Everything was good, especially the dessert. There was some waiting time. We took 2.5 hours to finish dinner, not too bad but we wish to be faster. Staff Lyn was great!

Great restaurant all around, located in a stylish hotel in central Taipei. Food was both tasty and photogenic. Servers Jason, Blair and Kervin were really professional and friendly. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Very nice place. Luxury and very simple. We took the vegetables grilled on charcoal (amazing) ; the scallops were really great ; and the fish as chips, generous and perfectly cooked. The service was great : Jason is super friendly and speaks English very well

This is a lovely spot for breakfast on the 12th floor of the Kimpton Hotel. They offer both a traditional English Breakfast as well as local options. We tried the full English breakfast and the Taiwanese breakfast. They were both excellent.

The ricotta and churros are delicious, and the cocktail is also amazing. The servers Manson and Jeremy are very kind. Give me a good dining experience！😊

The food was almost as bad as the service. Everything tasted either overcooked or fishy. They also were out of multiple menu items and drink options early on a Friday night. And not cheap either! Very disappointing and not what I expect from a Kimpton Hotel restaurant.

Wonder place and wonderful food. Jason, Cheska and the rest of the team really make you feel welcome. They are very attentive and seem to read your mind! Just think about something and they are there asking if they can help and with a smile. This tells you The Tavernist is a great place to be. The food is so good we forgot to take pictures! 😍

They messed up the reservation, and didn't react in time. The staff training was unsatisfactory. It was a waste of a solid thirty minutes and the process was extremely aggravating with their repetitive answers and reluctance to backtrack details. Instead of checking and retracing with other staffers to solve the customer's problem, the staffs had been slow and unapologetic to a point where you could tell the staff training was poor. The food and service do not worth the price. Do not recommend.
