West Seattle Swinery offers an amazing selection of meat-heavy entrees. From the moment I stepped in, my mouth started to drool. I ordered the burger with bleu cheese and pork belly while my wife ordered the crispy pork and pesto. We also decided to share an order of fries. Before I continue, I have to tip my hat to the staff and service. The person who served us was so kind and polite and offered to share treats with our dog. And she gave us a side of delicious garlic aioli (holy crap, just wow for its flavor) with the fries. Anyway, the burger was so juicy and it was so good. The bleu cheese was a bit overpowering, so next time I'll order something lighter like Swiss. But damn what a good burger. My wife also enjoyed her pesto and pork sandwich - it was a bit on the drier side, but still had really good flavor. The fries were great with the garlic and they were really generous with the portions (see images below) Overall, happy bellies followed by a massive food coma. But wow, what a carnivores delight. I'll be back again in the new future to go on another meat-filled extravaganza.

Yelp
Arrived with heart open and bellies hungry. Left with arteries clogged (in a good way?) and bellies full! We had made plans to come here for the supposedly "America's Best Burger" (thank you Mikey Chen for the rec iykyk) and I think that's what we got. This said burger is the Swinery burger with an add-on of pork belly. We were recommended to get it with American cheese and that did not disappoint. The cheese was ooey gooey, and the pork belly was much more porky and less fatty (definitely still fatty) than I anticipated which meant there was a strong pork flavor. It's a glutinous burger there's no doubt about that but it doesn't overwhelm you! Very much worth it. What really stole the show for me was the Fair burger. Hot dang it was like a dessert with the caramelized onions! That along with the soft brioche bun and the Dijon mustard really took my breath away. Then finally, the fries. These fries are fried in pork fat with a lovely sprinkling fried garlic on top. They're salty and delicious and savory and fatty, and just really f ing good. Service was fantastic. We were served by who I assume was one of the owners. She was extremely kind and friendly. Someone's dog was freaking out outside and she immediately offer the owner some butchery fresh bacon as a treat for him! It's a small space BTW there was one table outside and a little bar to eat at inside. Saw lots of folks take things to go. At the end of the meal you will desperately want a Tums. We chose to go for a long walk and oof my body I think was overwhelmed by the richness it just consumed and could barely walk. LOL not for the weak hearted. Would recommend!

Yelp
I had not been to The Swinery in sometime, so I realized I had to visit for lunch. This is a professional, high quality burger that is of high quality in all areas. I had the basic Swinery Burger and it was beautifully constructed with Painted Hills beef, caramelized onions, Swine sauce, and your choice of cheese. It was $17.75, and not accompanied with any fries. So it is a higher end menu item, but it so worth it, and it does not disappoint. I also had the classic Swine fries. Hand cut potatoes, fried in pork fat tossed with a lot of garlic, chives and salt. Wow. The serving was large, and enough for at least two. But it was just myself, so I was able to enjoy the large portion of fries solo. The greeting was genuinely friendly upon entering, and she stated that it would be ready soon which it was. It was an excellent experience and I need to go back and try other menu options.

Yelp
They HAD the best sandwiches! Sadly, they CLOSED in MARCH 2024. All the best to them in the future! Nice people and great food... hoping for a restaurant from them in the future.

Johnny U.

Yelp
Best Philly Cheesesteak around! Service is always amazing, local and friendly. Sorry about the picture. Too delicious to wait for before picture. Maybe next time....

Zachary J.

Yelp
Local/Pro tip - call in your order and get a p/u time - there is often a bit of a wait and dining in seating is limited. The sandwich and swine fries are delicious - my go to is the El Presidente but they're all really a can't miss. And don't sleep on the selection of meats they have in the butcher's section, really high quality at a fairly reasonable price. Always love supporting a local shop and this place delivers. Just be prepared for a solid nap if you eat every:)

Karen L.

Yelp
Can I just say I love you west seattle swinery like for realz. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to make suggestions. The food is fresh & I can't even talk about the RIB FRY because I will literally drool all over my phone. It is heavenly and problematic because when I'm done eating it my soul cries out for another.

Mike P.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with anything on this menu but the value buy is the Swinery burger. So delicious and will definitely leave you full, or two meals if you don't want food coma. All the other items are good too but the swinery burger is standout. Patty was full of flavor and juicy. Our group ordered the spectacular, Banh mi (not authentic but still delicious), kalbi steak fries. I'll let the pics speak for themselves. Average cost of each sandwich ranges from $13-$16 and the kalbi steak fries were $16.75. There's limited seating in the back with some cover with picnic table over vibes, perfect for the unusually hot and sunny day we were there. Reasonable prices for a local shop delivering awesome food. Thank you!

Taylor M.

Yelp
Today my boyfriend and I finally got to try the West Seattle Swinery and boy did it live up to the hype! Andy was incredibly helpful with recommendations and had exceptional customer service! We tried the Bahn Mi and the Oh! Oh! Oh! + pork belly and both were absolutely delicious. A little pricey but definitely worth! We can't wait to come back again and try other items - my eyes are on those kalbi fries!

Huoy C.

Yelp
What a quaint little butcher shop! You can get a beautiful steak to take home to grill for dinner. Or you can order from their sandwich menu. I ordered the Swinery burger (you get your choice of cheese - I went with cheddar) and their fries. Called it in and it was ready by the time I arrived (about 15/20 mins). The fries were a hearty portion and easily serves 2. The burger was good - bread was pillowy soft and I like all the toppings and sauce. I didn't need to add anything extra. I knocked it down a star because the burger was cooked more well (no pink) when I was expecting it to be more medium. It was still good, but could have been better with the patty being cooked at medium.

Peggy S.

Yelp
Servings were huge it was excellent and I will definitely go there again All four of us were happy with what we got had more than we could eat plan accordingly.

Jonathan O.

Yelp
Holy wow! I almost don't want to review in the worry that I can't have as much as my heart desires! A bit off the beaten path from your typical Seattle digs, but absolutely worth the trip. This place makes the best slow cooked meats I've had in years and the woman at the counter was very nice and a great conversationalist.

Jane M.

Yelp
This cute little butchers shop in west seattle serves one of the best fresh sandwiches. They open at 11am but i highly recommend calling them at 11 to place your order to pick up your fresh sandwiches else you will have a long wait time. We ordered their Swinery burger and their spectacular sandwich along with the danger fries. The sandwich and burgers were juicy and would melt in your mouth. I liked their danger fries but they did turn soggy cos of take out. Still had a lot of packed flavors and I enjoyed it all. Happy to have an amazing loval sandwich shop right here in West Seattle. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Finally was able to try the Swinery after a decade of depriving my taste buds. I tried the Swinery Burger w/pepper jack & added pork belly, & Swine fries; my better half picked the Spectacularrr. Fun little outdoor kitchen and eating area alongside. Interesting assortment of smoked meats in the display case for your pleasure. Lots of piggy paraphernalia to keep you amused during your short wait.

Joel L.

Yelp
Super friendly service. The person at the counter while super busy addressed me and gave me a good amount of attention. Seating is a little tight but they have a very nice shaded area when it is hot. Was nice and windy. Food was very good. It felt fresh and was a large portion. Got the burger and really liked the veggies inside with the caramelized onion. Over would recommend if you are in the area and want a very tasty burger or sandwich with fries. Which were great nice and seasoned.

Yelp
OMG!!!!!! Our friends have an apartment literally across the street from this place in West Seattle and we have seen it outside their window for so long now and finally gave it a try. The thing we are most upset about... Is that it took us so long to try them!! Some of the best barbecue we've had in a long time!! Such friendly staff! Pulled pork was off the charts!! Just the kind we like...super flavorful & juicy without being fatty. Our only regret was that we didn't get more! Will try a sandwich next time for sure!! Danger fries were very flavorful, as well as was the aioli! Everything was so so good! Will return without a doubt! Support this family owned small business! Lots of regulars picking up while we were in there, everyone knew each other & it was such a great experience!

M B.

Yelp
Meat was fantastic on the BBQ and Vietnamese sandwiches. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the actual sauces and flavor combinations just do disservice to the quality meat... They just don't jive for good taste. Paid $40 for the 2 sandwiches without fries or drinks.

Kali H.

Yelp
First time trying a sandwich from West Seattle Swinery and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the crispy pork pesto sandwich. So crispy and so tasty!

Ajay M.

Yelp
I had the burger with their fries and I enjoyed the meal. It is a very savory and yummy treat and is a good burger when you are craving a classic.

Jeffry M.

Yelp
5-6 superior sandwiches! All are recommended equally. Call ahead to order as it my be up to an 'hour to get to your order. Delivery available if you don't want to pick it up....or eat it on site. All sandwiches may be shared if you want to watch your weight....jeffry w. myers

Sandra S.

Yelp
Cute little deli/butcher shop. The woman working behind the counter was helpful and friendly. My bf and I ended up getting the ham and cheese sandwich which was really unique. Good portion size and the melt in your mouth cheese was exactly what I was looking for!

Jimie R.

Yelp
I found this place on Yelp and have been trying to find favorite restaurants in the cities I frequent most often. First let me say, it is a small place and has outdoor seating in the back. I ordered the Danger Fries, a dose of pork belly and The Swinery Burger with blue cheese. The Danger Fries are incredible. I could only eat a quarter of it. Definitely have to eat with a fork. The sauce was the best! I don't normally eat anything with bacon in it unless I cook it, but the bacon really made the sauce. Did they smoke their own bacon? The Swinery Burger was also incredible. I'm sure it was the sauce that they put on it that made it amazing. I could only eat half, but it's probably because I ate so much of the fries. Definitely will be coming back.

Yelp
Delicious!. . Every component in the sandwich was well executed. Pork-belly was cooked to perfection!

Huong L.

Yelp
This place hid it out of the park! A small hole in the wall in the outskirts of main area of West Seattle serving up amazing meats sandwiches. It's a very very small little shopbthat has about 4-5 high top seatings indoor and 2 tables outdoors if you want to dine in, but who wouldn't???? The food is so good that you want to eat it fresh.. unless you're buying the uncooked pieces of meat to bring home and perfect it your way :) We heard about the burger here and how amazing it was so we decided to go with that with added crispy pork belly. The manager who took our order also told us about the special which was pork ribs with fries and how it will soon run out so we got an order of that as well. Ribs and fries - holy cow the rib was big. It was literally a huge piece of pork belly with the right ratio of fat to meat on this small little bone that you can chew off a little. It was very tender. The sauce was tangy and the fries helped absorbed the sauce. I wish there was a little more fries as there was still a lot of sauce leftover. If you can grab a piece of fries with the pork belly and the sauce in one bite, it was delicious. Each component was also very yummy on its own. The burger: that huge piece of burger was amazing. Everything was ratioed perfectly. And that added pork belly just made the burger better. You can hear the crispinese every time you take a bite. Probably one of the top burgers I had in a while. Flavorwise it was a little bland but overall still good Overall, great place to eat, price are very reasonable, the people are nice and it's a perfect justification after a nice run on all beach.

Grace C.

Yelp
More of local little charming shops as this! Poutine (w/pulled pork): Always had reservations about this famed Canadian staple; alas, I am not a fan of cheese curds and remain steadfast beside my dry, aged cheese types :P. That said, they did over-salt their gravy (at least on my order); so if you're a poutine fan, I recommend you ask for extra fries to counter the sodium explosion. Swinery Burger: So flavorful and juicy; this burger is definitely memorable. Juicy enough that it might soak up the bun, if that is a con for you. Usually after a giant burger, I feel like I can keep going, but this burger is either dunked in bacon fat or something bc I felt very full! No complaints really. Will be back for their other items unless I'm unable to fight the temptation to get the burger again and again... and again.

Lilian M.

Yelp
Amazing experience! That's the best burger I've ever had. The lady who served us is so kind, joy and the ambiance is so comfortable! The house deserves a prize.

Jamal M.

Yelp
I love this place it is amazing. The owner and her husband know exactly what they are doing in that shop and are some of the nicest people. They cook the most amazing food I've ever tasted. Their pork belly is absolutely to die for. It's total food crack. Me and my husband have been going there for about three years now and it's definitely my go to spot

Lance J.

Yelp
Great spot for sandwiches or for meat from the butcher shop. Seating is limited, but the building is historic and quirky, creating a cozy ambience.

Katie B.

Yelp
Great nursery. Not the cheapest in town but good service and variety of plants. Great seasonal items and helpful staff. Support this small business!

Jeannie N.

Yelp
This place is amazing! I love their sandwiches. I got the crispy pork and pesto which was pretty much like a BLT. Best BLT I've ever had. When we got there, someone called for an order and the queue was so long that the worker said the order won't be done until tomorrow. So I recommend getting here early.

Anna Marie S.

Yelp
Stopped by today for lunch since I was in West Seattle. Had the crispy Pork Sandwich with Pesto. I didn't really know what to expect. It was delicious...great bread and wonderful flavor. My heart was stolen by the fries. It's Ike a baked potato and fries made love and had this delicious baby. The flavor of a baked russet potato with skin, in fries, crisp, yet creamy and perfectly seasoned. Got there, ordered, she said it would be 20 minutes. Walked around the cute neighborhood got back in about 12 minutes. She brought it out fresh and piping hot in 15 minutes. A bit of a splurge ($20) but lots of food.

Jacob C.

Yelp
Had a Pork Belly Burger here that rivals any burger in Seattle. My girlfriend constantly asks if I want to Swinedown...and I do...I really do. While I don't know that an esteemed "burger crown" could ever be bestowed upon lowly SeaTown, this place could be crowned tomorrow. It's juicy, and the bun holds up. The outside layer of the patty has the slightly charred, salted crispy meat layer those of us who have eaten 1000's, look for. It's the little things. And these are not tiny burgers. They have a wide variety of swine forward selections if you don't want a burger. When they nailed that, I figured any option you could go for at Swinery would be fantastic, follow your gut. The toppings all fit the style of the burger. It's a fair shake for how full and satisfied you'll be afterwords.

Sarah A.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that I'm not really a sandwich gal. So when I say that I CRAVE the sandwiches at this spot, you better believe that it's because they are the best in Seattle. This is my go-to refuel after a bike ride. Get the Bahn Mi or the El Presidente. Thank me later.

Jonathan Z.

Yelp
During my stay in West Seattle, I was pleased to find Swinery close by. I got the Double B, but I almost didn't. The grill closes at 4 pm and they had to check if it was still on. I took the sandwich to go and it was very good. It was a little hard to eat because of it's size. There was plenty of delicious pig meats inside. My only issue was with the buns. They were a bit dense. I think the sandwich would have been benefited with a thinner or spongier bread. Overall, I liked my sandwich and would like to try out their beautiful meats next time I'm in the area.

Paul K.

Yelp
All the things I like in a restaurant. It is locally owned, somewhat affordable and has DELICIOUS food! I ran across this place while searching for a Geocache and stopped inside. What a cool find! There is a deli counter as you enter with all sorts of smoked pork products. Out back is their kitchen and smoking area. Their story is displayed that describes the owners' philosophy of sustainability and quality and care of their offerings. I ordered the Double 'B' (B&B) which has Bacon, Pork Belly, greens, tomato, chili garlic aioli and was recommended by Kim. She said it was featured on the Food Network (now I have to look up that episode!). The sandwich was in a compostable rigid container that kept the shape. The sandwich bun was nicely carmelized and held the contents well. The flavor was awesome. The crunch of the thickly sliced smoked bacon and meatiness of the pork belly combined with the juicyness of the tomato and the arugula hit the spot. The chili garlic aioli added some mild spice to the flavor. If I lived in the area, I would go back to this place all the time. Give this place a try, you won't be sorry.

Roxanna Z.

Yelp
The food here is great. If you're a near over, this is your joint. The menu is 99% meat based and filed with delicious burgers, sandwiches, and meat topped fries (fried in pork fat). The chef told us they also do their own smoking so another point towards tasty meats. Vegetarians... There is really one thing on the menu that doesn't have meat and that is the grilled cheese. If you order the OOO, it's a more jazzed up grilled cheese with pesto, lettuce, and tomatoes. However, I think they grill this sandwich alongside the other just sandwiches so just beware of you're particular of what you're veg food touches. The fries there are fried in pork fat and not veg friendly. Now on to service. The shop itself is very very small so not good for big groups. They have a couple outdoor tables and a small counter indoors. If you go during rush time, be prepared for a bit of a wait until you get your food. There were maybe 5-6 people ahead of us last time we went and we had to wait for a good 35+ min to get our 2 sandwiches and fries.

Jessica S.

Yelp
Feels really cozy like the country store your great grandma used to take you to buy meat. the lady who runs the front of store is very nice. Food is great and so is the atmosphere.

Roberta G.

Yelp
Wonderful good quality meats. Their prepared meals are extraordinarily delicious. Some of the best I've ever had.

BrittanyDanyelle R.

Yelp
This spot is so fricken tasty! We happened to be over in West Seattle because well, I wanted to go to a plant shop. So food came secondary (which is super odd for us normally). I found this spot on Yelp and we decided to check it out. We ordered the el presidente, the double B (B&B), and the BBQ sandwiches along with the poutine. They were all super delicious. My only complaint I have is that everything was super salty to both of us and the poutine was so salty that we couldn't finish it. The pickled red onion from the BBQ sandwich helped cut some of the saltiness so we spread that out across the other sandwiches. All in all, give this shop a try! They're really friendly and it's some tasty eats!

Denise S.

Yelp
I went to the swinery for the first time the other day because my regular butcher was closed. I was a little shocked that two petit sirloins cost $30, but decided to wait to write a review until After I grilled the steaks at home. Let me tell you- they were DELICIOUS! I only used salt and pepper to season and they were fantastic. I would go back to the swinery again if I was not loyal to my butcher in White Center. The location is much more convenient but the prices are steep. Sandwiches start out at $13 which seems pretty high to me, in relation to other restaurants nearby. The service and product are great but the wallet takes a hit here.

Carol K.

Yelp
Had just flown in from Atlanta. Hungry! On way to N Seattle and yelped best burgers. Understatement! The variety and tasty sandwiches were off the chart good! It's all takeout but with a small counter and stools if want to eat in. Also, meats and sausages for sale... cook at home. Highly recommend!!

Brenna S.

Yelp
This spot hit the spot!! Coming from the Midwest, the restaurant scene is very different in the PNW. There's and extreme shortage of barbecue, good barbecue. All across the country barbecue is made differently but The Swinery nailed it, this is the real deal. This is not just a restaurant but also offers cured meats and other cuts. What I love about this place is the small town feel you get when you walk in. The shop is small and has a display of the cured meats available right when you walk in. One item that stood out to me was the beef bacon which you won't find just anywhere. The owner was working the counter and is extremely friendly and passionate. We got a few recommendations and making a decision wasn't difficult, I don't think you can go wrong. We ended up splitting the Carolina pulled pork sandwich and the danger fries and glad we did, the portions are large! The pork will melt in your mouth and the Carolina sauce hit the spot. I'm usually one for Memphis or Kansas City style barbecue but I love the mustard base you get with Carolina barbecue sauce and this did not disappoint. Gravy fries aren't really my thing but these are worth trying. I wish we lived closer to this spot because I could eat it every day! Don't miss out, go get you some barbecue!!!

Kyle W.

Yelp
Just ok, not great and not worth returning. One of us got their BLT, but it isn't called that on their menu. The other one of us got their cubano. The BLT was super dry. It was supposed to have pesto, but neither of us could tell if there was any. The cubano had some kind of garlic aioli that covered everything and made the sandwich very messy to eat and overpowered every other flavor. We couldn't figure out why one sandwich was dry like toast and the other had aioli pouring out of it with each bite. The swine fries were fine, but didn't come with any kind of sauce. I know they have sauces for sale, but didn't understand why the fries couldn't come with a tiny supply of ketchup. It would've made up for the inconsistent sandwich experiences.

Patrick S.

Yelp
De-Lic-ious! This place is stellar! I have been here just a few times, but each time I was far from disappointed! This place knows its way around meat. The first time I went there, I asked for a recommendation, the owner's mother was behind the till helping out with the family business. She suggested the 'Spectacular' and unsurprisingly, it was spectacular. Although the sandwich is $14.25, it is worth it. It is filly loaded with layer after layer of meat. It is enough to easily be a full meal if you are hungry, or two meals depending on your appetite. The meats are complimented. by the dijonaise and the pickles. The second time I went, I tried the El presidente which was super delicious. The third time, I tried their burger, again beyond satisfied. If you are especially hungry, try their fries, which are rendered in pork fat, seasoned with garlic, salt, and fries. Very tasty as well. Another lighter side is their slaw, which has some definite Asian influence, and is a nice refreshing way to balance with the meat. Overall, I want to go back more and more, my only possible complaint could be that I wish they were open more so that I could have more time to try more things! Cheers!

Yelp
Amazing as always. Called in a lunch takeout order for 4 folks. The Swinery was busy, but the folks there were still very responsive and kind on the phone. The order was ready exactly when they said it would be. Easy in and out. They even have a set of "clean" pens to sign the receipt with. Took the order home and mowed down. You won't find a better or more decadent sandwich option in West Seattle. Simply canny be beat.

Yelp
Everything here exceeded expectations. Every part of my sandwich was done so well and probably the best fries I've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back next time we're in town. (Highly recommend calling ahead, we had an hour wait, but was definitely worth it)

Yelp
Great lunch spot with yummy sandwiches. Only downside to me is that they're a bit messy to eat. Crispy pork and pesto $13.50: I love the combo of the crispy pork with the soft bread. Swinery Burger $11: Really good juicy burger. It's especially awesome with blue cheese and bacon added. Kalbi steak fries $11: Big enough to share between 2 people. For me, the sandwich alone is pretty filling, so I just munched on some crispy fries with aioli rather than eating any of the kalbi. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
This place has all your carnivore needs! I have been making it my mission for the past year to come here to try the food but was always unlucky as I got off the same time they closed. Luckily my new office is right across the street :) I've been in here twice already for lunch and I'm pretty sure I'm going to try everything on their menu. The pulled pork sandwich is delicious with TONS of meat. I had to use a fork when I was eating it as my hands were dirty and the bread was drenched in sauce. Staff probably thought I was weird and yesterday I tried their daily special Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Huge chunks of beef and so much flavor. All the staff that I have encounter are very nice and always in such a good mood. One sandwich is enough for me as it is very filling but I have tried to some fries are top of already having a sandwich and couldn't finish it. Definitely stop by! They have a pretty nice menu of burgers and sandwiches :)

Yelp
We stopped to find a geocache outside of the shop, but the yummy smell lured us in to try out the food. Hubs ordered the Cubano, while I chose the Banh Mi. We also ordered Danger Fries to share. I was disappointed with my sandwich -- I LOVE a Banh Mi, but the slaw was drenched in mayo and didn't have the pickled "pop" of flavor I was expecting. It also seemed lacking in cilantro or jalapeño, which made it taste like a BBQ ham sandwich topped with slaw, rather than an actual Banh Mi. Hubby liked his Cubano but felt it had too much aioli -- he scraped half of it off partway through the meal. The fries were amazing, although quite rich. The staff was lovely and friendly. We'd be willing to give it another shot, although I with different expectations, and I would avoid the Banh Mi.

Yelp
You know something..you are only as good as your last order. For Thanksgiving I purchased 2 porchetta roasts from here at a cost of around 250-300.00. I asked how to cook (because who knows how to cook a porchetta?) and they confirmed 350 ° ..... Let me tell you the roast came out black. I cooked the next one at my dads and covered it this time....still black. I tried to email the shop and find out where I went wrong....nothing, crickets. Nice follow through. I'll find a different place to purchase my pork in the future. Total fail.
