The Treasury

I have to be honest, when my couple told me that they didn't want to leave the venue and have ALL of their photos taken on site for their wedding, I was a little nervous. Unless the venue has a variety of looks, lighting, and backdrops, the portfolio can look quite limited. The Treasury delivered! It is such a cool place that has a truly unique vibe. The condos, the bridal and groom prep rooms, the ballroom, the floor-to-ceiling windows, the VAULT! There are so many gorgeous spots to take photos here that you truly don't need to leave the venue. From a hospitality standpoint, everything went smoothly. Food came out on time, staff was friendly, everything ran perfectly. I sincerely hope to photograph another wedding at the Treasury. If you are considering having a wedding or event here, don't sleep on it. It will be a special and memorable event for you and your guests.

We got married at the Treasury last week, and I just couldn't wait on getting our actual photos to give them a rave review. On top of the venue being absolutely stunning, words cannot describe how flawless Hayley and Natalie's team made everything. We had an Indian/American fusion wedding and I was so worried about everything going right but not once did I have to think about anything day of, or honestly leading up to the wedding. Everything was handled beautifully by the Treasury staff from letting us in early to set up (we had a Friday wedding and were able to get in Thursday to set up, 10/10 recommend), to Natalie helping run and coordinate our rehearsal and handle everyone's questions, to them making sure everything went perfectly the day of the wedding. Their staff went above and beyond and made everything so convenient for us. I cannot emphasize enough how seamless they made everything. As a bride you fear the worst and stress over the little things, and it was so nice not to have to stress over anything at all. Now on to the FOOD. I am not a fan of typical wedding food, it's always just fine so I figured ours would be just fine too, but the options that the Treasury offers is incredible! We went with food stations (soup and sandwich, pasta, popcorn, and fall desserts) and not only was it a fun way to display the food and eat, everyone thought the food was incredible! We also used Krishna Catering, one of the preferred caterers, for our Indian food station and the Treasury staff worked directly with him to make even that piece flawless and take one more thing off of our plate. I could write a novel about how amazing their staff were, how amazing the food was, and just overall how perfect everything went. We could not recommend the Treasury enough!

We had our wedding at The Treasury in Pontiac and the entire experience was absolutely flawless. From the very beginning, Hayley and Natalie were amazing to work with—so responsive, organized, and kind. They answered all my (many!) questions, walked me through the full day, and made me feel so comfortable and confident leading up to the wedding. The venue itself is stunning—from the beautiful architecture to the perfectly laid-out event spaces, everything flowed so naturally. I loved that the entire day could take place in one location, from getting ready in the morning to the last dance at night. The bridal suite was also incredible—it easily accommodated 7 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 3 hair & makeup artists, and me! The staff on the day of the wedding was wonderful. They consistently checked in with both my husband and me to make sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely kind and attentive throughout the event. I DIY-ed a lot of my décor, and the team was fantastic to work with. I was even able to come in the day before to set up with help from friends and family, which made it even more special and personal. We used the venue’s valet service, which guests loved! Those who parked in nearby lots also had no trouble finding the venue—it was all very smooth and easy. For the beauty of the space, the quality of service, and the ease of the entire day, I 100% feel the price was worth it. I would recommend The Treasury to any couple looking for a gorgeous, all-in-one venue with a truly supportive and professional team. I’d book it again in a heartbeat!

The Treasury staff were absolutely amazing! Natalie, Katie, Hayley, and Kristin were all extremely helpful in planning our wedding at the Treasury. My husband and I enjoyed working with them all, they were all very nice and wanted to make sure we truly had the best day of our lives! Communication was good, everything was done through email. We meet in person to view the venue and discuss pricing and what they had to offer. After we confirmed our date with the venue we had a meeting about 6 months prior to the event to go over all the details needed to make it an incredible evening. Day of the wedding, they took care of everything! If anything went wrong, my husband and I never knew about it. The catering staff and crew were also amazing! The venue itself is beautiful on its own so we did not use many decorations for our reception. One thing we loved that Hayley offered was string lights to hang from the mezzanine and a green wall we could put a neon name sign on for photos. All of my guests complimented on how beautiful the venue was. We ended up using a majority of the venders that The Treasury recommended and they surly did not disappoint!

We had our wedding reception at the Treasury Ballroom in January 2024, and it exceeded all of our expectations!! My husband and I knew from the moment we met Hayley, Natalie, Josh and the rest of the staff the Treasury, we were in good hands. I have never met a more attentive person than Hayley. She was incredibly thorough, organized, patient, kind and honest. The venue was as stunning in person as it photographs. Our guests raved of the food, drinks and ambience. The mezzanine space was perfect for our cocktail hour, the vault was perfect for wedding party and bride and groom photos. In addition to the Ballroom, the loft space available on the floors above the venue allowed for guests to stay on the premise before and after our wedding! We can't thank the Treasury staff enough for their amazing service!! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a timeless venue space!

This post is coming months after our actual wedding because for the longest time I wasn’t ready to admit the magic of our wedding day had passed. The Treasury went above and beyond in every single capacity of our planning experience. They walked us through every step, communicated clearly and kindly, and offered tons of options for all price points. On the big day all the planning Hayley and her team helped with turned into. Beautifully executed day. Natalie stepped in on the day of to help with all things bridal and she was such a warm and helpful presence. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. If you’re considering this venue, you won’t regret it.

As a first time mother of the bride, I was anxious and wanting the best for my daughter. A year before the big day, we walked into The Treasury and felt the magic! It’s historic which added so much character even before the decorations! But what sealed the deal was Hayley, Regional director, event coordinator extraordinaire! She was just as excited as we were, but professional, organized and took her time answering all our questions! I left our first meeting relaxed. All the other meetings were fun for us because Hayley did the work! She has a great team. The rehearsal and the day of the wedding went smoothly. From the bridal suite early in the morning to the last guest leaving, Katie, Natalie & Kristin kept things running smoothly. Our guests all loved the atmosphere and everyone had fun and the word “perfect” was heard throughout the night! Chef Kyle, the dinner was awesome and your homemade ice cream was a hit. Cheers to the waitstaff and bartenders! I highly recommend The Treasury!

We celebrated our wedding ceremony and reception at The Treasury, and the experience was fantastic. The venue's beauty, combined with the convenience of having the ceremony, reception, catering, bar, etc. all in one place, made the day seamless. The event team at The Treasury played a pivotal role in bringing everything together. Right from the beginning, Hayley and her team were helpful, friendly, and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had and ensuring no detail was overlooked during the planning process. The quality of their work cannot be overstated - they are pros! The same level of professionalism and attention to detail carried through to the wedding day itself. Our guests are still expressing their admiration for how well-organized the day was. Many have also raved about the food, noting it as some of the best they've ever had at a wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience!
