"The Tavern has a rich history that you can read all about on the internet or probably in a book somewhere, but it’s best represented by the “Air Conditioning” sign that’s been proudly on display since the 1930s when cold air in the summer months was still a novelty. The Tavern has been many things over the years, though these days it’s home to some excellent bar food.
